Israel? Well...While we are practising our free speech..

They are working on their walls and fences..It´s going to be another concentration camp.. Only this time one do not know which the hell are outside or inside of it!

While the Iraqis being refugees in Syria feel they do not have to reclaim their country..Well..It will be easy for the Syrian officers and their megaphones then!

While NATO has expelled two Russian diplomats over a spy scandal, a move Moscow's ambassador said was intended to set back efforts by Russia and the United States to repair relations. Well..Why don´t you kill each other and get it over with then! And the rest of us can go on doing whatever we were doing!

Detlev Mehlis, said the complexity of the assassination plot suggested a role by Syrian intelligence services and its "Lebanese" counterpart. An early draft of a report he issued in 2005 linked Syrian President Bashar Assad's inner circle. Well..Yeah..those "inner circle people" are all dead now, so we suggest those being released now, shall just be happy they are still in life and shut the hell up!

They are such good friends and neighbours..The Syrians..Just as Turkey in fact..Don´t we just loooove Turkey? :-P.. As Turkey ignores all voices for a peaceful solution to the Kurdish Question and savagely represses and severely violates the whole Kurdish population and all voices for peace. Still, even at this late stage, the Kurdish voices are still challenging the Turkish Regime to come to their senses and seek a peaceful solution to the Kurdish Question in Turkey..Yeah.."We like pluralism. Never mind we do our out most against any ones defending it..Or children or any ones doing anything for the by us exposed Kurdish people being clubbed to death or almost to death without any protection since the early 20s when the Kurdish rebels in Kurdish land tended to get shot rather than taken prisoners".. "That do not mean we don´t like pluralism".."When it suits.. .Cobham company and Lockheed Martin and some other interests".."This terrorist terms are subjective with Syrian legitimization's".."Never mind what signals we send to our own people, fascists, Nazis or any #¤# ones"!

November 17 2005
- 80,000 Kurds in the city of Gever (Yuksekova) in the Hakkari province of northern Kurdistan joined the burial ceremony of three Kurdish civilians killed by Turkish security forces in the city of Gever on Nov. 15. Security was upheld by representatives of different Kurdish NGOs making regular announcements to the participants to not fall for the provocations of the Turkish army. Schools in Yuksekova, Semdinli and Hakkari were boycotted by students and shop owners in these cities had pulled down their shutters in protest of the attack on Kurdish civilians by Turkish security forces.

"A Kurdish group that has led an armed struggle against the Turkish government for more than two decades has told Al Jazeera it is ready for a peaceful resolution to the conflict. Murad Karalyan, leader of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), said his organisation remains on alert against the Turkish military, but is also open to resolving the conflict peacefully."

"The PKK is an internal Turkish problem. We are ready to be part of trying to find a peaceful solution. Not to get engaged in genocidal "war-fares" and crimes against all laws on this planet and in this universe, to please the Turkish criminal twisted ego."

Iranian artilleries once again shelled the border villages of Kurdistan region on Wednesday. Sources near to the areas reported that the bombardment, lasted for an hours, has caused severe material damages and forced people rush to nearby shelters for their safety. Meanwhile, Turkish war planes bombed Kurdistan region’s border areas. "How clever of some to be a part of the "war against terror along the rocket transportation border".."It´s just clubbing some, kill some, violate common taken laws and terrorize some and they have the subjective-pluralism-legitimization's from the Iraqi, Egypt, Lebanon, Israel, and every one that moves - resistance".."Never mind the subjective- pluralism- legitimization defenders" mean their own #"#¤ troops gets exposed to the same!

Yeah..That´s what we all are risking our lives or dying for! Like another "ship of slaves"!

Kurdish Intellectuals Confronting the Armenian Genocide

In my contribution to last year’s special issue, I had argued that an intensified Armenian-Kurdish dialogue carries the promising potential to become an alternative approach to the ongoing Armenian-Turkish discourse on reconciliation, which has traversed dialogue into a form of domination and containment. I also argued that the compartmentalization of the Armenian and Kurdish issues into separate discussions represents a continuation of a divide-and-rule mentality that only serves the interests of the Turkish state and weakens the position of Armenian and Kurdish intellectuals in these isolated debates. In order to overcome this compartmentalization, I called for an intensified Armenian-Kurdish dialogue, and the cultivation of an empowering alliance to confront the atrocities of the past and engage with them as a challenge of and for the present.

A the domestic level, the recent municipal elections in Turkey on March 29 paved the way for a new political beginning in Armenian-Kurdish relations. The “We apologize” petition initiated online in December 2008 illustrates such an attempt in its timing and content, and the subsequent statements made by the initiators of the campaign. As other articles in this issue already critically engage with aspects of the campaign, it shall suffice to state here that the use of the term “Great catastrophe” (or Medz Yeghern, in Armenian) in the apology statement allows one to talk about the genocide without acknowledging responsibility for it. I argue that this shows a striking resemblance with the Turkish state’s strategy to deal with those issues that can no longer be denied.

In recent years, the Turkish government has proved very adept in shifting its policy of denial to a policy of regulation in response to international and domestic challenges, thus enabling it to circumvent the issues at hand by introducing half-hearted formulas to ward off further pressure and demands. The recent example of Kurdish broadcasting illustrates these insincere attempts: After many decades of denying the very existence of the Kurds, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan himself uttered a sentence in Kurdish during his inaugural speech of the Kurdish channel 6 on state television (TRT) in January 2009. Not withstanding that a 24-hour broadcast in Kurdish on state television constitutes a historic moment indeed for Turkey, court cases against privately owned channels that broadcast in Kurdish continue as usual. More strikingly, the speech by Ahmet Turk, the chairman of the pro-Kurdish party DTP, that he gave in Kurdish during a parliamentary session only a few weeks later was cut off and censored. Rather than a promising paradigm shift in the state’s approach to the issue, initiatives such as the TRT 6 channel and other steps appear as unwilling concessions that are only tolerated as long as the terms are set by the Turkish state.

I will give examples from select actions by Kurdish intellectuals and activists who have sought to confront the Armenian Genocide rather differently from the current apology campaign, in order to show how an alternative apology or confrontation with the genocide is also possible. A number of Kurdish intellectuals and activists articulated their objections to the use of the term Great Catastrophe in the apology campaign with a joint declaration that was circulated among the Kurdish virtual community on the web. In the declaration “It’s not a catastrophe, but genocide—this is the entire matter at heart,” a dozen Kurdish intellectuals and activists sharply criticize the failure of not calling the events genocide. While acknowledging that the intention of the campaign contains positive goals—such as enabling a discussion of the problem —the failure of stating the events by its rightful name, and the failure to mention other communities that also fell victim to a genocide, such as the Assyrians, Yezidis or Greeks, led them to ask: “With such a content, are we really apologizing to our Armenian brothers and sisters, to the victims of the genocide? Is it really then an apology?” Linking the apology campaign with the recent history of the Kurds, the declaration states that “in fact, it is quite sad to see that Turkish academics still upheld their regulatory attitude when it comes to calling phenomena by their names. For instance, for several decades they have either ignored or refrained from calling the Kurds ‘Kurds.’ Instead, they have managed to use other words when there was no way around it.” The declaration calls for an open and honest confrontation with past atrocities instead of merely circling the issue.

