Yeah, yeah..blah, blah, blah..As we said: This is no #¤# vacation and we have the "whole pitcure" VERY clear!

1 Year Sentence for 9 Human Rights Defenders

Human Rights Foundation Branch chairman Ethem Açıkalın and representatives of 2 furhter human rights organizations are handed a 1 year prison sentence each. They participated in a press release criticizing the killing of Kevser Mızrak by police. Açıkalın filed an appeal against the decision. Adana Branch Chair of the Human Rights Foundation (İHD) Ethem Açıkalın was handed a 1 year prison sentence for protesting the killing of Kevser Mızrak, who had been killed by the police in his home in Ankara. Açıkalan participated in a press release organized by representatives of the Adana Rights and Freedom Front (HÖC) in the Adana İnönü Park on 13 December 2007. In the demonstration it was claimed that Mızrak was a member of the leftist militant Revolutionary People's Liberation Party/Front (DHKP-C) and his killing was condemned. 4 days after Açıkalan attended the meeting he was arrested. After 5 months in detention he was released and prosecuted un-detained.

On 8 October the Adana 8th High Criminal Court sentenced Açıkalan and 8 other people to 1 year imprisonment under charges of "collaboration with an organization". Açıkalan filed an appeal against the decision on 12 October. President judge Kenan Seyran convicted 9 people to a 1 year prison sentence each, applying article 7/2 of the Anti-Terrorism Law (TMK): HÖC representative Şenmsettin Kalkan, İHD representative Açıkalan who supported the protest because of a violation of the right to life, Dinçer Ergün as a representative of the Socialist Platform of the Oppressed (ESP), Çukurova People Culture Center representative Hasan Yüksel and HÖC members Mehmet Bıldırcın, Hasan Kutlu, Halime Keçeli, İlhan Sarıoğlu and Emrah Eskibal.

Article 7/2 of the TMK foresees imprisonment of between1 and 5 years for assisting members of organizations or making propaganda for an organization with the aim of changing the characteristics of the Republic as specified in the Constitution.

The court acquitted Açıkalan of charges regarding "propaganda for an organization" and also acquitted the other convicts of "membership in an organization". Açıkalan commented that press releases and protest actions of democratic mass organizations and rights institutions have been presented as illegal "very easily" in recent years, being evaluated within the framework of organization activities, "Considering this trial it is very clear that freedom of speech is under imminent risk".

Açıkalan argued that the İHD's criticism prior to the enforcement of the amended TCK on 1 June 2005 was left unheard. The İHD's objections referred to article 314 on "membership in an armed organization", article 220 on "committing a crime on behalf of an organization" and article 7 on punishment of "propaganda for an organization".

Human rights defender Açıkalın was arrested because of his participation in the press release on the killing of Mızrak, criticizing the police force's disregard of the possibility to arrest the DHKP-C member alive. After Açıkalın was arrested from his home on19 January 2008, he was kept in custody for 3 days. The prosecutor took his statement and he was brought to the court of inquiry.

Açıkalan was interrogated and sent to the Kürkçüler F Type Prison under charges of "committing a crime on behalf of an organization" and "propaganda for an organization". Açıkalın had been acquitted of these convictions in the second hearing of the case on 23 June 2008, while his prosecution under charges of "collaboration with an organization" continued.

The Turkish General Staff declared 1 November-3 May 1 a temporary security zone between the in the districts of Mardin Kiziltepe with Mazidagi. According to announcements made in the website of the General Staff Headquarters declared a temporary security zone in Kiziltepe town of Mardin in the Mazidagi between November 1 2009-3 May 1st 2010. General Staff in Diyarbakir 's declared Temporary Military Security Zone' between September 19 and 19 on December in 8 different regions and closed to civilian settlements' .

Hakkari and in the province of Urfa are still being Temporary Security Zone´s. A 'temporary security zone' for about 40 kilometers long in Alibogazi, Ahpanos Valleys, Hozat, Ovacik and Çemiskezek County, was declared as extended to November by General Staff.

The office of the Chief of General Staff announced that they declared some parts of Diyarbakır, Hakkari, Şırnak, Siirt and Elazığ "temporary security zones". An information note published on the website of the general staff on 16 September announced the coordinates of locations where entrance is forbidden between 19 September and 19 December 2009. In 2007 some locations in Siirt-Hakkari-Şırnak were declared as "temporary security zones" and in 2008, the number of cities were increased.

Forbidden Military Zones and Security Zones Law number 2565 says "… The chief of staff can declare military security zones in plants owned by the Armed Forces… in depots and ammunition deports …., around shooting ranges… " The same law says "… it has the power to declare security zones in training shooting ranges and manoeuvres for specified periods".

No location can be declared as security zone except the situations mentioned above.

Under the principles of administrative law no one can use a power without entitled by laws or the Constitution. The chief of staff is violating the administrative law by using a power not granted to them by laws. However state organs and military organs have to abide by laws.

The practice of "Temporary Security Zones" is against the Constitution, European Human Rights Declaration, and the Law on Military Forbidden Zones and Security Zones.

Turkish government plans to launch an "independent human rights unit" under Kurdish opening.
Interior Affairs Minister Besir Atalay said, "Now, we want to establish an independent human rights unit." Atalay gave the first lecture in AK Party's Political Academy fall semester on the subject of the democratic opening and national unity project. Atalay said the government works on a mechanism to address the complaints about civil security forces independently by establishing an independent human rights unit and allowing more civic participation.

"Just like you, I also have questions in my head. However, whatever you do, what methods you follow, you are criticized" he said.

An "independent human rights unit"...Yeah..After Turkey have jailed every one else for "being terrorists"..

"Whatever you do, what methods you follow, you are criticized" he said.

Something tells us neither Turkey or some others have seen criticism yet!

In fact...This seems to look more and more to be a Turkish problem rather than a "Kurdish problem"!

Psychopaths

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CXlZs3WzYGU

WE SAID THE TIME TO GO TO MOSCOW IS APPROACHING!

And what are some doing? THEY ARE GOING HAVOC #¤# EVERY WHERE!

Criminals, psychopaths and mass murderers all over the region and beyond. Every #¤# court could be filled to their limits with people before we are finished with some!

We wouldn´t be a BIT surprised if the Iranian plastic president is of Jewish extraction and is ready to take the Iranian nation to totally death and destruction after have served in the genocidal "war-fare" carousel since 1979 on all fronts along the railways from the Gwadar port to Europe including a couple of millions of Iranians, while some take for granted that it´s just "rebels in Africa" that can be tried for crimes against humanity!

Yeah..We know..and so does the U.S. and so many else that the genocidal "war-fare" carousel is instigated and where and by JITEM´s and others and bombings in Turkey have been done by Islamists and al-Qaida which there is a ocean of and have lived and thrived in Turkey coming through Iraq all the way to Afghanistan. Surprisingly since Turkey is one of the most experienced country in the "war against terrorism" according to some, while being equipped with a whole lot of weaponry and technology to fight the mountains and "secure their border for 30 years" and have people working all days and nights for those 30 years or more against the Kurdish people, children, "terrorists and rebels", human rights defenders, lawyers, politicians and EVERY ONE AND EVERYTHING they possible are doing!

And have known so ever since
their "move of Vietnam to Turkey and Kurdistan" and the Gulf war where they chased the Kurds to be hanged in Iran, killed, tortured, thrown in the rivers and massacred by Turkey!..While there has been another genocide in Iraq where THERE ARE NO #¤# SECURED BORDERS DESPITE TURKEY AS NATO´S MOST ARMED MEMBER, 30 YEARS OF SECURING THEIR BORDER and "one of the most experienced country in the war against terrorism" with network of people going shuffle traffic to Iraq and Afghanistan!

