Israeli soldiers say reckless force used in Gaza

JERUSALEM – More than two dozen Israeli soldiers who fought in the Gaza war say the military forced Palestinians to serve as human shields and used reckless firepower that caused needless deaths, according to a report released Wednesday. One of the soldiers said the army needlessly used powerful weapons such as mortars and white phosphorous, an illuminating agent that can cause severe burns, in the three-week offensive last winter. The allegations were the strongest evidence to come from Israeli war veterans that the army used excessive force during the war, and echoed claims by Palestinian witnesses and international human rights groups. The Israeli military rejected the report, calling it defamation and noting that the accounts were all anonymous and impossible to verify.

The testimonies of 26 war veterans were collected by Breaking the Silence, an organization of Israeli army reservists critical of their country's policies toward the Palestinians. They describe demolishing homes and using firepower beyond what was necessary given the relatively light resistance they encountered. One said the regulations on when to shoot were vague. "Sometimes the force would enter while placing rifle barrels on a civilian's shoulder, advancing into a house and using him as a human shield. Commanders said these were the instructions and we had to do it," one soldier said.

Another soldier said the army needlessly used powerful weapons such as white phosphorous, an illuminating agent that can cause severe burns, and mortars. None of the soldiers was identified, and no dates or locations were provided for the events they recount. Breaking the Silence said it wanted to protect the identity of the soldiers, fearing they would suffer for speaking out. But it said soldiers would "gladly testify" if a formal inquiry were launched.

Israel fought the 3-week war in December and January after Palestinian militants fired thousands of rockets from Gaza aimed at Israeli civilians over an eight-year period. Israel maintains that responsibility for the Gaza carnage lies with the militant Hamas rulers of Gaza. Israel accused fighters of hiding ammunition in civilian buildings like schools and mosques, blending in with civilians and using them for cover.

More than 1,400 Palestinians, including more than 900 civilians, were killed in the fighting, thousands of homes were destroyed and Gaza's infrastructure suffered heavy damage, according to Gaza health officials and human rights groups. Israel puts the death toll closer to 1,100 and says most were armed fighters. Thirteen Israelis also were killed, including three civilians who died from rocket fire.

Israel's military rejected the report and accused the group of "defaming and slandering the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) and its commanders." It questioned the report's veracity, saying it "regrets the fact that yet another human rights organization is presenting to Israel and the world a report based on anonymous and general testimonies, without investigating their details or credibility." The military also said that since no identifying details were given, it was impossible to verify the accounts. It urged soldiers to come forward and register official complaints. "The IDF is one of the world's most moral armies and operates according to the highest moral code," said Defense Minister Ehud Barak. Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of the Hamas government in Gaza, said the report "reflects the crimes committed in Gaza," and called on "human rights bodies and international groups" to put Israel's leaders on trial.

Palestinian witnesses and international human rights groups like Amnesty International have long argued that Israel's response was disproportionate and it used powerful weapons indiscriminately in heavily populated areas. The U.N. has also launched a probe into Israel's actions during the offensive. Human rights groups have also said Palestinian militants violated the laws of war by firing rockets at civilian areas in Israel. Israel says many of those reports are politically motivated and that it is subject to unfair scrutiny not devoted to the Palestinians or to other global conflicts.

A small number of other soldiers have come forward with similar second-hand testimony since the operation. But overall, the Israeli public believes the Gaza operation was necessary to halt the rocket fire and think their military is singled out for unfair criticism. An internal army probe early this year found no wrongdoing on the part of the military. Some testimonies provided a glimpse at the complex battlefield the soldiers faced as they pushed into the densely populated territory, fearful of booby-trapped houses and alleyway ambushes and unable to differentiate civilians from militants.

"My impression about rules of engagement was that, at least at our level, they were not clear. There were no clear red lines," one soldier told the group, repeating a claim that has arisen repeatedly since the war. During the fighting, Israeli defense officials confirmed that rules of engagement had been loosened to minimize Israeli casualties, which the military initially expected to be high. Nearly all returned to the theme of the military's use of overwhelming force. "There was no need to use weapons like mortars, like phosphorous. "Sometimes you'd hear on the radio, 'permitted, phosphorous in the air,'" another soldier said. Another soldier said white phosphorus artillery shells were used to ignite a house suspected of housing munitions. "The house went up in flames," he said. Israel has said it used white phosphorus munitions only outside of crowded areas and only as a smokescreen to protect forces. But New York-based Human Rights Watch says Israel fired white phosphorous shells indiscriminately over densely populated areas in what amounts to a war crime. Wednesday's report did not represent a cross-section of soldiers, but rather included troops who approached the group or were reached through acquaintances of group members. Two were junior officers and the rest were lower-ranking troops. The report did not look at the actions of Palestinian militants.

Yehuda Saul, a founder of Breaking the Silence, said the Israeli public needs to know what soldiers saw during the fighting. "In terms of what Israeli society knows, the Gaza operation is a black hole," Saul said. "In order to discuss what we want and what values we stand for as a people, we must have the information about what happened on the ground, and as a group of soldiers we see this as our job." Breaking the Silence was founded in 2004 by recently discharged soldiers who served in the West Bank. Since then, they have recorded the testimonies of some 670 soldiers speaking about their service in the West Bank and Gaza.

Well..Yeah..At least the settler movements seems totally screened off, occupied with the most disgusting destruction while countries all over the world pay taxes and takes in Palestinian refugees living in real hard conditions, while they are going barsack and behave like another nut house farm and the Palestinian authority have not been able to take in some! It´s obvious the Israeli public needs to know what soldiers saw in Gaza and be aware of what happens in the world around them over all! And wake up from their nut house farm of destruction, separated from the rest of the world!

Hamas is saving Turtles and Israelis are going barsack burning the land!

Nuke Ahmadinejads blog! He is not using the American operative system is he?

We view the circumstances surrounding the Iranian authorities’ arrest of Hossein Derakhshan aka Hoder, one of the most prominent Iranian bloggers, as extremely worrying. Derakhshan’s disappearance, detention at an unknown location, lack of access to his family and attorneys, and the authorities’ failure to provide clear information about his potential charges is a source of concern for us. Unfortunately, in recent years, numerous websites and blogs have been routinely blocked by the authorities, and some bloggers have been harassed or detained. Derakhshan’s detention is but the latest episode in this ongoing saga and is being viewed as an attempt to silence and intimidate the blogging community as a whole.

They are monitoring almost everything. Yahoo messenger, MSN messenger, facebook, twitter and all the communication softwares and websites have being filtered. Mobile networks, SMS are down. They are trying to make terror by closing weblogs and arresting bloggers. This is their strategy: 1- removing all the communication. 2- using their own news in order to wonder people about the places of demonstrations. Removing satellites

Almost all the Sepah commanders who are the most powerful army in Iran have studied or traveled to Russia and China. Besides removing the communication networks, They are trying to make a distance between intellectuals, Radical people and the rest of the people. Their method is using our symbols to come in protest and then destroying buildings, killing the others. They kill, they destory and then they say that there is some people between you that do these.

Omid Reza Misayafi, one of a number of Iranian bloggers arrested for "insulting" the government and religious authorities in that country, is dead.

Nokia recently provided the Iranian regime with a "monitoring center" that enables security forces to tap cell phones, scramble text-messages, and interrupt calls. Nokia's new surveillance system has enhanced the regime's ability to crack down on dissent during recent protests. The monitoring technology is being deployed on a massive scale, with hundreds arrested thanks to Nokia's technology. Nokia has a responsibility to ensure its technology is used in an ethical manner.

41 Iranian journalists and bloggers have been detained in the one month since the disputed June 12 presidential elections in that country, the group Reporters without Borders announced. In a statement published on its Web site, Reporters without Borders called for all the detained journalists to be released. Tohid Bighi, who worked for a Web site which supported reformist presidential candidate Mehedi Karoubi. He was arrested on Saturday. Photographer Majid Saidi, who had reported from Afghanistan for Time magazine in 2001, Two female journalists: Henghameh Shahidi, who edited the pro-reform blog Paineveste and worked for reformist publications, was arrested on June 29. Somaieh Nosrati, editor of the parliamentary pages of the newspapers Teheran Emoroz and Hayat No, who was arrested on June 21. The whereabouts of the four are unknown. Also named was Said Matinpour, a reporter for the weekly newspaper Yarpagh, who was imprisoned on Saturday after appearing before the Tehran Revolutionary Court. According to Reporters without Borders, he is being held in Evin prison in Tehran and is suffering from back and stomach ailments. The statement came a week after the release of Iason Athanasiadis-Foden of the Washington Times. Athanasiadis-Foden, who is British-Greek, was arrested at Tehran airport June 19 as he was about to leave the country. He is the only non-Iranian journalist to have been detained since the unrest began. To see some of the names and faces of the imprisoned journalists and bloggers, go here. http://www.editorandpublisher.com/eandp/news/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1003993076

Mehrdad Heydari, a prominent reporter in northeastern Iran, was killed in Mashhad under suspicious circumstances. This is the second death of a prominent Iranian in Mashhad in the post-election violence. Before Heydari, Hamid Maddah, a member of Mousavi’s party, died under torture in Mashhad. Another death has now been confirmed during the protests. Yaghoub Berwayeh, who was shot three weeks ago and had reportedly died in the hospital. Dr. Mahdi Botorabi, an Iranian blogger and a supporter of Khatami, was arrasted. Reports from Evin now suggest that many political prisoners are held in cells together with hardened criminals. Prisoners are continuously tortured and remain underfed.

Reporters Without Borders expressed “great concern” today about growing repression of journalists and cyber-dissidents in Iran after a month of post-election protests and called for them all to be freed at once. Five more were recently arrested, making a total of 41 journalists currently in prison. Four of the latest five detained have been imprisoned in a secret place and like all the others their families have had no news of their condition, it said. “In most such cases, prisoners are not allowed visitors and their lawyers have no access to their case-files.

“Iran is already the world’s biggest prison for journalists and cyber-dissidents and is on the way to becoming the world’s most dangerous place for them to operate,” the worldwide press freedom organisation said. The editor of the blog Paineveste, Henghameh Shahidi, who also worked for reformist publications, was arrested in similar circumstances on 29 June, as was another woman journalist, Somaieh Nosrati, editor of the parliamentary pages of the newspapers Teheran Emoroz and Hayat No, on 21 June. All four were taken to a secret place. Said Matinpour, of the Azeri-language weekly Yarpagh, was thrown in prison on 11 July after appearing before the Tehran Revolutionary Court. A month earlier, he had been sentenced to eight years imprisonment for “having links with foreigners” and “anti-regime propaganda.”

Reporters Without Borders has called for the need for legislation to allow US and European Internet companies operating in repressive countries to escape rules imposed on them by these governments.

The government in Iran uses western technology, such as Nokia and Siemens, to filter the Web and emails. Iran and China can now block access to news and information using western technology. It is high time that the United States and the European Union protected their companies from the dangerous misuse of their products,” the worldwide press freedom organisation said.

“These companies must have a legal and official remedy to apply against these measures that force them to obstruct the free circulation of information. A law like the Global Online Freedom Act (GOFA) would allow that.” The GOFA is a draft law being studied in the United States and in a different version within the EU. It was proposed in the House of Representatives by Republican Deputy Christopher Smith in a new version on 6 May. Inspired by the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, it aims to prevent US companies from “cooperating with repressive governments in transforming the Internet into a tool of censorship and surveillance.” It also aims to ensure that the US government fulfils its responsibility “to promote freedom of expression on the Internet” and “restore public confidence in the integrity of US businesses.”

The European version of GOFA was put before the European Parliament on 17 July 2008 by Dutch member, Jules Maaten of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE), and was inspired by the US model. It urges European companies to assume their "responsibility to uphold the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights" and requires them to locate their servers outside repressive countries. The Wall Street Journal has reported that European companies Siemens (Germany) and Nokia (Finland) have supplied the software for surveillance of telecommunications in Iran through a “joint venture” Nokia Siemens Network. Nokia confirmed the sale of its technology using “deep packet inspection” (DPI), which allows interception of all kinds of communications, such as emails, phone calls, images or messages posted on social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter etc). DPI is generally used to grade data on the Internet (sending an email on high priority for example).

China’s MIIT on 8 June this year said that it had given companies operating there six weeks to fit their computers with new software - Green Dam Youth Escort - paid for by the government to protect “young people” from “harmful” content online. Since March it has been downloaded more than 3 million times, is apparently used in 2,279 schools and installed in some 518,000 computers. Chinese companies Lenovo, Inspur and Hedy have reportedly already installed the software on more than 52 million computers. The Open Net Initiative says that the software “has an influence that goes well beyond the protection of young people: the filtering options include blocking political and religious content”. So far only US company Microsoft has shown concern about the effects on the free circulation of information as a result of installing this software.

Kurdish teenager killed and left in the snow in the mountain

Security forces killed a Kurdish teenager and left his body on the mountain A teenage boy Behzad Gol Mohammadi who was only sixteen years old was tortured to death by the Iranian security forces. His body was left on the mountains near the town of Salmas on the Iran-Turkey border.

According to Human Rights Activists in Iran, Behzad Gol Mohammadi was detained by the Iranian security forces. It is believed that Behzad’s family were contacted by the security forces two days before his death and they demanded ten million Rials (1000 euro) for his release. When Behzad’s uncle and his relatives went to the appointed place the security forces opened fire on them injuring two of Behzad’s relatives, Masoud and Shirzad Atmani.

