Turkey, the US, NATO, Britain, Israel, Pakistan, Iranian, Syrian regimes have "war on terrorism", while militants are armed into Syria, at the same time as Turkey has show trials on charges of “membership in an illegal organization."
As Obama Speaks "Drone Warfare and Counterterrorism", while Iraqis and people all over the region are attacked and killed in the masses and IDF shoots protesters.
CIA, Mossad, Turkish "explosive experts team"..
CIA, Mossad, Turkish "explosive experts team"..
Turkish leaders are floating around on a shrimpsandwich while Kurds are working non stop, militants are supported and armed and pressed to attack Kurds in Syria at the same time as Turkey has show trials on charges of “membership in an illegal organization" as Obama Speaks: "Drone Warfare and Counterterrorism", while Iraqis are attacked and killed in the masses.
Use and exterminate
Syria’s borders with Jordan and Turkey have been long-ago identified by the US Army’s own West Point Combating Terrorism Center (CTC) as hotbeds of sectarian extremist/Al Qaeda activity – that the West is purposefully funneling thousands of tons of weaponry through, while disingenuously claiming it is attempting to prevent such weapons from falling into the hands of extremists.
West Point’s Combating Terrorism Center’s 2007 report, “Al-Qa’ida’s Foreign Fighters in Iraq” indicated which areas in Syria Al Qaeda fighters filtering into Iraq came from during the US invasion/occupation. The report identified Syria’s southeastern region near Dayr Al-Zawr on the Iraqi-Syrian border, the northwestern region of Idlib near the Turkish-Syrian border, and Dar’a in the south near the Jordanian-Syrian border, as having produced the majority of fighters found crossing over into Iraq throughout the duration of the Iraq War.
These areas are now precisely where the West is flooding with cash, weapons, and military “advisers.” Not only has the US and UK lied to the world about their policy toward Syria - but have revealed once again the manufactured facade that is the “War on Terror…”
Like Libya’s new militant governor of Tripoli, Abdel Hakim Belhadj, the Chechen militant group Kata’ib Mohadzherin’s leader Airat Vakhitov were both imprisoned at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba circa 2002, after being captured by U.S. forces in Afghanistan. Both were released and filtered back into fighting regions to organise al Qaeda-type Islamist groups – both active in countries which the US and NATO have been actively vying for regime change – in Libya and Syria, respectively.

Ceremonies held abroad to remember the martyrs of 9 Gulan (9 May), as The Democratic and Free Women's Movement (DÖKH) has put up a "Democratic Solution Tent" in Sirnak
In the third anniversary of the martyrs of 9 Gulan (9 May), the Kurds in Europe and Australia paid respect to their souls while remembering them for their struggles. The ceremony was held on 9th May in Stockholm, Oslo and Melbourne (Australia) and on 11th May in Brussels, Helsinki and Manchester.
Democratic Solution Tent in Sirnak
ANF - Dersim 17.05.2013, The Democratic and Free Women's Movement (DÖKH) has put up a "Democratic Solution Tent" in Sirnak's Balveren district with the support and participation of a number of women who are joining the vigil for peace and a democratic solution to the Kurdish question.
The women taking part in the vigil action in the tent demand the liberation of Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan and the prevention of probable attacks that may lead to conflicts and clashes in the ongoing process of talks which they want to end up with a honorable peace.
"We are here for peace. What we want is the liberation of our leader and the creation of an environment where our children can lead a free life together with us after coming from the mountains. Peace will lose its meaning unless these things do happen", they say as to the reason why they are organizing the action.
Mothers in the tent, which was put up on a hill between the mountains of Besta and Cudi, say they are ready to act as human shields in order to intervene in any kind of negative development that may take place during the withdrawal of HPG (People's Defense Forces) guerrillas across Turkish borders.
They are hopeful about the process, they say. One among them, Sürmet Dayan, whose son joined the ranks of PKK (Kurdistan Workers' Party) one year ago, says they want to live in peace, brotherhood and a dignified life. “We trust our leader [referring to Öcalan], this is why we are hopeful about the ongoing process. We want the ending of the bloodshed and the achievement of peace in this country”, she tells.
