This system of instigated attacks to justify a ongoing ethnically cleaning and other purposes with it is very #¤%¤ well known!

U.S. made helicopters are shipped near the village of Uludere Günyaz, while clash between Turkey's army with forced Kurds to kill Kurds and being killed by Kurds forced into confrontations to defending their right to life in a Vietnam GENOCIDAL system set up by Turkey, the U.S., CIA and Israel, with instigated attacks and violations to justify massacres and crimes that are known ever since the Armenian genocide and that have been going on for decades against the Kurds, are reported.

At the same time Kurds complain about being violated by PUK´s "anti terrorists units" in Iraqi Kurdistan also set up by the U.S., Israel, Britain, lobbyists, weapon companies, like a supervised mini Turkish militarized terrorists state..

It´s not only Turkey that have run totally Havoc and at the moment is a complete state of chaos, but Israeli leaders have just been sitting and waiting for the unrest among the Palestinians where there are International appeals for detained minors simultaneously with the ones in Turkey, to get justifications to keep on with their militarized terror against Palestinians instead of speaking with them and come to solutions where every ones interests are taken into account, the SAME WAY it´s implemented in Turkey by Israel, the U.S and Britain.

Where the INSTIGATED attacks to get justifications to keep on with the ethnically cleaning of Kurds have been going on for decades, wide spread between Syria and the regime in Iran and all over the Kurdish land, "legitimized" by U.S. "terrorists lists" during decades on those being exposed for genocide and crimes. And by Israeli lobbyists in the U.S. while having weapon sells at the same time! And are used simultaneously in both Turkey and Israel to justify crimes against humanity in the most disgusting built up military states of terror.

IT´S A SATAN´S PACK! Or it´s maybe to insult Satan as Satan or the Devil is actually another word for the PROSECUTOR!

Make this very #¤%¤ clear! This is going to effect every one being involved

Serious! We have scanned through a LOT of photos and can without doubt claim it´s GENO-CIDE on people which have origin WAY back! It´s the same people being massacred during decades, people from from the same areas, in a ongoing cleansing of the same areas that Armenians where massacred and cleansed off! And it has been going on SYSTEMATICALLY ever since, with Britain, Israel and the U.S. being involved and a wide spread ethnically cleaning that borders to both Syria and Iran and those regimes participation!

And just as every other time the Turkish state and others have been committing crimes they are trying to implement censorship, imposed restrictions and prisons sentence on journalists, prevent free speech or any information of what is what, with exactly the same methods as during several decades of crimes!

"War on terrorism" where systematically censorship on declarations, proposals, hard work, no attentions to people speaking in the European Parliament what so ever, violations against free speech, preventing journalism, coverage, committing politized, sending people to jail or even killing them for even mention peace with those that are attacked, censor in every #¤%¤ possible way those that are attacked in their "#¤ own country from speaking about coming to solutions, refusing to respond on any ones or anything! In the same systematically patterns and ways for decades!

Where there have been staged attacks by Turkey´s own people, directors of weapon companies, lobbyists in the U.S. and Israel. Instigated "war-fares" and attacks between Syria, Turkey, Israel, the regime in Iran and the U.S. and a whole lot are involved and together with the U.S. are pushing very hard with the most dirty affairs, methods, manipulations, censorship, jailing in masses, manipulations, set up attacks to blame Kurds that have been exposed to systematically ethnically cleaning for decades, to get justifications to keep killing them.

And put this people that are and have been working hard for many, many years to get to solutions and have called for it for many years, are met with refusals and are denied right to life with justifications of the U.S. "terrorist lists" on people in their own country that have been exposed for ethnically cleaning for decades, JUST as the Armenian people were labeled "rebels", which we assume are watching this methods, violations and developments VERY much, when people all over the world without doubt can see that it is the whole Kurdish people that are terrorized by crimes and ongoing crimes, politizeds and genocide , to get justifications to keep on with the massacres.

WE DO NOT THINK the U.S. "terrorists list" on people that have been and still are exposed to a systematically ethnically cleaning can justify a ongoing systematically ethnically cleaning and denial of the right to life! Even with the most severe censorship! "WAR ON TERRORISM"..WE DO NOT THINK SO ! DHU!

Not respond on the Kurdish people´s calls and hard work and totally ignoring it, and have done so for decades, denying the fact that the whole Kurdish people are committed politizied on which have been worked SYSTEMATICALLY on for many years, where the Kurdish people are exposed to crimes, violations, denied the very "#¤# basic human rights, in the Check Spellingmost severe ways for decades, which the U.S and Israel are VERY #¤MUCH involved in and used simultaneously with Israels expansions and stalling of negotiations with the Palestinians, in fact..instead of SPEAKING with the Palestinians and come to solutions to live in stability and peace, where every ones needs, culture, heritages etc..are respected and taking into account, like normal people.

We could in fact claim that the Israeli state is built upon genocide! A systematically ethnically cleaning of both Tamils and Kurds, and crimes against Palestinians in the same racists fascists methods implemented in Turkey, by Turkey, the U.S., Britain and Israel. By Israeli lobbyists and weapon companies! And with the participation of the regimes in Syria and Iran, where every one involved have the interests of a ethnically cleaning of the Kurds, in one way or another.

Where people that are attacked in their own country, are censored in the same systematically way for decades and people are jailed in masses for just mentioning a solution and being engaged to end the massacres and have been so for many, many years, SYSTEMATICALLY with justifications of the U.S. "terrorists list" on the very same people that the U.S. and others are denying right to life.. Etc..Etc..

Make this very #¤%¤ clear: By keeping on with this madness of ethnically cleaning where people in both the U.S., turkey and Israel are going totally HAVOC at the same time Kurds are exposed to severe crimes in both Turkey, Syria, Iran and in their own #¤%¤ country with justifications of the U.S. terrorists lists they are ALL going to be dragged into these crimes that have been going on for decades, THE SAME WAY that they have been and are actually VERY involved in.

By this most criminal methods where Kurds have been and are forced to participating in a ethnically cleaning where Kurds are used to massacre Kurds, by Turkey, Israel and the U.S. in the same system just like in Vietnam and being killed while massacre Kurds, after INSTIGATED justifications to these massacres, not only Turkey which is implementing a privatization system and a system of slavery conditions for it´s workers, with the World Bank and others not only just supporting it, but very much are involved in it, are going to face some HUGE trouble!

Be very #¤¤ sure this is not about just "keep on with the genocide and the ethnically cleaning", killing and massacring some Kurds that are denied their right to life with the most psychopathic methods as it has been done for decades!

But not only Turkey is going to be plunged into some huge trouble, but every one else involved in these crimes and agendas!

Not only history of crimes will blow up in a huge explosion in every ones faces, while wide spread, systematically, crimes for decades are ongoing and people in Israel, the U.S. and more are occupied with wide spread environmental destructions and genocides supported by the same, with lobbyists and weapon companies and IMF loans, but some are going to face MASSIVE protests, MASSIVE resistance against their agendas of crimes world wide.

And while pushing on with the same manipulations to cover up agendas of extermination and genocide that have been going on in the same system SYSTEMATICALLY and being TOTALLY out of touch with reality, believing their manipulations to cover up for crimes are all swallowed have made themselves some huge problems!

Giant iceberg breaks off from Antarctic glacier

SINGAPORE (Reuters) – An iceberg the size of Luxembourg has broken off from a glacier in Antarctica after being rammed by another giant iceberg, scientists said on Friday, in an event that could affect ocean circulation patterns.