The family says that Behzad’s leg and hand were broken and he was then shot. His body was left in the snow on the mountain. Behzad is not the first Kurdish teenager who lost his life under torture. In 2007, another 16 years old Kurdish boy died under torture in Prison. His death was announced after two years delay. The KPDS urges human rights organisations, international community, the United Nations, the EU and United States to condemn these gross human rights violations by the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Dialogue of civilization in the Russian, Ahmadinejad, Mesbah-Yazdi and Hezbollah in the giant Qom Madrasa prison continues

Agents of the Ministry of Intelligence (MOIS) and the mullahs’ judiciary are threatening families not to give any information or any later legal action against the murderers and torturers of their children and their relatives. They threaten families who protest to give the same fate to their other children if they persist. The Iranian Resistance calls on the international community, in particular the Secretary General of the United Nations, the Security Council and the High Commissioner for Human Rights to condemn the plight of political prisoners in Iran. She asks them to send an urgent international mission to investigate the savage torture and executions of prisoners of the uprising and to do everything for their release.

The Iranian regime is summoning students at the University of Technology to the so-called campus disciplinary committee to interrogate them about their participation in the recent nationwide protests, the state-run news agency Mehr reported on Tuesday. The university’s president, Ghorbani, told Mehr: We are currently in the process of putting together cases for the recent offenses at Isfahan’s University of Technology. Students who committed offenses in recent incidents will definitely be summoned to the university’s disciplinary committee to provide explanations as soon as their cases are completed. After all these phases are taken care of, a decision will be made with regards to these students.

On Monday, the state-run Fars news agency quoted an Iranian regime security official as saying that a law passed by the regime’s Majlis (parliament) “about preventing the illegal use of satellite dishes is still in force” and the paramilitary Bassij “has the legal authority” to confiscate the equipment.

The Iranian regime’s security forces have banned the slogan which has become a staple of Iran’s nights as an act of protest to the regime’s rule. Over the past weeks, during the nationwide uprising, Iranians have gone to their rooftops at nights, chanting “Allahu Akbar” (God is great). Now, the regime’s security forces call it an act “against the laws of the holy ruling system,” threatening those who chant it with “legal measures,” which in the regime’s parlance means carrying out suppressive arbitrary actions against Iranians.

Another student dies in Tehran, Iran Yaqoob Barvaieh, 27, born in Ahwaz, died at hospital yesterday. He was shot on 25th of June. A basiji shot him from the rooftop of Lowlagar Mosque in Tehran. 19 year old Sohrab was buried in Behesht e Zahra cemetery. His family had no news about his whereabouts for 26 days. The regime's security said no slogans were allowed and made the family end the ceremony quickly.

Iranian exiles in Britain, Switzerland, and Canada staged protests on Monday to denounce the intensification of a siege on Ashraf City. They demanded assurances for the residents’ protection and legal and humanitarian rights in accordance with international conventions.

An Iraqi Kurdish committee has written to the US ambassador in Iraq calling for the lifting of restrictions against Camp Ashraf, where 3,400 members of the main Iranian opposition, the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran reside. The Committee reminded the US ambassador, Christopher Hill, that its members, including university presidents, prominent professors and doctors in the Kurdish region, want a siege placed on Ashraf to be lifted immediately.

The committee also called on the Iraqi government to comply with a European Parliament resolution on Ashraf, passed on April 24 this year. They asked the government to remain faithful to the assurances it provided to the US in relation to the humane treatment of Ashraf residents, while warning governments in Iraq and the US about the consequences of the occurrence of a human catastrophe in Ashraf City. The Kurdish academics and doctors also told Ambassador Hill that in view of the lack of sufficient guarantees provided by the Iraqi forces that currently control Camp Ashraf, the protection of Ashraf must be transferred to the US under the monitoring of the UN and international human rights organizations.

On the 20th anniversary of the assassination of the Kurdish leader and former General-Secretary of the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan (PDKI), Dr. Abdul-Rahman Ghassmlou, the people of Iranian Kurdistan staged a general strike. Every year, since the assassination of Dr. Ghassemlou on 13 July 1989 by the Islamic Republic of Iran, the PDKI has called on the Kurdish nation in Iranian Kurdistan to commemorate Dr. Ghassemlou as well as to condemn the Islamic regime’s policies of assassination and terrorism by engaging in various forms of peaceful political protest. This year, like previous years, the markets, shopping centres and individual shops all over Iranian Kurdistan were closed.

VIENNA (AFP) — The murder of a Kurdish opposition leader in Vienna, in which Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's name has been dragged, is still shrouded in mystery two decades on. Abdul Rahman Ghassemlou, the leader of the Democratic Party of Kurdistan was killed in the Austrian capital on July 13, 1989 by commandos who were never apprehended. A number of witnesses have even linked Ahmadinejad to Ghassemlou's murder and those of two others. German authorities have said Ghassemlou's murder, as well as the assassination of his successor Sadegh Charafkandi in Berlin in 1992, had been ordered by top Iranian officials.

Austria remains stubbornly tight-lipped on the case. And 20 years on, a former investigator on the case remains under pressure from the interior ministry not to give any interviews. Ghassemlou and the two other men had come to Vienna to participate in secret peace negotiations with Iran, the third set of talks since the end of the Iran-Iraq war in 1988, in which the Iranian Kurds had taken Baghdad's side. Following his murder and after initial interrogations, investigators became suspicious of two members of the Iranian delegation, but in what Austrian authorities have described as administrative errors, the suspects escaped.

Between instructions that were never given out, delayed arrest warrants, mistaken reporting and competition between the different police departments, the errors multiplied. One suspect, Amir Mansour Borzorgian, claimed to be a bodyguard for the Iranian delegation and sought refuge in the Iranian embassy in Vienna. He was discreetly allowed to leave the country months later. Another, an Iranian "emissary" Mohamad Sahraroudi was wounded in the attack and therefore seen as a victim. He was given police protection until he left for Tehran on July 22, 1989. The arrest warrants for both men were only issued much later.

"Austria ceded to pressure to safeguard its economic interests," claims Green party deputy Peter Pilz, who has written a book on the affair, where he accused high-ranking Austrian officials of ceding to Iran's demands. Last month, Pilz presented to the media a testimony by a German arms dealer who claimed to have delivered weapons to Ahmadinejad in July 1989, shortly before Ghassemlou's assassination. In a statement to Italian anti-mafia authorities in April 2006 while he was serving a sentence for arms trafficking in Trieste, Italy, the German said he delivered half a dozen light weapons during a meeting in the Iranian embassy in Vienna. At this meeting were three Iranians, including "a certain Mohamed, who later became president of the Republic of Iran," he said, according to a copy of the translated testimony presented by Pilz.

Well..now you were the ones declaring "war"! WHAT´S SO #¤## HARD TO GET?

KABUL – A civilian helicopter ferrying humanitarian aid was shot down Tuesday in a southern Afghan province where fighting with the Taliban is raging, killing all six Ukrainian crew members and a child on the ground, officials said. Two U.S. Marines and an Italian soldier died in the latest clashes.

Who knows which shot down that helicopter where "fighting is raging", or more a genocidal "war-fare" and massacres, as you have left no options and takes no POW´s the same "#¤## way as the "Kurds tends to get shot rather than taken prisoners", Pakistani intelligence, Pakistan army, "Talibans" or you #¤## selves!

The question is more if you had care so "#¤## much if it weren´t for agendas, pipe lines, "concerned ambassadors" and Richard Holbrooke in the front from Kurdish villages to the tribal belt! We guess he´s not that much helped by his "merits" in here! Is he!

Well..

It´s the same with Tamil Tigers, Kurds that were chased up to the mountains, "Talibans", Hamas and every one else that have been used. It´s just commit crimes impose "struggling democracy´s", make people suffer in genocidal "war-fares" and get a "resistance" to survive to get justifications for massacres and genocides to "clear the way" for own personal agendas!

It´s not a question of "war for profit" , it´s "war for profit" cover up crimes against humanity and genocides in the same #¤## psychopathic Hitler methods which were inspired by the Turks on their way from Bulgaria through Turkey, into Kurdish land, Iraq, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, the tribal belt and across the oceans and back, with Russia using a couple of mass murdering criminals, denying everything "from the other side" of the table!

The Tamils have not been that much helped by the U.N. and Sri Lankan army brothers, "concerned ambassadors" moving to India which weaponry together with Israels, Iran´s, Russia´s and every one else were used against the Tamils! Have they!

Maybe the Iranian people shouldn´t wait for the U.N. which is represented by these people including Russia or any ones else to react or act after decades of crimes!

They have used their youths for decades just like they used the Mongolian warriors!

An explosion of ammunition in south-eastern Turkey has killed four soldiers and injured several more, reports say. The blast happened on Monday night at a military post in the town of Yuksekova in Hakkari province, near the border with Iraq, the newspaper Hurriyet said. Several reports suggested the explosion had been accidental.

It´s not the Kurds that are a threat to others it´s others that have been a threat for the Kurds for decades! It´s not that #¤## hard to conclude! An idiot can figure that out! Except from those idiots being a threat to both Kurds and every one else then..Some have even deliberately caused the death on their own people to blame the Kurds! What does that tell us? The Kurds have actually been used for decades in a genocidal "war-fare" carousel in others interests to impose their "agendas" and cause threat on every one else in this region! That´s a fact and the rest is just psychopathic bullshit!

The Iraqi Constitution, specifically Article 140, requires a vote by referendum to resolve Iraq’s disputed territories. To cast this as a “threat” is unfair. The Iraqi Kurds are simply trying to carry out the constitutionally mandated referendum. Furthermore, the Iraqi Kurds are not defying Baghdad in formulating a regional constitution; they are embracing their right to create such a document, which is allowed in the Iraqi Constitution. The Kurds, who represent the most stable and progressive element of Iraq, have made it clear that they desire to be a part of a united Iraqi nation. To allow for a responsible and phased withdrawal of American forces from Iraq, which is the stated policy of the Obama administration, several issues must first be resolved, the most important of which is that of the disputed territories. Only then will a stable and united Iraq be able to thrive.

"We must cut ties with Iran until the suppression is halted"

The clerical regime executed 13 political prisoners in Zahedan, provincial capital of Sistan and Baluchestan in southeast Iran, at dawn on Tuesday. They were accused of “Waging war on God,” and “Spreading corruption on earth.” The victims had spent months in critical condition under torture and were deprived of the right to legal counsel or a fair trial. IRNA, the mullahs’ official news agency, reported on Monday that the victims were to be hanged in public and the regime invited people to attend the event, but, in fear of general outrage, the regime was compelled to carry out the executions inside the prison in Zahedan.

NCRI offers its condolences to the bereaved families of those executed today and calls on all international human rights organizations to condemn this heinous crime. It also calls for the referral of the regime’s dossier on brutal suppression of peaceful demonstrators, mass and arbitrary executions, and systematic suppression of religious and ethnic minorities to the UN Security Council for adoption of immediate measures to stop them.

Inaction and delay by the international community in the face of the regime’s crimes and its continued appeasement by the West has only emboldened the regime in its crimes and executions. The clerical regime’s record in the past month includes at least 50 executions, and it has killed more than 300 people in peaceful anti-government demonstrations, and injured and arrested thousands of others, and it has tortured many detainees in some cases to death.

We must cut our ties with Iran until the suppression is halted

Last week's anti-government rallies in the streets of Tehran and elsewhere show that the situation in Iran remains explosive and makes nonsense of the regime's claims that the protests are over. In the end, despite a call by presidential candidate and former prime minister Mir Hossein Mousavi for Iranians to avoid further action on the street, Iranians in their thousands broke through chains of Revolutionary Guards and paramilitary Bassij forces to rally in central Tehran and other major cities. The protests on 9 July were sparked by a rift at the top of the regime over the presidential "election", but as people poured into streets, the calls became much more radical and changed from condemnation of the rigging of the election to a demand for regime change. Many in the West had argued that Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei ran a stable regime. The professed stability turned out to be a charade.

Mike Gapes MP, of the House of Commons Foreign Affairs Select Committee, was right when he told Parliament last week that Western leaders should not fool themselves that engagement with the regime will lead to changes in its behaviour. After talks in L'Aquila last week, the leaders of the G8 nations said they were "seriously concerned about recent events in Iran"; adding feebly that in September they would "take stock of the situation". How can it be right for our leaders to give more time to the mullahs to murder their people and build a nuclear bomb with which to threaten us all? Military action is not a solution, but we can stop paying the regime for blood-drenched barrels of oil. Sanctions need to be tightened by the EU and UN Security Council. Diplomatic ties with the regime must be severed until suppression is halted and political prisoners are freed.

Western leaders should heed the advice of Maryam Rajavi who for years has reiterated that the Iranian crisis has an Iranian solution. All that is required is moral and political support from the West.

US/Russian tensions rise over Georgia

Yeah..What would you do without Georgia! Or the Kurds chased up the mountains and a Ocalan Mandela in a Guatemala European prison!

"We messed up"..

Idiots!

Prohibiting motor vehicles from the beach..It´s a good idea..

The Palestinian coast guard on Friday returned a giant sea turtle to the Mediterranean after it beached itself on the Gaza Strip shore earlier the same morning. Concerned locals alerted the Hamas-run unit to the presence of the distressed turtle, and cadets who had earlier rescued 30 missing children responded to the call. The kids had swum too far into the waves or gone wandering from their families. Residents at the beach told Ma'an they were pleased with the swift and careful efforts the cadets took in handling the turtle, although 76 motorcycle owners who had their vehicles confiscated for parking infractions quickly became disgruntled. The Strip's port authorities had earlier reported having trouble enforcing a new law prohibiting motor vehicles from the beach road on Thursdays and Fridays, the busiest time for families at the Gaza shore.