One other mother, Hacer Malgaz, remarks that they have started this vigil action on the mountains to say stop to the death of young people and to enable the arrival of their children safe and sound to Kandil, for which -she underlines- the ongoing military activity and operations in the Kurdish region must be ended urgently.
“Should any military operation take place during the withdrawal of our children, we will go to the area of the operations and use our bodies as a shield. As mothers who have cried far too much by now, we want to live in peace in our own territory ”, she adds.

Syria: In the 65th anniversary of Al Nakba... YARMOUK CAMP
News of the killing of four people and the injuries of 12 others in heavy bombardment, accompanied with continuing disruption of landlines and cellular in Yarmouk, as well as the in all Damascus...
Palestinian Youth Movement - Yarmouk Siege Statement
The Camps are Above the Siege In general, the Palestinian refugee camps in Syria, and particularly Yarmouk camp, formed as the capital of the diaspora, are among the largest groups of Pal...estinian refugees and have been the starting point for many resistance operations, fueling the Palestinian revolution in its various stages and sacrificing many lives for Palestine.
The last demonstration of resistance to their just cause was shown with their bodies alone during the commemorations of al Nakba and al Naksa at the border of the occupied Golan heights between Syria and Palestine, with eagerness for their stolen land, carrying with them the keys of return to their homes from before the brutal Zionist occupation, which they were forced to flee. Undeterred by the threats of the enemy, fire was opened and the bullets brought down many young martyrs.
Under the tense and disastrous circumstances in Syria, the camps have shared a large portion of what is happening as a result and it has led to the displacement and dispersion of many Palestinian families as well as their fleeing to different places within Syria, to neighboring countries, and European countries, effectively repeating the tragedy of Nakba once again to the very details, and in even worse conditions than before in light of a worsening Arab climate preoccupied with their own internal affairs.
Further, the PLO has ignored any responsibility it has toward our Palestinian people present in the camps, without even minor levels of communication with the stakeholders of this situation to even mildly alleviate this tragedy.
For months, the Palestinian people have suffered numerous partial sieges and blockades imposed to prevent the entrance of aid and relief, from food and medicine for the camps to preventing the wounded and injured from seeking medical treatment outside the camps, having lost medical supplied at hospitals within the camps.
In these past days, a full siege has been imposed on Yarmouk camp, which positions potential for a human catastrophe and which is threatening the lives of our families and brothers and sisters trapped inside the camp.
We, in the Palestinian Youth Movement, reject and condemn the policy of collective punishment against our steadfast families, brothers and sisters in the camps and we call on all concerned international actors, and UNRWA in particular, to exercise its role and fulfill its duty of providing relief to the Palestinian refugees.
Furthermore, we call upon the PLO in request for the declaration of a state of emergency and for the PLO to intensify its efforts and pressure to lift this blockade, for the claim of legitimacy and representation is not just a slogan to chant as they please, but rather it is a responsibility to its people.
As the 65th commemoration of the Nakba approaches, we recognize that the tragedy of al Nakba is carried on as part of our daily lives, and rests on the shoulders of our brothers and sisters in the camps in unparalleled ways. However, our brothers and sisters in the camps remain steadfast as always and will remain the foundation of the Palestinian experience, and the meaning and basis of representation is lost if it does not represent the nucleus of its people, especially in the worst and most difficult of conditions.

First there was some one named Ankara and now there is some one Baghdad speaking?
Baghdad the city wouldn´t have so much problem and a #¤#¤ genocide going for a very loong time if there had been Kurdish freedom fighters beside Iraqi forces and Sahwa and Iranian dissidents which were disarmed and mass genocidal psychopaths just don´t knows it, it´s calculated, orchestrated and coordinated that way ever since Halabja and the Kurdish and Shiite uprising, when some "didn´t want to go to Baghdad" but let Saddam "do the work" and because they were to come back! Obvious!
Kan we develop, specify this claim? Yeah..very much!