The 2,500 sq km (965 sq mile) iceberg broke off earlier this month from the Mertz Glacier's 160 km (100 miles) floating tongue of ice that sticks out into the Southern Ocean. The collision has since halved the size of the tongue that drains ice from the vast East Antarctic ice sheet. "The calving itself hasn't been directly linked to climate change but it is related to the natural processes occurring on the ice sheet," said Rob Massom, a senior scientist at the Australian Antarctic Division and the Antarctic Climate and Ecosystems Cooperative Research Center in Hobart, Tasmania.

Both organizations, along with French scientists, have been studying existing giant cracks in the ice tongue and monitored the bumper-car-like collision by the second iceberg, B-9B. This 97 km long slab of ice is a remnant of an iceberg of more than 5,000 sq km that broke off, or calved, in 1987, making it one of the largest icebergs ever recorded in Antarctica. The Mertz glacier iceberg is among the largest recorded for several years. In 2002, a iceberg about 200 km long broke off from Antarctica's Ross Ice Shelf. In 2007, a iceberg roughly the size of Singapore broke off from the Pine Island Glacier in West Antarctica.

Massom said the shearing off of the ice tongue and the presence of the Mertz and B-9B icebergs could affect global ocean circulation. The area is an important zone for the creation of dense, salty water that is a key driver of global ocean circulation. This is produced in part through the rapid production of sea ice that is continually blown to the west.

"Removal of this tongue of floating ice would reduce the size of that area of open water, which would slow down the rate of salinity input into the ocean and it could slow down this rate of Antarctic bottom water formation," he said.

He said there was a risk both icebergs would become grounded on banks or shoals in the area, disrupting the creation of the dense, salty water and the amount that sinks to the bottom of the ocean, he said. Oceans act like a giant flywheel for the planet's climate by shifting heat around the globe via myriad currents above and below the surface.

KABUL (Reuters) – At least 14 people were killed and 32 wounded in Taliban attacks in Kabul on Friday, officials said, the latest audacious assault in the Afghan capital despite a renewed push against the insurgents. At least four of the dead and some of the wounded were Indian nationals, Abdul Ghafar Sayedzada, the head of the Kabul police's crime investigation department, told Reuters. The attack came as NATO-led foreign troops and Afghan forces press ahead with an offensive against the Taliban in their stronghold in southern Helmand province, a key element of Washington's new strategy to put down a growing insurgency.

If people don´t get killed by NATO, bombings, explosions and attacks, they are getting killed by "Talibans"..And with the U.S. and Turkish forces there and the psychopathic manipulations and crimes against the Kurdish people for decades one do wonder what the heck have been going on in Afghanistan the last 9 years!

UN: 346 Afghan children killed in 2009

More than 2,400 civilians were killed last year, the deadliest for Afghan civilians since the fall of the Taliban regime in late 2001, according to the UN. The United Nations said that 346 children were killed in Afghanistan last year, more than half of them by NATO forces, mostly in airstrikes. "In 2009, 346 children were killed," Radhika Coomaraswamy, the special representative of the UN secretary general for children and armed conflict, said in Kabul after a seven-day visit the country.

RAWA: Marc Herold, a professor of University of New Hampshire, believes that "the UNAMA figures are less than 40% the true count of those killed by foreign forces!". Prof. Marc is collecting data about civilian casualties as a result of the US/NATO actions in Afghanistan since years. She said 131 children were killed in airstrikes, while 22 were killed in nighttime raids by international special forces. Taliban militants were responsible for the deaths of 128 children last year, with seven of the children used by militants as suicide bombers, she said. In 38 cases, it was not possible to determine who had killed the children.

More than 2,400 civilians were killed last year, the deadliest for Afghan civilians since the fall of the Taliban regime in late 2001, according to the UN. Coomaraswamy said she met with NATO commander in Afghanistan US General Stanley McChrystal, who assured her that troops "will work with the UN to ensure better protection for children." But she noted that "recent events in the past months are cause of concern."

About 50 civilians have been killed since the NATO forces began their biggest-ever operation in the southern province of Helmand nearly two weeks ago. At least 27 of the casualties were caused by a NATO airstrike, and 12 others were killed by NATO rockets. McChrystal said he has put protecting civilians at centre of his war strategy and has ordered the 113,000 international troops to limit the use of airstrikes.

Clear as crystal!

If under attack the Kurdish people also have the right to legitimate self-defence.

Karayilan said: "The high court has enforced the states decision, the High Court has not practised law but the decision of the State unanimously." KCK Executive Council Chairman Murat Karayılan emphasised that it was not the Kurdish side that wanted to resolve the issue with guns, but the Turkish State: ''They want to resolve the issue by taking the Kurds prisoner." "It is not us that wants to solve this issue with weapons, but the Turkish State. I would like to stress this, it is the Turkish State and AKP." Karayılan summarised their approach with the following words: ''we will not pull the trigger, but our fingers will be on the trigger. More correctly we have no choice but to be vigilant due to ongoing attacks."

If under attack the Kurdish people also have the right to legitimate self-defence. "We are approaching this phase in this manner and will conduct ourselves according to developments. In case of attacks the right to retaliate will arise, and it will be those that developed this phase that are responsible, namely the AKP government,'' Karayılan concluded.

The Kurdish Question cannot be solved without negotiating with Kurds. Every society has the right to representation.

The aim should be to start democratic negotiations between the parties in order to make progress in the political process. It is very urgent that the democratic forces of Turkey should address the process as early as possible for stopping the government’s irresponsible policies and the damage it is inflicting.

It is a task of every sensible human to prevent the AKP from destroying the potential and opportunities that had been achieved for a solution of Kurdish Question and the democratization of Turkey.

Without a permanent solution formula for the Kurdish Question, which remains one of the fundamental issues in the Middle East, it will be impossible to improve peace and stabilization in the region. Therefore, we call on all international actors who have interests in seeing a peaceful and stabilized region to cease all support for the violent approach to the Kurdish Question. We call on them to take on their responsibilities for a peaceful and democratic settlement of the question.

Has AKP has gambled its future power on the annihilation of the Kurdish Freedom Movement, instead of a solution of the Kurdish question?

The Kurdish Question, the most fundamental challenge facing since the Turkish Republic since its foundation, continues to run like an open wound. There is a great expectation in society for the settlement of this question which has caused such immense tragedies right up until the present day. A just and democratic solution of the question is now an obligation and one that is in the common interests of the peoples of the region and the development of democracy and stabilization in the Middle East.

As the Kurdistan Freedom Movement, we have made important efforts for a peaceful, democratic and political solution to this question since the year 1993. On numerous occasions unilateral ceasefires were announced by our party. It is a fact widely known among the public that we have enabled significant openings by stopping the war unilaterally and making sincere and honest efforts for a democratic solution in the successive years 1993, 1995, 1998, 1999, 2006 and 2009.

However, the Turkish State interpreted our peaceful initiatives during these times as signs of weakness, and then aimed to use it as an opportunity to liquidate the Kurdish Freedom Movement. So the Turkish State has carried out its most comprehensive military and political assaults precisely during these periods.

For instance, following our indefinite ceasefire announcement on September 1, 1998, an international conspiracy process was initiated and our Leader was captured. Once more, following our ceasefire on October 1, 2006, Leader Apo was attacked with a chemical poison. And through organizing comprehensive military annihilation operations against our forces, we were targeted to be liquidated totally.

Finally, in the case of the process of a unilateral ceasefire declaration that we announced on April 13, 2009, a great onslaught was initiated against all our forces accompanied by an attempt to totally liquidate the Kurdish political organisation. This attack process is still under way.