This is a whole lot more than "backward mentality" or a military industrial complex! This is a genocide machinery that people are making money on and has been going on ever since Hitler and his "communist threat" and the railways to Iraq which are being completed in USAK´s "road map to Europe from Asia"!

"Backward mentality"..Well..this is more than "backward mentality" it´s PSYCHOPATHIC and criminal!

28-10-2009- PKK group asks for stronger will from AKP gov’t

Brussels - Members of a Kurdish ‘peace’ group said in a press conference on Tuesday that Turkey denied them the necessary entry visas to return to the country. The group was supposed to travel to Istanbul today and urged the AKP-government to be more courageous to solve the Kurdish question.

“Only a common effort will make the initiative work. Therefore, we request that the concerned Turkish officials take on this responsibility, and to be courageous in order to make our group`s journey to Turkey possible,” the ‘Peace and Democratic Solution Group’ said.

The 15 members of the group are Arif Dirik, Ayten Kaplan, Baki Uludag, Halime Gokcen, HasanAkbaba, Hikmet Cetin, Hikmet Karahan, Ismet Kem, M. Cevat Akin, Mahmut Erol, M. SaitYildirim, Muazzez Kaya, Ummuhan Surmeli, Veli tekin and Vesile Yuksel. “Our aims are to serve the democratization process, to contribute to the solution of the Kurdish Question and to overcome the current political stalemate.”

According to the group the ‘peace vision’ of the imprisoned PKK leader was ‘sabotaged’ and ‘blocked’ by the ruling AKP-party. The group was suppose to meet up with the 34 members of the Kurdish peace group who came from Maxmur and Qandil on 19 October on the orders of the imprisoned PKK leader. “The AKP has demonstrated today that it rejects such ideas and does not believe in peace brought about through dialogue.”

“It is clear to see the efforts by the CHP administration, MHP and Ergenekon gang in sabotaging the peace and solution process.” Therefore the group urged the AKP-government to be more courageous. “Rather than being under the influence of this backward mentality which gets its strength from the war, the AKP must be even more accountable, assertive and strong-willed in its approach.”

Finally the group concluded that the ‘the Kurdish people`s cry for peace and search for a solution must be understood as a great support for the people of Turkey and an approach of fraternity and solidarity’.

And the answer is?

28-10-2009 - Istanbul – Öcalan’s lawyer Ibrahim Bilmez has been sent to prison for 6 years and 3 months for being ‘ member of a terrorist organization’. Two other lawyers, Servet Ozen and Mehmet Bayraktar were acquitted. But Bilmez was prosecuted for his conversations with his client in Imrali.

Well..fears have been used for a LONG time to justify crimes against humanity

“When we go to the mountains they become scared. When we come back from the mountains, they are again scared. If we wage war, they are scared and when we want peace, they are also scared,” Kalkan said.

"CIA is running a program"..

Well...While there is a "Ergenekon case" it´s a #¤# repeat transmission where human rights people gets executed in Kurdish villages, bombs are planted, attacks are instigating the genocidal "war-fare" carousels. And just like in 1982 at the rocket transportation border between Syria and Turkey with torture cells, detentions and jailed "confessors" which where then released and used to commit crimes and serve in mass murdering psychopaths crimes against humanity there is the same #¤# system today. With released prisoners in camps in Lebanon and in Turkey where the Ankara bombing on May 23, 2007 was done by a released prisoner Guven Akkus, a 28-year-old man who had spent two years in prison for hanging illegal posters. Where no ones gets the information of what kind of posters they were or anything else other than the same "media cover ups" as when the NYTimes propagates the lie that PKK bombed Amed when it was TİT that did that bombing. And Turkish officials directed blames attacks at PKK, when there is a whole #¤# ocean of al-Qaida, Hezbollah's and Islmaists on the route to Afghanistan where Turkish and the U.S. forces are!

Yeah..We are FAR from "finished" in here yet, while crimes are being committed and Israel wants to sell their #¤# drones as they have done ever since the Israeli consulate guards fired on a crowd forcing its way through the gates in Berlin! And chemical and biological weapons have been dropped on the Kurdish people
en masse and still are in attacks that are going on, on "routine" while there is silence from every one except when it comes to their weapon affairs.

And it maybe was regrettable that the "CIA interrogation bunker" at the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan with prisoners and suiciders on their route between Turkey, Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan and the extended railways since WWI, or the ones from one coast to another in the U.S., was not blown up!

Tamils in London...1983 to 2008! And they have been there simultaneously with the Kurds..

And the crimes against these people actuallay have been done and are done Simultaneously!

UN: US drone strikes may break international law

UNITED NATIONS (AFP) – US drone strikes against suspected terrorists in Afghanistan and Pakistan could be breaking international laws against summary executions, the UN's top investigator of such crimes said. "The problem with the United States is that it is making an increased use of drones/Predators which are particularly prominently used now in relation to Pakistan and Afghanistan,"

UN Special Rapporteur on Extrajudicial Executions Philip Alston told a press conference.
"My concern is that drones/Predators are being operated in a framework which may well violate international humanitarian law and international human rights law," he said. US strikes with remote-controlled aircraft against Al-Qaeda and Taliban targets in Afghanistan and northwestern Pakistan have often resulted in civilian deaths and drawn bitter criticism from local populations.

"The onus is really on the United States government to reveal more about the ways in which it makes sure that arbitrary extrajudicial executions aren't in fact being carried out through the use of these weapons," he added.
Alston said he presented a report on the matter to the UN General Assembly. He urged the United States to be more forthright about how and when it uses drone aircraft, something about which the US Defense Department and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) usually keep silent. "We need the United States to be more up front and say, 'OK, we're willing to discuss some aspects of this program,' otherwise you have the really problematic bottom line that the CIA is running a program that is killing significant numbers of people and there is absolutely no accountability in terms of the relevant international laws," Alston said. Since August 2008, around 70 strikes by unmanned aircraft have killed close to 600 people in northwestern Pakistan. "I would like to know the legal basis upon which the United States is operating, in other words... who is running the program, what accountability mechanisms are in place in relation to that," Alston said. "Secondly, what precautions the United States is taking to ensure that these weapons are used strictly for purposes consistent with international humanitarian law. "Third, what sort of review mechanism is there to evaluate when these weapons have been used? Those are the issues I'd like to see addressed," the UN official said.

"The onus is really on the United States government".."that the CIA is running a program"

Why don´t face the facts as every one else in this world? Those are that a few decision makers have gone totally HAVOC where there is no considerations to human life, international laws, laws in war, humanitarian laws, morality, no respect for the life of others, no respect for human rights laws or U.N. declarations, where people refuse to respond on calls for case fires, solutions and peace and do not give a #¤# damn about anything else than weapon sells and massacres, have displaced another hundreds of thousands people in Waziristan, people are slaughtered in death camps in Iran, disconnected from the rest of the world in Gaza, in concentration camp in Sri Lanka, while the Kurds are caught up between the borders of Syria, Turkey and Iran where they are disappearing, slaughtered, massacred, shot and hanged where children are left tortured to death in the snow in the mountains, just like they are disappearing and shot in Sri Lanka.

And the more people are questioning this actions, work for stabilization, calls for case fires and peace, the more the attacks and bombings escalates, with "media in the back" to get justifications!