HDK to ask for the truth on Reyhanli Massacre
ANF - ISTANBUL 14.05.2013, People's Democratic Congress (HDK) has announced that it will stage sit-in and candle-lighting acts in all provinces, where it has provincial councils, at 19.30 local time on Wednesday evening. HDK will demand the disclosure of the truth on Reyhanlı massacre in which dozens of people were killed and injured as a result of twin blasts in Hatay's Reyhanlı district on 11 May.
HDK, expressing its condolences to the people of Reyhanlı, underlined that "It is the AKP government's war policies against Syria that have made people suffer this pain. We are taking to the streets to say stop to war policies".
HDK criticized the broadcast ban the government imposed on news and reports on Reyhanlı massacre, commenting the ban as an attempt to cover up the massacre, like what had happened in Roboski massacre as well. "The government which has failed to disclose the perpetrators of the Roboski massacre so far has relied on the publication ban this time, using it as a shield against all kinds of manipulation". HDK called for the urgent ending of the publication ban and the cencorship imposed on the Turkish press.
HDK also urged on the AKP government to end its policy siding with support to the Free Syrian Army and provocation of the civil war in Syria.
HDK ended its statement by calling on all peoples in Turkey to share the pain of Reyhanlı people and to display solidarity with its demonstrations to voice people's demand for the ending of war policies.

Grim report on Reyhanlı attacks
ANF - Hatay 15.05.2013 The association Mazlum-Der has released a preliminary report on the two bomb attacks which left dozens killed and injured in Hatay's Reyhanlı district on 11 May. According to the report, four out of 50 causalities and six of the injured were Syrian refugees.
The report said that a Syrian refugee who was lynched by radical local residents in Reyhanlı after the attacks had been recorded as killed in the explosion, and that a local resident, Ayhan Altıntaş, had been stabbed while trying to prevent the attack on the Syrian refugee. According to the report, “a group of radical nationalists attacked Syrian refugees and attempted to lynch them, also damaging cars with Syrian plates after the explosions”.
The report remarked that some of the injured refugees had been treated secretly in their houses at night time as they couldn't leave their houses for security reasons after the attacks. It pointed out that many of the Syrian families here were trying to meet their daily needs from outside by means of their neighbors and relatives.
The report also underlined the following points as to the ongoing problems in the district; -Aid organizations have suspended their activities after the incident, unable to reach aid to the district or to Syria because of the threats of attack they are facing. - Nor can official aids into Syria take place since it was announced that entrance and exit from the Cilvegözü border gate will be suspended for one week. - The lack of officers at public enterprises is aggrieving the people of Reyhanlı where the population has reached 160 thousand with the settlement of 100 thousand Syrian refugees in the district. The lack of place and medical staff at hospitals is one of the major problems in the district where people are of the opinion that the problems they are facing are caused by the refugees.
The border crossing points of Atme, Kar beyaz, Güveççi, Hacıpaşa have been made open to any sort of utilization because of the intense transfer of aid materials to Syria by aid organizations, permission of easy crossing for people going in and out of Syria and illegal border traders. This situation constitutes a threat for border security. - A number of intelligence services active in and around Reyhanlı are said to be in contact with Syrians and guiding them. Separately, many other international establishments are claimed to be carrying out intelligence works in the region in the scope of the projects they are intending to run. It is known to many by now that officials, NGOs and opinion leaders from Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, France, England, Holland, USA and Germany are holding talks with many people in the region. Besides, many foreign people pretending to be journalists are also active in the region, allegedly crossing the Syrian border illegally and getting into touch with opponent groups in Syria.
The government should intervene in this environment in the district as soon as possible, appoint officers to the Cilvegözü border gate, gendarme and police units, judicial authorities, camps, hospitals, head official's office and the office of the governor to see the importance of the matter and to prevent probable conflicts in the region.