Well..yeah..it´s the steamroller..Shaping the whole country to a #¤## circus in the middle of a desert!

So why don´t you take in some sea waters into a #¤## canal and then you can eat your #¤## bulldozers!!

You have turned this into a "war" between those that destroys the land and this planet and those that wants to protect and preserve it! Just like the Native Americans said..haven´t you! Together with the psychopaths in Syria, Turkey, and Iran that have never cared for any #¤## farmlands in either Gaza, Lebanon, Iraq or Kurdish land in the genocidal "war-fare" carousel!

Israeli military bulldozers razed more than 18,000 square meters of farm land belonging to the village of Urif, south of the West Bank city of Nablus on Tuesday. “Since this morning, Israeli bulldozers razed 8,000 square meters in Khallat Az-Zeit south of Urif, and 10,000 more west of the village in Maris Asira.” A Palestinian boy, 14-year-old Jamil Abu Haykal from Hebron in the southern West Bank, was hospitalized on Monday night after he was assaulted by Israeli settlers from the Tel Rumeida settlement.

A day before Blair’s visit, Israeli soldiers raided the headquarters of the Nablus Shopping Festival, a celebration Israel had pledged to boost in the interest of economic improvement. Blair said that Israel deserved more credit for its efforts to ease conditions for Palestinians.

Israeli settlers from the colony of Bat Ayin set fire to Palestinian farmland in the West Bank village of Safa, north of Hebron, on Monday morning, the second such attack in two days. Israeli soldiers also barred firefighters from reaching the blaze for several hours, causing widespread destruction. On Sunday, Israeli residents of Bat Ayin set fire to olive, almond, and grape fields in the nearby town of Beit Ummar. Ma’an’s correspondent said that settlers burned 150,000 square meters of farmland. The media spokesperson of the Tadamon Project in Beit Ummar, Muhammad Awad, said that settlers began burning the fields at 9am local time. Also on Sunday, the Palestinian Ministry of Agriculture reported that a series of recent arson attacks by Israeli settlers has resulted in the destruction of 1,200 dunums of Palestinian land, primarily in villages near Nablus and Hebron.

This is not the 18th century

Will Nabucco pipeline deal free Europe from Russian gas? - It's being called a milestone for energy-hungry Europe.

Or Turkey together with the rest idiots that refuse stop their crimes against humanity can turn it to one of the biggest fiasco so far into this century. Something the U.S. ambassador to India should inform India and their affairs with criminals in the Iranian regime, while he´s already there and concerned!

Oh..yeah..Thank you..

"Psychosis, with adjective psychotic, literally means abnormal condition of the mind, and is a generic psychiatric term for a mental state often described as involving a "loss of contact with reality". People suffering from psychosis are said to be psychotic."
And in some parts of this world it seems to be triggered a mass psychosis..Or it´s just about ripping others off their money while committing crimes against humanity at the same time. As we said: There are some #¤## reasons why people all over this planet rather deal with a criminal committing crimes, have taken 70 millions of Iranians hostages than just cut it off and wait to there comes other Iranians to deal with, which wouldn´t take THAT LONG TIME!

Well..

MUNICH - The legal saga of John Demjanjuk neared its final chapter as prosecutors set the stage for one of Germany's highest-profile war crime trials in years — formally charging the retired U.S. auto worker with involvement in the murder of 27,900 people at a Nazi death camp.

The Iranian regime mass murdered 30.000 political prisoners and those which survived you put into a terrorists lists! What does that tell us?

And it have kept on ever since! So how many Iranians, Arabs, Kurds, Bahai´s, clerics, teachers, students, academics, army officers and you #¤## name it have they mass murdered? 100.000 thousands, 2, 3, 4 thousands a half of a million, 1 million or 5 millions?

According to obtained reports the number of detainees has reached such levels that Evin prison’s wards 209, 240 and cell 2A have reached full capacity. These wards in the notorious Evin prison belong to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). A large number of prisoners are being held in prison halls. Many of the interrogations, accompanied by torture and violent beating of prisoners, take place inside prison cells. In some of the cells used for solitary confinement, up to 15 prisoners are being held. Interrogations start from 8:00 and continue until 23:00 local time. Prisoners are placed under cruel torture during the interrogations, with some of them unable to walk back to their own cells after interrogation. The medical and food situation at the prison is atrocious. Some of the prisoners either do not get food at all or receive at most one serving per day. According to obtained reports from Kermanshah, intelligence agents in the city’s prison subject prisoners to torture. Some of the detainees have been transferred to Dizelabad prison and the so-called dangerous cell, where those with serious charges like murder and drug smuggling are being held. There have also been reports of raping teenagers in detention centers. The detainees, they are being held in deplorable conditions.

Officials who have religiously and rationally lost authority and custodianship in social affairs are automatically dismissed from their positions. Their authority has no legitimacy whatsoever. And if they remain in their position through coercion, deceit or fraud, the people must voice those officials' illegitimacy and lack of credibility and demand their removal from those positions through the most effective and least costly methods. Obviously, this is a duty for all people. It falls upon everyone in society, the elite and the laymen alike, depending on their knowledge and abilities. No one can shed this responsibility under any pretext.

The elite of society are more aware of the religion and law, more capable and wield more influence. As such, they have a more serious mandate. Through unity, like-mindedness and establishing of parties and organizations as well as private and public meetings, they must inform others and present a solution to them. Religion, logic and learned people around the world condemn and consider as worthless a government based on coercion, oppression and aggression against the rights of other people; A government which has usurped and manipulated the people's votes, killed, arrested, detained and applied medieval and Stalinist tortures on them; A government that represses, censors the newspapers, disrupts communication and imprisons the elite in society on bogus charges and forces them to make false confessions, especially in prison.

According to credible accounts from the family of the Prophet and his direct descendents, extracting confessions in prison has absolutely no religious and legal legitimacy and cannot be the basis for issuing a sentence. Iran's valiant people are fully aware of the reality of these confessions which conjure up recorded examples in fascist and communist regimes. It is common knowledge that such confessions and fabricated television interviews have been obtained through force, torture and threats in order to conceal cases of oppression and injustice.

Those ordering, perpetrating and assisting in such confessions and false interviews are sinners and offenders. From a religious and legal standpoint, they deserve punishment. The Shah heard the sound of the Iranian people's revolution only when it was too late. It is hoped that officials in charge not allow the situation to get to that point and show flexibility toward the demands of their own citizens as soon as possible. The sooner we can exercise damage control the better.

It is beholden on everyone to comprehend and sense the deliberate opposition of the rulers to the religion and the law. Others must be informed as well. Everyone has a responsibility when encountering injustice and the violation of the people's rights depending on his/her own awareness and capability. One cannot assume that someone could believe in justice but not take any steps in realizing it or for that matter, be afraid or take a wait and see attitude on the pretext of not having enough power. To fear man is to commit to the most serious cardinal sin of duality.

We condemn Israeli settlers destruction of agriculture land!

It´s "#" obvious Israel have very much exchange of the genocidal "war-fare" carousel together with Syria, Turkey, the U.S., weapon dealers, and the psychopaths in Iran as they have been very busy with destruction ever since it was instigated ones again, the same #¤## way as Turkey in North of Iraq/South of Kurdistan with Joseph Ralston, Britain's director of weapon companies, terrorists lists and Richard Holbrooke in the front, while Europe planning pipe lines and have a own Guatemala prison with one person isolated on a island! And people pay taxes just so Israeli settlers can burn it up, while countries world wide take in Palestinians which suffer in camps at the border to Iraq, EXCEPT from the Palestinian authority!

It´s #¤## disgusting! GET THE HELL OUT OF OUR MONEY BAGS!

Psychopaths!

"A government that claims to champion the cause of Islam, is welcoming the butcher of Chechnya! Obviously the Chechen Muslims were indispensable"

In '150 Years Under Putin', Nabavi re-examines how his generation were always encouraged to shout 'Death to America, Death to England and Death to Israel' but never anything against Russia and he lists a series of historic facts on how Iran has suffered so much from her Russian northern neighbour.

The gist (not a word by word translation) of Nabavi's article is this:

- Iran lost a great part of its territory to the Russians after years of war between the incompetent Qajar kings and the powerful Tsarist Russian armies. Conclusion: Death to America, Death to England, Death to Israel

- During Iran's constitutional revolution that demanded to put a limit on the king's powers and establish an elected parliament, the constitutionalists seeked refuge in the British embassy. The Russians on the other hand, allied with the new despot Qajar king, bombed the newly built parliament building while the deputies were inside. Further support for the despot king meant Russian troops pouring into Iran and killing thousands of Iranian freedom fighters. Conclusion: Death to America, Death to England, Death to Israel

- The Communists came to power in Russia and decided to establish a republic in Gilan, a northern province of Iran. In effect they tried to secede another part of Iran´s integral territory. Conclusion: Death to America, Death to England, Death to Israel

- Reza Shah, the 'bloodthirsty dictator' - as Iranian Communists refer to him - founder of the new Pahlavi dynasty, arrested 53 Communists in total during his 16 year reign. One of them, Dr. Taghi Arani, was killed in prison but the other 52 went to Russia and there they were either killed or exiled or lived in misery and poverty for the rest of their lives and yearned to return to Iran. Conclusion: Death to America, Death to England, Death to Israel

- During the Second World War, Iran was occupied by allies and was used as a bridge to send aid to Stalin. When the war ended, Americans and the British left as was agreed, but the Russians stayed and wanted to secede Azerbijan from the rest of Iran this time. Conclusion: Death to America, Death to England, Death to Israel

- Mossadiq was appointed by the 2nd Pahlavi king, as the Prime Minister, and he led the drive for nationalisation of Iranian oil. Because Mossadiq was anti-Soviet, the Russians labeled him as an English lackey, and when it was too obvious that Mossadiq was not an English lackey they labelled him as an American lackey. The Soviet backed puppet Tudeh Party, demanded all Iran's oil should be nationalised except that in the North which was run by the Russians! After Mossadiq was toppled, the Soviet Union was the first to recognise the new government. Many Tudeh Party members fled to Russia. Again they encountered desperate conditions, some were imprisoned and some had to toe the Soviet Party line to the letter in order to have a basic living standard. Conclusion: Death to America, Death to England, Death to Israel

- The White Revolution or the Shah's program of reforms took place. Women were given the right to vote and feudal landlords had to pass the ownership of their land to the peasants and divide it amongst those who worked on the land. Workers were given a share of the profits on top of their wages. Army recruits were given the choice to serve as literacy corps, Health and Hygiene corps or Agricultural corps. The reforms were backed and encouraged by the Americans. Conclusion: Death to America, Death to England, Death to Israel

- Shiite clerics came to power in 1979, US embassy was occupied, Israeli embassy ceased to exist but the Russian embassy got bigger and bigger. The Soviet backed puppet Tudeh Party were told to back Khomeini and the clerics. The new theocracy started a mass arrest of Iranian Marxists including the Tudeh party leaders and members and most of them were executed. Russia maintained good relations with the Ayatollahs and never complained about the massacre of Iranian Communists. Some Marxists fled to Russia where they suffered great hardship. Those who were lucky, managed to escape again and flee to Western Europe and America, where they now enjoy comfortable lives. Conclusion: Death to America, Death to England, Death to Israel

- Saddam started a war against Iran. Saddam was pro-Soviet. His weapons were all Russian made. Iranians resisted the Iraqi aggression with the remnants of the US weapons they had from before the 1979 takeover of the country by the clerics. While we shouted long live Palestine and death to American Saddam, Russia, the PLO, Cuba and the Socialist camp backed Saddam. Islamic Republic resorted to buy arms from Israel. Finally the US toppled Saddam. Conclusion: Death to America, Death to England, Death to Israel

- The Soviet Union collapsed and the countries surrounding the Caspian Sea became many. Our share of the Caspian Sea was reduced further and further from 50% with the full backing of the Russians. Conclusion: Death to America, Death to England, Death to Israel

Now Putin (the boot) comes to Tehran, so that we can be further trampled on by the Russian boots as we have been in the last 150 years. Conclusion: Death to America, Death to England, Death to Israel

Ahhh!

So...where were we..The youths in Iran! Release your youths #¤## criminals and psychopaths! Pol Pot´s!

Well..yeah!

WE #¤## WARNED YOU! DIDN´T WE!

Germany still have trials and obvious STILL "rebel problems"! Just as every one else! Where #¤## it ever suits to have so! And in the very same genocidal agenda which ever suits to have "problems" with are dehumanized and criminalized and with methods that fills the very same requirements for the proclaimed genocidal watch which ever and when ever it suits keep commit crimes against humanity, no matter if some of you have been exposed to it yourselves!

A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE #¤## BEEN OCCUPIED WITH THE SAME #¤## GENOCIDES AND CRIMES FOR DECADES! IT´S THE SAME #¤## HITLER METHODS AS DURING WWII!

And after the same refusal, methods, manipulations and crimes as in Turkey simultaneously with Turkey since 1983, with the U.S. jets, Israeli jets and every others #¤## jets, after the criminals have burned down the "safe zone" people were chased into the SAME #¤## WAY TURKS HAVE BURNED DOWN EVERY ONE AND EVERYTHING when ever it have suits the SAME #¤## WAY as the U.S. in Vietnam a Tamil states: we were bombed and chased here and then there and then we run there and then we were bombed! And now there sits a #¤## ambassador in India having concerns about a peace process, while youths disappears and people gets killed every #¤## day on the streets as they have been since 1983 and people dies in concentration camps with no #¤## insight!