While
"CIA is running a program" in Afghanistan where war lords and the drug trade is in full spin, while accusing others for drug smuggling as a justification for crimes, massacres and destabilisation all over the region and beyond. At the same time others have their weapon sells and a few directors and companies have NO CONDUCT OF WEAPON SELL OR ANY SCRUPLES OR RULES WHAT SO EVER, but it´s just adjust the whole media flow after those with lies, manipulations and a #¤# Twilight Zone that have no touch with reality what so ever!

A #¤# idiot can see that it is another "barbarian frontier" going on with a few psychopathic criminal manipulators that have gone totally Havoc for nothing but their own geopolitical, economical, dictatorial interests and are way out of line on their world wide destruction, resettlement's, on going genocides they planned and started long time ago, which now they have media and the most psychopathic lies to cover up for! Massacres, humanitarian and planetary devastation, as the railways planned a long time ago is to be constructed from Asia to Europe and the devastation and human crimes are the same as when they where constructed over 59 millions 300 thousands native Americans and a couple of more millions Armenians and Kurds!

And now is maybe the time when to ask ourselves where they came from and which the hell were sailing with Columbus in their world wide genocide, ravage and plunder!

Well..yeah..Surprise: Some came from the old barbarian frontier... as from Rom! And today is answering the European court which annulled the decision to have PKK on terrorists lists as we all know there has been going on the most disgusting crime against a whole people for decades, with : they are terrorists and will always be terrorists at the same time they have weapon deals and there are psychopathic manipulations to label the whole Kurdish people as terrorists as if there are not any ones in this world AWARE of the crimes committed by every one AGAINST A WHOLE PEOPLE for decades where THE RAILWAYS IS PLANNED TO GO THROUGH! JUST AS WITH THE ARMENIANS AND EVERY ONE ELSE THE SAME #¤ WAY, while "Islamists" have killed Muslims as never before in history!

As we said: People every where better check up they are not living on "the route"!

The facts are...That we among many others have all the facts..going back decades..until this very day..

To The Public and The Press

On the 17th of October, 2009, in the rural area of the village of Kamisli/Yuksekova/Hakkari, one civilian has been wounded as a result of an explosion of a mine, which had been planted by the Turkish army. After the incident, both the Turkish army and the some of the press have claimed that the mine had been planted by our forces. We declare that the mine which has been exploded had nothing to do with our Guerilla Defence Forces. We believe, it has been planted by the Turkish army itself in order to provacate the developing period. We call on our people, the public and the press to be more sensible against those provocations.

Also, again on the of 17th of October, 2009, in afternoon hours, a military operation carried out by the Turkish army in the area of Navener-Bilika-Cudi. While they occupied the strategic places then intensively shelled and bombarded the area by mortars and cobra type helicopters. As a result of this military operation against our Defence Forces, a freedom fighter named Ferhat, have been martryd.

So which part would Turkey like to "go back to"? Or "starting the "democratization process over again"? To USAK´s "road map to Europe"? As in "Railway connections in addition to the highway connections must be established with the region. Northern Iraq should be connected with the rest of the world via Turkey. Opening of an airport near the border with Iraq would also contribute to improvement of the transportation network between Turkey and the region."

So..It´s just keep massacre people on the way instead of stop massacring people, like it´s have been done ever since the Britons were in Iraq the first time, like in 1916 and another rail way was planned..Or when 59 millions 300 thousand native Americans were in the way for the railways going from one coast to another..? That was America and now it´s the Middle East and Asia to Europe! SO ANY ONES HAPPENS TO BE LIVING ON THAT ROUT BETTER PACK THEIR BAGS AND GET OUT FAST AS HELL!

Or the part when the GENOCIDAL "war-fare" carousel was instigated at the rocket transportation border as it has been for decades where Turkey is speaking to Hamas members which are considered as a terrorists organization by the U.S. and Israel among others while refusing speaking to mediators and respond on calls for solutions and peace from PKK and the whole Kurdish people ?

Or the part where Turkey answers peace groups and hard work with intensive bombings, detentions, politicide, violations, killings, destruction etc..etc..Or the part where the European court annulled the decision to have PKK on terrorists lists which then British of weapon companies lobbied to have back on such a list while having weapon deals at the same time with Turkey. Just as Italy and Joseph Ralston as director of Lockheed Martin and "defusing tensions" and then part where JITEM planted bombs right after that? Or when the Turkish army did that? Or the part where Turkey and people in Syria started triggering hell loose after, in Kurdish villages because they protested against the "legitimization's for the instigated GENOCIDAL war-fare" that have been going on for decades? Or the part where Turkey had people chasing the whole Kurdish population on the streets like Neanderthals?

Or when Turkish army planted 2.300 new landmines in addition to the ones that already are planted through the years and which people anywhere the areas gets killed by, including soldiers.

Or the part with the U.S. and the Gulf war which made the Kurds fleeing, moved Vietnam to Kurdish villages and have made money on by both their and others military industry while Kurds have been and still are massacred on daily bases between Turkey and the regimes in Syria and
Iran ever since, until the next railway is finished?

Or which of the parts before that? We have a hell LOT of "parts" to choose from!

Meanwhile..

European Peace Group Organisation Committee

The peace vision of Abdullah Ocalan, our Kurdish Leader saw it as his responsibility to write the “Road Map” that sets out a solution to the Kurdish issue and to further the democratisation process. However, precisely because the “Road Map” was not released by the authorities to our Movement and put in the public domain, discussions concerning the resolution of the Kurdish issue have become repetitive to the extent that they were not leading anywhere and have in fact stalled.

Our Leader called on our Movement to unblock the political path and create a new and historical opportunity for a solution to this problem. Our Movement interpreted our Leader’s appeal as an order and so sent the peace groups composed of 34 people from Maxmur and Qandil to Turkey on November 19th 2009, expecting that they would meet up with the 15 members of the European peace group later in the month.

Our leader has persistently, over the last decade, advocated a peaceful solution of the Kurdish issue, based on dialogue and diplomacy and not the gun. He has argued for a non-violent resolution of the conflict so that real democracy, justice and enjoyment of human rights will be enjoyed by the Kurdish population, and violence will cease. It was hoped that Turkey was now ready to find a peaceful solution. This is why he has once again called for peace groups to be sent to Turkey. This refusal of visas is dashing many hopes.

It has reverted to the position of the Turkish government ten years ago, when, in November 1999, the Kurdish leader arranged a similar mission for two groups, one from Europe and one from Qandil to go to Turkey. Members of these groups were arrested and spent 10 years in prison; two of the mission members arrested are still in prison today.

The 34 members of the peace groups from Maxmur and Qandil already in Turkey were received with great jubilation, and their reception by the Kurdish people demonstrates that this peace mission is no mere “showing off” as the AKP has claimed, but reflects the genuine yearning of the Kurds for an end to conflict and a time when they can enjoy to the full their human rights, their culture, their language and look forward to a new life where equality and justice applies to all the citizens of Turkey.

The planned meeting on 27th November will still take place in Brussels and will be attended by all the members of the Europe peace group. The group will disclose its objectives, mission and stance in a more detailed manner.

We would like to thank all those who support our cause and will help us to persuade the Turkish government to waive its regrettable decision on the visas and instead grant them to the European peace group and welcome this initiative of the Kurdish Leader.

Maybe we should start with the delusion and "promoted fallacy" that it´s only Turks that dies ..

