UN Office 9/1/2013, Aswat al-Iraq: According to casualty figures released today by UNAMI, a total of 804 Iraqis were killed and another 2,030 were wounded in acts of terrorism and violence in August. The number of civilians killed was 716 (including 106 civilian police), while the number of civilians injured was 1,936 (including 195 civilian police). A further 88 members of the Iraqi Security Forces were killed and 94 were injured.

“Despite the decrease in casualty figures in August, compared to July, the impact of violence on civilians remains disturbingly high, with almost 5,000 civilians killed and 12,000 injured since the beginning of 2013,” the Deputy Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Iraq, Ms. Jacqueline Badcock, warned. Baghdad was the worst-affected governorate in August with 1,272 civilian casualties (317 killed and 955 injured), followed by Salahal-din, Nineva, Diala, and Anbar (triple digit figures). Kirkuk, Babel, Wassit and Basra also reported casualties (double-digit figures).

Iranians in Camp Liberty go on hunger Strike call for deployment of Blue Helmets

NCRI - Residents of Camp Liberty in Iraq have announced a hunger strike from noon of Sunday, September 1, following the fifth massacre perpetuated against members of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) in Camp Ashraf, in yet another unprecedented crime against humanity.

The hunger strikers declared: As the responsibility to protect the residents of Ashraf and Liberty is incumbent upon the United States Government and the United Nations;

Considering that 10 hours after the murderous attack of Iraqi forces under orders of Al-Maliki, the US Government and United Nations have not acted in any way to stop the killings in Ashraf or save the lives of the kidnapped and injured residents;

Considering that neither the US nor the UN have taken any effective measure to protect the residents of Ashraf and Liberty in recent months despite numerous repeated pleas by the residents and their representatives;

In recognition of the grave crimes against humanity of which the firing of coup de grace shots at the injured and their execution, and massacre of residents with hands tied behind their backs are instances of;

Considering that the repetition of such a massacre is possible at any moment;

The residents will continue their hunger strike until the full cessation of killings in Ashraf and the release of all hostages, and until the resolution of the issue of security for the residents of Ashraf and Liberty. The protection of the residents of Ashraf and Liberty is only possible after full repudiation of security responsibility from Iraqi forces and the deployment of UN blue helmet forces in Ashraf and Liberty until their transfer to the United States or Europe.

The residents call for the urgent intervention of the United Nations and the transfer of security responsibility from murderous Iraqi forces to UN blue helmet forces and emphasized that the relinquishing of security responsibility to Iraqi forces which has until now led to five massacres in Ashraf and Liberty is considered as collusion in crimes against humanity and must be stopped.

Maryam Rajavi urged the United Nations and US government to take urgent action for protection of the residents by either transferring them all to the United States or settling the UN Blue Helmets in Camps Ashraf and Liberty in order to protect the residents.

Kışanak: "The World Peace Day, September 1, is a day of mass demos voicing the public demand for peace in Turkey, Rojava and Middle East."

ANF - ISTANBUL 30.08.2013,  Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) co-chair Gültan Kışanak spoke to ANF about the democratic resolution process and the "democracy package" the government is expected to announce in the coming days. Kışanak said the process is currently witnessing tension because of the government's insistence on not doing its part in the achievement of a democratic and peaceful solution to the Kurdish question.

Kışanak said the second phase of the resolution process would witness “Turkey's democratization and negotiations between the democracy powers in the country and the government's/authoritarian state's mindset”. BDP co-chair indicated that the resolution process is currently in its second page, saying that this truth was already known by the Turkish government and public opinion as well.

She said the government and the parliament were supposed to take steps for the achievement of democratization, noting that the government's failure to take any steps so far has created troubles for the process.

Kışanak criticized the government for preparing the democracy package without opening it up for discussion and delaying its announcement for the last two months.