Some of the signatories of the declaration had initiated a campaign entitled “Dialogue and Solidarity with the Victims of Genocide” back in 2004. In a longer statement of this initiative, the initiators addressed not only the role of the CUP, but also the role of Kurdish gangs in the genocide, and called upon everybody in the region where the genocide occurred to take an active part in confronting the past, and to take responsibility for one’s own history.

The signatories declared that they are ready for such an open and critical engagement and expressed their apology to all victims of the genocide. Both in its tone and content, the statement was remarkable for its self-critical and courageous take on the issue. It was mainly circulated on the internet, and did not reach a wide audience even among the Kurdish community, as the initiators were all exiled Kurdish intellectuals. The quality of the arguments in the apology statement serves as a reminder that for an honest confrontation and engagement, courage may be a better source of strength than cleverness. One key figure behind both the Dialogue and Solidarity with the Victims of Genocide initiative of 2004 and the declaration “Great Catastrophe or Genocide?” is the Kurdish publisher Recep Marasli. A leader of the Kurdish organization Rizgari, he was detained during the 1980’s in the Diyarbekir prison, infamous for the brutal torture of political prisoners. Upon his release, he began running a publishing house, and was yet again detained for publishing books. Today, he lives as a political refugee in Germany and has recently completed his book, The Armenian National Democratic Movement and the 1915 Genocide, which was published in November 2008 in Turkey. In the book, he forcefully argues that “genocide is not a matter of documentation forgery” (evrak sahtekarligi), and criticizes the ongoing debate about archives and documents in order to find “proof.”

When I met this soft-spoken, pensive man, who still carries the physical signs of torture and several hunger strikes, he pointed to the cover of the book, which features a black and white photograph of an Armenian school in Vartan (Varto) from 1913. About 100 children posed with their teachers in front of their school building. “Neither the school, nor the children have survived.” he said. “This is what genocide is.”

The book begins with an outline of his framework for an approach to the history of the region, which takes the pre-genocide plurality as its main reference point. He then traces the emergence of the Armenian National Democratic movement, explores the 1915 genocide and analyzes the effects of Kemalist rule on Armenians, Kurds, and other communities in the region. The book, which he began to write in 1990 when he was in prison, is a remarkable effort by a Kurdish intellectual to confront the Armenian Genocide and represents an important contribution for a sincere Armenian-Kurdish dialogue.

Berzan Boti, a Kurd from Siirt who spent 11 years in prison for political offenses, approached the Seyfo Center in Sweden in 2007 after he found out that his forefathers had unlawfully confiscated land from Assyrians in their village who had been killed during the genocide. In an unprecedented act, Boti declared that he wanted to return this property. As he could not return the property to the original owners, he returned the land to the Seyfo Center in a legal process that was concluded in December 2008. Even if I am personally not responsible for what happened in 1915, I felt as I had to do more than just to apologize, Boti said. Certainly, these brief examples of critical interventions by Kurdish intellectuals are not representative of all Kurds, nor do they stand for a pressing urge in the Kurdish community to engage with the Armenian Genocide. Those Kurdish intellectuals and activists who call for reconciliation take the demands and sensitivities and voices of the genocide survivors as their starting point for action. This gives hope for an alternative dialogue and reconciliation process that is grounded in justice and acknowledgment.

With the recent regional elections on March 29, in which the Pro-Kurdish Party DTP firmly established itself as the key regional party in the Kurdish-populated areas in southeast Turkey, and took over the municipality of Igdir that had been governed by the ultra-nationalist party MHP for the past decade. Igdir is the province that borders Armenia, where the population consists of mainly Kurds and Azeris. The Kurdish political party DTP has now appealed for international support after hundreds of its officials were arrested in a crackdown by Turkish authorities. The Democratic Society party (DTP) has written to members of the European parliament asking them to speak out against the arrests, which follow the party's surprise success in last month's local elections. A Turkish court last week sentenced the mayor of Diyarbakir, Osman Baydemir, and the mayor of Batman, Nejdet Atalay, to 10 months in jail. Baydemir had said that "neither soldiers nor guerrillas should die". For using the word "guerrillas" he was charged with "spreading PKK propaganda" and "inciting separatism". The DTP is also facing the threat of being shut down in a case before the constitutional court. Human rights groups have expressed concern at the targeting of the DTP. Britain, a strong backer of Turkey's EU membership bid, said "the arrests were a matter for the Turkish courts, but added that it supported pluralism."

The political atmosphere in Igdir until recently had been extremely nationalistic and hostile toward its Armenian neighbor, which is sadly symbolized in the 45 meter-high Igdir “Genocide Memorial”—the highest monument in Turkey—that was opened in the attendance of then-president Suleyman Demirel, chief of staff Kivrikoglu, and other high-ranking officials in 1999, with its stated aim to commemorate the Armenian massacres against the Turks in Igdir. The monument replicates five large swords, with their ends meeting at the top and forming the star of the Turkish national flag when seen from above. The sharp edges of the swords are turned outwards, to symbolize the readiness against any intrusions from the outside. It is an aggressive, nationalistic, and outright hostile monument that is strategically located on the road from Igdir to the Armenian border. In light of this political atmosphere, it will certainly not be easy for the new mayor Mehmet Nuri Gunes of the DTP to make a new beginning in the region. However, irrespective of whether or not the border reopens, the DTP’s victory in Igdir is a positive and hopeful development for better neighbor relations. It is time to replace the disgraceful monument with peaceful visions for the future.

4. In the case of the massive internal displacement of the Kurds in the 1990’s, the Turkish government gave in to international pressure and shifted its policy from denial to regulation by engaging in an international dialogue on the issue in order to reach EU-candidacy status. Up until 2002, state representatives denied the very existence of mass-scale displacement efforts and merely conceded that less than 400,000 were forcibly moved for security reasons, whereas in reality over 1.2 million Kurdish civilians lost their homes and had to flee. In the course of Turkey’s efforts to achieve EU-candidacy status, the government launched several policy measures, including a compensation law that retrospectively enabled legal remedies for the displaced. Yet, remarkably to this day, there has been no official acknowledgement or apology regarding the depopulation of the rural areas in the region. Instead, acknowledgement and accountability were cleverly bypassed with regulatory measures of unfulfilled promises of resettlement policies and some payments to a fraction of the displaced population. Since then, international pressure on the government on the issue of internal displacement has subsided considerably, while the actual living conditions of the displaced and dispossessed Kurds has hardly changed (for references, see endnote 3).

Another genocidal "war-fare"..

BAGHDAD (Reuters) – The death toll from twin car bomb blasts in a crowded Baghdad market rose to 51 Thursday, police said, and the country's main Sunni political party condemned the attack on a heavily Shi'ite Muslim area. A third car bomb was found in a parked taxi cab and detonated by security forces. The Iraqi Islamic Party, the main political party in parliament representing the country's once dominant Sunni minority, denounced the attack as a blatant attempt to trigger renewed fighting between Sunnis and Shi'ites. "The bloody hands want Iraqis to feel fear," the party said in a statement. "These explosions in Sadr City are part of a big conspiracy by Iraq's enemies.