23.10.09-Resul ilcin who had been arrested by the police in Idil, Sirnak in Kurdistan because of looking queer lost his life while being arrested. Ilcin whose car was stopped by the police was arrested and 16 minutes after he had entered the Police Department, his body was handed over to his family. His head was crushed. Resul Ilcin was among tose who went to welcome the Peace Groups. The governor made a statement on the death of Ilcin saying that Ilcin died because he felt gown and crushed his head. The autopsy, however, showed that Ilcin's head and shoulders had been punched and he had died because of a stroke. Resul Ilcin was buried later on, and the DTP put his death on the agenda of Parliament.

Police officers declared that he "fell down" in detention. İlçin's family filed a complaint. The governor announced, "He fell down himself. He had previously undergone heart surgery". DTP MP Bayındır brought the matter to the parliament. 52-year old Resul İlçin died after he had been taken into custody in the district of Idil belonging to the city of Şırnak of the east of Turkey. The autopsy report confirmed a 5 cm crack in his scull and bruises in different parts of his body. İlçin's family filed a criminal complaint to the İdil Prosecutor's Office.

İlçin and his nephew Mehmet İlgin were arrested on the night of 21 October when they were driving in their car. About 1 hour later they were brought to the District Police Department. After 1.00 am İlçin was taken inside while the police officers searched the car. 15 minutes later the police informed Ilgin that İlçin had fallen down. İlçin was brought to the Cizre State Hospital where he died. According to Elci, İlçin's family believes that İlçin was assaulted and exposed to physical violence in the police department. The family filed a criminal complaint at the İdil Prosecutor's Office on 23 October demanding litigation for the perpetrators. The head injury and bruises on İlçin's body documented in the autopsy report do not correspond to the explanation that he "fell down".

On the evening of 22 October demonstrations had been organized in the district of İdil to protest İlçin's death. According to information the police fired warning shots and used tear gas against the demonstrators.

Şırnak Governor Ali Yerilkaya issued a written statement saying, "The person named Resul İlçin stepped out of the car and waited at the entrance of the police department in front of a barrack for the driver to park the car. In the meantime he was seen how he fell to down to the ground". As a justification for this argument Yerlikaya stated that İlçin underwent medical treatment in the Batman State Hospital in 2007 because of a heart disease. The statement does not mention any person in particular who has seen İlçin falling down.

Elçi also referred to decisions of the European Court of Human Rights regarding healthy people being exposed to harmful treatment in detention. The lawyer indicated that in this case it is entirely the responsibility of the authorities to prove that they did not act unlawfully.

Democratic Society Party (DTP) MP Sevahir Bayındır inquired the Minister of the Interior Beşir Atalay about İlçin's death. Bayındır asked Atalay whether an investigation into the circumstances of İlçin's death will be started and whether the minister thinks about deposing the chief of police and the governor from duty.

Last year several people witnessed how police officers in the district beat 8 people first in front of the entrance of the court house and later on in the corridors of the state hospital. Lawyers and members of the Human Rights Association Diyarbakır Branch and the İdil Public Prosecutor documented that they had been exposed to torture when they went to the police station upon the witnesses' reports.

Foreign Ministry Spokesman: Turkey sincerely eager to normalize relations with Armenia

Turkish Foreign Ministry Spokesman Burak Özügergin said Turkey is sincerely eager to normalise relations with Armenia. At a weekly press conference Wednesday, Özügergin told reporters that Turkey did not only aim at enhancing relations with Armenia, but also laying the ground for improvement in relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia. He said peace and stability could not be established in Caucasus if all wheels did not turn at the same time.

"We hope that with the progress in Turkish-Armenian relations, Armenians will be relieved to see that Turkey does not have a secret agenda and hopefully this will encourage them to adopt a positive stance in settlement of their issues with Azerbaijan," said Özügergin.

"Peace and stability could not be established in Caucasus if all wheels did not turn at the same time." Well..Yeah...They are actually smashing into a couple of people´s heads..and they do not even seems to be aware of it..but are standing still on the same spot while the wheels keeps bumb into their heads several times a day, all week and month after month...In fact..

The facts are that Turkey has harassed, pursued persecuted, terrorized, violated Kurdish Party members of the DTP and others in a "democratization process" that is on the edge of the same methods and pursue Hitler did.

If Turkey is seeking to end the Kurdish party where all of them are put in jail as a democratization process and at the same time keeps terrorize Kurds all over the country, jail them, abuse and beating children, keep on with their cross border raids and bombings and refuse to meet and respond on the whole Kurdish people´s and PKK´s calls for solutions and peace..In an attempt to label the whole Kurdish people as terrorists and trying to give the impression that it´s only Turks that gets killed ..Turkey´s words are worth NOTHING!

Turkey has had an appendage for decades and is actullay speaking with a split tongue!

"I have been struggling for a democratic solution and peace for 15 years, and continue to do so.

I am calling on the Parliament: Open the path to a democratic political solution, open the path of democratic politics, open the path of peace, open the way to democratic negotiations.’’

Racists....

Nablus – Ma’an – Dozens of Israeli settlers attacked farmers were harvesting olives in the West Bank village of Qaryout, south of Nablus, according to witnesses, local officials, and medics. According to sources in the village, the incident began when dozens of Israeli settlers assaulted farmers working near the Israeli settlement of Shavout Rachel. Qaryout’s Mayor, Abd An-Nasser Al-Qaryouti, told Ma’an the farmers obtained permission to enter their own fields from the Israeli army through the Palestinian Authority’s liaison office. Part way through the olive harvest season, Israeli authorities implemented a mandatory registration and permission process for farmers who wished to access agricultural land in the West Bank for the harvest. Despite this prior coordination, the mayor said, settlers arrived in more than 70 cars. He said the settlers initiated the fight by hurling stones at the farmers.

This is actually what workers pay taxes for where there are both money and work spent to contribute to stabilise conditions and the lives of both Palestinians and Israelis..Just to have racists destroying and burning it down..

Are we free yet?

A report has reached us from Yeliki Media that a ship has sunk carrying asylum seekers from Izmir, Turkey to Greece causing the death of dozens of people, including five children and young people from Deyrik town in the Hassaka region in Kurdistan of Syria.

The children are the sons of Mohsen Khalaf Jarro:
Ali Mohsen Khalaf Jarro, nine years old
Salah Mohsen Khalaf Jarro, six years old.
The other three are young people from one family, the sons of Abdul Rahman Rammo:
Mohammed, Abdel-Rahman and Diyala aged between 18 and 22 years.

The final number of victims who were on board this ship when it sank is not currently available, but the number of Kurds from Syria who died in this tragic incident is likely to rise. These children died escaping from the persecution of Kurds in Syria. Families are becoming desperate due to an increased clampdown on all Kurds by the authorities.

Eight Afghan illegal immigrants drown off Greek island. Four adults and at least four children drowned in the eastern Aegean Sea on Tuesday when a small boat carrying 18 illegal immigrants from Afghanistan hit rocks and sank, Greek authorities said.A 19th man, identified only as a Turkish national, has been arrested on suspicion of belonging to a smuggling gang. A coast guard statement said rescuers have located nine surviving immigrants on the shore and are seeking one child still reported missing. Six bodies were initially found in the sea and on the rocks, and two more were located in the sea after a search involving a rescue helicopter and coast guard patrol boats. The coast guard said the dead were four women and four children, whose ages were not immediately known. The survivors were seven men, a woman and a child. Lesvos is one of the main points of arrival for the thousands of illegal immigrants who enter Greece every year. Often fleeing war zones in Asia and Africa, the migrants pay thousands of dollars to smuggling gangs. About 14,000 migrants arrived by boat in Greece in the first half of 2009, according to EU border agency Frontex.