She said the package must satisfy the demands of all circles demanding democracy in the country. She noted that the government did not take BDP's opinion during the preparation of the democracy package. "Nor did it give an answer to the 25-points democratization package our party conveyed two months ago. We do not know whether they accept our proposals or not. This is not a good way to deal with a problem."

Turkish public opinion is also excluding the BDP from the process. "One other problem is the fact that we do not know what the package includes”, Kışanak said and underlined that BDP's democratization package included solutions to the problems of not only Kurds but of everyone in the country, such as the removal of the election threshold and obstacles to democratic politics, constitutional assurance for the right to democratic opposition, to freedom of thought and expression and abolishment of the anti-terror law.

“This process is aimed at Turkey's democratization which will also enable a solution to the Kurdish issue. It is not going on between the BDP and the government alone. This is why everyone should support it”, she added.

BDP co-chair remarked that the process is currently witnessing not a deadlock but tension caused by government's failure to take steps for democratization and to designate a date for the steps needed to be taken. "The Kurdish side's insistence on some dates are because we have elections ahead of us and we do not have much time for we cannot delay the solution of the Kurdish question until after elections."

"The government has done nothing since negotiation began eight months ago", she said and criticized the government for not displaying the determination it has promised since the very beginning of the process. Kışanak said the Turkish state's status quoist and monist mindset also created problems for the course of the process.

BDP co-chair pointed out that their party would continue to mobilize and to struggle for peace in the region and all around the world. She said the World Peace Day, September 1, would be a day of mass demos voicing the public demand for peace in Turkey, Rojava and Middle East. She called on everyone siding with peace and freedom to take to the streets.

Also commenting on discussions on the necessity of a military action against Syria, Kışanak said any international intervention in Syria would deepen the problems in the country and scale up the war environment the country is suffering from for the last two years. She said none of the sides planning to attack Syria will produce a political solution to the problem in the country. She underlined that BDP sided with peace and a political solution for Syria.

Kışanak warned that Turkey's active participation in any military action against Syria would also lead to serious conflicts inside and around Turkey. She added that Turkey must never take such a risk, also considering AKP government's political and diplomatic failure to realize its policies against Syria.

AND THESE PSYCHOPATHS ARE ACTUALLY THE ONES WITH NUCLEAR ARSENALS!

IT´S "#¤#¤¤ SICK! IT´S PSYCHOPATHIC! IT´S NOT NORMAL!

Erdogan is speaking in line with the The Bandar-Zionist lobby on Syria, to have US, NATO to attack while Turkey supports militants and channels arms to attack Syria and Kurds fighting these militants, while Iraqis are attacked and killed and Israel exterminates and bombs all over the region!

Tens of thousands joined the funeral ceremony of western Kurdistan's People's Defense Units (YPG) fighter Malik Xdelef and six members of the People's Assembly killed in recent clashes in Rojava. YPG fighter Malik Xdelef lost his life in a bomb attack which targeted YPG's control points between Amude and Heseke on Thursday. Six members of People's Assembly, Brusk Salih Fatime, Isam Ebdulrezak Hisen, Berzan Ednan Umer, Amir Fewaz Ehmed, Selman Xelîl Nayîf vand Enes Zavê have been killed in recent clashes in Rojava after they joined the Kurdish defense units in response to the increasing attacks against Kurdish people and their territory.

Tens of thousands carrying YPG flags and posters of Kurdish leader Abdullah Öcalan marched to Martry Ismail Hogir Cemetery in Amude. The funeral ceremony in the cemetery began with one-minute's silence for all those who sacrificed their life for the freedom of the Kurdish people. Speaking here, Dîcle Serêkaniyê on behalf of TEV-DEM and Yekîtiya Star pointed out that the Kurdish people will continue to protect their achievements in Rojava.

Serêkaniyê underlined that the Turkish state and some collaborative Kurdish parties had their hand in the attacks targeting Rojava. Serêkinayê called on Kurdish people to unite stronger than ever for the achievement of an autonomous and free Kurdistan. Kurdish fighters were buried following the speeches.