Sri Lanka have been busy with the same #¤## crimes as Turkey ever since the #¤## remote controls went off in both Sri lanka and Turkish village guard genocidal system! AND WE KNOW VERY #¤## WELL WHICH MORE ARE ENGAGED IN THOSE CRIMES! SO TAKE YOUR #¤## TERRORISTS LISTS ON PEOPLE BEING VICTIMS OF THE MOST DISGUSTING TERROR, CRIMES AND GENOCIDES AND SHUFFLE THEM SO FAR YOU BURP THEM OUT!

If there were something like terrorists lists in 1942 they had been applied on the Jews by Hitler as well!

And..Credibility?

"Then we move over the ambassador to India and then he can sit there and have concerns"..

#¤## jä*a disgusting assa! What happened and happens in Sri Lanka actually fills the requirements for those stages proclaimed in the genocide watch! Just as the on going genocide against the Kurds and the "war-fare" the psychopaths have against their own people! And after have had wars and "divide and conquer" in Afghanistan and the tribal belt since the 18th century, promoted radicalism, used the same people in proxy wars and then comes back and when people giving up themselves are killed in containers, the only option left is just fight or die, and when trying to use dialogues and come to understandings it´s just get in and sabotage it, so the only options left are fight and get massacred! It´s #¤## the same thing there as any where else!

Maybe it´s the same "genocidal system" there as in Turkey! Like it was actually not the "Talibans" blowing up schools, but others! What the hell do we know? How much can those that have been engaged in and supported genocides since decades during the most DISGUSTING crimes and psychopathic manipulations be trusted? NADA! Not even those that have been exposed to it themselves, being a part of it!

Monday, July 13, 2009

Yeah!

We were #¤#& there!

You declared it!

Tell that to Turkish officers with stock market portfolios and the most psychopathic manipulative sick murderous "system" for decades, Europe with a person isolated on island and their weapon companies, psychopaths in Iran, Russia and their monopoly taking millions of hostages together with mass murdering psychopaths committing the most horrific crimes in Iran pushing form "the others side" while denying everything, Joseph Ralston and the "other tribe" cashing in money while rolling all over this planet with Richard Holbrooke in the front using the psycopath´s "legitimization's" and inciting of the genocidal "war-fare" carousel together with the rest, while the last forests in North of Iraq are burning simultaneously with Palestinian farmer, olive lands and Sri Lanka criminals burning up evidence in the "safe zone" which people were CHASED INTO, AND WHICH EVERY ONE KNOWS THEY WERE INCLUDING THE U.N.! Psychopathic manipulators through media, and the U.S. ambassador-designate to India who is concerned about the "peace process" in Sri Lanka!

There were concerned ambassadors in Turkey as well. With the communist threat with Russia pushing from "the other side", Britain in Iraq established the fact that Kurds "tend to be shot rather than taken prisoners", Germany and the Armenian genocide in the middle, while media expected Turkey to crush the "rebels" and concerned ambassadors at the same time! Those concerns did not help much! Did they!

And it didn´t help much for the "Kurdish rebels" to send in media with interviews at the same time crimes was committed either! Did it!

It´s kind of odd that "Turks" which some were Bulgarians after the Bulgarian genocide inspired Hitler and his "Arian race". And those actually being committed genocide against by those that inspired Hitler are the Aryan race! Isn´t it!
Officials who have lost authority and custodianship are automatically dismissed from their positions. Their authority has no legitimacy whatsoever. And if they remain in their position through coercion, deceit or fraud, the people must voice those officials' illegitimacy and lack of credibility and demand their removal from those positions. Obviously, this is a duty for all people. It falls upon everyone in society. No one can shed this responsibility under any pretext. People around the world condemn and consider as worthless a government based on coercion, oppression and aggression against the rights of other people. Everyone has a responsibility when encountering injustice and the violation of people's rights.

It´s not recommended!

To use technology in "wars" against humanity and destruction of this planet!

http://menmaatrekiya.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/dscf0001.jpg

No changes = collapse!

A continuation of the current situation will drive us toward disintegration," Rezaei said.

Yeah..together with the rest! And do not any one for one #¤## secon trying to blame your own crimes on others!

Some have had a LONG time to make changes but just have kept on the same #¤## genocidal "war-fare" carousel and psychopathic manipulations in crimes against humanity - in a "war" against humanity as it have been done for decades..So the question is if not the collapse is ALREADY HERE!

And the question is how many cares! Since to many already have expended their "rights" violating others rights!

Well..Yeah..It´s #¤#¤ ridiculous..

ALMATY (Reuters) - A top U.S. diplomat told Uzbekistan on Monday Washington wanted to repair relations with the Central Asian state, strained since a dispute over human rights in 2005 and the closure of a key U.S. military base.

That you should have thought of BEFORE there were a lot of Uzbeks being recruited at the border and coming into the tribal belt while Uzbeks and Afghanistan presidents takes a walk on the bridge!

Maybe it´s time for Richard Holbrooke to eat up his own steamroller!

Tax money...Never mind about the Kurds that were chased up in the mountains.

ANKARA, Turkey - Turkey and four European Union countries formally agreed Monday to route a new natural gas pipeline across their territories, pushing ahead with a U.S.- and EU-backed attempt to make Europe less dependent on Russian gas.

It´s not that much that have changed since Hitler and the communist threat, the U.S. and the communist threat and Vietnam village guard genocidal system, with Russia pushing from one side or "the Iranian side" with 70 millions of Iranians taken hostages together with a mass murdering psychopath, and weapon dealers, "the other tribe" and others from the other side with Germany´s interests and Armenians and Kurds in the middle. And Russia denying any crimes on "the other side of the table".. Are there! We assume the train from Iran through Armenia didn´t suit either Russia or Turkey! We mean..There are some #¤## reasons why people all over this planet rather deal with a criminal committing crimes and 70 millions of Iranians hostages together with Palestinians and Kurds than just cut it off and wait to there comes other Iranians to deal with, which wouldn´t take THAT LONG TIME!

Miners..

BEIJING - Three miners survived 25 days trapped in a flooded mine in southern China by drinking dirty water and chewing coal before rescuers burrowed through a collapsed tunnel to reach them, a local official and state media said Monday.

We should find out how our tax money are used..

Shouldn´t we...And in which pockets they goes! And how much the Israeli settlers burns up while Joseph Ralston "defusing tensions" which we have found out exactly how, haven´t we. While Lieberman says "it´s not worth it"! This Iran- Israel drivel is probably just drivel, they seems to have very much exchange out of each other, just as the genocidal "war-fare" instigated with Turkey!

All while exiled people are demonstrating world wide, the Swedish and others public sectors generates work with exiled Iraqis and other exiled, workers, tax payers and sick people are kicked on when getting sick. Britain's, the U.S., Israel and others cashing in money on weapon deals and terrorists lists, while Turkish officers stock market portfolios gets a lift of a ongoing genocidal "war-fare" and 3.000 children in jail. Israeli settlers burns up our money at the same time people are taking in Palestinians refugees while the Palestinians in the Wes Bank have not been able to take in some of them which are living in hard conditions. And Iran's revolutionary guards are soldiers when killing Kurds and terrorists when being captured in Iraq and the psychopaths commits crimes against their own people.

We mean..Hello?

Who likes to get robbed?

You want to know the Israelis? Think money..Just as with every one else..From people complaining on the priests in Jerusalem which just cared for their business, to be slaughtered in Arya!

Maybe it´s true..That Britain and the U.S. have actually had a genocide on the other tribe for decades, and had a "stiff resistance" as they could be the ones actually conquered land in this region, while Sri Lanka, Turkey, Syria, and the Iranian regime takes the opportunity to have theirs, while tax payers pays and get kicked on, while the other tribe cashing in money!

Maybe this is exactly what Jesus the prophet meant when he went barsack in the Temple! And then was slaughtered like a sacrifice by the Romans like the bush people did to their Gods! Or maybe it was some psychopathic Iranian king which then twisted history as they always have done!

Or maybe it was truly the Pharisees (lat. pharisæus, -i) comes from the Hebrew פרושים perushim from פרוש parush, meaning "separated"!

Well..GO THERE AND #¤## SPEAK WITH THEM!

SEOUL, South Korea – North Korean leader Kim Jong Il has life-threatening pancreatic cancer, a news report said Monday, days after new images of him looking gaunt spurred speculation that his health might be worsening following a reported stroke last year.

Be very aware of that we will follow up the conditions for the children in North Korea! Russia and the U.S. have #¤## used the Korean´s for their psychopathic proxy "wars" and caused death and suffering enough!

Well..What are genocidal "war-fare" carousels for?

Ma’an – The Palestinian Center for Human Rights (PCHR) said that its lawyers have been denied access to its clients in prisons run by Hamas in Gaza. PCHR said that the ban is a violation of Palestinian and international law, including the right to legal counsel. PCHR said it is “further concerned that access restrictions may be motivated by the desire to hide illegal practices against detainees, including torture and other forms of cruel treatment.” Since the beginning of 2009, the organization said it received 200 complaints related to detentions by the Internal Security Service (ISS), and had been granted power of attorney from detainees’ families. However, the organization said in a statement, “PCHR has been denied access to at least 60 detainees who have been detained by ISS. PCHR have made numerous attempts to gain access to their clients; to date all of these attempts have been unsuccessful. PCHR has contacted a number of officials to allow its lawyers to visit their clients, but it has not received any response.” In an interview on Hamas-affiliated Al-Aqsa Television on 8 July, and alter posted on the web site of the Ministry of Interior, the Gaza Minister of Interior, Fathi Hammad, said that all detention centers were open to human rights organizations for supervision and legal access, denying that families were prevented from visiting their relatives. The Ministry of the Interior also said, in a statement to Ma’an, that PCHR did not ask to visit from the involved parties at all. Some organizations including the Red Cross had visited the prisons.” The ministry also said PCHR’s claims “came along with the attempts of defamation of the security departments in Gaza.”

Israeli settlers have set fire to more than 1,200 dunums (1.2 million square meters) of Palestinian land in a series of recent attacks, the Palestinian Ministry of Agriculture said on Sunday. Settlers have gone on the offensive since the spring, attacking Palestinian farmers particularly in villages surrounding the cities of Nablus and Hebron. The statement was issued as settlers set fire to more farmland near the West Bank town of Beit Ummar on Sunday. The mayor of the town said that large areas of olive, almond, and grape fields were burned. The ministry also expressed concern about recently-announced Israeli plans to confiscate 139,000 dunums of land stretching from the eastern edge of Bethlehem to the Dead Sea (including land in the villages of Al-Ubeidiya, Ar-Rashayida and At-Ta’amara), and the area of Nabi Musa, which is to be annexed by the Israeli settlement of Ma’ale Adumim. The ministry also noted that, in spite of international pressure, Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak approved the construction of 50 new housing units in the settlement of Adam, in addition to 300 houses in the settlement of Benyamin.

We assume Hamas is busy nowadays with being used from Lebanon with Hezbollah´s to attack and detain Iranians to be transported to jail and torture and impose the same dictatorship in the Gaza strip, while Palestinians are in fact working for their salaries, trying to make a living and a future in the Wes Bank, while not being able to receive Palestinians living in hard conditions in camps at the border between Syria and Iraq. While the internationally community pays for Palestinians to start build their future at the same time ISRAELI SETTLERS ARE BUSY causing the same destruction on agricultural land and the environment as Turkey in North of Iraq with Richard Holbrooke in Kurdish villages, Britain's directors of weapon companies, Joseph Ralston in Lockheed Martin, Turkish officers and a couple of more caching in some money on the genocidal "war-fare" carousel!

Scandalous! SHAME! SHAME on you!

Sept 2008 Israeli settlers burn olive lands

It´s #¤# scandalous!

A Palestinian refugee died on Thursday at the Al Waleed camp, on the Iraqi-Syrian border after a sharp decline in her health condition, while stranded along with hundreds of other refugees on the border. The woman was identified as Suad Abdul-Qader Al Hallaq. The Palestinian refugees who fled Iraq after the war remain stranded in several make-shift refugee camps.

The Union for Palestinian Refugees called on the international community to act and save the lives of the refugees at the Al Waleed refugee camp.

Last Friday, a refugee identified as Shihada Mohammad Abu Hamad, died at the same refugee camp due to the lack of medication and equipment at the make-shift clinic in the camp. There are nearly 1600 refugees in Al Waleed camp, Some of the refugees were sent to Sweden, Norway and the United States, while Sudan said it would host the rest. 39 refugees are expected to be transferred to Sudan next month.

Several Palestinian refugees were abducted, tortured and killed by armed groups in Iraq after the United States army occupied Iraq. Increasing attacks, including abductions and bombings in refugee camps, forced the Palestinian refugees to flee Iraq but got stranded on the borders with Jordan and Syria. Thirty-four thousand Palestinians lived in Iraq before the American invasion in 2003, Many have since faced harassment, threats of deportation, abuse by the media, arbitrary detention, torture and murder, the Palestinian Right to Return Coalition reported. Several refugee neighborhoods in Baghdad were bombarded and attacked, and many Palestinians were killed, kidnapped, imprisoned and forced out of the country.

The UNHCR reported that nearly 21000 refugees have left Iraq since 2003, and 1300 are still there.

A number of Palestinians who were forced to leave are now stranded in refugee camps on the Syrian and Jordanian borders: Al-Hol Refugee Camp: Located on the Syrian side of the border with Iraq.
Currently, 305 Palestinians are stranded in Al-Hol.