We call on all political groups and the Iraqi government, and especially the security forces, to quell this sedition."

Turkey has launched air strikes in northern Iraq overnight and on Thursday. Turkey frequently carries out bombings in neighbouring Iraq since the first military airplanes were on the "market"..In fact..What effect it will have of the fact, that the whole forests from Lebanon to the Kurdish areas with the last ones recently burnt down at the borders to Iraq, chemical gases dropped in an on going genocidal "war-fare" since decades and even done so until today, and another environmental and water disaster remains to see!

In fact..It seems like some are not satisfied until what remains of Iraq is just a big black sludge!

Well..Yeah..There are no provocations from the Turkish side..24 hours a day after the U.S went into Iraq...

To help this process along, the PKK should not initiate any new violent and deadly attacks that would give the Turkish state the excuse to dismiss Kurdish reforms as unjustified. Indeed, the PKK should work toward winning a full and genuine amnesty from the state that would allow it to participate peacefully in the political process. This can only happen if the PKK maintains its military capabilities until it is given the proper guarantees for genuine democracy. Otherwise, the PKK would be simply committing suicide.”

And why don´t start call things for what they really are, that would really be about time! it´s not a question of "suicide" in a genocidal "war-fare" that is on going since the early 20s! As we said: 9/11 with al-Qaida thriving in Turkey have not gone wasted with cooperation's with the "resistance" in Syria, staged attacks and attacks blamed on PKK..

The Official Children's Day..Masked Turkish 'Special Forces' army personnel beating a young Kurdish boy unconscious with a machine gun and then being congratulated by a Turkish policeman who is wearing a gas mask. He is wearing a gas mask because the Turkish authorities have been busy gassing the children as well.

MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russia took formal control over the de-facto borders of Georgia's rebel regions on Thursday a week before NATO military exercises in Georgia that President Dmitry Medvedev said amounted to a challenge from the West. Medvedev signed pacts giving Russia direct control over the borders of the tiny rebel regions of South Ossetia and Abkhazia, which were both recognized by Moscow as independent states after a brief war between Russia and Georgia last year.

With people being "rebels" in their own "#¤## countries that gives every one justifications for their #¤## "war-fares"! Ever since the "Armenian rebels" with Russia on one side and Germany "helping out" on the other, while Britain was in Iraq with the "Kurdish rebels that tend to get shot rather than taken prisoners", using people in the tribal belt and promoting something against the big "communist threat", just as at the Turkish high way to hell where villagers are burning just as they did during the "Armenian rebels", and then comes back to "fight the big rebel threat" and claim it was the "rebels that came back", and still gives every one justifications for their #¤## "war-fares"!

As we said: People all over this "#¤# world better prepare to become "rebels" as every one are so #¤## keen and engaged in every way to spread the "Turkish rebel problems"!

The LA Times article is what it doesn't say and what the LA Times has not said at all. It has made no mention of the arrests of more than 400 DTP politicians and political workers. Nor has it mentioned the Ankara regime's murders of Kurds at Amara, or of Kurdish children being abused and murdered by the regime. It hasn't mentioned anything about "voided" DTP votes in Ağır, the demonstrations against the election corruption in Ağır which led to the demonstrations. It hasn't mentioned the violence of the police against DTP parliamentarians. Much of this activity happened immediately before or after Obama's visit to Turkey and it's impossible to imagine that the LA Times was not on hand to cover the visit. There were none of these abuses mentioned, even to give context to events that have transpired in The Southeast since the 29 March elections? I think the answer should be quite obvious: The American regime gave its approval for these attacks against the Kurdish people. This fact becomes more clear if you realize that the LA Times was among those mainstream media outlets that sat on the Ralston conflict of interest back in 2006.

If the Ankara regime can't kill every Kurdish kid in Turkish-occupied Kurdistan, it might as well imprison them all. As an example, there's something on the recent convictions of kids in Adana, from Children of the Sun. It should come as no shock to anyone that the LA Times omitted this information from its article, too.

Yeah..We have never heard LA Times or others mention the genocidal "war-fare" in other ways than with "rebel problems"..In fact media such as LA Times and many others just mention what ever suits the "political agenda" for the moment. It´s not much that have changed since the 18th century..The bizarre thing is that those with their own #¤## interests to keep media this way actually believes people still lives in the 18th century, in this century and have no interests what´s going on really to question what ever information. Some people actually believes they can control everything, every one and events through media in this century..

What kind of #¤## "War-fare" IS IT REALLY?

"After Britain was in the area having their war, divided and conquered in the 18th century, just as in Iraq in the 19th, we comes back and promote radical Islam and a "green belt" and use people against the big Russian communist threats. Then we comes back ones again and after have coming back a third or more time kills every "bad guy" which we claim were the ones coming back and being a big threat after have been used against the big threat and now do not want to abandon the same radical Islam we promoted from the beginning and by that we have the justifications to killing thousands and thousands, because people shall do as we say every time we switch on and off the buttons and when it´s time and when it´s over" ...

And call thousands of thousands of deaths and displaced people for "victory"..

Clean up your #¤# psychopathic media as well!

Yeah..This is so #¤## constructive..

SEOUL (Reuters) - North Korea on Wednesday threatened a new nuclear test unless the U.N. Security Council apologized for tightening sanctions, confirming some analysts' fears that Pyongyang is determined to build an atomic arsenal.

Why don´t North Korea demand a signed agreement and guarantees for your energy needs instead! Idiots! Well..We should take a closer look at this maybe..It´s from 1997..And it must have been written by a lawyer.."The American society of International law"..

International Agreements and U.S. Law By Frederic L. Kirgis
May 1997
There is confusion in the media and elsewhere about United States law as it relates to international agreements, including treaties. The confusion exists with respect to such matters as whether "treaty" has the same meaning in international law and in the domestic law of the United States, how treaties are ratified, how the power to enter into international agreements is allocated among the Executive Branch, the Senate and the whole Congress, whether Congress may override an existing treaty, and the extent to which international agreements are enforceable in United States courts.

Under international law a "treaty" is any international agreement concluded between states or other entities with international personality (such as public international organizations), if the agreement is intended to have international legal effect. The Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties sets out an elaborate set of international law standards for treaties, broadly defined. "Treaty" has a much more restricted meaning under the constitutional law of the United States. It is an international agreement that has received the "advice and consent" (in practice, just the consent) of two-thirds of the Senate and that has been ratified by the President. The Senate does not ratify treaties. When the Senate gives its consent, the President--acting as the chief diplomat of the United States--has discretion whether or not to ratify the instrument. Through the course of U. S. history, several instruments that have received the Senate's consent have nonetheless remained unratified. Those instruments are not in force for the United States, despite the Senate's consent to them.

Not all international agreements negotiated by the United States are submitted to the Senate for its consent. Sometimes the Executive Branch negotiates an agreement that is intended to be binding only if sent to the Senate, but the President for political reasons decides not to seek its consent. Often, however, the Executive Branch negotiates agreements that are intended to be binding without the consent of two-thirds of the Senate. Sometimes these agreements are entered into with the concurrence of a simple majority of both houses of Congress ("Congressional-Executive agreements"); in these cases the concurrence may be given either before or after the Executive Branch negotiates the agreement. On other occasions the President simply enters into an agreement without the intended or actual participation of either house of Congress (a "Presidential," or "Sole Executive" agreement).