At the same time, the struggle of our people and movement against these attacks on the ground through our legitimate self-defence perspective brought about significant results. Afterwards, the results of the 29 March Local Elections which were viewed like a referendum election provided a considerable political success for the Kurdish people. This result repositioned the Kurdish Question onto the centre of the agenda once again. In order to transform this atmosphere into a peaceful and political process, our movement announced its decision of unilateral inactivity.

However, the Turkish State did not give a positive answer to our peaceful announcement and actions. Instead of renouncing its annihilation and denial politics which collapsed with the 29 March election, the AKP Government decided to carry on with the same denial politics under the guise of a so-called “opening” which was in reality a purely tactical manoeuvre. In the last practical process, the so-called “opening” tactic was exposed as having no peaceful solution in its intent. In spite of our unilateral inactivity announcement on 13 April, the sustained operations and the targeting of the legitimate democratic Kurdish representatives since 14 April are clear evidence of this tactical approach.

Although political massacres and military operations were being carried out in Kurdistan, Leader Apo declared that he would prepare a Road Map for a permanent solution. And our movement also took up a very decisive and insistent stance about its inactivity position in order to contribute to the development of the peace process.

The Turkish State and the AKP Government were seriously compelled to act at both national and international levels against our movement’s imposition of peaceful and democratic methods for a solution of the Kurdish Question. In order to dispel the rising pressures for change, and to legitimize its politics at national and international levels, and to maintain support for its administration, the AKP put forward a fake opening policy. Indeed, the AKP Government did not give up the annihilation and denial process against the Kurdish people. Yet by adjusting its direction and methods, it turned towards a new policy for achieving victory.

In spite of all these provocative tactics, the Leader of the Kurdish People made a call for sending Peace Groups from guerilla forces, Maxmur Camp and Europe in order to assist the peace process and develop it further. In answer to this call, our movement took practical steps. However, faced with the millions of Kurdish people with their welcoming celebrations for the Peace Groups who shouted enthusiastically for peace and a democratic solution, the AKP’s and Turkish State’s real intentions were exposed.

It is clear the AKP and Turkish State has no real intention to make peace with the Kurds. By contrast, they intend to render us weak and then force the Kurdish people to submit to their will. Therefore, Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan threatened: ‘’if it is necessary, we return to the starting point.’ Afterwards, a series of attacks were initiated against the Leader of the Kurdish People, against the Kurdish People themselves and the DTP as representatives of our democratic politics.

On the one hand, the road map prepared for a permanent peace by the Kurdish Leader was not made known to a public audience. In addition, the Kurdish Leader was replied by a punishment process through putting him into a death pit. A State terror politics was launched against the democratic demands of our people. Thus, an extensive and systematic physical and political lynching campaign was put into operation for oppressing our people and suppressing the Democratic Movement.

In the current situation, the legal democratic parties and institutions of the Kurdish people have been shut down and hundreds of Kurdish politicians have been imprisoned. Kurdish children have been given tens of years in jail as punishment, for allegedly throwing stones. Without considering whether they are children, youth or old, people have being shot in broad daylight in the street. And nobody has been held responsible for these actions.

The democratic gatherings of our people have being terrorized. These practices being endured in the land of Kurdistan are fascist actions that can only be found in military regimes. The elected representatives of the Kurdish people, our mayors, members of municipality councils and provincial councils, human rights activists and representatives of the Democratic Society Congress (DTK), people from a very large spectrum of society, were targeted and, thus ended up handcuffed and imprisoned. All these attacks have been aimed at breaking the will of the Kurdish people, to oppress and eradicate them. Thus, they have sought to achieve the annihilation of the freedom struggle politically and to put the basis for a democratic solution off the agenda.

The essential aim of these policies is to undermine the support given to the guerilla movement. By doing this, they aim to annihilate the Kurdistan Freedom Movement by the military operations planned to be realized in 2010. Nevertheless, against all these odds, today the conditions for a solution of the Kurdish Question by peaceful and democratic means have grown much more substantial compared to all previous times. Due to the unchanged denial mentality of the State and the AKP’s purely selfish and petty political calculations, the solution has not been able to be developed.

Just like all its predecessors, the AKP has worked to label our movement with its tens of thousands of martyrs and its millions of supporters as a terrorist organization and thus aimed to crush it. The AKP has gambled its future power on the annihilation of the Kurdish Freedom Movement as well. However, it is well known by the AKP that the Kurdish Freedom Movement cannot be simply suppressed by taking the old route and using the old methods. Therefore the party has developed a duplicitous policy consisting of accepting a so-called Kurdish existence in accordance with the concept of the Turkish nation which is still based on assimilation and a single mentality.

The AKP Government has adopted policies designed to undermine the dynamics of Kurdish society internally. By doing this, it has planned the dismantling of Kurdish society to make the Kurds collaborate in their own destruction. In particular, the AKP has tried to foster contradictions between our Freedom Movement and the forces of South Kurdistan, hoping for us to be in conflict with each other and obtain results that way.

Rather than finding a solution to the real question at issue, the AKP government has essentially planned to annihilate the Freedom Movement by winning international support leading with the USA based on marketing the strategic position of Turkey.

The AKP has worked to get international forces to support the common aims of the annihilation process on the one hand with the regional powers like Iran and Syria on the other. This policy of the AKP is not just a dangerous and duplicitous threat to North Kurdistan but for Kurdish people living in all the other parts as well.

Inasmuch as the AKP has represented a denial political approach which fails to accept Kurds as a national community, rather it has sought to pacify Kurds with some cultural reforms in the context of piecemeal individual rights, designed to pitch them in conflict with each other, and finally, to annihilate the Freedom Movement and all gains made by the Kurdish people.

Although the Kurdish Question is a social one, the AKP has approached the question with the policy of a nation state; it has considered this question in the context of terrorism, and thus aimed to conclude a military campaign consisting of combined psychological, diplomatic, social and economic dimensions. This plan has meant an extensive war against the Kurdish people.

Our Announcement to All Concerned Powers and Democratic Public Opinion

The growing policies of the Turkish State regarding Kurds which have been pioneered by the AKP government, albeit under the new definitions and names and accompanied by the slogan ‘’we are solving the question’’ which is part of a psychological war campaign, has now reached a very dangerous point.

Together with the systematic torture applications against the Leader of the Kurdish people, the continuing attacks, oppression and violence against the legal Kurdish representatives, have seriously tested the patience of our people to their limits.

The process making Kurdish people endure this cruel politics reveals its true face ever more clearly day by day. In spite of our people’s and movement’s calls, our honour as a community and a people has been insulted; the representatives of our people have been abused; our mothers and children have been beaten barbarously in the streets, murdered in the open, and faced arrests based on the flimsiest of charges. Thus, these heartless practices insulting our people and oppressing our will have become part of the everyday existence of our people.

Ruling by diktat offers no solution but is a very striking illustration of where the deadlock politics are leading. It is very clear that serious damage will be done and the deadlock will deepen since the government has allowed its election calculations to determine its approach to the Kurdish Question which is too serious to be considered a political game.

Thus, first of all, the AKP Government and Turkish State must consider the dimensions of the damage done to society by adopting this kind of politics. In order to prevent the damage which cannot be compensated by any means, and as a requirement of our deep responsibility to the peoples, we call once again on the Turkish State and Government to repudiate this policy and instead to approach the question on the basis that is in accordance with the road map presented by our Leader.

For the democratization of Turkey and development of a permanent solution to the Kurdish Question, strengthening stability and mutual trust, and achieving a real social compromise, we have given great importance to present three fundamental principles as essential keys.

Firstly, a Democratic Nation in which no identities will be hegemonic and have priority.