Iraq renews call for U.N. probe after Baghdad bombings

BAGHDAD (Reuters) – Iraq renewed calls on Monday for a U.N. inquiry into the support given by foreign countries to insurgents after twin suicide blasts against government buildings in Baghdad killed more than 150 people. Foreign Minister Hoshiyar Zebari said Sunday's bloodshed reinforced the need for the international community to help Iraq defend itself against bomb attacks as it emerges from years of sectarian conflict unleashed by the 2003 U.S. invasion.

"The bloody Sunday explosions strengthen Iraq's demand to the U.N. and the Security Council to nominate a senior international envoy to come to Iraq and evaluate the degree of interference targeting stability in Iraq," Zebari told al-Arabiya television. "I believe this will be achieved soon, especially after Sunday's explosions confirmed that this issue is vital and important. We need the help of the international community."

"The blasts "rise to the level of crimes of genocide and crimes against humanity punishable under international law."

Aswat al-Iraq: Casualties from the car bomb explosion that ripped through Karbala on Monday evening rose to three dead and eight wounded, director of the health department said. “Three people, including a woman and a policeman, were killed and eight others, including a woman and two children, were wounded in the booby-trapped car blast in north of Karbala,” Alaa Hamoudi told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Iraqi scientists are honing their skills in analyzing data from the scene to curb attacks such as the massive bombings in Baghdad, according to AFP. The U.S. military said it provided forensics personnel to assist Iraqi investigators after Sunday’s attacks which turned central Baghdad into a bloodbath. “We have to tell investigators and judges about how collecting and finding biological evidence is important,” said Raed Adnan, in charge of the DNA section at the Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) unit in Baghdad. “I also will be happy when the judges and investigators trust the biological evidence, because nobody has the same genetic print. The laboratories at a new CSI training section of Baghdad’s police academy is equipped with cutting edge technology to examine DNA, fingerprints, explosives, firearms and forged money.

U.S. army Captain Michael Triglia, an FBI investigator who has supervised training and the supply of the forensics laboratories, said: “The goal is to move from a confession-based evidence to a scientific one.” He admitted it was “a huge job” to deliver the equipment and supply the training needed in Iraq.

That should have been done long time ago..#¤# idiots..It would especially have been in the U.S. interests as so many Iraqi deaths have been used to blame the U.S. and in the propaganda machinery. What the hell were/are you thinking? Since the GENOCIDAL "war fare" carousel was instigated there have been no "war" in Iraq! It´s pure #¤# war crimes and crimes against humanity! It´s Very obvious to us ALL what destabilizing
effect both Turkey´s and the regime in Iran´s bombings at both side of the borders has on Iraqi´s security! What do you take us for? Idiots?

And if people in the U.N. can inspect nuclear sites they can #¤# inspect prisons!

NCRI - A group of prisoners took control of Ward 1 of Gohardasht prison in the city of Karaj, west of Tehran, on Sunday during a riot against appalling prison conditions and the harsh treatments by the authorities. The prisoners clashed with members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) disarming two of the guards, Mohsen Khalesi and Marjani, before taking control of the Ward. Other prison guards and torturers fled the premises. Subsequently, the prison’s special guards headed by Ali Haj Kazem, the head of Gohardasht prison surrounded the Ward, attacked defenseless prisoners using teargas and finally took back the control of the Ward. There is no news on the conditions of prisoners after their long battle with prison guards.

The Ward 1 that houses solitary confinements is known as “dog house” because of harsh conditions and barbaric tortures deployed there. The prisoners are subjected to humiliation, insults and various physical tortures such as hunger and rape and are facing gradual death in the appalling living conditions. Every year a dozen of them commit suicide. The Iranian Resistance calls on all human rights organizations, particularly the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention, to condemn torture of prisoners and to assign a Special Rapporteur to investigate the deteriorating state of human rights in Iran.

Baghdad bombings instigated by political desires, spites - PM

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Iraq’s Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki said on Monday that the armed operations and bombings in Baghdad which occurred Sunday instigated by political desires and spites, asserting that Iraq will face these acts.

Al-Maliki, who attended the 7th scientific conference organized by the agriculture ministry at the Baghdad University, said “we have to achieve a lot of things as we face big challenges in the reconstruction operation. We rebuild the country and they destroy it like what happened in the attacks yesterday.”

“These challenges will continue and we will face them in all fields. We have faith that Iraqis will not give up or abandon the reestablishment of their country,” he added.

Baghdad steps up security after bombs kill 155

BAGHDAD – Iraqi security forces blocked streets around the capital Monday and conducted intense searches at checkpoints as authorities investigated the massive security failure that allowed two truck bombs to strike what was supposed to be one of the city's safest areas and kill 155 people.

The country's worst attacks in more than two years on Sunday targeted the Justice Ministry and Baghdad Provincial Administration. "Today, we came to work despite the fear inside us," said Siham Abdul-Karim, 49, an employee of the Culture Ministry located near the site of the bombings and surrounded by police checkpoints on Monday. "We all wonder how could car bombs could reach these institutions."

The death toll rose to 155 on Monday as Baghdad residents buried the dead. About 500 people were injured, authorities said. The initial investigation suggested the vehicles, each packed with thousands of pounds of explosives, might have passed through some security checkpoints before hitting their destination, said Maj. Gen. Qassim al-Moussawi, a spokesman for the city's operations command center. Interior Minister Jawad al-Bolani said 76 people have been arrested so far, but he did not provide information on who they were or how they are believed to be connected to the horrific crimes, which took place just hundreds of yards from the heavily fortified Green Zone. "This is a terrorist act," al-Bolani said. He called on all the political forces to cooperate and assist the Iraqi security forces.

The pickup truck that exploded near the Justice Ministry was carrying 2,205 pounds (1,000 kilograms) of explosives, the initial investigation found. The second pickup truck that went off near the Baghdad Provincial Administration building, was carrying 1,543 pounds (700 kilograms) of explosives.

Well..according to our ability to exclude possibilities...It´s not possible that.. that amount of explosives have been smuggled in under a coat. Or orchestrated and carried out from a ramshackle with some insurgents and home made IDE´s. It´s obvious well planned, coordinated for a specific target and carried out to cause as much damage as possible.

It´s the most disgusting criminal calculating, scheming crime and if it had happen anywhere else on this planet it had caused the U.N. and it´s Security Council to react and get involved and there is no #¤# differences when it comes to Iraq! So #¤# be it!

We guess...This is the time for the U.N. to do a evaluation..

How much the Iraqi´s people´s neighbours, Turkey, the Syrian and Iranian regimes AND some people in the U.S. have cared for the stability and lives of the Iraqi people. And don´t forget the statistics which very much can be connected to other events around Iraq!

Well..we are not just guessing..In fact..the U.N. is obligated to do such a evaluation..And...there are no #¤# "legitimization's" that justifies attacks and mass slaughter!

In fact..there are no #¤#
"legitimization's" at ALL left for any ones in this whole #¤# region!

ALL in this region have forfeit their right to any "legitimization's"!

INCLUDING TURKEY!

Some are rolling over this planet and massacre people everywhere..

But the struggle for justice will live on..Or even get stronger..

In fact..The truth is ..about wars..That it´s the biggest lie yet..

We assume such attacks are not orchestrated and carried out from some ramshackle building with a couple of IDE´s..

Well..yeah..Thank you..DON´T destroy the forests..