The extent of the President's authority to enter into Sole Executive agreements is controversial, as will be noted below. Although some Senators have at times taken the position that certain important international agreements must be submitted as treaties for the Senate's advice and consent, the prevailing view is that a Congressional-Executive agreement may be used whenever a treaty could be. This is the position taken in the American Law Institute's Restatement Third of Foreign Relations Law of the United States, § 303, Comment e. Under the prevailing view, the converse is true as well: a treaty may be used whenever a Congressional-Executive agreement could be.

The President's authority to enter into Sole Executive agreements, however, is thought not to be so broad. Clearly, the President has some authority to do so in his capacities as commander in chief of the armed forces and as "chief diplomat." Thus, armistice agreements and certain agreements incidental to the operation of foreign embassies in the United States could be done as Sole Executive Agreements. The agreement-making scope of these two sources of Presidential authority is nevertheless somewhat vague.

Congress has attempted to curb the President's claimed authority as commander in chief to commit U. S. armed forces to positions of peril by adopted the well-known War Powers Joint Resolution in 1973, over a presidential veto. The War Powers Resolution in practice has had the effect of inducing Presidents to consult with, and report to, Congress when U. S. armed forces are used in combat situations, but it has not significantly limited the President's practical power to commit the United States to use military force.

Presidents have sometimes asserted agreement-making authority stemming directly from the basic constitutional grant to the President of executive power. If this grant includes some authority to enter into Sole Executive agreements independently from more specific grants of presidential power, it would be difficult to ascertain what limits, short of those imposed on the government itself by the Bill of Rights, there might be to it. For this reason, many members of Congress and others have disputed any claim by a President to base agreement-making authority solely on the grant of executive power.

At one time there was some doubt whether a treaty (adopted with the consent of two-thirds of the Senate) must comply with the Bill of Rights, and the Supreme Court has yet to hold a treaty unconstitutional. Nevertheless, there is very little doubt that the Court would do so today if a treaty clearly violated the Bill of Rights. Even more certainly, it would hold unconstitutional a Congressional-Executive agreement or a Sole Executive agreement that is inconsistent with the Bill of Rights.

As a matter of domestic law within the United States, Congress may override a pre-existing treaty or Congressional-Executive agreement of the United States. To do so, however, would place the United States in breach of the obligation owed under international law to its treaty partner(s) to honor the treaty or agreement in good faith. Consequently, courts in the United States are disinclined to find that Congress has actually intended to override a treaty or other internationally binding obligation. Instead, they struggle to interpret the Congressional act and/or the international instrument in such a way as to reconcile the two.

Provisions in treaties and other international agreements are given effect as law in domestic courts of the United States only if they are "self-executing" or if they have been implemented by an act (such as an act of Congress) having the effect of federal law. Courts in this country have been reluctant to find such provisions self-executing, but on several occasions they have found them so--sometimes simply by giving direct effect to the provisions without expressly saying that they are self-executing. There are varying formulations as to what tends to make a treaty provision self-executing or non-self-executing, but within constitutional constraints (such as the requirement that appropriations of money originate in the House of Representatives) the primary consideration is the intent--or lack thereof--that the provision become effective as judicially-enforceable domestic law without implementing legislation. For the most part, the more specific the provision is and the more it reads like an act of Congress, the more likely it is to be treated as self-executing. A provision in an international agreement may be self-executing in U. S. law even though it would not be so in the law of the other party or parties to the agreement. Moreover, some provisions in an agreement might be self-executing while others in the same agreement are not.

All treaties are the law of the land, but only a self-executing treaty would prevail in a domestic court over a prior, inconsistent act of Congress. A non-self-executing treaty could not supersede a prior inconsistent act of Congress in a U. S. court. A non-self-executing treaty nevertheless would be the supreme law of the land in the sense that--as long as the treaty is consistent with the Bill of Rights--the President could not constitutionally ignore or contravene it.

Even if a treaty or other international agreement is non-self-executing, it may have an indirect effect in U. S. courts. The courts' practice, mentioned above, of interpreting acts of Congress as consistent with earlier international agreements applies to earlier non-self-executing agreements as well as to self-executing ones, since in either case the agreement is binding internationally and courts are slow to place the United States in breach of its international obligations. In addition, if state or local law is inconsistent with an international agreement of the United States, the courts will not allow the law to stand. The reason, if the international agreement is a self-executing treaty, is that such a treaty has the same effect in domestic courts as an act of Congress and therefore directly supersedes any inconsistent state or local law. If the international agreement is a non-self-executing treaty, it would not supersede inconsistent state or local law in the same way a federal statute would, but the courts nevertheless would not permit a state of the union to force the United States to breach its international obligation to other countries under the agreement. The state or local law would be struck down as an interference with the federal government's power over foreign affairs.

To summarize: the Senate does not ratify treaties; the President does. Treaties, in the U. S. sense, are not the only type of binding international agreement. Congressional-Executive agreements and Sole Executive agreements may also be binding. It is generally understood that treaties and Congressional-Executive agreements are interchangeable; Sole Executive agreements occupy a more limited space constitutionally and are linked primarily if not exclusively to the President's powers as commander in chief and head diplomat. Treaties and other international agreements are subject to the Bill of Rights. Congress may supersede a prior inconsistent treaty or Congressional-Executive agreement as a matter of U. S. law, but not as a matter of international law. Courts in the United States use their powers of interpretation to try not to let Congress place the United States in violation of its international law obligations. A self-executing treaty provision is the supreme law of the land in the same sense as a federal statute that is judicially enforceable by private parties. Even a non-self-executing provision of an international agreement represents an international obligation that courts are very much inclined to protect against encroachment by local, state or federal law.

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - At least 41 people were killed and 68 wounded on Wednesday when two car bombs ripped through a busy market in Baghdad's Sadr City slum, mowing down families as they crowded around a popular ice cream parlor, police said.

Now we just need Syrian officers coming in and shouting "case fire" in megaphones and everything will go back to normal..

"Victory"..

BUNER, Pakistan (Reuters) – Pakistani troops took the main town in strategically important Buner Valley on Wednesday after dropping by helicopter behind Taliban lines, killing more than 50 militants in two days, the military said. A U.S. drone meanwhile fired a missile into another region, the major al Qaeda sanctuary of South Waziristan, killing six militants in the latest such attack by U.S. forces in Pakistan's border areas with Afghanistan. The Taliban's advance earlier this month into Buner, just 100 km (60 miles) northwest of the capital had sent shivers through Pakistan and heightened fears in the United States that the nuclear-armed Muslim state was becoming more unstable. "We assure the nation that armed forces have the capability to ward off any kind of threat," military spokesman Major-General Athar Abbas told a news conference in Rawalpindi, the garrison town close to the capital, Islamabad. Pakistan had used jet fighters at the start of the operation on Tuesday then deployed helicopter gunships which inflicted more than 50 casualties, Abbas said. One soldier was killed.