Secondly, a Democratic Country in which all lands of different peoples will be recognized and not be ignored.

Thirdly, a Democratic Republic in which borders will not pose problems and national political rights of communities will be recognized in the context of democracy.

In this framework, the permanent solution perspective is possible within a constitutional reform process. Both by recognising the urgent necessity of Turkey to adopt a new civil and democratic constitution onto the agenda and accepting a reform period will lead to the transformation of Turkey into a democratic system. And a solution of Kurdish Question will be possible in this context.

Improving the process depends on the mutual ceasefire as an essential priority. At a time when one party makes a ceasefire and the other launches her weapons more than ever before as considering a main opportunity for her victory can never provide the basis for a solution process.

In spite of the fact that this process has been called a democratic opening, while a mutual ceasefire is lacking, no step can be taken to prevent the continuous blood-letting. Therefore, military and political operations should be stopped.

The second important issue is that all Kurdish democratic politicians who have been placed under arrest since 14 April should be released immediately.

The most positive actor who will play his role for peace is the Leader of Kurdish People. In order to improve the conditions of peace and a democratic solution of the Kurdish Question, Leader Apo offers a chance for a solution based on the brotherhood of the peoples. Taking this reality into account, as a first step, Leader Apo’s situation should be converted into house arrest in order to give him more opportunities to work for a democratic solution of the question.

The Kurdish Question cannot be solved without negotiating with Kurds. Every society has the right to representation. The aim should be to start democratic negotiations between the parties in order to make progress in the political process.

As early as possible these steps should be put on the agenda. It should be understood that the ongoing current policies will bring the process to a very dangerous point. Although heavy human rights violations have been committed, and many members of our forces have been lost, we continue with extreme devotion to adopt our unilateral inactivity position. Yet, it is all too clear that the unilateral inactivity process will be meaningless in this attack atmosphere.

It is very urgent that the democratic forces of Turkey should address the process as early as possible for stopping the government’s irresponsible policies and the damage it is inflicting. It is a task of every sensible group to prevent the AKP from destroying the potential and opportunities that had been achieved for a solution of Kurdish Question and the democratization of Turkey.

A very large spectrum of allies consisting of all democratic forces, the progressive left, socialists, liberal democrats, Alevi unions, and democratic Islamic groups, should organize an initiative of the democracy movement in order to become a fundamental actor regarding the solution of main problems facing Turkey.

The Kurdish Freedom Movement has entered into the most significant process since its origins. The Turkish government has sought to create division within Kurdish society and dismantle the Kurdish political sphere by camouflaging her denial-destruction policies. Against this attack by the Turkish State, all Kurdish powers located in every parts of the land should be united in solidarity and take on the necessary responsibilities for a peaceful and democratic solution of the Kurdish cause. In particular, it is clear that the Southern Kurdish politicians have very important responsibilities.

On this basis, we call on all Kurdish forces to see through the duplicitous politics of the AKP government, and thus, to refuse to support it. Rather they should unite their forces with a stronger determination for solidarity to achieve an honorable peace and a democratic solution.

All members of our people should be united in solidarity and ready for mobilization, they should observe this process carefully and participate more actively than ever. It should be understood that the people of Kurdistan remain united as one in our determination to win a free and democratic life. There is no chance of any attacks undermining our people’s organization and mobilization with its higher degree of unity for a free and honourable life under the name of the KCK (Union of Kurdistan Communities) system. Everybody will see that our people and movement will respond to all kinds of attacks with a higher stage of struggle, and ultimately we possess the ability to succeed and achieve victory.

We call upon on Akp to immediately end the oppression and arrests!

It´s as simple as that!

"Turkey has been urging EU nations to crack down harder on offshoots of the PKK, which draws a significant part of its funding from Kurdish migrants."

The head of Diyarbekir office of Kurdish Peace and Democracy Party Ali Aydin was arrested in Turkey on February 23. Aydin was arrested after he was called to the prosecutor’s office for the presentation of case related to his statement as of January 15 . He is charged with abetting Kurdistan Workers’ Party.

Old buildings in different districts of Van city are destroyed in Turkey. New skyscrapers are to be constructed instead. Many houses in Van were built by Armenians, before the Genocide in Ottoman Empire.

At the meeting with students of the International Relations Department, University of Vilnius, Lithuania, Turkish Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bagis told about the Turkey-EU relations. The Minister also informed students that Turkey is acting as mediator in the Syrian-Israeli, Syrian-Iraqi, Israeli-Lebanese, Russian-Georgian and Armenian-Azerbaijani conflicts.

"Mr. Bagis seems to believe that Lithuanian students are unaware of the fact that Turkey, which is posing as a "dove of peace" in the region, is far from being a mediator. Rather it is actually a party to the conflict due to its biased policy and 15-year-long blockade of Armenia."

We all know why these Kurdish migrants left in the first place, so it´s just using every one else to become partners in Turkey´s crimes, instead of responding on calls for case fires, solutions and peace and openly receive every one that are IN FACT offering assistance and help to mediate and get through a solution! It´s very obvious not a "Kurdish problem", but more a Turkish one and instead of taking help Turkey use every one else to become partners in extermination and crimes, the same #¤#¤ way as Israel, the U.S., Britain and their military industry and weapon companies and every one else in their own interests have used Turkey and are VERY #¤%¤ much partners in crimes against the Kurdish people!

"The Turkish Doves of peace", have landed ones again. They have actually taken this terrorists flights for about 100 years now! No #¤#¤ wonder they are targeted with fireworks. They have been a public health hazard for centuries!

Cuban political prisoner Orlando Zapata

Amid shouts of "Zapata lives," about 100 people mourned Cuban political prisoner Orlando Zapata Tamayo as he was buried on Thursday in his hometown of Banes following his death by hunger strike this week.

Gousch! what´s the #¤%¤ matter with people?

With the behavior of Turkey supported by the U.S., Britain and Israel, the Syrian and the Iranian regime are not just taking this region back to the middle ages, it´s really back to the Neanderthals with clubs on the streets!

Now..If Iraqi Prime Minister Maliki cannot uphold order and civilized behavior around Ashraf, how the heck is he going to be able to do that on the rest of the streets of Iraq? It´s a "#¤# playground!

This matter must be resolved in a civilized way by adults, so we suggest the disturbing gangs goes home!

And we also suggest every one stop using the Ashraf residents as "feeding hooks", these people are obvious not safe now and obvious not later either, so it´s really about time to work something out to safeguard their rights and safety!

Idiots! Israel #¤#¤ deserve it´s self imposed concentration camp!

Bethlehem - Ma'an - An Israeli company operating on behalf of the country's Ministry of Defense began the relocation of olive trees on Tuesday, on lands belonging to the village of Bil'in slated for the construction of the separation wall. The trees, which would otherwise be destroyed in the construction process that cuts off villagers from dozens of other trees that will not be moved, will be re-planted on lands that will remain on the east side of the wall, a statement from the Israeli military said.

According to the military, the relocation is being conducted in coordination with the land owners in Bil'in and the Civil Administration, a branch of the Israeli Defense Ministry which oversees non-military matters in the occupied Palestinian territories. The move comes after Israel's High Court of Justice ruled that the separaion barrier should be rerouted so that it annexes less land from the village, which was cut in half by a system of fences, trenches and combed sand outlining the wall's eventual route.

"The IDF will continue to operate in accordance with the law and the decisions made by the High Court of Justice," the statement said. Meanwhile, the army said Israeli authorities were investigating claims that settlers cut down dozens of olive trees on the same day in an area of the West Bank thirty kilometers north of Bil'in. Ghassan Daghlas, who holds the PA's northern settlements portfolio, said residents of the illegal Yitzhar settlement chopped down 45 trees on land belonging to Burin, a Palestinian village near Nablus. An Israeli military spokesman told Ma'an that the Civil Administration received a complaint about the incident, and that representatives were dispatched to the scene to investigate.