Al-Tanaf Refugee Camp: Located in no-man's land on the border with Syria. There are 340 Palestinian refugees who have been stranded in this camp since May 2006. More recently, the camp's population has risen to 437 because Syrian authorities took to the camp. The camp is about 260 kilometers away from the nearest populated area. About 10% of the refugees need medical treatment, which is not currently available. The camp residents have so far been taken care of by local area organizations. The United Nations does not currently provide services to support the residents.

Al-Walid Refugee Camp: Located on the Iraqi side of the border with Syria at the al-Walid border crossing. Established on December 16, 2006, now has 1560 residents, with 30-40 persons arriving on a weekly basis fleeing ongoing threats and attacks in Baghdad. The camp is located in a remote area not far from al-Tanaf camp. The residents have so far been taken care of by a local area organization. The International Committee of the Red Cross and UNHCR have provided relief items such as blankets, stoves, plastic sheets, tents and food.

Al-Ruweished Refugee Camp: Located on the Jordanian side about 70 kilometres from the border with Iraq. It was set up in 2003 and housed Somalis and Iranian Kurds as well as Palestinians and Iraqis fleeing violence in Iraq. With the exception of the Palestinians, nearly all the refugees who passed through this camp were relatively quickly resettled in third countries, including Australia, Canada, Denmark, New Zealand, Sweden and the United States. In contrast most of the 148 Palestinians had been stranded in al-Ruweished for more than four years, and, only recently, were they moved to Brazil after having been granted asylum by that country. Some of the children had received no formal education during those four years. Canada granted asylum to 54 Palestinians from this camp one year earlier.

Factsheet prepared by Al-Awda’s West Coast Regional Refugee Support Committee.

By the way..

There are 3.000 children jailed in Turkey..

Iran is like a huge prison..

An international human rights group said Sunday that an Iranian family only learned of the death of their 19-year-old son weeks after he was shot during a demonstration against the country's disputed presidential election. The International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran said that raised concerns about the fate of what it said were dozens and possibly hundreds. The New York-based human rights group said the protester, Sohrab Aarabi, was shot in the chest during a demonstration on June 15. "The lack of transparency and calculated delay in releasing the information about Aarabi's unexplained death only raises anxieties about scores of others who are among the disappeared as well as those who have been held in incommunicado detention, with no contact to family members or lawyers, many for almost a month," the group said in a statement.

Iran has said that most of the more than 1,000 people it says were detained have been released, but arrests have continued. Besides those rounded up in street demonstrations, more than 200 prominent Iranian lawyers, activists, journalists, professors and students remain unaccounted for after being detained at their homes by unidentified agents and taken to undisclosed locations, the rights group said. "There are many disappeared persons who could now be languishing in secret prisons or could even be dead like in Aarabi's case," said the group's spokesman, Hadi Ghaemi. Also Sunday, the Paris-based group Reporters Without Borders said that it knew of 41 journalists being held in Iran, some of them in secret locations.

A huge Russian - Ahmadinejad prison. It´s obvious Ahmadinejad regard himself as so much more important than 70 millions of Iranians or a train through Armenia...

The amount of beatings and tortures used against prisoners, to make them confess cannot be described. Many of them are badly injured during their interrogation however no medical help is available to them. In some cases the interrogators have been reported, however at the next interrogation, if the interrogator finds out about the report, the amount of torture and beatings gets worse for the prisoner.

The organisations that arrest people are; the ministry of information, the revolutionary guards, and the Basij. The most beatings and tortures are reported to be from Basijis. Due to high amount of arrests and because the prisons and police stations are full, those who are arrested are freed after they are tortured and their commitments are obtained. However the rest of those who are arrested are taken to prisons.

Most of these prisoners, because they are not well known among people, usually no one apart from their families look for them. They are taken to cells which contain about 10 to 15 people and after a couple of days they might be interrogated.

Apart from Evin prison, those arrested are often taken to very old prisons. One example is the interior ministry detention, which is known as MENHAYE CHAHAR or MINUS FOUR. There are reports that those students who were arrested at the Tehran university campus are also taken to this place and have gone under severe tortures and beatings.

Other places are: shapour detention unit, and also the security police. The prisoners who are taken to those places are freed after severe beatings and tortures. Arg underground and shapour detention are the most important places for the transfer of the prisoners. The main quarantine of the Evin prison is undergoing a terrible condition due to a high number of prisoners. The quarantine was nearly filled up to the roof due to high amount of prisoners. It has been said that these prisoners are chosen by judge Mortazavi. During the interrogation by the interrogators apart from the harsh tortures, bad language is also used. Judge Hadad and his deputy Heydarifar is handling most of these case themselves.

Persecution...Sometimes people tend to repeat history..Don´t they..

BAGHDAD – A car bomb exploded near a church as worshippers left Sunday Mass, killing at least four civilians and injuring 18 in one of several attacks on Iraq's beleaguered Christian minority. Three Christians and one Muslim died in the bombing at around 7 p.m. near a church on Palestine Street in eastern Baghdad, said a police officer who was at the scene.

In fact..There are a WHOLE LOT repeat transmissions in this region! Just as in Afghanistan where there are no taking prisoners of war but the same #¤## slaughter as in Sri Lanka..

VERY disturbing!

Basijis use axes and daggers to attack people. The Cypriot government aideing the Islamic regime of Iran by attacking and arresting some of the protesters gathered in front of the regime's embassy on July 9.

The Cyrpus government do not care that much for Iranians..Do they..Not much more than the Iranian regime and psychopaths that are so popular..That´s why the Iranian people are scattered all over this planet..Of course..And Basijis have used axes to not just ransack student rooms, but killed 5 students as well at the same time..Well..The Iranian regime and responsible with judge Mortazavi, Hadad and his deputy Heydarifar, will be so much more #¤## popular with comitting crimes, torture and killings!

Maybe it´s like some says: A "Russian criminal - slaughter house movement." To keep Iran in their front of monopoly against any other interests..Like a huge #¤## playground where every one else have to suffer for it..Not that much difference from Turkey´s genocidal "war-fare"..

It is not in the interests of Kurds and Turks to have hard line nationalist rhetoric in this region

KIRKUK, Iraq, July 12 (Xinhua) -- Unknown gunmen shot dead a high-rank Iraqi official in the northern oil-rich city of Kirkuk on Sunday, a local police source said. Aziz Rozqo, director general in the Iraqi audit office in Kikruk, was shot dead by gunmen in front of his house in the Doumiz neighborhood in southern city, a source from police operations office told Xinhua. The gunmen were using silencer-equipped pistols when they attacked Rozqo, an Iraqi Christian, the source said

It is not in the interests of Kurds and Turks to have hard line nationalist rhetoric in this region."

Well...Maybe that can be true and that would really, REALLY be about time not least from the Turks to stop their "hard line nationalist rhetoric in this region" with their criminals stationed in Mosul from day one, appealing to the feeling of insecurity to Iraqis, Arabs and Turkmen to realize their own hard line nationalist rhetoric in this region, at the expense of every one else!

The Iranian regime with psychopaths, Turkey, Turkish officers, Baathists, Arabs, the Iraqi government, KRG, Syria, Britain, Israel, Hamas, the U.S., the Sri Lankan government, Pakistan, Afghanistan, The U.N., Russia, India, the Security Council AND EVERY ONE ELSE shall be VERY aware of that people all over this globe are watching them VERY close this days!

Denial!

"The reason why the PKK extended the ceasefire is because of national and international public pressure."

"It was the Armenian nationalism that harmed their interests."

Somehow...This is so healthy..

BEIJING (Reuters) - An oil tank blew up at a chemical plant in Urumqi, capital of northwest China's Xinjiang region, on Sunday morning, but local police ruled out a deliberate attack.

Diyarbakir mayor, Osman Baydemir, who is on tiral for using the term “Kurdish oppositon” said on Thursday that his views may vary from that of the governmemt, otherwise he wouldn't have had to get involved in politics. Baydemir went to the court Thursday for refering to the PKK as “Kurdish armed opposition” in a statement on 8 July 2007 in a RojTV show. He said he had rejected the charges he faced in court, and that he made his views on the economic and social issues of the region clear. “Kurdish armed opposition” is not praising the PKK, it is a mere definition, Baydemir said. Baydemir's attorney, Muherrem Erbey, said the terms “Kurdish armed opposition, armed groups or outlawed opposition are used in many international reports without eliciting accusation or condemnation.”

And don´t mention the word guerrillas or you might go to jail. That´s exclusive for Turkey, Germany, director of weapon companies and every one else with their weapon affairs and military industry with Ocalan in the "European Guantanamo", to use as a justification of a ongoing genocide since the "Armenian rebels", at the same time the U.S. ambassador-designate to India is concerned about the "peace process" in Sri Lanka while there is ANOTHER #¤## GENOCIDE GOING ON!

The siege on Ashraf is against international law and is part of the suppression of the Iranian people

Iraqi party calls on government to end siege on Ashraf

11 July 2009 - Iraq’s National Dialogue Front has released a statement against the ongoing siege and restrictions on Ashraf City, where close to 3,400 members of the main Iranian opposition, the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), reside. In the statement, the National Dialogue Front says, “The siege on Ashraf is against international law and is part of the suppression of the Iranian people.”

The statement referred to the protests in Iran, and said, “Yesterday, once again the protests of the ally nation of Iran were faced with bloody suppression. The international community and political leaders in the world have loudly condemned suppression of protestors by Tehran’s rulers. These suppressive actions come from those who in the past six years have had a clear and negative role in interfering in Iraq’s affairs and committed crimes against our people.

The Iraqi people and patriotic forces of Iraq express solidarity and sympathy with the Iranian people and the families of victims.” With regards to Ashraf City, the National Dialogue Front added, “What worries every honorable Iraqi are the constant calls by Tehran’s rulers to suppress and impose restrictions on the opposition residing in Ashraf. They have put pressure on the Iraqi government to suppress them, simultaneous with the crackdown on a wide range of disenchanted social sectors in Iran. The Iraqi political party also referred to the recent measures against Ashraf, saying, “Since the beginning of the month, a new round of restrictions has been imposed and the siege on Ashraf residents, which started 5 months ago, has been heightened. In recent days, forces from the army and the police have prevented the entry of 10 food trucks to Ashraf, which contain basic food products like flour, sugar, and also items like fuel and equipment for water and electricity systems. This is a violation of the most basic human rights principles and is contrary to Islamic and Iraqi values.”

The National Dialogue Front added, “It has become clear now that the demand for the unjust siege on Ashraf was a prelude to the suppression of the Iranian people, and is completely against international humanitarian laws and conventions. So far, it has caused irreparable damage to the credibility of Iraq in the eyes of the Iranian people and the international community, and silence about it is unacceptable. “Therefore, while stressing on humanitarian principles, we call on the Iraqi government to immediately lift this unjust siege and acknowledge the legal status of Ashraf residents, which is worthy of the Iranian people’s children as guests in our country.”

Political prisoner executed under pretext of ordinary criminal

The identity of another prisoner executed on July 1 revealed
Saeed Allahyari, 23, a political prisoner, was executed as an ordinary criminal by the mullahs' regime. He was among six prisoners executed on July 1. He was arrested two years ago on charges of fighting with State Security Forces and was transferred to Gohardasht prison in Karaj. The henchmen of the regime transferred Saeed Allahyari and Nasser Kheirollahi, another political prisoner, along with four others to Evin prison on June 30 to carry out their execution. They were hanged on July 1. State run media reported their crimes as murder. The mullahs' regime has executed many political prisoners in the past on bogus charges of drug trafficking and ordinary crimes.

According to reports from inside Iran a large number of young women were arrested. They were taken to undisclosed locations and their fate remains unknown. The agents then transferred the detainees in vans with license plates.

Protests were held at 25 points throughout Tehran
Even though Khamenei had placed all forces under the command of the "Sarallah" Base to be able to prevent protests from being held, the people of Tehran broke this suppressive barrier and held protests throughout Tehran. The terrorist Qods Force units also came to the scene in different areas of Tehran to suppress young protestors. According to reports, in Northern Kargar Street and Vanak Square there were over 5,000 protestors, and in the other 23 points the protestors were about three to four thousand. Some of the protests took place in Enghelab Square, Azadi Street, Enghelab Street, Tehran University, Keshavarz Boulevard, Vessal Street, Ferdowsi Square, a few points throughout Vali Asr Street, Fatemi Square, Daneshjoo Park, Laleh Park, Jaleh Street, Fakhr Razi Street, Taleghani Street, Towhid Street, and Sattarkhan Street. Protests held in tens of places throughout Tehran, including Toopkhaneh Square, Raah Ahan Square, Imam Hossein Square, and Mirdamad, where the number of protestors ranged between a few hundred to a few thousand and marched to join larger protests in other areas of Tehran. The Elite Unit of the State Security Forces, the Revolutionary Guards, Bassij units, plainclothes agents attacked protestors brutally with all sorts of weapons and equipment and constantly fired tear gas, but protestors pushed suppressive forces back by throwing stones and tried to confront the tear gas and pepper spray by burning tires and trash cans. More than 100 young people and students were arrested in Tehran. A number of the detainees have been transferred to the notorious Evin Prison. Hundreds of relatives of those detained in recent weeks on Saturday continued with their protest outside Evin and the Revolutionary Court in Moalem Street which has continued for the past four weeks. The relatives held photographs and information of their loved ones and demanded their unconditional release.

While warning of torture and execution of the detainees, the NCRI urges all international organizations and human rights bodies to condemn the crimes of the regime and take urgent action to bring a halt to arbitrary arrests in Iran and prevent torture and execution and win the immediate release of the detainees.