The Islamabd government's demonstration of military resolve will probably reassure U.S. President Barack Obama and Afghan President Hamid Karzai when they meet Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari in Washington on May 6-7 to discuss strategy. Obama, speaking in Missouri, said Al Qaeda and the Taliban were the "single most direct threat" to U.S. national security. "In Afghanistan and neighboring Pakistan we do have real problems with the Taliban and al Qaeda," Obama said at a town hall meeting. The strike by the pilotless U.S. drone which killed six targeted a vehicle. Two of the militants were foreigners, an intelligence official told Reuters from the region. Unlike South Waziristan, Buner is not on the Afghan border but militants' growing clout deep into Pakistan's northwest has raised alarm bells across Pakistan and the United States. Pakistani stocks lost more than 2 percent due to worries over mounting insecurity. Taliban fighters had held the entrances to the valley, but they risked being caught between security forces at their front and rear after the successful airdrop. "The airborne forces have linked up to police and Frontier Constabulary in Daggar," the military spokesman said earlier. "A link up with ground forces is in progress." Residents saw troops descend from helicopters outside Daggar, the main town in Buner. The military spokesman said the soldiers had freed 18 of some 70 police and militiamen abducted by militants on Tuesday. Three members of an al Jazeera television crew were wounded when they came under fire while reporting from Buner, the network's website said. The military estimated some 500 militants were in the Buner valley of the North West Frontier Province, about 140 km (80 miles) southeast of the Afghan border, and that it might take a week to clear them out. U.S. The military has said a few hundred militants holed up in the mountains never represented a real threat to the capital. But, Ikram Seghal, a retired army officer turned analyst, said the Taliban could have used Buner to advance on Tarbela, a dam regarded as critical for water and electricity supplies, before reaching Islamabad. "It is very important psychologically, tactically and strategically to make sure that Buner is cleared of these Taliban," said Seghal. A top U.S. general said Pakistani action against militants was key to stabilizing neighboring Afghanistan, where the United States is adding tens of thousands more troops this year in an effort to crack down on a resurgent Taliban. "For any gains in Afghanistan, there must be corresponding advances across the border in Pakistan," said General James Conway, commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps. "We can and will eventually run up the victory pennant in Afghanistan. But without eliminating sanctuary across the border, the bad guys will simply come back, as they did in 2003 and 2004," he told reporters at the Pentagon. Pakistan is desperate for military and economic aid to fight an insurgency that has spilled over from Afghanistan. Allies had feared Zardari's government was too ready to appease militants after he signed off on a regulation to introduce Islamic sharia courts in the Malakand division of North West Frontier Province.

Dr Michael Gunter:It is not rational for Turkey to refuse to deal with the PKK

Dr. Michael Gunter, In an interview with Awene about the current Kurdish situation in Turkey, Turkey’s EU accession process, the role of the EU Turkey Civic Commission (EUTCC), the recent March local elections, and other matters relating to Kurdish issue in Turkey and its solution, says that the Kurdish solution is developing. “Ultimately it is not rational for Turkey to refuse to deal with the PKK and the DTP as it is clear that these two organizations represent many of the ethnic Kurds in Turkey.” Michael said. Michael Gunter, professor of political science at Tennessee Technological University. He is one of the most famous writers regarding Kurdish issue in Turkey and Iraq. He has many books about the Kurdish question in Turkey.

According to Michael the recent local elections in Turkey may be different ways. “Clearly, however, the AKP failed to become the main party among the Kurds in the southeast and impose its Islamic solution to the Kurdish problem which would deny Kurdish nationalism. On the other hand, the AKP remains the only truly national political party in Turkey. Indeed, the AKP’s total vote of 39 per cent exceeded the combined total of the next two parties, the CHP and MHP. Therefore, some might say that the AKP still did very well in the recent local elections.” He states that despite US President Barrack Obama’s attention and continuing EU concern as well as modest Turkish reforms such as TRT-6 broadcasts in Kurdish, the Kurdish issue remains unsolved in Turkey. He said “This is because the Turkish state refuses to fully recognize its Kurdish population’s political, social, and economic rights. What the Turkish state gives with one hand, it seems to still withhold with the other hand.”

Gunter’s voice has always been one of balance and compromise, he explains “Therefore, the Kurds and their supporters must continue to press the Turkish state for the necessary reforms that will lead to Turkey’s EU accession and as a result help solve the Kurdish problem within the confines of a unitary but truly democratic Turkey.

To help this process along, the PKK must not initiate any new violent and deadly attacks that would give the Turkish state the excuse to dismiss Kurdish reforms as unjustified. Indeed, the PKK should work toward winning a full and genuine amnesty from the state that would allow it to participate freely but peacefully in the political process. This can only happen if the PKK maintains its military capabilities until it is given the proper guarantees for genuine democracy. Otherwise, the PKK would be simply committing suicide.”

According to Michael Gunter Obama’s meeting with DTP leader Ahmed Turk was brief but still showed Obama’s genuine interest in encouraging a solution to the Kurdish problem. “Ultimately it is not rational for Turkey to refuse to deal with the PKK and the DTP as it is clear that these two organizations represent many of the ethnic Kurds in Turkey. Indeed more than a decade ago when I met him, Abdullah (Apo) Ocalan himself told me he understood this problem, but that if there were a genuine desire to solve the Kurdish problem democratically, ways around this dilemma could be found.

Specifically, the Turkish state could talk with intermediaries for the PKK. The DTP would be such an intermediary and should be engaged particularly since it is already participating in the Turkish Parliament. Certainly, the Turkish state should drop its current effort to ban the DTP as this would simply throw back the attempt to solve the Kurdish problem to square one again.”

An international Conference is decided to be held in Hawler to solve Kurdish issue, Michael has a different view “I look forward to the Kurdish International Conference in Hawler, but doubt if it will succeed in solving the Kurdish problem in Turkey as long as it seeks to isolate the PKK instead of engaging it. It is to the benefit of Turkey, the Kurds in Turkey, the KRG in Iraq, Iran, and the USA to solve the Kurdish problem. Unfortunately all the involved parties continue to use the Kurdish issue to further their own narrow aims to the detriment of an over-all solution.”

Turkey wants to be full member of EU, I think you also support this bid, after the G 20 summit in London, also Obama supported Turkey’s bid while German and France rejected it, is it true that Turkey should solve Kurdish issue and then enter EU, he underscores that To become a full member of the EU, Turkey must fully implement the EU’s political Copenhagen Criteria, which mandate the stability of institutions guaranteeing democracy, the rule of law, human rights, and the protection of minority rights. “The vast majority of ethnic Kurds living in that state favor a democratic Turkey along the guidelines of the EU’s Copenhagen Criteria.

Moreover, such language and cultural rights are nothing more than what Turkey demanded in the 1980s for the Bulgarian Turks, who constituted only some 10 percent of the total Bulgarian population and still demand for the Cypriot Turks, who make up approximately 20 percent of the population of Cyprus.” Certainly, however, by satisfying the demands of the Kurdish population on these issues, Turkey could gradually co-opt and even end up partially leading the Kurdish movement as a trusted and valued ally, instead of regarding it as a debilitating and mortal enemy.”