Iran: Three hangings in Zahedan and Isfahan

On February 20, the regime hanged a Sunni prisoner, Haj Dadollah Moradzehi, after eight months of imprisonment in the city of Zahedan. The execution took place even as many Sunni clerics and trustees in the province of Sistan and Baluchistan had called against it, describing the victim as someone who had helped build many of the Sunni mosques in the region. The victim’s nephew, Khodayar Rahmat-Zehi-Shahnavazi, 35, had also been executed on January 23, 2010, after spending 4 years in prison. He was arrested after a bomb exploded in front of his residence.

Two other prisoners identified as Abdollah A., 46, and Mehdi S., 36, were executed at the central prison of Isfahan. Meanwhile, Ahmad-Reza Rashidi, the Deputy Public Prosecutor in Ahvaz, revealed sentences for 38 executions and retributions as well as 4 ruthless amputations in Ahvaz since March 2009. While insisting on the need to implement the sentences promptly, Rashidi complained about the due process that causes several months of delays in carrying out the punishments (state-run media, February 20, 2010).

In the past years, the regime has repeatedly executed political prisoners as “drug smugglers” and petty criminals.

Germany dropping ban on ROJ-TV channel

One more 16-year old Kurdish youth was given a prison sentence to 5 years and 8 months.

It makes sense to drop a ban on Roj-Tv..Kongra Gel Presidency Board-KCK Executive Council has actually a far better vocabulary than what we have from time to time..And it´s very #¤#¤ obvious that Turkey and others have a war against peace, right to life and basic "#¤# human rights! And Roj TV are not just a few´s but it´s actually containing #¤%¤ normal information, entertainment, news, culture etc..for the whole Kurdish people. It´s a clear violation and restrictions on the freedom of speech and in many more aspects!

We have right to be suspicious...

Turkey is drawing a lot of attention with their politizied, abuses all over Turkey´s streets, violations, raids, imprisonment of children and Ocalan's lawyers etc..etc..and behave like has gone totally Havoc, while the Israeli fossil leaders are riding on the instigated genocidal "war-fare", having lobbyists in the U.S. and weapon sells from the U.S., having Israeli leaders and lobbyists, Jews in Kurdish camps, U.S. Helicopters and jets, Israeli drones bombing and destruction all over the Kurdish land, MAY WE REMIND IT´S A WHOLE COMMUNITY UP THERE, INCLUDING OVER 5.000 WOMEN, which lobbyists and weapon dealers, people in Israel, Britain, the U.S. do not give a ¤%¤ darn about as little as what any Kurds says in the European Parliament, while U.S. ambassadors hails Turkey´s crimes after have advanced beyond the Hudson River and have never done that and have never, ever had in mind to respond on calls for ending massacres!

And Israel selling weaponry and at the same time jail and abuse Palestinians in the same amount and rate as Turkey simultaneously with Turkey and have done so ever after the INSTIGATED genocidal "war-fare", while just waiting for the Palestinian youths to come out in the streets to get justifications for more raids, and to buy time and stall whatever agreements, and stability!

This is A SCANDAL IN THE MAKING! BE VERY #¤%¤ SURE OF THAT!

Turkey is #¤%¤ occupied! Occupied and occupying..

Turkey is squeezed between fascists, murderers, the U.S., Israel, Russia, money makers and the E.U..Well..This completion have been going ever since. In Short.. one can say that the Britons, the French, the Dutch and the U.S., moved on and went from the slaughter at the Hudson river and the Native Americans along the rail ways and expanded into Turkey..to the Young Turks, Jews and Israelis interests and kept running over the Kurds and the extermination has just continued where Dersim is declared a military zone today as it has been over time and again for decades.

Dutch arrest alleged Kurdish leader. Dutch media is reporting that authorities have arrested a Kurdish man believed to be a leader of a freedom movement in Kurdistan. The Dutch Justice Ministry could not immediately confirm the man, identified as Hasan Adir, has been arrested at Turkey's request. The Netherlands' state broadcaster NOS says Adir was arrested after crossing the border from Germany, where he has lived since fleeing his homeland in 1995.

25 January 2010 - Norway, Gunmen fired shots at the home of Mullah Krekar, the Kurdish founder of the radical Islamic group, Ansar al-Islam, in Norway. The cleric was not hurt, but his son-in-law was taken to hospital having been shot in the arm, police said. Lots of police, heavy security, ambulances, security forces, body guards, the Norwegian National life guards..etc..etc.. arrived quickly and took the entire family away under heavy security.

Mullah Krekar - born Najm Faraj Ahmad has lived in the suburb of eastern Oslo with his family since 1991 when he was granted refugee status in Norway. From this base he founded Ansar al-Islam, which Washington blames for attacks on coalition forces in Iraq. In 2006, the UN added the cleric to a list of people believed to have links with al-Qaeda. The Kurdish cleric says he stepped down as leader of Ansar al-Islam in 2002 and denies any links with al-Qaeda. In 2004, Norwegian authorities said there was not enough evidence to charge him with conspiracy in an alleged plot to murder political rivals in Iraq.

Yeah...Ones upon a time there was a English man, a Dutch, a French, a Jew, a American..And a Turk..

When the English traders along the Connecticut River, tried to lure the Mohawk away from the Dutch with offers of firearms in 1640, the Dutch reacted by providing guns and ammunition to the Iroquois and Mahican in any amount they wanted. A brutal war raged to the north along the St. Lawrence between the Dutch supplied Iroquois League and the French allied Huron and Algonkin. Tribes had become very heavily-armed. Dutch became suspicious that a general uprising was being planned against themselves and the English. Kieft decided to exterminate the Wecquaesgeek to set an example to the other Wilden (wild men) near Manhattan.

During the King William's War (1689-96) between Britain and France, the Mohawk were dispersed during 1693 by French attacks on their homeland. Claims of a possible French invasion from Canada, the governor of New York recruited Mahican, Wappinger, and Munsee warriors to stem the tide. The Mohawk are said to have lost half of their warriors in this conflict, but two-thirds of the Mahican and Wappinger who entered British service never returned.

The French premier Clemenceau says for the Armenian massacres: "The whole history has not to show another example of such organised hideous acts.2

Mr. Shack writes: "In the 1880's, the French branch of the Rothschild family acquired interests in Russia's Baku oil fields in an effort to supply their refinery on the Adriatic with cheap Russian oil. In exchange for these interests they built a railroad linking Baku to the newly acquired Black Sea port of Batum. This opened up the Baku oil, a major world supply, to the world. With the success of the new railroad, the Rothschilds had more oil than they could actually sell. vercoming their fear of competing with the giant Standard oil of USA, they sought out the huge Far East markets east of Suez."

Further on Mr. Shack makes his point: "The decision by the shrewd French Rothschild branch to diversify into other areas of oil exploitation was, presumably, a calculated one. Three years after they joined Royal Dutch, production at Baku would come to an abrupt halt in 1905. Although shaken by political activity, the principal disruption was due to the violence of the ethnic conflict between the region's Muslims and the minority population of Armenians. This ethnic conflict caused the first interruption of oil distribution to the world market. Standard oil was quick to supplant the needs of the effected markets as its source was operating under the blanket of peace.