ISLAMABAD: Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani on Sunday visited Wana, the headquarters of South Waziristan Agency, to meet the field commanders and troops deployed in the area. During the day-long visit, General Kayani appreciated the morale and spirit of the troops employed in the operation Rah-e-Nijat, said a press release of the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). General Kayani made it clear that the Pakistan Army was not conducting operations against any tribe or area, but against a handful of terrorists who had not only destroyed peace and tribal traditions of the area but also held the majority of the people hostage to their anti-state agenda. He reiterated that the operations against terrorists were being conducted by the armed forces without any outside support. On arrival in the area, General Kayani was received by the Corps Commander, Lieutenant General Muhammad Masood Aslam.

And treat the Waziri´s with human dignity..If they have been held hostages by aggressive terrorists, it´s the least one can expect..ISN`T IT..

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani on Sunday proposed four-point strategy to enhance trade, economic and investment ties between Pakistan and Turkey. “The manifold commonalities of our two countries have been reinforced by the firm resolve of their leadership to further deepen mutual cooperation in all fields. Let us make trade and investment the central pillar of this cooperation,” he said, while addressing the launching ceremony of Pakistan-Turkey CEOs Forum here on Sunday that was also addressed by Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Around 80 chief executive officers of Pakistani and Turkish private companies also attended the meeting. Elaborating his four-point strategy, Gilani said trade between Pakistan and Turkey was not commensurate with potential. He said through bilateral arrangements and early implementation of regional trade agreements such as the ECO Trade Agreement, the two countries must open their markets to a greater range of products and services. He called for ensuring early finalisation of Free Trade Agreement.

The prime minister said both the countries should work out, as a key component of their common Asia policy, a common marketing and market development strategy for Eurasia. He said the train linking Islamabad to Istanbul was a strategic project, which should be accorded high priority. “And finally the Turkish companies should investment in development of Pakistan’s alternate energy and tourism sectors,” he added. Gilani said the democratic government in Pakistan was committed to making the country a trade, investment and financial hub. He said the manifold commonalities of Pakistan and Turkey had been reinforced by the firm resolve of their leadership to further deepen mutual cooperation in all fields. “Our corporate sectors represent the great potential of our two countries and their peoples,” he added.

He appreciated Turkish brethren had always stood by Pakistan in times of need and recently the successful Friends of Democratic Pakistan Ministerial Meeting hosted by Turkey contributed to the success of the first FoDP summit. The prime minister said both the countries had unanimity of views on all the regional and international issues and desired to solve the conflicts for peace in the region. He said the two countries were also cooperating with each other in the ECO and G-8. Gilani said Pakistan had great potential for investment in various fields, including agriculture, communication, education, health and other sectors.

He invited Turk investors to take opportunity and bring investment in joint ventures with Pakistani investors. He said Pakistan and Turkey had agreed to liberalise the visa facility for the growing business community. “Due to our prudent policies the economy in the country is now stable and foreign direction investment inflows last year amounted to over $8 billion,” he added. The prime minister said the government had set up Special Economic Zone where investors enjoy special facilities.

Speaking on the occasion, Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan said Pakistan and Turkey enjoyed excellent relations and these must reflect in other fields like trade and economy. He said there existed political will on both sides to enhance close economic cooperation, which was beneficial for both the countries. The Turkish prime minister said there was great potential for cooperation and “we have taken a step today to harness it”. “Pakistan has always supported Turkey in difficult times, and we are doing our best to mobilise efforts to help Pakistan at this difficult time.” He said the world was facing worst economic crisis and no country was in a position to overcome it alone. “The policy of protectionism will only have limited results,” he added. Tayyip Erdogan drew attention of the forum towards the economic growth as well as the potential and conducive investment environment in his country.

"Turkey, Syria ready to look up at same sky"

Yeah...Sky of pollution..All the way to the Ice cap..

"It is the same black hands who are covered in the blood of the Iraqi people."

"Reigniting the sectarian conflict"

Well..Yeah..Bullshit..As we said it´s just follow the statistics to see what the U.S. allie Turkey that cooperates with the "U.S. enemies" in the Iranian regime and the revolutionary guards which are put sanctions on for terrorists activities at the same time they cooperates with U.S. allie Turkey which also would be terrorists then for cooperating with terrorists, against terrorism, which would make the U.S. terrorists for cooperating with those that are cooperating with terrorists, according to both the U.S. and Turkey´s own criteria, contributes to for security!

And while there sits criminals at the Syrian border to Turkey and the instigated GENOCIDAL "war-fare" carousel at a border with rocket transportation's that takes Gaza and Lebanon to death and destruction, into the Vietnam village guard system as the U.S. "moved Vietnam" to the Kurdish areas and the villages during in the Gulf war at the same time they "moved the Kurds to the mountains" and when the CIA was crawling around.

At the same time there sits criminals in Syria which should have been brought to Justice a long time ago and the friendship between the Syrian regime and Qatar where the rest are. At the same time the "terrorists cooperates with the allies against terrorism" and appeal to radicals and their Fatwas on killing Iraqis and can not just wait until they will be able "Help establish security" to expand their criminal network in Iraq as "This breach is a big failure of the security forces" according to Jalal al-Din al-Sagheer and as the Iranian psychopaths have used this Shiite factions against each other to undermine every one of them as THE U.S. KNOWS by now. All while the U.S. have so much in common with Oman that sends people to Iran to kill Iranians.

All while the destruction and genocidal "war-fare" goes on, there is a HUGE impact on the environment, the whole ecological system, mountains, air, waters that affects FAR beyond North of Iraq/south of Kurdistan and the region. At the same time people are evicted from houses they have lived for decades in, in Jerusalem!

Amazing...Isn´t it..How 1.5 millions of deaths Armenians in 1914-to 19 can be used as tools in 2009..isn´t it..What´s more striking is that the train has start rolling from Istanbul to Iraq and all of it seems to fit so well with USAK´s "road map to Europe"..

What´s more striking is that we have ANOTHER GENOCIDE here! Or 2 or 3, or 4, or even more all along the "barbarian frontier" and the pipe lines!

A disgrace for the human race..

So..Meanwhile others are occupied on their road to peace from Damascus, destabilizing, crimes, destruction and bombings..Turkey "secure it´s border"..And it have so much affect on the security of Iraq´s borders..It´s very notable in the Iraqi death statistics.

And on the environment, air, wildlife, waters all over the region all the way up to the mountains, down the rivers to the Gulf and all over this planet! We assume Turks in Turkey have giving their damn on that the Kurds' identity and
language will not be a part in its constitution, if it so means they will cause destabilization while there is a genocide on their neighbours at the same time they keep on with their genocidal "war-fare!" And if it so means they will destroy land, enviroment and mountains like the Taurus mountains that make up the northern border of the province and the river Euphrates in the southern. And the whole #¤# echo logical system with rivers and streams like Kahta, Göksu, and Sofras rivers in the province that empty into the Euphrates which generally descends from north to south and is broken up by many deep gorges that affects the whole region and wildlife down to the Gulf and all over this planet!

Well..Problems are for being solved..

KCK member Zübeyir Aydar has declared that the trip of the third peace group to Turkey has been delayed.

A Turkish human rights group has showed support for negotiations to promote the peace process in the country, says the head of the human rights organization. “The Turkish government has to hold talks with PKK, either indirectly through mediators, in addition to passing a law which defines the condition of the PKK members after returning to Turkey,” tells Ozturk Turkdogan, the head of the Turkish Human Rights Association (IHD). “The passage of a so-called social peace law which defines the condition of return, is also necessary, which requires the abolition of all the penal codes,” adds Turkdogan. He criticized the stance of the secretary of the Republican People’s Party, Deniz Baykal, noting that running away from solution is running away from democracy. “I believe that social democrat adherents of his party will not keep silent about Deniz Baykal’s dictatorial manners,” concludes Turkdogan.