Yeah..It´s hurry contributing to the ice melting..

The Press and the Human Rights Justice Forum (HRJF org) has strongly protested against the unlawful defamation campaign by the media in Pakistan. They say that some television channels have really played their evil roles in the ‘genocide’ of millions of innocent people in Pakistan to make money. “They falsely and maliciously label innocent Pakhtoons, and Baluchs as “terrorists, extremists, militants, dogmatists, religious fanatics, Taliban and al-Qaeda”, etc, after the US and NATO invaded and occupied Afghanistan in October 2001.

During 2001 to 2009, they continued to cunningly frame, blame and defame them through their news reports and talk-shows of disinformationists and propagandists. Daily disinformation and propaganda covered the truth with falsehood, misguided the television watchers and tried to legitimize or justify the heinous crimes of dogmatic devilists in Afghanistan and Pakistan, including illegal US drone-missile attacks on innocent Pakistanis and Afghans.

Similarly, many channels and print-press of Pakistan have also aided and abetted the racist murders of millions of innocent Pakhtoons, Baluchs and Afghans through systematic defamation, witch-hunts and demonization of Pakhtoons, Baluchs and Afghans, but so far no one has publicly protested against crimes or psychological warfare of the media in Pakistan.

The HRJF. org has demanded that the accountability of the media-press is also necessary like the accountability of generals, politicians, judges, bureaucrats, diplomats and all other government officials.”

Yeah...It´s the same old methods being practised all the way on the Turkish high way to hell. So..While people are flying to the moon they have probably not been thinking of ways to try to stop to much cold waters coming into the Golf stream at ones and clogging it, with some floodgate or something..Well..They are obvious to busy contributing to the ice melting...Yeah..They sure need something else to think about than genocidal "war-fares"..Like one makes ones bed..

In fact..We have still not found any reasons for the Kurdish people to stay and be clubbed in Turkey. They should leave and then Turkey can have as much water they want..

Well..then..

Clean up your own #¤## "house"! Or the "allies and the resistance" will have so much #¤## resistance they will never ever be able to show their faces ANY WHERE on this planet!

Turkey is not "building bridges"! TURKEY IS BURNING BRIDGES AS EVERYTHING ELSE THEY HAVE BURNT THE WHOLE #¤## TIME!

The Iranians may feel a potential threat. Turkey JUST WANT TO FINNISH OF THEIR GENOCIDE SINCE THE 20S, AND DON´T GIVE A DAMN HOW MANY OF THEIR OWN YOUTHS THEY HAVE TO SACRIFICE FOR CARRYING IT OUT, AND EVEN MORE LESS ABOUT THEIR "ALLIES" SAFETY IN IRAQ! WHILE THE SYRIAN SECT USE EVERY ONE AGAINST EVERY, PITTING EVERY ONE AGAINST EVERY ONE IN GENOCIDAL "WAR-FARES" ON ALL FRONTS! THAT´S THE FACTS!

"CLEAN UP" YOUR OWN #¤## "HOUSE"! THERE IS NO WAY WE WILL HAVE THE TURKISH HIGH WAY TO HELL HIJACKING THIS WHOLE #¤## PLANET!

SH*T!

Well..

BAGHDAD – The Iraqi government on Tuesday displayed for the first time a picture of a man it says is the purported leader of an al-Qaida front group. The arrest of Abu Omar al-Baghdadi, the head of the Islamic State of Iraq, could mark a setback for insurgents trying to intensify attacks after a relative lull. His capture was announced by the Iraqi government last week but the claim met with skepticism due to similar announcements in the past that have proven false. Iraqi military spokesman Maj. Gen. Qassim al-Moussawi said the government was certain the man arrested on April 23 was al-Baghdadi and showed the picture of a bearded man with short hair and downcast eyes, wearing a black T-shirt. He offered no other proof of identity, saying the investigation was ongoing and security forces were still trying to glean information from the detainee. The U.S. military has said it is working to verify who was captured. Iraqi officials, however, have reported al-Baghdadi's arrest or killing before, only to later say they were wrong. The U.S. military has even said al-Baghdadi could be a fictitious character used to give an Iraqi face to an organization dominated by foreign al-Qaida fighters.

"A fictitious character used to give an Iraqi face to an organization dominated by foreign al-Qaida fighters."

Yeah..Like those in Turkey that have lived their lives not being without money or food for a couple of years..While there were militants trained in Istanbul coming into Iraq through Syria. Attacks blamed on PKK, staged attacks blamed on PKK. While people have lived several years in The U.S. "allies land", coming into Iraq destabilizing and cause both threats against Iraqis and your own #¤¤# troops and deaths..

The Americans must be so #¤¤# happy with this "allie-ship" and lobbyist in the U.S.!

Not clear or what? There have been people living in Turkey in a organized al-Qaida groups for several years where attacks have been blamed on PKK and after Turkey´s incursion into Iraq and after have displaced, killed Kurds, burnt down the forest and caused a enviromental disaster they ALWAYS HAVE DONE, in their on going genocide and violated the whole Kurdish population in Turkey, we get it clear that those attacks were not done by PKK but by Turkey´s own people as it´s put in system for decades to get justifications for the genocidal "war-fare" together with Syria, NATO and every one else.

And al-Qaida which Turkey caught 6 years after..the genocidal "war-fare" in Iraq must have not been without their needs to make a living there for several years. While Lockheed Martin supply Turkey with weaponry in a refusal to respond on calls for case fires and solutions and staged attacks and THE SAME #¤¤ CRIMES AGAINST THE KURDISH PEOPLE that have been going on for decades! AT THE SAME TIME Turkey have meetings with Hamas in Damascus and a cooperation in a ongoing genocidal "war-fare" with Syria. That is the Dung spreaders and Baath party and their "resistance sect since the 20s", pitting people against each other where ever they can! And having a "Iraqi resistance" and a "Israeli resistance" and a "Egypt resistance" and a "resistance against the Kurds" and using 1.5 millions of Palestinians as their private death tools in another genocidal "war-fare-resistance" at the "other front."

And the U.S. allies Turkey is having both cooperation's with this #¤## "resistance against every one - dung spreaders". and with the Iranian regime which people one day are caught in Iraq with terrorists activities and at the same time cooperates in the "war on terror" at Iraqis other side of the border! While getting in weaponory from the U.S. and militants trained in Istanbul came through Syria, caused destabilization and being a threat against both Iraqis and your own #¤## troops!

ARE WE CLEAR ENOUGH? Or we maybe need to take it ones again!

THE MAKING OF A KURDISH GUERRILLA

Yeah...THOSE THAT SURVIVES! In the on going crime and genocide against the Kurdish people which have been mass murdered in a genocide with the same amount as the Armenians! WITH Britain, the U.S., Syria´s , EU´s , Germany´s, the U.N. and every one else aid, weapon affairs, crimes, psychopathic manipulations and support! That have been on going ever since Britain was in the region in the early 20s labeling the Kurds as "rebels" in their OWN #"## COUNTRY, WHILE BEING VIOLATED! And both Russia and the U.S had and still have their own #¤## interests that comes before anything or any one else and DO NOT GIVE A #¤## DAMN IF THERE IS A DECLARATION OF WAR AGAINST HUMANITY, BUT SITS SILENT AND BELIEVES THE MEDIA WILL "DO THE WORK" FOR THEM!