The Royal/Dutch/Shell Group (and the Nobles) watched their Baku investments go up in flames. Ethnic conflict was at the root of the matter. It could be safely assumed that they were taking measures to eliminate the possibility of that happening in the future." Oil corporations seem to have learned their lessons from history because before the construction of present-day Baku-Ceyhan pipeline has began, someone has made sure that no Armenians were left in Baku anymore. Mr. Shack notes that "the mere elimination of the Armenian population of Baku would not solve the problem of ethnic conflict in that region. The surrounding areas would provide reservoir effect in resupplying the conflicting minority element." And he asks: "was the removal [in 1915-23] of a small minority like the Armenians from historical Armenia a fair price to pay for the peace in a region so crucial to the development and investment of the Far East?"

Mr. Shacks answers his own question by stating in his article about the big business or big corporations: "It would be fair to say that the genocide of a group of a million or so, to serve the benefit of a billion or so in the Far East, is less of a question of should it be done, than how it could be done. So as not to reveal any plausible motive which could link the actual planners to the genocide, the scheme involved a proxy party [namely the Muslim Turks, Kurds & Azeris] , which was manipulated through layers of influence, providing sufficient cover for the planners."

U.N.O., challenges every conscientious man of the World and undermines world peace.

During World War I and its aftermath (1914-1923), the government of the Ottoman Empire instigated a violent campaign against the Greek population of the Empire. Before the Armenian Genocide in 1915 authorities of Young Turks sent thousands of Armenians to build this ill-fated railway and killed of them right at the spot. Another aspect of the Young Turk project concerns the usurpation of the individual and collective property of Ottoman Armenians accompanying the attempts to form a Turkish middle-class of businessmen, practically inexistent before. This program, named Millî İktisat (“National Economy”), theorized by the regime ideologist Ziya Gökalp, included the socio-economic element of crime, which is at the same time an instrument of justification and incitement. It appeared that this practice mostly benefited the Young Turk elite and the State-party, but also was to assist all sectors of society, particularly those engaged in the Young Turk movement, without significantly parting from the extremist ideology of its leadership.

1923-The Treaty of Lausanne led to the international recognition of the sovereignty of the new Republic of Turkey as the successor state of the defunct Ottoman Empire. The customs limitations in the treaty were shortly reworked. Hatay Province remained a part of the French Mandate of Syria according to the Treaty of Lausanne but in 1938 gained its independence. While Britain occupied Basra.

Among many agreements, there was a separate agreement with the United States: the Chester concession. The United States Senate refused to ratify the treaty, and consequently Turkey annulled the concession. The Chester Concession, approved by the congress of the newly founded Republic of Turkey on April 10, 1923, allowed American development of oil and railways. It was an award of the first importance and marked the introduction of American capital for the first time on a large scale into the Near East.

Germany had obtained concessions from Ottoman Empire which allowed Germans to construct railways. The American corporation would have the rights to all the mineral resources, including oil fields, found within a 20-kilometer zone on each side of the railway lines, as well as the privilege of carrying on such subsidiary activities such as the laying of pipe lines, the utilization of water power for construction, and the building of port and terminal facilities on the Black Sea and the Gulf of Alexandretta. The Company might utilize the resources of the public lands, including sand pits, gravel pits, quarries, and timber, without compensation and was granted exemption from taxation. Rear-Admiral Colby Mitchell Chester led the American syndicate, thus the name Chester concession is employed. The official name of the syndicate was the Ottoman-American Development Company. Despite the Turkish Government's desire to be free of foreign economic influence, which had caused their Ottoman predecessors a great loss of autonomy, the concession was approved because it would help guarantee US support at the Treaty of Lausanne, where negotiations were taking place over what the relationship of the new Turkish state would be to the European powers. The French Foreign Office, on behalf of nationals with whose claims the Chester grant conflicted, despatched a note to the Ankara government in which it characterized the whole procedure as being deliberately unfriendly. But Mr Clayton Kennedy, as the representative of the syndicate, went to Ankara in person and, it was reported in 1924, succeeded in reopening the question.

Some governments, instead of mobilising appropriate international remedy, believing in carrying out their own programmes in Tamil Eelam through a government democratically rejected by the concerned people in the recent presidential elections, show only their disrespect to democracy and their tendency to promote a dangerous world order, Tamil circles further said.

National Dialogue Front has a role to fill..

BAGHDAD – A top Sunni lawmaker, reversed course on Thursday, saying that his party is back in the race. Saleh al-Mutlaq told reporters he would now allow his party to take part in the vote and called on all Iraqis to participate in the election. "We decided to strongly participate in elections." Al-Mutlaq was banned from running in the vote by a committee vetting candidates for ties to Saddam Hussein's Baath party. He said he quit the party in the 70s, and last Saturday said he was pulling his entire list out of the election, in protest.

When asked the reason for his turnaround, he gave no specifics, only saying: "We decided to participate for the sake of change." Al-Mutlaq's National Dialogue Front has 11 seats in the outgoing legislature, the second-largest Sunni bloc in parliament. He fared well in last year's provincial elections, and is the main Sunni faction in an alliance with Allawi, a secular Shiite.

The decision by the Shiite-dominated committee to blacklist more than 400, mostly Sunni candidates along with al-Mutlaq, raised fears that Sunnis might boycott the election or view the results as tainted. The vetting process did include a few Shiites.

Allawi, a fierce critic of al-Maliki's government, said during the news conference that the coalition with al-Mutlaq and others, called Iraqiya, is fighting against sectarianism. Allawi has often accused the current government, along with Iraq's religious parties, of trying to stoke the sectarian tensions in the country, and has tried to portray himself as the man who can lead the country out of its sectarian conflicts.

The possibility of a boycott or Sunni dissatisfaction with the election results has been closely watched by U.S. and international officials, worried that any Sunni dissatisfaction with the election would discredit the elections. The U.S. has tied its troop drawdown to a fair and smooth election process.

That´s good. Do not put yourselves in the marginal, National Dialogue Front has a role to fill..and has so even if you will not win this election. Every one have a role to fill in Iraq and can do a lot of work for the sake of Iraq even if they don´t win elections. The Iraqis need engaged Iraqis weather they are Sunnis, Shiites, politicians or not. A united Iraq can be friendly to both the Syrian and Iranian criminals without having them using Iraq as a #¤%¤ playground, like overgrown 13 years old! Iraq´s future is not just about elections but there is a whole lot of work to do all the time, for every one and every one have their place and roles to fill. There Iraqis do very much need each other.

Well..It´s a beginning..

From the The Treaty of Lausanne in 1923 to imprisoned Kurds enough to fill stadiums..and a #¤%¤ "hailing" American ambassador in Iraq.

Relating to the latest arrest of BDP Diyarbakir Provincial Chairman Ali Aydin and all the Kurdish politicians and the Kurds being arrested and imprisoned, BDP´s Gülten Kışanak said that the Kurdish people have been trying to show another way than like if they wanted to drag Turkey into the abyss. But now Turkey seems to need whole stadiums to get room for all those arrested.

The Treaty of Lausanne, 1923 - A set up.

Kemal Pasha took this man, Hasan Hayri, and told him that the next day he must wear Kurdish national clothes and come with him to parliament to show everybody and show the journalists from other countries that the government of Turkey accepted the Kurdish peoples' existence and their traditions and their clothes and culture.

So the next day, Hasan Hayri arrived in Kurdish clothes and he spoke in the parliament about how the Kurdish and Turkish people had decided to live together, and how the Kurdish people didn't want to secede. And then Pasha asked him, "Please write a telegram and send it to Lausanne with the same thoughts you expressed in the parliament."