"Let's have a break," prime minister Erdogan said.

Well..As we said: We could need some rest..

Meanwhile...There are no blockages here..There are just need for cooperation's. There is maybe need for more organization around this arrival. As we said: Let´s make a deal: Turkey stops bombing and their "war-fare" and contributes to calmer conditions and DTP arrange a welcome committee and why not in cooperation with Turkish Human rights group. As we said: There is need for all parts to be involved and active here and it would really be a good idea to have some Turkish representatives cooperating with DTP. And if the "war-fare" and bombings will stop there can also be a more calm arrangement around this arrival without mass rallies..

DTP Co-Chair Türk responds to the Prime Minister's criticism of turning the arrival of the peace groups into a "show". Türk said, "This is not a show, this is the enthusiasm of the people. They came for the peace process. This enthusiasm should be shared all over Turkey". "This was not a show, this was the excitement of the people. Everybody has to understand this excitement well and everybody has to participate in it. The groups came for the peace process. The experienced enthusiasm is the enthusiasm for peace. Also after this we are going to carry on with our work for continuing this process with the Turkish people and political parties. Peace is our only desire. We will channel all our efforts accordingly".

Well...We know..And the tears are tears of joy to finally find steps to reach peace an end the "war-fare" that has costs so many lives, suffering and sorrow for every one. We are positive there will be better conditions for a welcoming for the next peace group and their arrival that will be organized and cooperated.. and calmer..

It would be a good idea of Britain and the U.S. to solve their relations and past with people all over this planet as well!

Pakistani officials say the military has captured the hometown of Taliban chief Hakimullah Mehsud. Security sources say soldiers took control of the town of Kotkai Saturday following days of heavy fighting. Also in the northwest Saturday, officials say a suspected U.S. missile strike has killed at least 14 people in the Bajaur tribal region. A government official said the attack targeted a house believed to be used by senior Taliban commander Maulvi Faqir, who escaped the strike. There is no independent confirmation of the tolls, as the region is closed to outsiders and is dangerous even for local reporters to visit. A surge of militant attacks have taken place in Pakistan since the military began a major offensive targeting the Taliban in South Waziristan.

The "Taliban movement" was establish by Orphans from the Russian war in Afghanistan and those Orphans have been massacred long time ago! Those Muhajideen´s that were used by the U.S. in their war against Russia are the same #¤# ones Britain had war with in the 18th century! THERE ARE NO PEOPLE CALLED "TALIBANS"! This is the same
Mehsud tribe that Britain had war against in the 18th century and it´s #¤# DISGUSTING!

Well..

There is need for politicians, NOG´s and others involved to organize ways, meetings and forums and start build bridges for dialogue, communication and contact between the Kurdish and Turkish public. The people need to be involved and a part of this and it´s just needed to start and people will be active. There is not just that Turkey can be a bridge between the Middle East, Europe and Caucasus and a whole lot more, but there is need to build bridges between Turkish and Kurdish people as well.

And there was someones asking if Turkey wanted to reconcile with Armenia just because of geopolitical interest...Well..There is not just Turkey with geopolitical interests every here and there, and many have use for Turkey in those interest as well..Like exchange between countries anywhere else. We should not let those interests overshadow the facts that there are people in Turkey that are very sincere in solving problems that remains from the past. We know there are people in Turkey that very much want to solve this and build up new relations with their neighbours in both Armenia, Cyprus and the with the Kurds. And they are working hard on it. This is a process in many aspects and it will be a liberation for both Turkey it´s people and neighbours.

Now...We could actually need some rest!

There are thousands of people whereas 5.000 women some young and youngsters which are waiting to see their parents and relatives while they want their children home. And all those people and the rest of us do not need stiff old men making more problems than there are..So..Now all parts calm #¤# down!

The PKK members took a risk when entering Turkey and no ones expected them to come unnoticed to the rest of the world. Don´t make things more difficult than they are. The Kurdish people are working hard to come to solutions and peace and just express happiness over this initiative and concrete step by PKK and expressed their longing for peace and a whole lot emotions, it shall not be misinterpreted as anything else!

If Turkey wants things toned down Turkey must also contribute to a calmer and smoother atmosphere and STOP YOUR #¤# BOMBINGS AND "WAR-FARE"!

It´s so #¤# simple! This is not only about some politicians in DTP, or among the Turkish parties! Or some stiff old men and their prestige! This is about Kurds and Turks living in peace together and we do not want it to look like it´s just a "Kurdish issue" because the Turkish public must be involved and an active part in it! This is not about a few #¤# politicians only. And for all those that have lost their loved ones: It will not help with opposing solutions and a end to this "war-fare" and sending more people out to be killed..So..If every one could calm down a bit, thank you.

IT´S #¤# SIMPLE! LET´S MAKE A DEAL!

TURKEY STOP BOMBING and your #¤# "war-fare" and contribute to calmer conditions and the peace group will be met with a welcoming committee from DTP with flowers, but no mass rallies!

#¤# Idiots! Now we need rest!

"A discussion with representatives of the local Baloch community"

According to the Iranian State TV, General Noor Ali Shooshtari, the national Deputy Commander of the ground force of Iran's Revolutionary Guards (RG), the Guards' chief provincial commander, Rajab Ali Mohammadzadeh, and four other senior officers of the RG were among 31 persons killed in a suicide attack in the Pishin region of Iranian Balochistan known as Sistan-Balochistan on October 18, 2009.

The RG officers had gone to the area on a routine inspection tour during which they were having a discussion with representatives of the local Baloch community when a suicide bomber struck. Some reports speak of two suicide bombers. One reportedly managed to get into the venue of the meeting. The other blew himself up at a vehicle carrying some Revolutionary Guards outside the venue.

Thirty persons were killed and over 180 injured on May 28, 2009, in a suspected suicide bomb blast at the Amir-al Momenin Shia mosque in Zahidan, the capital of Iranian Balochistan. Mainly Shia Government servants and members of the security forces pray there. Three persons were injured on May 29, 2009, when unidentified gunmen attacked the election office of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad at Zahidan. On May 31, 2009, there was an exchange of fire between groups of Shias and Sunnis in different parts of Zahidan following an unsuccessful attempt by unidentified persons to kill Mulla Abdol Hamid, a senior Sunni leader. While he survived the attack, many of his body guards were reportedly injured.

Following these incidents, the Iranian authorities announced the execution of three Balochs on a charge of involvement in the explosion of May 28. Baloch sources, however, maintained that these persons were already in police custody and had been arrested before the explosion. Hence, they contended, these persons could not have participated in the explosion as alleged by the Iranian authorities.

The province of Sistan-Balochistan has around 3.5 million Balochs, the majority of them Sunnis. The province has been the scene of frequent incidents of violence unconnected with the liberation struggle being waged by the Balochs in Pakistan's Balochistan province for over three years now. There are close ethnic and religious links between the two Baloch communities on both sides of the Pakistan-Iran border. Iranian Balochistan also has a common border with Afghanistan.