"War for profit"..

It´s #¤#£$€ GENOCIDES for profit, rolling over this whole #¤## planet the same way Hitler did, with the communist threat on one side and and Russia denying everything on the other and a whole lot of mass murdering psychopaths having their own genocides and ethnically cleanings in the middle!

Secret Communiqué Discloses Extent of Syrias Support for Terrorism in Iraq

A copy of a communiqué that circulated amongst Ba'athist operatives in Hasaka, northeast of Syria. The communiqué's directives provide a glimpse of the Assad regime support for terrorism against Iraq and the stifling of liberties against the Kurdish people.
Dated November 3, 2008, it directs the political cadre in Hasaka to:
Multiply its efforts to provoke and hound the Kurds. Provide necessary assistance to the Iraqi opposition and the armed "resistance" for those entering Iraq and arriving from Iraq as long they carry the proper identity cards. Forbid to post any pictures of any Kurdish military or political leader in any stores or other places with the intent to sell or expose them. The Communiqué was signed by "Comrade Mohammad al-Sattam", Secretary of the Ba'ath Party in Hasaka.

Well..It´s not that much differences between psychopaths in Syria, Iran having their own ethnically cleanings on Arabs with help of Arabs and just as the genocide in Iraq against Bahai´s, journalists, academics, human rights activists, Kurds, Iranians, students, moderates, oppositions, politicians, army officers, brigades against brigades and you "##" name it, Turkey, weapon companies, Joseph Ralston, Richard Holbrooke, ExxonMobile, Germany, Britain, Italy, Israel or Europe and the prisoner isolated on a island while there are weapon affairs and EVERY ONE ELSE HUNTING AND KILLING KURDS with Turkish nationalists, Neanderthals on the streets having a "war on terror" against the whole Kurdish population, JITEM, "special CIA trained groups", NATO´s biggest armed member "defending itself" by shooting 13 bullets in the back of a 12 year old, "special Turkish trained kidnappers" that kidnapped Kurds to be massacred like people are kidnapped all the way through Afghanistan, the tribal belt and Baluchistan, since the "rebel problems" in the beginning of the 19th century, or was with Hitlers communist problems or the U.S. communist threat or was it in the 18th century in Afghanistan, with Russias fat belly hanging all over denying everything..

While media join in the psychopathic genocidal twilight zone and stock markets in the middle of the Tamil genocide and FBI´s visits to Turkey and wedding massacres..ARE THERE?

"Behind the unrest"..The psychopaths have been busy with ethnically cleanings and crimes against every one including their own people for a LONG time.

18 June, 2009- Ahwaz City is in turmoil with 'many, many dead' at the hands of police and the Bassij, supported by the Lebanese Hezbollah, according to numerous independent eye-witness accounts. Security forces have imposed martial law on the city and have targetted the district of Hay Al-Thawra. Residents claim that they are living under curfew unable to leave their homes while security forces are opening fire with live rounds on any gathering.

Ethnic Arab residents claim that foreign Arabs with Lebanese accents, probably from the Lebanese Hezbollah, are being organised into death squads co-ordinated by the paramilitary Bassij and official vigilante groups. Lebanon's Hezbollah uses Qods Force bases in the province as training grounds.

Ahmadinejad was given a "clear lead" in Khuzestan province, according to the controversial official election results. The results were a surprise as most expected a strong vote for Mehdi Karroubi among the local Arab population. He had topped the poll in the province in 2005 with his message of ethnic rights winning support among the Ahwazi Arabs, who are subjected to discrimination and high levels of deprivation.

The lack of foreign media in Ahwaz means that the Iranian regime believes it is acting with impunity. Ahwaz and Isfahan are the two cities outside Tehran that are seeing the largest popular uprisings and the most brutal response by the state terror machine, but lines of communication with these cities are very limited. The number of deaths is unknown, but reports suggest they are in double figures. Hundreds have been arrested.

In the past, any unrest in Ahwaz is always followed by a wave of summary and judicial executions. Sometimes bodies of those who have 'disappeared' have been found in the river Karoun with marks of severe torture.

This is likely to happen again unless the United Nations takes action immediately and, at the very least, sends human rights observers to Ahwaz. We call on the world's democracies to take action to ensure that human rights are protected throughout Iran and not to focus just on Tehran. We call for full sanctions on all foreign groups and their political affiliates who are suspected of involvement in state terror in Iran.

Maybe it´s something that coincide with the "Green belt" as it has been going on ever since then and it´s just as much happening against these crimes as in Turkey where the "genocide watch" is as much used and effective as in Sri Lanka!

Yeah..The global genocidal "war-fare" carousel between the rocket transportation borders of Syria and Turkey has really been instigated ones again with weapon affairs and crimes the same #¤## way it always has been, with Turkey congratulating Sri Lanka! Hans´t it!

Well..investigate yourselves..

Lawmaker: CIA Director Terminated Secret Program

CIA Director Leon Panetta has terminated a "very serious" covert program the spy agency kept secret from Congress for eight years, Rep. Jan Schakowsky, a House Intelligence subcommittee chairwoman, said Friday. Schakowsky said she is pressing for an immediate committee investigation of the classified program, which has not been described publicly. Rep. Silvestre Reyes, D-Texas, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, has said he is considering an investigation. "The program is a very, very serious program and certainly deserved a serious debate at the time and through the years," she told The Associated Press in an interview. "But now it's over." Democrats revealed late Tuesday that the CIA Director Leon Panetta had informed Congress in late June that the spy agency had been withholding important information about a secret program begun after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. Panetta has launched an internal probe at the CIA to determine why Congress was not told about the program. Schakowsky, D-Ill., said Friday that the failure to inform Congress about the program was intentional. The CIA and Bush administration consciously decided not to tell Congress, she said. There was a decision under several directors of the CIA and administration not to tell the Congress," she said. Schakowsky, who chairs the Intelligence subcommittee on oversight and investigations, said in a Thursday letter to Reyes that the CIA's lying was systematic and inexcusable.

AP

There will not come out any interesting information from there into the public, media or the net any way..And if it looks like it does it´s just #¤## DISinformation! One need to sort out information/disinformation, propaganda and psychopathic media manipulations whether it comes from CIA, FBI, Reuters, Turkey´s officers with stock market portfolios and "public pressure" since 30 years, cover ups with massacres and staged attacks, propaganda and cover up´s from the CIA/FBI village guard genocidal System, Israelis with stock market portfolios, or Israeli building companies in Bulgaria where by the way those mongols left were sacrificed as warriors and where Talaat Pasha, Minister of the Interior in the Young Turk government who was not a Mongol but from Bulgaria where he went back and forward from the mountain regions of Thrace -Bulgaria to Turkey. And if Hitler was inspired by the Turks.. The Iranian criminals seems to have been inspired by Pol Pot which committed crimes the same #¤## year as they plotted the massacres on Iranians, Sri Lanka, another psycopath which the children in Gaza believes is Muhammad, or a Syrian psychopath that can not finish a sentence right or #¤## YouTube!

Some things are for sure and that´s the system and patterns, the manipulations, propaganda and the divide and conquer in crimes against humanity are the #¤## same which ever criminals it comes from!

So..

The Vietnam war was never a war but a organized genocide with both the U.S. and Russia involved. Just as the Armenian genocide with "Armenian rebels", just as the Vietnam genocidal village guard system set up by CIA in cooperation with Turkey against the Kurds, which is not a "civil war" but crimes against humanity, just as the Sri Lankan "rebel problems" was never a "civil war in a struggling democracy" but genocide and crimes against humanity. Just as the Iranian revolution was never a revolution but crimes against humanity and set up by a few psychopaths and then stolen. And after the criminals had massacred thousands of thousands of Iranians Iranians fled to Iraq where Saddam helped to cement the "threat from the west" and the dictatorship with attacking Iran. And while the war went on which the psychopaths refuse to end they kept massacre thousands and thousands of Iranians at the same time and the massacres continued in Iran to keep their control and the Iranian opposition divided, just as the Kurds have been kept divided between "Turkish Kurds" with no rights what so ever, "rebels" in the mountains and Iraqi Kurds and it´s DONE THE SAME "#¤## WAY TODAY, with instigated genocidal "war-fares", remote controls, staged attacks and Richard Hoolbroke in Kurdish villages and destroyed environment, Joseph Ralston "defusing tensions" and together with Turkey, Germany and Britons and their weapon companies refuse to respond on calls from those violated in the genocidal "war-fare" and by that have refused the very same people they have been very much a part of committing crimes and genocide on their VERY #¤# EXISTENCE, just as East Timor, which was invaded and occupied in 1975 by Indonesia with US weapons and Richard Holbrooke at the front was never a war but a organized genocide!

And just as companies all over this world are engaged in Sudan´s oil together with the Russian and Chinas weapon industry, Michael Rubin´s and other´s ExxonMobil are engaged in both Sudan and sells i.a. aviation fuel at Khartoum and Port Sudan airports, overseen by its European headquarters in London. Holds an interest in airport installations which are allegedly used to fuel the Sudanese airforce. And have interests in pipe lines through Turkey with the crimes against the Kurds. So..if people on this planet find natural resources DON´T #¤## TELL ANY ONE!

Just like Hitler did..

Well..

Is it Reuters or what?

MUMBAI (Reuters) - India wants to resolve differences with Pakistan but Islamabad must help by clamping down on militants.

We have heard a lot about militants problems but not a #¤## word about the Tamils from India through Reuters! Is it Reuters or what?

"Struggling dictatorial genocidal democracy's" and insurgents/rebel problems"..World wide..With every one having one person isolated on a island in a juridical murder, while there are a military industry and weapon sells in crimes against humanity! It´s not that much that have changed..Is it!

War for Profit is global. Hitler was inspired from the Turks and used it as well

So...

Germany and every one else with their affairs with the Iranian criminal regime, Nokia sells and the Kurdish concentration camp since the "Armenian rebel problems" with the Kurdish "rebel problems" which every criminal refuse to end and live up to the Geneva convention of human rights which the "rebels" demands since they have been violated in a genocidal "war-fare" ever since the Britons and every one else stole their land and every "#¤" right, The U.S. and the Vietnam village guards system with remote controls and staged attacks simultaneously with the Tamil "rebel problem" and remote controls, crimes and genocides which every one "rides upon" including Israel with their #¤## weapon deals to both Turkey and Sri Linka, and their dialogues "across the sea", Russia and their #¤## monopoly that every one else have suffer for, from Asia to the streets of London where people all over this globe have been chased to be deprived #¤## EVERYTHING, and every one else, shall be VERY #¤## AWARE OF THAT IT´S NOT JUST THE IRANIAN REGIME THAT WILL NOT GO BACK TO WHAT IT WAS BEFORE THE "ELECTIONS" which serves as another tool to commit crimes against their own people just to keep their control and crimes!

And there IS NO WAY IN HELL people in Europe or all over this planet will EVER accept Turkish officers spreading around this globe with their psychopathic manipulations ever since the CIA headquarters committing genocides and massacres against the Kurds in the same route as they did to the Armenians, believing they can act and behave how they want in their crimes against humanity, living on the U.S. tax payers, because of a #¤## pipe line!

Yeah..It´s #¤## simple..It´s just take a look where the streets are filled with exiled people from all over this globe, demonstrating against violations against human rights, genocides, mass slaughters and the most horrific crimes against humanity and what and which the hell those countries have weapon deals, affairs with or have been or still is very much involved with either being very much presence with their military, or supporting those crimes, selling weaponry and other affairs in their own #¤## interests, all while the giant Russian belly pushing from "the other side of the table" denying every crimes !

It´s #¤## simple! There is NO WAY IN HELL people in Europe or people all over this planet will accept the Turkish genocidal agenda or others criminal agendas in the Security council between others weapon affairs to commit genocides, while having their streets filled with protesters that have been chased there deprived everything, Germany, the U.S. and every one else genocidal agendas and the Russian giant belly pushing from "the other side", denying everything on the "other side of the table"!

Opponents against global weapons and narcotics smuggling

On board the Air France Flight 447 from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to Paris that crashed into the Atlantic were two well-known opponents against global weapons and narcotics smuggling: Pablo Dreyfus, who had worked with the Brazilian government to combat drug gangs in Rio de Janeiro. Traveling with Dreyfus and his wife was Ronald Dreyer, a Swiss diplomat who coordinated the Geneva Declaration on Armed Violence and, with Dreyfus, worked with the Geneva-based Small Arms Survey, which worked with the UN to stem the flow of small arms, including man-portable air defence systems or "MANPADs," to world combat zones, including El Salvador, Mozambique, Azerbaijan, Kosovo, Cambodia, and Angola.

Dreyfus also worked to pass in 2003 a landmark law in Brazil that tracked the sale of weapons and ammunition in the country, including ammunition manufactured by the large Brazilian firm CBC-Companhia Brasileira de Cartuchos. CBC's website states: "CBC- CompanhĂa Brasileira de Cartuchos is the largest military and commercial ammunition manufacturer in Latin America, and has over 60 years expertise in small caliber military ammunition."

Yeah..They have had so much shining weaponry and jets since the remote control in 1983!

1,400 dying each week in Manik Farm camp’

About 1,400 people are dying every week at the giant Manik Farm internment camp set up in Sri Lanka to detain Tamil refugees from the nation’s bloody civil war, senior international aid sources have told The Times. The shocking toll lends credence to allegations that the Government, which has termed the internment sites “welfare villages”, has actually constructed concentration camps to house 300,000 people, the paper said.