So Ismet Pasha showed the telegram to the other delegates from the European nations. And they said okay, and they signed the agreement together. But after a while Hasan Hayri was arrested and sent to a special court in Turkey called the Independence Court.

There were no jurists, just members of parliament and members of Kemal Pahsa's party. And they said, "You are a Kurdish nationalist. You want to separate Turkey and build an independent Kurdish republic." He said, "No, no! You know who I am. I am Hasan Hayri. I talked in the parliament. I sent a telgram to Lausanne, so how can you say to me, "You are a Kurdish separatist?"

They replied, "We know that one day you wore national Kurdish clothes and in these clothes you went to the Turkish parliament, so you are a Kurdish separatist." He was condemned to death. And when they took him to the gallows and asked him for his last words, he said, "I want my grave to be in a place where the Kurds can walk by and spit on me because of my betrayal of them."

Basra child leukemia on the rise, says AJPH

BASRA / Aswat al-Iraq: Childhood leukemia rates more than doubled in a southern Iraq province over a 15-year period, although the exact cause for the increase is unclear, researchers say. Possible reasons why so many kids in the province of Basra became ill include exposure to chemicals from petroleum fires, gasoline sold by children on the side of the road, chemical weapons and pesticides, noted the authors of the new study published by the American Journal of Public Health.

Researchers at the University of Washington in Seattle found 698 documented cases of leukemia in the province among children under the age of 15 during the period between 1993 and 2007. The highest number - 211 - occurred in 2006. “By using a hospital cancer registry, we were able to measure a jump in leukemia rates from three per 100,000 youngsters in the first part of our study period, to a rate of almost 8½ in the final three years,” study author Amy Hagopian, of the University of Washington, said in a university news release. By comparison, leukemia rates in Europe and the United States ranged from four to five per 100,000, and in the Middle Eastern countries of Oman and Kuwait the numbers ranged from two to three per 100,000. Basra and the surrounding region played major roles in three consecutive wars, the latter two with the United States and its allies.

Saudi could allow women lawyers in court

RIYADH (AFP) – Saudi Arabia could soon allow women lawyers to appear in court, though apparently only representing other women, the country's justice minister said in comments published on Sunday. Justice Minister Mohammed al-Issa said the ministry is drafting new rules to permit female lawyers to argue family cases, which could be passed soon, Saudi newspapers reported.

The women would be able to represent women in marriage, divorce, custody and other family cases, the newspapers said. Female lawyers in the kingdom, where strict Islamic doctrine and shariah law have enforced separation of genders, can currently work only inside the women's sections of law and government offices, where they do not come into contact with men. All judges in the kingdom are male religious clerics. As part of ongoing judicial reforms, the Saudi government is developing a network of specialised courts, including "personal status" or family courts, where the women lawyers would be allowed to practice.

Well..That sounds good ..as long as those women lawyers are equal to the male lawyers..And that could also serve to implement the right to choose another guardian if needed. And then we want education about Brest cancer awareness, offices with women working with education and information, education of women how to to work in those receptions, health care education of women how to physically do examinations and health care receptions with educated women to receive women to be examined by those educated women..etc..etc..

As we said before..

Maybe it´s time for a whole lot us to go to the U.S. and declare those that resists us being there with the whole weapon arsenal and pick what ever are in out interests, are terrorists and put it up on some papers with some little ink to legitimize it..the crime(s)..

Some are still living in the 18th century.."It´s just coming into others land and kill which ever we want we have put up on "Wanted lists".. take in a whole lot of alcoholic and drugs and bide our time until most are beaten and then the city is ours. And then it´s just in with the missionaries and preachers to save those poor beaten people that are left."

In the East, the progress started in Omaha by the Union Pacific Railroad, proceeded very quickly due to the featureless terrain of the Great Plains. However, they too would soon become subject to slowdowns as they entered Indian-held lands. The Native Americans living there saw the addition of the rail-line as a violation of their treaties with the United States. War parties began to raid the moving labor camps that followed the progress of the line. Union Pacific responded by "increasing security" and by hiring marksmen to kill buffalo -- which were the primary food on the Plains Indians. The Native Americans then began killing laborers when they realized that the so-called "Iron Horse" threatened their very existence as a culture. "Security measures were further strengthened", and progress on the rail-line continued.

"Security measures were further strengthened"...killing Buffalo..and that´s about it..So it was like taken the food from the Native Americans..It´s almost like starving to death Armenians along the railways..Not much differences..Are there.."Security measures"..and "the Native Americans saw it as a violation of the treaties with the United States"..They just "saw" it like that..It was not that it really was that..or what..

And just like the same way it have not been many caring much for the treaty of Lausanne in 1923 either. It was a set up from the beginning and those have continued ever since. And just as the Native Americans the Kurds have been run over ever since by both the U.S. and every one else. There have never been any ones neither in the U.S. or Britain paying attention to their Kurdish people or what they say in the European Parliament..As a matter of fact.. And that´s what "security measures" means today as well..Destroy every conditions for living, and cut off the last land and living for those Kurds that are left on it..after have had decades of extermination "legitimized on papers." Responding on calls for solutions and agreements, respect others history and culture and respect others right to life have never been on Turkey´s, the U.S., weapon dealers and lobbyists minds.., ever, has it..

"How to know when to end a war" and such bullshit..The time for old remains from the 18th century to pack their bags is coming very closer.

Well..

Reuters can live in it´s own little world, where some pick little pieces and events as it suits and leave anything else out of it as it suits....Then...We pick little pieces out of Reuters as it suits..And apart from that..Who knows where we are heading..

It´s strange isn´t it..this "blog" has no comments fields, no followers, no advertising, no publicity linkings, no blog rolls, no feeds ...nothing. Maybe it´s just a "prototype"...Or something else strange with it..

We are not much for "sociality"..are we..In fact...There is nothing what so ever about being social with this blog..

Well..It´s still going on..It´s nothing that have changed really..

"I came to the conclusion that all these accusations against the Armenians were, in fact, based on trifling provocations, which were taken as an excuse for slaughtering 10,000 innocents for one guilty person, for the most savage outrages against women and children, and for a campaign of starvation against the exiles which was intended to exterminate the whole nation."

Only now we know very darn well which are standing for the provocations..And which the weapon dealers and the lobbyists are..

Despite declarations of case fires, hard work for solutions, sending in peace groups..etc..etc..The Kurdish people are committed politizied on and military activity is increasing every day.

Has the United States, and others any responsibility for the developments in Turkey and the ethnically cleaning of the Kurds from their land?...YES!

During World War I and its aftermath (1914-1923), the government of the Ottoman Empire instigated a violent campaign against the Greek population of the Empire. The campaign included massacres, forced deportations involving death marches, and summary expulsions.

It appeared that this practice mostly benefited the Young Turk elite and the State-party, but also was to assist all sectors of society, particularly those engaged in the Young Turk movement, without significantly parting from the extremist ideology of its leadership. The lure of income had undoubtedly contributed to the radicalization of men who, in other circumstances, would never have participated in such acts.

1915-1923 -- 1500000 Armenians perished, and 500000 survivors were exiled from their homes.

The Treaty of Lausanne led to the international recognition of the sovereignty of the new Republic of Turkey as the successor state of the defunct Ottoman Empire. The Convention on the Turkish Straits lasted only thirteen years and was replaced with the Montreux Convention Regarding the Regime of the Turkish Straits in 1936. The customs limitations in the treaty were shortly reworked. Hatay Province remained a part of the French Mandate of Syria according to the Treaty of Lausanne but in 1938 gained its independence as the Hatay State, which later joined Turkey with a referendum in 1939.

Also, the government's pragmatic need to develop overwhelmed fears of imperialism.