Insight on the News - Politics Issue: 3/16/04 John Kerry's Iranian-American Fund-Raisers By Kenneth R. Timmerman
Susan Akbarpour is an intermediary between Rafsanjani the former Iranian President and John Kerry. John Kerry's real name is Cohen and he is a polish Jew. Among John Kerry's top fund-raisers were three Iranian-Americans who have been pushing for dramatic changes in U.S. policy toward the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Most prominent among them is Hassan Nemazee, 54, an investment banker based in New York. Nominated to become U.S. ambassador to Argentina by President Bill Clinton in 1999, Nemazee eventually withdrew his nomination after a former partner raised allegations of business improprieties. Nemazee was a major Clinton donor, giving $80,000 to the Democratic National Committee (DNC) during the 1996 election cycle and attending at least one of the famous White House fund-raising coffees.
In 2001, at the invitation of Mobil Oil Chairman Lucio Noto, whom he counts as a "personal friend," Nemazee joined the board of the American-Iranian Council (AIC), a U.S. lobbying group. But Nemazee also acknowledged that he was rethinking his position in the wake of the parliamentary elections in Iran. "There is a legitimate argument to be made that the regime has crossed a line and shown they are undemocratic and incapable of reforming," he says, "and so there is no benefit to relations or to trading with them."
The Kerry camp has identified Nemazee as having raised more than $100,000 for the senator's campaign. A Nemazee friend in Silicon Valley, Faraj Aalaei, has raised between $50,000 and $100,000 for the Kerry campaign. Aalaei has worked in the telecommunications industry for 22 years and is the chief executive officer of Centillium Communications, a publicly traded company. Aalaei married a 35-year-old recent immigrant from Iran named Susan Akbarpour, whom the Kerry campaign also lists as having raised between $50,000 and $100,000 for the campaign.
In just six years since coming to the United States on a tourist visa from Iran, Akbarpour has started a newspaper, a magazine and a trade association whose goal, she tells Insight, is to get sanctions lifted and promote U.S. business and investment in Iran. "Susan Akbarpour was a journalist in Iran, where she was close to Faezeh Hashemi, the daughter of [former president Ali Akbar] Rafsanjani," says student activist Aryo Pirouznia. "She has done programs on Iranian television praising Faezeh Hashemi, and demonstrated against pro-freedom groups in California when Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi came to Los Angeles in September 2000."
Rafsanjani's daughter was a member of the Iranian Parliament. Her faction, while hailed as "reformists" by pro-regime activists, has never pressed for an end to clerical rule and is widely believed to have served as a foil for hard-liners such as Hashemi's own father.
Federal Election Commission records show that Akbarpour contributed $1,000 to the Kerry committee in June 2002 and another $2,000 in June 2003. Her June 2002 contribution to the Kerry campaign appears to have been made before she acquired status as a permanent resident.

Iran: US Secretary of State John Kerry offered condolences and assistance with relief work after strong earthquake of 6.2 magnitude hit southern Iran on Saturday
AFP, Tehran, 11 May 2013 -- A strong earthquake of 6.2 magnitude hit southern Iran early on Saturday, the US Geological Survey said, with local media reporting of damaged villages and several injuries. The governor of the southern Hormuzgan province, Ebrahim Azizi told state television that scores of villages have been damaged. Last month, the biggest earthquake to hit the country in 50 years, measuring 7.8, killed a woman and injured more than a dozen other people in the southeast.
Provincial emergency chief Hossein Ranjbar told state television that some 70 villages had suffered severe damage in the quake, which according to Iran's Seismological Centre was followed by a series of aftershocks, measuring between 4.1 and 5.2.
"Putting aside America’s longstanding enmity with Iran, and its more recent strains in relations with Pakistan, US Secretary of State John Kerry offered condolences and assistance with relief work."
"Disaster relief contributed to an earlier thaw in relations between the United States and Iran, which -- then led by reformist president Mohammad Khatami -- accepted US personnel following the huge Bam earthquake in 2003."
Iran: Over 13 million are unemployed. Iran's jobless total has soared to more than 13 million as the regime's economic, political and social crisis deepens, election candidate says.

Ghezel Hessar Prison
April 28, 2011, There have been informal reports of widespread, group, and secret prisoner executions at Ghezel Hessar Prison, related to prisoners with drug crime convictions.