Most of the deaths are the result of water-borne diseases, particularly diarrhoea, a senior relief worker told The Times on condition of anonymity. The death toll will add to concerns that the Sri Lankan Government has failed to halt a humanitarian catastrophe after announcing victory over the Tamil Tigers, the paper said. The Manik Farm camp was set up to house the largest number of the 300,000 mainly Tamil civilians forced to flee the northeast as army forces mounted a brutal offensive against the Tigers. Aid workers and the British Government have warned that conditions at the site are inadequate.

Witness testimonies obtained by The Times in May described long queues for food and inadequate water supplies inside Manik Farm. Women, children and the elderly were shoved aside in the scramble for supplies. Aid agencies are being given only intermittent access to the camp. The Red Cross was not being allowed in Thursday, the paper said.

In late June, the Colombo based NGO Sarvodaya Shramadana Sangamaya said tens of thousands of Tamil children were malnourished with many acutely malnourished.“About thirty thousand to thirty five thousand children are sheltered in Manik Farm. Many of them are suffering from diseases and some still suffer from injuries sustained in the military operations. Fifteen to twenty percent of them are also suffering from acute malnutrition,” media reports in Colombo said quoting Dr. Vinya Ariyaratne, the executive director of the NGO said.

“The international standard is for 20 people to use one toilet, but in Manik Farm about 70 people are sharing one toilet,” he also said. In mid-June the international charity World Vision warned that more impending monsoon rains could spread diseases if sanitation and drainage were not improved quickly. When the rains come in two weeks or so, I can't imagine what conditions will be like due to the lack of any proper drainage and toilet system," Suresh Bartlett, World Vision's country director was quoted as saying.

News of the horrific death rate at Manik Farm came as the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) was asked to scale down its operations by the Sri Lankan authorities. Thursday night, the Red Cross was closing two offices, The Times reported. One of these is in Trincomalee, which had helped to provide medical care to about 30,000 injured civilians evacuated by sea from the conflict zone in the north east. The other is in Batticaloa, where the Red Cross had been providing “protection services”. This involves following up allegations of abductions and extrajudicial killings, practices that human rights organisations say have become recurring motifs of the Sri Lankan Government, The Times pointed out.

Meanwhile, Mangala Samaraweera, a former Foreign Minister and now an opposition MP, told The Times that the government of President Mahinda Rajapakse is deliberately seeking to efface the Tamil identity of the north.“There are allegations that the Government is attempting to change the ethnic balance of the area. Influential people close to the Government have argued for such a solution,” he said.

Students under fire for ‘commemorating’ Halabja tragedy

12 Haziran 2009
The Turkish government has decided to investigate 63 students in Harran Univeristy in Urafe city for reportedly commemorating the Halabja chemical weapons attack in 1988. The students who issued a communiqué on 17 March, 2009 to commemorate the Halabja gas attack, were accused by the presidency of the University of violating the principles of issuing communiqués. The students were accused of issuing such a communiqué without the approval of the University authorities and told they would be summoned to answer questions in due course. The Turkish authorities are notoriously sensitive about any Kurdish-related issue, but in recent years there has been a concerted effort by the Turkish government to partially address the political and cultural aspirations of the country's embattled Kurdish minority.

45 DTP´s on trail
The closure of a party which has won the support of two million people would lead to disappointment" in the restive Kurdish-majority concentrated in southeast Turkey, he warned.

Women from the DTP gathered in Istanbul and called for the release of children being prosecuted or having been convicted under the Anti-Terrorism Law. Members of the Women's Council of the Kurdish Democratic Society Party (DTP) gathered in front of the Galatasaray Highschool in central Istanbul on 7 July in order to protest against the continuing prosecution of children under the Anti-Terrorism Law. Around 3,000 children are on trial, and some have been convicted already. Many of those on trial are being detained. The women carried placards with pictures of UÄźur Kaymaz, a child who had been beaten on the head with a rifle butt by a police officer, as well as slogans such as "Children are our future, don't touch our future" and "Free detained children" and "Are these children murderers?"

"Worrying conditions"Fatma Ă–zbey said, "Kurdish children are being kept from schools and their families, and are exposed to physical and psychological torture and maltreatment in detention and during questioning." She added, "The conditions of imprisonment of the children currently in detention are worrying." "The reports based on prison visits with the children show that even basic needs such as shelter, social activities, education and food are not fulfilled properly."
Ă–zbey listed some of the rights violations:
* Some of the children detained under the Anti-Terrorism Law are kept in cells with adults
* Family visits are obstructed
* The right to fortnightly sports is violated
* Children face psychological problems because of the oppressive and restrictive climate.
She added that the Anti-Terrorism Law was in direct conflict with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, the European Convention on Human Rights and the Human Rights Act, as well as Articles 90, 10, 36 and 37 of the Turkish Constitution. She called for parliament to immediately discuss the situation of the children being tried under this law.

It´s so #¤## hard to tell the difference! Isn´t it!

"The enemies of Iran"..#¤%¤ bullshit!

This is what sons of fathers voting for the Iranian Pol Pot psychopath gets! He is an Iranian NOT a #¤## Briton! Lebanese Hezbollah terrorists, Hamas and Palestinians being used against the psychopaths OWN people under the pretext they are the "enemies of Iran" Somalis, Sudanes, Oman, Syrians, Yemens, Hugo Chavez, Russia, the psychopaths themselves, Basij´s, revolutionary guards and every one else committing crimes have had real problems to tell the differences between Iranians and Britons! Or between journalists, students, lawyers, politicians and every other #¤## "Iranian enemy" for a LONG time!

Well.yeah..it´s just a huge #¤#" playground..

L'AQUILA, Italy (Reuters) - Russian President Dmitry Medvedev warned the United States Friday that if it did not reach agreement with Russia on plans for missile defense systems, Moscow would deploy rockets in an enclave near Poland.

It´s just a huge #¤#" playground..which every other selfish psychopaths, criminals, weapon dealers and their companies, business men and their stock market portfolios, a few selfish politicians and geopolitics, mass murderers and their genocidal agendas, etc..etc.."rides upon"!

Well..You know what you can do with all your weaponry, pipe lines and nuclear!

We suggest the American politicians starts to think about their tax payers instead of letting them pay for genocides and the Russians to take the ordinary flight like EVERY ONE ELSE next time they visits Hugo Chavez instead of sailing around all over this planet on their #¤%# kayak of nuclear!

Ahmadinejad is "doing a Hugo Chavez"

Prominent human rights lawyer Mohammad Ali Dadkhah was taken away by security forces from his office Wednesday along with his daughter and three other members of his staff, the pro-opposition news Web site Norouz reported. A former deputy commerce minister in a previous pro-reform government, Feizollah Arab-Sorkhi, was also arrested at his Tehran home, the site reported. A large number of top figures in Iran's reform movement, including a former vice president and former Cabinet members, have been held for weeks since the election.

Iranian authorities have depicted the postelection turmoil as instigated by enemy nations aiming to thwart Ahmadinejad's re-election, and officials say some of those detained confessed to fomenting the unrest. Opposition supporters say the confessions were forced under duress. Ahead of the protests, Tehran's governor Morteza Tamaddon accused "foreign counterrevolutionary networks" of plotting new marches. Students fend off attack on Politechnic University by Bassij and plainclothes agents

At 19:30 local time on Thursday, groups of paramilitary Bassij agents, working as part of the Revolutionary Guards Ashura Units, and plainclothes agents attacked Golshan Dormitory of the Politechnic University in Karim-Khan Street in Tehran in pursuit of a young demonstrator. In addition to breaking the door of the dormitory and arresting the young protestor, they beat others there and destroyed property belonging to the students.

Some 70 Bassij members on motorcycles and a large number of plainclothes agents arrested a number of students upon entering the dormitory. When the students at the dormitory found out about the attack they started chanting ‘death to dictator’ and ‘God is great’ while fighting back the agents. The suppressive forces in their attack, did not spare even the internal security of the dormitory. They broke the windows and equipment in the study room, the prayers hall, bathrooms and many other rooms. The students’ resistance drove out the suppressive forces but they took away a number of students to unknown locations. The students continued with their protests and chanted slogans till midnight.

We suspect very much that this crimes did not just came as a "opportunity" grabbed by a few psychopaths like Ahmadinejad, his mentor and advisor Yazdi and the increased crimes against the Bahai´s.

So...What the hell is it? Is it "foreign counterrevolutionary networks", Britain, the U.S., Mossad, a large number of top figures in Iran's reform movement, politicians, human rights lawyers, human rights activists, lawyers, oppositions ministers in a previous pro-reform government, former vice president and former Cabinet members, journalists, army officers, youths, students, NCRI, Kurds, workers, Bahai´s, or any other of the ones the psychopaths have detained, tortured or killed that are responsible for crimes, unrest and violations? Or is it just CRIMES BEING COMMITTED BY A FEW PSYCHOPATHS? MAKE #¤## UP YOUR MINDS!

No To Islamist Taazi Invaders & Occupiers Of Iran

Such as these Lebanese Hezbollah MERCENARIES who are among some 15,000 imported by Mojtaba Khamenei (Supreme Ruler's son) to LETHALLY suppress demonstrators and senior clerics who oppose him and his father and their alliance/coup with Ahmadi-Nejad the Turd. Aircraft bringing in the mercenary Hezbollah and other Palestinians were landing at the Southern port of Mahshahr. The bearded man pictured above in a green shirt holding a walkie-talkie, patrolling the streets of Tehran is Hezbollah of Lebanon's Hussein Monif Ashmar a leading operational member of the terror group with responsibilities including organizing suicide attacks. Protesters have captured, identified and released Arabic speaking suppression members from the following countries: Somalia, Lebanon, Sudan, Oman, Syria, Yemen and Palestinians.

Venezuelan security outfits were sent recently by Hugo Chavez to protect Ahmadinejad and Khamenei. Interestingly in debates before the upheaval, Mehdi Karoubi had been puzzled by the amount of aid Ahmadinejad had sent to Hugo Chavez. Usually in foreign policy circles the use or entering of foreign troops into any land signals a greater strife, and usually heralds war. This information is in the least, disturbing.

The use of Palestinians goes back to before the 1979 revolution when Yasser Arafat had flown militias to help in the street killing Iranians in the slaughter hosue Islamic revolution. AND CARRY OUT EXECUTIONS in the prisons. Arafart received billions of dollars from Khomeini after. And the contents of the homes of the rich and famous which Khomeini, who had spent his life sitting on a cushion on the floor granted him persmission to plunder. Convoys of some 200 trucks a day, loaded with sometimes priceless art and museum pieces were trekking out if Iran and back. When this dried up Arafart told Khomeini he had to return to run things at home and his men forced young Iranian vigilantes to start doing the executions themselves or be shot down by the Palestinians. Once they had executed a few dozen, combined with having watched it happen, soon inured them.

“The most important thing that I believe people outside of Iran should be aware of,” a student said, “is the participation of Palestinian forces in these riots.”

Another young man also testified to the presence of Hamas in Teheran. A young man who carried a butcher knife in one hand and a rock in the other said, “My brother had his ribs beaten in by those Palestinian animals. Taking our people’s money is not enough - they are thirsty for our blood too.” It’s ironic, the man added, the "victorious" Ahmadinejad “tells us to pray for the young Palestinians, suffering at the hands of Israel.” He expressed his hope that Israel would “come to its senses” and ruthlessly deal with the Palestinians.

When asked if these militia fighters could have been mistaken for Lebanese Shi’ites, sent by Hezbollah, he rejected the idea. “Ask anyone, they will tell you the same thing. They [Palestinian extremists] are out beating Iranians in the streets… The more we gave this arrogant race, the more they want… But we will not let them push us around in our own country.”

Well..Yeah..The psychopaths stands in their propaganda machinery using Palestinians suffering which they are very much a part of to maintain, among their own people to legitimize their own selfish agendas and when their own people demands some "#¤## rights they send in Palestinians to commit crimes against their own people! So the ones they urge Iranians to stand up for are the very ones beating up and killing Iranians. As we said: It´s criminal and psychopathic! It´s like the Turkish officers living on the U.S. tax payers and their stock markets portfolios which are based on crimes and GENOCIDE against the Kurdish people! Some "leaders" and their mercenaries actually lives and breaths on both their own peoples and others death! Like Joseph Ralston..That´s what it is!

You could have finalized the Shalit deal four or five months ago!

Ma'an/Agencies - Last-minute Israeli demands obstructed a prisoner swap for a captured soldier held in Gaza, Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak said on Thursday. In an interview published Friday in Israel's Hebrew-language Yedioth Ahronoth, Mubarak said that Hamas was close to handing Corporal Gilad Shalit over to Egypt, but suddenly stopped negotiating over the soldier's release when Israel backed out. "You could have finalized the Shalit deal four or five months ago," the Egyptian president reportedly told the newspaper. "A number of conditions were set for a deal and we were already on the verge of finalizing and executing the first stage, but at the last minute you changed your mind at once, and the whole thing died. You caused the other side to toughen its stand and demand more prisoners."

Nevertheless, the Egyptian leader said that he believed the matter would be resolved, confirming recent reports of increased activity regarding the soldier. "I really believe the matter is about to be resolved soon, but cannot commit to an exact date." The newspaper quoted other Israeli government sources as saying that over a final list of 450 prisoners demanded by Hamas, Israel refused to free 125, and demanded a new list instead, all apparently during the tenure of former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert.