The railroad grant applied to an extension of the old Anatolian Railway
http://mikes.railhistory.railfan.net/r100.html from Ankara to Sivas, with a branch to the port of Samsun on the Black Sea; a line from Sivas to Erzurum and thence on to the Persian and Russian frontiers, with branches to the Black Sea ports of Tirebolu and Trebizond; a line from Ulukışla on the Baghdad Railway to Sivas via Kayseri; a railway from Sivas to Harput and thence to Mosul with branches to Bitlis and Van; and a railway from Harput to Yumurtalık, a port on the Gulf of Iskenderun. It was estimated that $300,000,000 would be needed to carry the plan through.

The deal collapsed in part because of financing problems on the American side, and in part because it called for development of rail into the Basra province, which never fell under Turkish control. Basra became part of the British mandate and the British-controlled
Turkish Petroleum Company. The French Foreign Office, on behalf of nationals with whose claims the Chester grant conflicted, despatched a note to the Ankara government in which it characterized the whole procedure as being deliberately unfriendly. In 1923, the Ankara Assembly abruptly declared that the concession had lapsed, owing to failure of the concessionaires to fulfill in the allotted time certain conditions of the grant; but Mr Clayton Kennedy, as the representative of the syndicate, went to Ankara in person and, it was reported in 1924, succeeded in reopening the question.

"The freedom of action for the Kurdish people is a legitimate case, a lawsuit is justified"

KCK-Executive Council Chairman Murat Karayılan, calls the leader of the Gulen Fettullah community to end the hostility towards the Kurdish people.

A Case Commentary: Preparing the Kurdish Case in Turkey

A simple introductory comment for Dr. Ralph D. Fertig - in reference to his

An accurate description of the “Kurdish case” for the right to self-determination will be helpful for the Supreme Court of the United States making a decision, the government (Attorney General) represents the States’ interest, and the attorney acting on behalf of Kurdish people’s right to self-determination in that part of Kurdistan -Turkey.

First the definition and description of the case are required, and then let us begin by the following questions, which will provide a number of definitions central to Kurdish case:

Who are the Kurds?
Kurds are the people who speak Kurdish language as a native language of the ethnic Kurds – who have been living in Kurdistan proper for thousands of years. Kurdish language consists of two main dialects: the north and southern Kurdish.

What is their population count/census?
There is no accurate census of Kurdish population. According to most creditable sources about 30 – 40 million Kurds live in “Kurdistan proper: one of the most accurate map of Kurdistan proper http://www.ardalan.org/images/sine.jpg” (parts of Kurdistan divided between Iraq, Syria, Turkey, former Soviet Union, and Iran) and outside.

Where do the Kurds live?
90 up to 95 percent of Kurds live in “Kurdistan proper: one of the most accurate map of Kurdistan proper:
http://www.ardalan.org/images/sine.jpg”.

What is the Kurdish case?
The Kurdish case is not the case of a specific organization and political party. It is the case of Kurdish people: 30 – 40 million Kurds for the right so self-determination. Precisely, “The Kurdish case is the case of the right to life, liberty, security and property for the Kurds. Almost 100% of conscious Kurds of all ages, gender, classes, and locals…etc. agree such rights can not be guaranteed by other means than formation of an independent Kurdish state in “Kurdistan proper”.

The following brief history is the main logic, which has given "the Kurdish case" credibility and viability in many international forums and the United Nations: During the Ottoman and the Persian empires the Kurds lived and coexisted with the Turks and Persians – they (Kurds) governed local regions of Kurdistan through provincial types of governments mainly connected to the centre of the imperial powers in Istanbul or/and Teheran and other Persian imperial capitals until the first world war, when the Ottomans and the Persians lost in the war.

After the first world war, modern state system emerged in the Middle East. Current states of Iraq, Iran, and Syria Turkey…were formed and recognized in the League of Nations. Kurds were granted a state of their own under sections of Severs Treaty in early 1920s – they (Kurds) were not successful in establishing an independent Kurdish state. In 1923 the Lausanne Treaty replaced the Severs Treaty, and the Kurds were left without a state of their own.

As a nation without an independent state of their own, Kurds have never accepted the rule of the governments of those states. The main reason has been, all those states have subjugated Kurds to slavery of exploitation and Kurds indiscriminately were deprived of the basic rights to “life, liberty, security and property” contrary to the full rights of the dominant ethnic groups of those states: Turks, Persians and Arabs.

Since the foundation of the modern states system in middle in 1920s, countless cases of human rights violations, genocide, mass-expulsion, mass deportation, forcible migration, linguicide, ethnocide of the Kurds have occurred under the rulership of those states. Thus, the logic of the Kurdish case has been in formation since the foundation of modern state-system in the Middle East.

Kurds in Turkey: Turkey has been objecting to the recognition of the “Kurdish case”. It is the objection and denial of the Kurdish case, the incrimination of the Kurdish of Turkey who work for the recognition of the Kurdish right to self-determination has to be changed.

Last year the Turkish government banned peaceful and legally operating Kurdish political party Democratic Society Party (DTP), arrested 100s may be 1000s of high ranking members of the party which was legally operating. The United Nations Security Council and the United States government have to reject and deny the incrimination of innocent Kurds who are working for their “right to life, liberty, security and property” through peaceful means of political and civil society institutions.

The Turkish government has been incriminating any actor or entity which recognizes the “Kurdish case” both as the “Kurdish right to life, liberty, security and property” and in its final solution form “the formation of an independent Kurdish state”. The preamble and the first 4 sections of the Turkish constitution deny the recognition of any other ethnic identity except Turkish ethnic identity in Turkey.

Thus, the Kurds of Turkey must be de-labelled and not-blamed, de-incriminated. For lack of justice and recognition of Kurdish and other ethnic identities in turkey and their basic rights the Turkish government must be criticised, blamed and ordered by the United Nations’ security council, United States government, the European parliament to change its laws and practices towards the Kurds. If Turkish government changes its approach and accepts Kurdish rights and freedom grounded on the rights to nations and universal declarations of human ritghs, there will be no-threat to Turkish sovereignty; in fact Turkey may become s just-democratic and a progressive state.

A sovereign is acceptable and has validity only when provides for its constituents full "rights to life, liberty security and property" and acts in their best interest. If a sovereign does not guarantee these rights to its subjects, its rulership will be challenged in various capacities as it has been in Turkey. Thus, the Turkish government is not a legitimate sovereign with which the Kurds agree.

The Turkish government has used two main methods against the Kurds:

1) Regard less of work method; the Turkish government has intimately incriminated any political organization and civil society institution which have been advocating Kurdish rights and freedoms. For example since early 1970s the Turkish government has banned over 20 Kurdish political parties for various alleged reasons. The parties represented the Kurdish legitimate rights and freedoms which every nation enjoys. The work methods of those parties for obtaining those rights and freedoms were peaceful and legal by all united nation's standards - but they were banned.

2) A number of Kurdish political parties took up armed campaign, which were automatically banned and labelled violent.

The conclusion is: it has not made much difference whether the Kurdish political parties in Turkey mobilized a violent method or peaceful democratic methods of politics for obtaining Kurdish rights and freedoms, the Turkish government banned the parties, as we know recently in October - November 2010 the banning of Kurdistan Democratic Society Party (DTP).

The project of supporting/accepting Kurdish right to democracy, to self-determination and removing Kurdish liberation movement in Turkey from violent list, based on the principles set out in the universal declarations of rights of nations can not succeed - if the court does not lawfully with due diligence accept the realities of the injustice and violations of Kurdish “right to life, liberty, security and property” by the Turkish government.