There have also been numerous documented cases of prison rape and murder. The Head of Iran’s Prisons Organization said that the facility holds three times more inmates than its capacity. According to Ghezel Hessar prisoners, the facility holds five thousand death row inmates.
The illegal act of transferring political prisoners to the facility has taken place during their “temporary detention,” which means these individuals have not yet been tried, convicted, or sentenced. Following clashes in the prison on 14 March, dozens of prisoners were killed by Special Guards who opened fire on them.
Official statistics of the Prisons Organization show the number of murdered inmates as only 14, but informed sources told the Campaign that dozens of prisoners were killed that day.
The International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran demands an independent review of the events that took place on 14 March 2010 inside Ghezel Hessar Prison. The Campaign further demands transparent and detailed information about the arbitrary and secret executions of dozens of inmates with drug trafficking crimes, including the number of executions, the reasons for the executions, and how they were carried out.
The Campaign demands an immediate review of the regrettable conditions of all prisoners, and particularly the political prisoners inside Ghezel Hessar Prison.

"War on terrorism and drugs"...and anyones that moves..
Wave of mass arrests in eastern Kurdistan - Iran. Along with this mass arrest, cases of three Kurdish political prisoners, sentenced to execution, have been transferred to the Center of Sentence Implementation of Urmia; thus, increasing worries regarding their execution.
Ebrahim Eisapour, Sirwan Njavi, and Saman Nesim, are the names of these three death-sentenced prisoners who were arrested in 2012 (1390) in Serdesht, Meriwan, and Kerej by the intelligence agencies and, to admit that they were cooperating with Kurdish political parties, they were brutally tortured.
In the meantime, in a rare move, Eli Ehmed Suleyman, another Kurdish political prisoner having completed his sentence in Urmia Prison, was sentenced to death by the Court of Enqelab. Originally from south Kurdistan, Eli Ehmed Suleyman had been sentenced to five years in prison for joining PJAK, and later sentenced to one year imprisonment for communicating with Ehmed Shehid and the overseas media from inside prison. During these six years he has repeatedly been tortured and stressed by Iran revolutionary (Sepah) intelligence agencies.
Currently, there are at least 28 death-sentenced Kurdish political and ideological prisoners in political prisons of the Islamic Republic who are threatened by the execution of their sentences. Here are the names of these prisoners:
Hebibellah Letifi, Reshid Axkendi, Mostefa Selimi, Sherko Mearefi, Smko Xorshidi, Sirwan Njavi, Ibrahim Isapour, Saman Nesim, Rzgar Efshari, Eli Efshari, Hebibellah Golperipour, Zanyar Moradi, Loqman Moradi, Housheng Rezaie, Reza Esmaeli, Behruz Alxani, Bextiyar Meemari, Hamed Ehmedi, Behram Ehmedi, Kemal Molayi, Esger Rehimi, Behnam Rehimi, Jahangir Dehqani, Mohemmed Reza Behmeni, Jemshid Dehqani, Keywan Zend Kerimi and Hoshyar Mohemmedi.
Kurdish political prisoner Hebibulla Gulperipur who has been held in Simnan prison was taken to an unknown location by the prison officials. Mr. Gulperipur was arrested by the Intelligent Services in Mahabad city on 2009. He was convicted and sentenced to death by Islamic Revolutionary Court for his alleged affiliation with Kurdistan’s Free Life Party (PJAK).
Due to his alleged membership in PJAK, Mr. Gulperipur was convicted on the charge of mohareb (enmity with God) and was given death penalty. While held in prison he was going through the severest psychological and physical torture by the prison authorities.
According to our correspondents, Mr. Gulperipur has been taken to an unknown place. No reason for his transferring is yet given. But since he is on death row, concern over the implementation of his execution is raised. Based on sharia law of Iran, those sentenced to death by Islamic Revolutionary Court could be executed at any moment. Until now the Iranian regime had secretly plunged many political prisoners to the gallows without informing their family or lawyers.
6 February – Iranian military forces killed three Kurdish youngsters involved in border trade in West Kurdistan on 6 February. According to the report by ANF Sorani service, Iranian military forces attacked a trade caravan led by Kurds in the region of Sahabettin, located between the eastern and southern Iranian borders.