The responsibility for the violent incidents in Iranian Balochistan in the past as well as for the latest one on October 18, 2009, has been claimed by an organisation called Jondollah (Soldiers of Allah), which projects itself as the People's Resistance Movement of Iran and not as the People's Resistance Movement of Sistan-Balochistan. It has no links with any of the Baloch nationalist organisations in the Balochistan province of Pakistan. In the past, there were reports of it having links with the anti-Shia Sipah-e-Sahaba and Lashkar-e-Jhangvi of Pakistan. In the 1990s, there were reports that a major explosion in the province was organised by Ramzi Yousef, who is now undergoing imprisonment in the US for his involvement in the attempt to blow up the World Trade Centre in New York in February, 1993. The Jondollah is more a Sunni extremist than a Baloch nationalist organisation.

A statement attributed to Jondollah after the May 28 attack said: "This incident has been organised in response to one week of Omar Denunciation Ceremonies which the fanatic Shias and security forces organised to curse Omar, the second Caliph, whom they blame for killing Fatema, the daughter of Prophet Mohammad. The false and fabricated narrative has been officially recognized in Iran as a fact and therefore, Iranian authorities have initiated a large number of denunciation ceremonies in which the second Caiph is cursed by the speakers and audience; even though Ayatollah Khamenaei, the Supreme Leader of Iran, announced three weeks ago that any action that may generate divisions among Moslems is treason. The Shia leaders and followers are famous for what they call Taghiya, which means lying for the sake of Islam but now it has been turned in Iran as an official way of misleading and deceiving the public and opponents, saying something in the public and doing something else. If the supreme leader really believed in what he said, organising such incidents should have been prohibited by law and if anybody acted against the law, should have been arrested and tried for generating severe divisions among Moslems.

The authorities have blamed the US for hiring terrorists who carried out the suicide bombing. Jondollah categorically rejects this claim. It does not have any kind of relationship or any kind of support from the US or any other country. This action was in response to systematic and regular insults to the beliefs of Sunni Muslims in Iran and wide discrimination against the Baloch people. We reject the Government’s claim that we are a terrorist organization. We are a defensive organization and act according to international law of self-defence by the same strategy and equipments the Iranian governments are using against us. Several religious leaders and hundreds of Baloch youth have been killed or hanged by the Islamic Republic of Iran just for their beliefs after severe and long torture. The Islamic Republic of Iran has destroyed several Sunni mosques and has hanged several top religious leaders of Sunni people in Iran."

A statement of July 23, 2009, attributed to the Jondollah said: "The Islamic regime hanged 13 young Baluch political activists on 14 July to create a sense of fear among the public. The Baluch people have been in the vanguard of the political campaign against the Islamic Republic of Iran that conducted the biggest fraud in election in the history of Iran and the world. People of Iran express their discontent about the fraudulent elections and other injustices in the form of demonstrations and huge marches......At the same time, the Government of Pakistan extradited one Baluch who was in prison for some time to the Iranian regime, knowing that he will be tortured and executed. The Pakistan Government under Musharaf extradited a group of Baluch opposition to the Government of Iran and all of them were tortured and executed later. The Baluch people are Sunnis and they have been subjected to discriminatory policies. Baluchistan has the highest poverty rate and according to all international and United Nations research, is the poorest province of Iran. According to official figures, poverty rate in Baluchistan is over 76 per cent. The Baluch students are not admitted into universities on an equal basis and on merit. While the Islamic Republic of Iran has given more than a million scholarships to Iranian students to study abroad or in the top Iranian universities, only three Baluch students have been awarded scholarships.

The Baluch people are under daily threat and a security environment has been imposed in Baluchistan. Everybody is a suspect and the security guards shoot the Baluch people with total impunity. Although hundreds of Baluch people have been killed in the streets of Iran, not even one single agent has been tried in the court. Baluchistan is in the vanguard of the freedom seeking people of Iran and will never stop its campaigning until a democratic regime is established in Iran."

In an earlier statement of July 14,2009, the Jondollah said: "The young Baluchs (executed on July 14) had been forced to accept that they have been agents of CIA. They were campaigning for the legitimate rights of the Baluch people. The Baluch people have been systematically oppressed since the beginning of the revolution for seeking equality of rights and opportunities with other Iranians. According to the constitution of the Islamic Republic and other laws that have been passed by Iranian parliament, the Sunnis are prohibited from becoming supreme leader, president, minister, deputy minister, army general, ambassador, or any other high official. The official religion of the state has been declared Shiism which is a radical opponent of the Sunni people."

The Iranian authorities have been projecting the Jondollah as a surrogate of the US intelligence operating from sanctuaries in Pakistani territory. They have been alleging that the periodic terrorist strikes in Iranian Balochistan are being mounted from Pakistani territory. While they accuse the Pakistani authorities of inaction against the anti-Iranian Sunni elements operating from Pakistani territory, they have never accused the Baloch nationalist organisations of Pakistani Balochistan of backing the Jondollah. They have been suspecting the Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LEJ), the anti-Shia organisation of Pakistan which is allied with Al Qaeda, to be training the suicide bombers of the Jondollah. However, they have never accused Al Qaeda of involvement in Iranian Balochistan.

According to the Iranian authorities, the leader of the Jondollah is Abdul Malik Rigi, who lives in Pakistan. His elder brother Abdul Hamid Rigi, who was also based in Pakistan, was arrested by the Musharraf regime and handed over to the Iranian authorities. Reports received in July had indicated that he was among those to be executed on July 14. He made a self-confession before local TV channels. But, latest reports say that the Iranian authorities decided not to execute him to avoid creating any embarrassment for Islamabad. Some of the statements attributed to the Jondollah are disseminated from London. This has created some suspicion in the minds of the Iranian authorities that the UK is also probably backing the Jondollah in its anti-Teheran activities.

This has been going on since 1979..

NCRI - The European Parliament adopted an urgent resolution on the situation of human rights in Iran on Thursday in Strasbourg. The MEPs called for the release of prisoners arrested in the demonstrations that followed the June 2009 sham elections, the abolition of the death penalty and respect for press freedom.

Number of MEPs recalled the late July attack by Iraqi forces on members of the Iranian opposition, the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/ MEK), in Camp Ashraf in Iraq, which was carried out upon the order of Khamenei, mullahs’ Supreme Leader. They called for implementation of the April 24, 2009 European Parliament resolution on the rights of Ashraf residents. The resolution condemned “the massive and excessive use of force, arbitrary arrests and possible torture to repress protest movements since Iran's controversial presidential election.”

MEPs demanded that the International Committee of the Red Cross be allowed to see all prisoners, with no exception MEPs reiterated their call for abolishment of death penalty. They condemned death sentences and executions in Iran, particular those issued or carried out on juvenile delinquents or minors. MEPs protested against “the execution in Iran, on 11 October, of minor Behnood Shojaee, who was hanged in breach of recognised international legal guarantees in this area.”

Prior to the voting, a number of MEPs from various political groups condemned the violations of human rights in Iran and criticized the EU’s appeasement policy toward the mullahs in Iran and called for imposition of economic sanctions. Some MEPs called for immediate intervention of the United Nations and deployment of a permanent UN monitoring team in Camp Ashraf to prevent further attacks on the Camp’s residents and their forced displacement to other locations within Iraq.

Meanwhile the Iranian regime is helping "clearing corridors" in both Kurdish areas, in the mountains, burning forests together with Turkey and in Baluchistan with the Gwadar port on the other side. Those revolutionary guards that were attacked were seniors. There was actually a meeting with tribe members for reconciliation when the attack was staged. In our concern those seniors could has well opposed the Madman or there was a decision to replace them ..Or some one opposing reconciliations..Or what ever..In fact..Nothing surprise us when it concerns the regime in Iran or the gangstas that have taken over in Iran..Or when it comes to the private club and their "cleaned corridors"..