RAMALLAH, West Bank - Israel's previous government built or issued bids for some 9,000 homes for Israelis in Jerusalem and the West Bank, despite its promise to pursue a peace deal with the Palestinians, settlement monitors said Monday, summarizing Ehud Olmert's three years as prime minister.

Well..Yeah..THANK YOU HAMAS! While you are praising Turkey and their genocides, Turkey´s and Israel´s navy´s are having drills together outside your #¤%## coast! IDIOTS!

People in this whole #¤## world better prepare to become Guerrillas and REBELS!

Well..Yeah..you damn right life is not a train to jump on and then jump off and then jump on and off, and on and off as it suits for the day! So while 200 millions are occupied on face book or blogging about their trivial little lives in the shopping mall no ones wants to read about, the declaration of war against humanity since decades ago, is EXPANDING!

May the force be with us!

If using the word "guerrillas" is a crime what the hell are the whole Turkish population doing out in the streets?

A Turkish court last week sentenced the mayor of Diyarbakir, Osman Baydemir, and the mayor of Batman, Nejdet Atalay, to 10 months in jail for spreading PKK propaganda. In condemning a Turkish military incursion against PKK bases in neighbouring Iraq in February last year, Baydemir had said that "neither soldiers nor guerrillas should die". For using the word "guerrillas" he was charged with "spreading PKK propaganda" and "inciting separatism" under Turkey's laws on freedom of speech.

"Terrorists", "guerrillas" and Turkey´s "rebel problems" wich Turkey claimed to have with Armenians, Kurds and every one else Turkey occupied since the 20s is what Turkey justify it´s crimes against humanity with!

So what the hell is Turkey doing out in the streets from Istanbul to Afghanistan without trials? You're #"## SICK! Clubbing 14 years old, Spanish tourists and every one that happens to come in the way since the 20s! You ALL are, with your #"## psychopathic manipulations and crimes!

First refuse to respond on calls for case fires and solutions and then clubbing, killing and jailing the whole #¤## Kurdish population as "terrorists with ties to the ones Turkey refuse to end killing" after have had their own people staging attacks and "legitimization's" from Syria where Kurds disappear, at the same time Turkey makes it looks like you digging acid wells in which Kurds disappeared into! And instead of finding out crimes being committed by Turkey and Turks, Turkey just keeps commit crimes as if the whole #¤## world depends on Turkey and their #¤## crimes, while Kurds keeps disappear in Syria with Assad´s "legitimization's"!

Turkey's main Kurdish party appeals for help after crackdown
Hundreds of activists arrested after surprise success in local elections
Monday, 27 April 2009

Turkey's main Kurdish political party has appealed for international support after hundreds of its officials were arrested in a crackdown by Turkish authorities. The Democratic Society party (DTP) has written to members of the European parliament asking them to speak out against the arrests, which follow the party's surprise success in last month's local elections. The DTP, the fourth largest party in the Turkish parliament with 20 seats, fears that the arrests will radicalise the Kurdish minority and make a solution to the Kurdish problem even more elusive. The DTP insists that the campaign for Kurdish language and cultural rights be pursued through political means.

The DTP almost doubled the number of municipalities under its control from 56 to 98 in last month's elections and came first in 10 provinces in eastern and south-eastern Turkey. The results were a blow to Turkey's prime minister, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and his Justice and Development party (AKP). The party won almost 39% of the vote, eight points less than in a general election two years ago, and lost 15 mayoralties. Erdogan had described the election as a referendum on his leadership and said that anything less than 47% of the vote would be a failure. The poll setback came despite a strong drive against the DTP in its strongholds in the south-east. Allegations were made of unfair practices, including handing out washing machines and other gifts to voters to persuade them not to vote for the DTP. Unable to defeat the DTP at the ballot box, the AKP was now resorting to rougher measures, analysts said.

"Before the election, the AKP were talking about having good relations with Kurdish regional governments, an economic development plan and some cultural reforms," said Mesut Yegen of the Middle East Technical University in Ankara. "But they wanted to do so from a position of strength. Erdogan has not grasped the seriousness of the Kurdish question."A Turkish court last week sentenced the mayor of Diyarbakir, Osman Baydemir, and the mayor of Batman, Nejdet Atalay, to 10 months in jail for spreading PKK propaganda. In condemning a Turkish military incursion against PKK bases in neighbouring Iraq in February last year, Baydemir had said that "neither soldiers nor guerrillas should die". For using the word "guerrillas" he was charged with "spreading PKK propaganda" and "inciting separatism" under Turkey's strict laws on freedom of speech.

The DTP is also facing the threat of being shut down in a case before the constitutional court. Analysts say it is hard to see how the latest moves against the DTP will not influence the case, even though the evidence has already been compiled. Ahmet Turk, the president of the DTP, struck a defiant note at a talk at Chatham House in London last week. He told journalists: "They may put me in prison, they may kill me, but the struggle for Kurdish rights will continue." Human rights groups have expressed concern at the targeting of the DTP. "The secrecy order on the investigation prevents us from knowing what the precise evidence consists of, but this is not a very constructive approach to the issue of minority rights in Turkey, an area that has seen very little progress in its negotiations on EU membership," said Emma Sinclair-Webb, a researcher for Human Rights Watch in Istanbul. Britain, a strong backer of Turkey's EU membership bid, said the arrests were a matter for the Turkish courts, but added that it supported pluralism.

The DTP was facing the threat of being banned BEFORE there were staged attacks by Turkish nationalists! Britain and their "pluralism" and weapon affairs, chasing the Kurdish people from south of Kurdistan to be harassed in the streets of London, all the way to back to they were in Afghan and killed people and STILL ARE TODAY and together with the U.S, their lobbyists, Turkish cooperation's and weapon affairs and the rest and their #¤## weapon affairs and interests are a #¤## JOKE that are still loose on the streets after they labeled the Kurdish people as "guerrillas" in their OWN #¤## COUNTRY IN WHICH THEY WERE VIOLATED BY THE SAME #¤## PEOPLE LABELING THEM AS ""guerrillas" AND "TEND TO BE KILLED RATHER THAN TAKEN PRISONERS"!

TURKEY AND EVERY ONE ELSE HAS KEPT DECADES OF CRIMES AND PSYCHOPATHIC MASS MURDERERS MANIPULATIONS TO LABEL THE WHOLE KURDISH PEOPLE AS "TERRORISTS" AND "guerrillas" SINCE THE 20S AND IF THE USE THE #¤## WORD THEMSELVES THEY GO TO JAIL!

YOU´RE #¤## SICK! AND YOU ARE SPREADING THIS SICKNESS AND DECLARATION OF WAR AGAINST HUMANITY LIKE A #¤## PLAGUE!

Yeah...clever...Isn´t it..

MINGORA, Pakistan (Reuters) - A radical cleric, acting as the Taliban's go-between in Pakistan's restive Swat valley, broke off talks with the government on Monday after a military offensive began in a neighboring northwest region.

Just as clever as Hamas in fact..Give people reasons to kill you ..whatever..