After slaughtering at least 77 horses in the caravan, the military forces reportedly seized all the goods and set them on fire. Soldiers of the Iranian army then threw three Kurdish youngsters off a cliff after tying them up from their hands and feet.
The youngsters killed in the massacre are reported to be 18 years-old Rızgar Kemal, 16 years-old Hüseyin Mıhemmed Çavşin and his 20 years-old brother Hoşyar Mıhemmed Çavşin. Villagers rushed to the region to look for the bodies of three victims who were later found dead at the foot of a cliff and then taken to the city of Bane.

ANF - Serêkaniyê 11.05.2013, Two villages in the western Kurdistan city of Serêkaniyê were attacked by armed gang groups who evacuated the women and children from the village and plundered the houses here. Intense activity of Islamist groups has been reported in the neighborhood of Mehet, the district's border with Turkey.
According to the reports by villagers, the villages of Salihiye and Melle Nuri, 20 km north of Serêkaniyê, were attacked by armed groups carrying flags reading "Allah u Ekber". They said that the gang groups have taken the control of both villages and are now preparing for an attack targeting the village of Xirbedibis.
Local sources report an increasing activity by armed groups around the city of Serêkaniyê in recent days. Mutee, Ketibet Nexwe, Guraba El Şam and some groups affiliated to Free Syrian Army (FSA) have recently gathered in the village of Menecir. Several days ago, the groups kidnapped 44 civilians who have reportedly been taken to the Al-Qaeda-linked al-Nusra Front's headquarters in Serêkaniyê. According to the sources, the al-Nusra Front is recently strengthening its relations with other armed groups around Serêkaniyê. Stop the Persecution of Kurdish Journalists and Activists in Iran: Open letter to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon
Dr Amir Sharifi, Kurdish Human Rights Advocacy Group — Stop the Persecution of Kurdish Journalists and Activists in Iran.
Open Letter to the Secretary-General of the United Nations
H.E. Ban Ki-Moon, Secretary-General, United Nations
First Avenue and East 44th Street, New York,
New York, U.S.A.
March 28, 2013 Mr. Secretary-General: Kurdish Human Rights Advocacy Group expresses its grave concern and outrage at continued detentions and imprisonments of Kurdish activists and journalists including the well-known human rights activists and journalists Khosro Kordpour, the head of Mokrian News Agency and Qasem Ehmedi, the editor of Rojev Journal. According to International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran the security forces have made multiple arrests in Mahabad.
Intelligence agencies have also arrested a number of labor rights activists in Sanandaj. Charged with unfounded accusations such as partaking in “anti-regime media networks” or “serving as agents of foreign powers”, the detainees are being held incommunicado with no access to their families and lawyers.
As highlighted in the latest report by the U.N Special Rapporteur, Dr.Ahmed Shaheed, the violations of human rights in Iran have been increasing against civil rights, ethnic, religious, linguistic, and gendered minorities. The new wave of arrests appears to have been targeting cultural activists and journalists.
Although no critic or dissent is spared under the theocratic regime, ethnic minority advocates and community members are subjected to the harshest repression, showing the depth of Islamic Republic’s intolerance and contempt for such groups.
Kurds and other minorities as illustrated in the report suffer even more severe forms of cultural and religious repressions. Unrecognized religious minorities within the minority group suffer from even more discrimination and coercion. As pointed out in Dr.Shaheed’s comprehensive report, the spiritual leader of Yarsan, an ancient Kurdish religious practice, Mr.Seyyed Nasradin Heydari has been put under house arrest.
Although the Islamic Republic of Iran appears to be impervious to criticisms of the outside world, it is imperative that the U.N Secretary General continue to condemn and express his alarm at the suppression of human rights and fundamental freedoms in Iran.
In the spirit of upholding the United Nations Charter to which the Islamic Republic is paradoxically a signatory, we call upon you to use your collective power to exert pressure on the Islamic Republic of Iran to release the imprisoned Kurdish journalists and activists immediately and unconditionally.