Mubarak added that Egypt would gladly host Shalit if a deal were actually made, but that only when Israel upholds the demands placed upon the country by Hamas will it get its soldier back. "The moment a deal is reached he will be handed over to us in Egypt, until Israel releases all the Palestinian prisoners. When this happens, Shalit will return home." Regarding Shalit's condition, Mubarak said the soldier was fine "as far as I know." "Gilad Shalit's condition is good, he is treated well and is safe and sound," the paper reported.

Meanwhile in Italy on Thursday, the Group of Eight industrialized nations called on Hamas to release the captured soldier. In a previous response to statements made by Egyptian officials, spokesman Usamah Al-Mizeini said Wednesday said Hamas had received no formal information from Egypt about the resumption of prisoner-swap talks. He added, however, that Hamas leaders did not rule out the possibility of returning to the negotiating table when Israel was ready to meet its demands.

Israel's Channel Ten reported Tuesday night around the release of captured Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit in exchange for 450 listed Palestinian prisoners in Israel will resume, immediately, "from the point they left off four months ago," under Olmert. But Israeli Channel Two claimed that Hamas had prepared a new list of prisoners to be released in return for Shalit. In the previous talks Olmert and his cabinet would not okay the release of between 50-100 of the names specified by Hamas, saying they had "Israeli blood on their hands" and could not be freed, according to the broadcast. The report also noted the issue of a prisoner swap was among the topics of discussion between Israeli President Shimon Peres and his Egyptian counterpart Hosni Mubarak earlier this week during a news conference in Cairo. Al-Mizeini, the Hamas spokesman, said the party would under no circumstances change the list of those demanded in return for Shalit, and noted that Hamas has had little contact with the soldier's captors.

The Group of Eight industrialized nations on Thursday demanded that Israel open its crossings into the Gaza Strip. From Italy, the group called on Israel to allow in humanitarian aid and commercial goods, as well as people, into the besieged strip, but added that it must not be done in a way that harms Israel's security. Earlier on Thursday Israel had reopened the Karem Shalom and Nahal Oz crossings for minimal transfers of goods and kept the Karni crossing closed, an official said. The G-8 also insisted that Hamas release captured Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit, who was seized in a cross-border raid in 2006 and has been held pending a prisoner exchange. Hamas leaders have received no formal information from Egypt about the resumption of prisoner-swap talks and not drafted a new list of prisoners for the swap, spokesman Usamah Al-Mizeini said Wednesday. He added, however, that Hamas leaders did not rule out the possibility of returning to the negotiating table when Israel was ready to meet its demands, which include the release of some 450 Palestinian prisoners

Egyptian authorities on Friday said they planned to destroy a large amount of accumulated humanitarian aid bound for Palestinians in Gaza. The aid expired at the Al-Ouja border crossing between Israel and Egypt while authorities awaited Israel's permission to transfer it through, they said. The type of aid being transferred is regulated for certain crossing points, and the one for the expired shipment of 680 kg of peanuts, agricultural pesticides and medicine, was designated through one of the Israeli crossings into Gaza.

However Israel never allowed the aid to enter its country and it expired. Authorities said they would set it ablaze in the city of Al-Sheikh Zayed to dispose of it. It was not the first time that Egyptian authorities disposed of humanitarian and medical aid due to prolonged waits at that particular Israel-Egypt crossing, although a prior agreement between the two countries in theory permits aid into Israel as long as it is bound for the Kerem Shalom crossing, about 4.5 kilometers from Rafah. For its part, Egypt allows the transfer of certain types of medical aid into Gaza via the Rafah crossing. In Al-Arish city, authorities seized a warehouse full of goods set to be smuggled into Gaza, the Egyptians said. Some 300 cell phones, clothes, 550 blankets and a number of large vessels filled with food and electrical appliances were seized. A man allegedly running the warehouse was arrested, but his name was not released. According to the UN and aid agencies some items, such as construction materials needed to rebuild from the recent war, are completely banned. Exports are also prohibited, and Gaza’s 1.5 million residents are banned from traveling.

The Israeli government should have taken up the negotiations after Mr Olmert a LONG time ago! They better start work serious to get through the prisoner swap or one can in fact get the impression they prefer keeping status quo toward Gaza before getting Shalit back! We maybe should do some research to find out what exactly the Israeli government have accomplished concerning understandings with the Palestinians after Kadima and after the GENOCIDAL "WAR-FARE" carousel was instigated!

It´s really about time the Middle Easters stops thinking about their own little space as far away from every other in the same #¤## region! And actually starts cares for their neighbours and people around them than just think about themselves, their little space and their own personal agendas! No ¤%## wonder the Middle East region and people are so #¤## easy to use for the military industry when they are totally disconnected from any ones else and totally occupied with themselves and their own personal "careers"! Well..We shall not generalize people in the whole region but many are in fact selfish idiots and very rewarding for other selfish idiots!

Call to release four Iraqis in Saudi Arabia

Azzaman, July 5, 2009

Iraqi Human rights Rapporteur has urged Iraqi government officials to save four Iraqis from execution in Saudi Arabia. The rapporteur has written letters to senior government officials including President Jalal Talabani and Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki pleading with them to work as hard as they can to save the four Iraqi men. The letter, a copy of which was faxed to the newspaper, cited an Amnesty International statement in which it said: “Four Iraqi men are in danger (in Saudi Arabia). Their execution is almost certain.” Hakim had attached amnesty’s statement to his letter to Iraqi authorities. According to Amnesty International, the four men were arrested in 2004 and could not be executed then because of their underage status. They have been accused of drug trafficking and illegal entry. But amnesty says: “The men’s trial was held in secret and in the absence of lawyers and witnesses. It is quite possible that they were tortured by electrification and had to confess under duress.”

The group’s statement said the four Iraqis, Raid Sajid, Abbas Fadhi, Othman Ali and Aqeel Mettashar, though “illiterate they were forced to sign written confessions which they could not read.” The four are aged 20.

"Illegal entry..There are no #¤## justifications what so ever to detain and punish Iraqis leaving Iraq in 2004 ! Serious! Don´t Iraqis had enough without being killed by their neighbours every #¤## where?

And you!

Australia, Canada call for immediate release of imprisoned Baha'is

27 May 2009
CANBERRA, Australia — The Australian Parliament has called on the government of Iran to release seven imprisoned Baha’i leaders “without delay.” A motion from the House of Representatives expresses “serious concern” that the detained Baha’is have had no access to legal representation and have not been subject to due legal process. It also expresses concern about charges of “spying, insulting religious sanctities, and propaganda against the Islamic Republic, and that these charges could attract the death penalty.” Finally, the motion calls on Iran to “to respect rights to freedom of religion and the peaceful exercise of freedom of expression and association, in accordance with international human rights conventions.”

Six members of Parliament from both major parties spoke in support of the motion, which was approved on 25 May. One of them was Mr. Luke Simpkins. “I would like to be able to say there has been some progress since I last spoke on this issue,” he said, “but the cause of justice in Iran has only gone backwards in the last few months. “It has recently been publicized that the Baha’i seven may face another charge, that of spreading corruption on earth, which is in addition to the other charges reportedly laid. It is my firm view that all these charges have no validity and remain inconsistent with the teachings of the Baha’i Faith.”

IN OTTAWA, the Canadian government also issued a statement, published on 14 May – the one-year anniversary of the imprisonment of six of the seven Baha’i leaders. Minister of Foreign Affairs Lawrence Cannon said his government “calls upon the Iranian authorities to immediately release the seven Baha’i leaders and to cease the harassment of members of the Baha’i Faith.” He said Canada is “deeply troubled by the continued imprisonment of these Baha’i leaders, without charge or legal representation.” “We believe they are being detained solely because of their faith,” he said.

IN BRUSSELS, the Presidency of the European Union has issued a strong statement expressing “deep concern about the increasing violation of religious freedom in Iran.” The statement specifically names 13 individuals – five Christians, seven Baha’is, and one Shiite – who the EU says are currently imprisoned for legitimate expression of religious belief. About the Baha’is, it says “evidence suggests that the persecution deliberately aims to suppress Baha’i religious identity and legitimate community activities.” “Concerns relating to this case are further reinforced by numerous reports of official harassment of members of the Baha’i community, including detentions; police summons and pressure to desist from community religious activities,” said the statement, issued on 25 May.

The seven Baha'is referred to in all the pronouncements are Mrs. Fariba Kamalabadi, Mr. Jamaloddin Khanjani, Mr. Afif Naeimi, Mr. Saeid Rezaie, Mrs. Mahvash Sabet, Mr. Behrouz Tavakkoli, and Mr. Vahid Tizfahm. All but Mrs. Sabet were arrested on 14 May 2008 at their homes in Tehran. Mrs. Sabet was arrested on 5 March 2008 while in Mashhad. The seven are being held in Evin prison in Tehran.

According to information conveyed by the authorities in Evin prison to the family members of the seven Baha'is who have been imprisoned in Tehran, Iran, for over a year, their trial date has been set for 11 July 2009. This information has been provided to the family members only orally and, as information conveyed by officials concerning the judicial process has often proved unreliable, it is possible that the Iranian authorities may find some reason to change the trial date. The seven were arrested in the spring of 2008 and have been held more than a year without formal charges or access to their attorneys. Official Iranian news reports have said the Baha'is will be accused of "espionage for Israel, insulting religious sanctities and propaganda against the Islamic Republic." The trial is apparently scheduled to be held at Branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court. "These seven individuals are facing completely false charges," said Bani Dugal, the principal representative of the Baha'i International Community to the United Nations. "They - along with the some 30 other Baha'is currently in prison in Iran - are innocent of any wrongdoing and are being held solely because of their religious beliefs."

Well..It´s not just enough with “serious concerns”..Obvious...Isn´t it..How about that trade policy which don´t exist? We mean..This is a regime that arrests those which are defending arrested!

We condemn arrests and executions in Iran

The Norway Post, July 8 - The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs On Tuesday summoned the Iranian ChargĂ© d’Affaires in Norway and expressed concern about the human rights situation in Iran, following mass arrests and excutions. The Iranian authorities do not respect fundamental human rights. Norway protests against these politically motivated arrests and particularly against the detention of locally employed staff of the British Embassy in Tehran,” said Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Stoere.

Norway condemns the arrests of members of the opposition, journalists, human rights defenders and peaceful protesters, and views the situation of the many Iranians who have been imprisoned in the aftermath of the election as cause for great concern.

“We urge the Iranian authorities to immediately put a stop to political arrests and release those who are being unlawfully detained,” said Mr Stoere. Norway also condemns the execution of 20 persons on 4 July. Norway is engaged in efforts to abolish capital punishment, both in international organisations and through active cooperation with human rights organisations and likeminded countries. “We regularly raise the issue of capital punishment as a matter of principle with countries where it is practised,” the Norwegian Foreign Minister said. Norway has also expressed its concern about the situation of the Baha’i community in Iran, particularly about the imminent trial of seven Baha’i leaders who have been imprisoned for a year without due process. “I call on the Iranian authorities to respect the freedom of religion and belief of all minorities in Iran,” said Mr Stoere.

Fearing anti-regime protests ahead of the July 9 uprising anniversary, the Iranian regime has once again disrupted the SMS network in the past few days, while placing numerous restrictions on internet cafes. The suppressive measures come on the heel of the tenth anniversary of a student uprising in July 1999 (known as 18th Tir in Iran). The clerical regime’s suppressive forces in Tehran and many other cities like Kermanshah and Sanandaj have also attacked internet cafes, arresting a number of youths during the raids. They have also closed many universities, forcing students to leave dormitories.

The fascism ruling Iran has resorted to widespread suppressive measures. All of the regime’s suppressive forces, including the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), the paramilitary Bassij Force, the State Security Forces (SSF), the special anti-riot force, plain-clothes agents, and agents from the Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS) have been put on high alert. Moreover, the clerical regime has dispatched reinforcements, particularly Bassij, from various locations, especially cities surrounding Tehran, to be stationed at the capital city’s mosques, such as Nosrat, Imam Hossein, and Rasoul. The street presence of SSF, Bassij, and plain-clothes agents, equipped with weapons and batons, has visibly increased in Tehran since Wednesday afternoon. The regime’s suppressive forces prevent passersby from stopping at Vali Asr Square, and harass people at check points set up in various parts of Tehran, including Vali Asr Street, Fereshteh and Elahieh districts. The mullahs’ inhuman regime has taken widespread suppressive steps in a futile attempt to prevent protests. Morteza Tamadon, Governor of Tehran Province, said: “No permit has been issued for gatherings or rallies on this day. If a small number of people want to listen to the calls by counter-revolutionary networks and disrupt security, they will be crushed under the feet of our vigilant people”. Brig. Gen. Esmaeil Ahmadi-Moqaddam, head of the suppressive State Security Force (SSF), said no permit had been given for rallies and “people who disobey this order will be dealt with harshly”. In order to prevent protests from erupting, the regime has put its suppressive forces, including the Revolutionary Guards, paramilitary Bassij, SSF, special anti-riot forces, plainclothes agents and Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS), on alert, and it has sent reinforcements to Tehran from other parts of the country.

On Wednesday afternoon, the suppressive forces of the mullahs’ regime arrested a number of Iranian lawyers and jurists, including Mr. Mohammad-Ali Dadkhah and his colleagues, who were defending those arrested in recent weeks. A number of other lawyers defending those recently detained, including Mr. Abdolfattah Soltani, have in recent weeks been arrested and are being held in Tehran’s notorious Evin Prison. The Iranian Resistance urges all relevant international bodies, human rights organizations and international judicial organizations and forums to condemn the regime’s suppressive actions against lawyers and jurists in Iran and take urgent steps to gain their freedom.