CAMP BASTION, Afghanistan (Reuters) - British Prime Minister Gordon Brown flew to Afghanistan and Pakistan on Monday "touting a new security strategy for the region."

In fact..Some do not seem to have any problems with doing so..In fact they have done it since the 18th century!

Turkish police killed one of the leaders of a left-wing armed group on Monday.

And some like to go back to the beginning of the 19th century doing the same crimes and what they always have done! With "legitimization's" and NATO!

The situation in Sudan's western Darfur region, which Washington has described as genocide, has subsided into a "low-intensity conflict," a top international envoy said on Monday.

Yeah.."Washington says"..It´s a WHOLE LOT DIFFERENT ON GENOCIDES AND GENOCIDES AND WHICH ARE GUILTY OF CARRYING THEM OUT! ISN´T IT!

This is no "#¤## blog where we sits and writes about our trivial little lives that no ones wants to read about!

In fact..It´s not that hard to recon how the Armenian genocide was done and carried out..

In fact..It´s not much that have changed since then..The Turks are clubbing Kurds and Kurdish 14 years old youths half death or death just as they did to the Armenians, while every one else are supporting it and with the most psychopathic manipulations trying to justify it.

Yeah..Why don´t the rest go to hell as well. Or...Yeah right..You are already on the Turkish high way to hell..And the same #¤## criminals! The REAL terrorists that have made this conditions ever since the 20s and keep maintaining it!

Be VERY sure of that neither Cobham company, Lockheed Martin, the U.S., Germany, Britain, the EU, The U.N. and every one else will NOT get away without responsibility for crimes you have been very much involved in against the Kurdish people and humanity. THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL YOU CAN ANY LONGER labeling the victims as the criminals to justify crimes against humanity!

INSTEAD OF ENDING THESE CRIMES YOU HAVE DECLARED A WAR AGAINST HUMANITY!

These "justifications" for this time around - genocidal "war-fare" was staged attacks blamed on PKK JUST AS IT HAS BEEN PUT IN SYSTEM FOR DECADES at the rocket transportation border which we have not heard a #¤## WORD about from neither the U.S., Israel, the U.N or any one else! With attacks and bomb attacks against Kurdish people and children, JUST as in other parts of this world! And "legitimized" by Assad which now have "legitimized" the whole ¤## NATO!

It´s not that hard to recon how the Armenian genocide was carried out.. And without any consequences what so ever! For every ones information there has been as much Kurds mass slaughtered as the Armenians! WITH support and aid! And even by people lobbying for it, from countries that were very much a part of making the conditions for the genocidal "war -fare" in the first place! Without any consequences!

IDIOTS!

Turkey´s, Syria´s, The U.S., Britain´s, Germany´s and every ones "war against the terrorists"..

Yeah..This is so ugly and outrageous..

MIRANSHAH, Pakistan (Reuters) – Four children and their parents were killed in a hand-grenade blast in Pakistan's restive northwest on Sunday, a day after 12 children were killed by a bomb hidden in a football. Violence has increased in the region as Taliban fighters have extended their reach. Western allies, needing Pakistan's help to defeat al Qaeda and stabilize neighboring Afghanistan, fear the country is in danger of sliding into chaos. The grenade exploded in a car carrying a couple and their eight children near Datta Kheil, a district in the North Waziristan tribal region, near the Afghan border. "The parents and four of their children died instantly and their bodies were brought to hospital," Mirbad Khan, a hospital official in Miranshah, the main town of North Waziristan, said. "Four other children were wounded." Authorities were unsure whether the parents were carrying the grenade, or if it was planted in the car.

On Saturday, twelve children were killed when they were playing with a bomb hidden in a football exploded in Lower Dir, a mountainous, district 260 km northeast of Miranshah. The children, five of them girls, found the ball as they were returning from school. Seven victims belonged to the same family.

Just as outrageous and disgraceful as the Turks, their nationalists and attacks being staged against the Kurdish people and children. As they have put in system and there are examples of through the decades to justify their genocidal "war-fares", burning down whole villagers with people in it..The whole "##" Turkey is filled with burnt down ghost towns and mass graves! It has spread hasn´t it..

Well..It must be good for business for some with a unstable region and genocidal "war-fares"..

AMMAN, Jordan - Jordan's king urged President Barack Obama Sunday to take a more forceful role in the peace process between Israelis and Palestinians.

We said negotiate and make things stable with the Palestinian people first! There will be no dividing of Jerusalem, that´s just bullshit talking! Jerusalem is international and will stay open to every one! The Palestinians are in a much more urgent and precarious situation than the psychopathic sect in Syria, their DUNG SPREADING, crimes and their twilight zone leader! And after more stable situation with Israel and Palestinians it will be that with Syria as well. But the psychopathic Assad made clear he is so "#"" more important than the "Palestinian cause" he and his regime have used for decades, didn´t he!

But people don´t listen. Do they! How come..

"Legitimized" a´la NATO - rocket transporation - genocidal "war-fares"

ISTANBUL - Turkey and Syria will stage their first joint military exercise this week, with the aim of boosting ties between the two countries’ land forces, the Turkish military said in a statement on Sunday. ‘The aim of the exercise is to boost friendship, cooperation and confidence between the two countries’ land forces, and to increase the ability of border troops to train and work together,’ the military said. In a separate announcement Turkey’s military said it would sign a memorandum of understanding on armed forces’ cooperation with Kuwait.

NATO is "legitimized" by Syria..

It would be a big #¤## JOKE if it weren´t that it´s nothing but on going crimes since the 20s and a declaration of war against humanity!

Turkey, Syria and NATO themselves have made a #¤## JOKE out of NATO! Well..It has been that for decades! It´s just so #¤## obvious now!

And keep this information classified.2) Present whole needed assistance and care to Iraqi opposition and armed resistance to pass through Syria to/from Iraq. Can we get some #¤¤# coordination here!

ISLAMABAD (Reuters) - Pakistan called on Taliban fighters to lay down their arms after security forces launched an offensive Sunday to stop their advance in a troubled northwestern region.

Between Pakistan and the U.S. as well..So there are no people laying down arms and being killed after have laying down their arms while having dinner! We have seen where this "war on terror" have headed, all the way from Turkey´s, Syria´s and every one else genocidal "war-fares" for decades to the The Tamil Tigers in Colombo and Sri Lanka! People all over this planet are VERY AWARE of events in this world and have very much their opinions, It´s just a few "politicians" on this planet that believes they have some #¤%¤ precedence before and above every one else living in this world!

Start #¤## use your brains!

And...

Turkey go to hell! There are no #¤¤# terrorists that can accomplish the similar crimes Turkey have committed through history against all sorts of people every here and there! In fact..We find it hard to find any more living terrorising terrorists involved in crimes against humanity at that approximate size on this planet! That´s a fact!..

And as we said: There have not been a "war" in Iraq at least this last two years! It has been a GENOCIDAL "war-fare"!

Criminals at the same #¤%%¤¤ weapon transportation border! Where both weapons are distributed, attacks being blamed on PKK are staged and people being trained in Istanbul coming in through Syria! Criminals and psychopaths! Black on white! Plain and simple!