PM Erdogan: Limited action against Syria not enough

31.08.2013, Speaking to reporters during the Victory Day reception at the presidential palace in the capital Ankara on Friday, Turkish prime minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that a limited military action against Syria would not satisfy Turkey. Erdogan pointed out that the intervention must be something similar to the one in Kosovo, citing the NATO operation against Yugoslavia during the Kosovo war in 1999 as an example.

The Prime Minister remarked that any kind of intervention in Syria should be aimed at bringing an end to the rule of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. "It can't be a 24 hours hit-and-run. What matters is stopping the bloodshed in Syria and pushing the regime to the point of collapsing ", he added.

Referring to the most recent statements of U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, Erdogan said the intervention in Syria could take place before the G-20 summit in the Russian capital Moscow next week.

Margaret Owen sent letter to Obama

25.08.2013, Peace in Kurdistan patron Margaret Owen OBE has written an open letter to US President Barack Obama, urging him to make an urgent investigation into the brutal massacre and kidnapping of hundreds of Kurdish men, women and children at the hands of US- and Turkey-backed Al-Qaeda affiliates in Syria.

In the letter she reminds President Obama that Western Kurdistan had, until recent provocations, remained peaceful under the leadership of the PYD and had become a safe haven for many Syrian’s fleeing violence in the worn-torn country.

Turkish anxieties over the new project of democratic autonomy in Western Kurdistan should not justify the international community’s indifference to the massacre of innocent Kurdish civilians.

The letter has also been supported by several prominent politicians, academics and human rights defenders. In the letter Owen writes that "As lawyers and as women human rights defenders working internationally to protect all people from violations of international law, war crimes, and ethnic cleansing in civil war and sectarian violence, we implore you to use all available means, and harness all the resources of the UN and the international community to stop the massacres of innocent Kurdish men, women, and children in Syria".

Western Kurdistan, under the democratic leadership of the PYD, continues the letter, "has been a haven for those fleeing the violence of militias, such as Al Nusra, linked to Al Qaida in other parts of war torn Syria. The Kurds of Syria have been the one voice promoting the equal rights of all religious and ethnic minorities in a democratic and just new post-Assad Syria".

It is also essential that the true role of Turkey in arming those al Qaida militias, such as Al Nusra is investigated, underlined Owen.

The letter is supported by, among others, Baroness Helena Kennedy QC, Baroness Greengross, Jean Lambert MEP, Jill Evans MEP, Caroline Lucas MP, Kariane Westrheim, University of Bergen, Chair of EUTCC, Maggie Bowden, General Secretary, Liberation.

While HPG - Kurdish defence forces are withdrawing and there are works in all aspects to reach end of war fare, solutions and peace agreements 24/7, Turkey has no reasons or justifications WHAT SO EVER to attack or support attacks against Kurds who fights armed and supported militants and al-Qaida and Kurdish villages in Syria!

These are crimes against peace and humanity, war crimes, violations against International laws, laws of war, humanitarian laws and crimes against the Syrians and against Iraqis that are attacked and killed in masses as well!

THIS IS REAL TERRORISM! And every #¤#¤¤ crimes one can mention, while Danish court accuse Kurdish media for inciting terrorism and facebook bans Kurds and have "peace conference"! And #%¤¤#% genocidal PSYCHOPATHS are working to get Obama to stand responsible for everything after Turkey and Israel have bombed the whole #¤#¤¤ region!

Prince Bandar and Zionist lobby partnering to maneuver Obama into prolonged war with Syria. BDP to stage four major rallies on World Peace Day

The Bandar-Zionist lobby collaboration, currently the cocktail party talk of many in Washington, is not a case of strange bedfellows given three decades of mutual cooperation which started during Prince Bandar’s long tenure as Saudi ambassador in Washington. Based in Washington, but with a palace out west and up north, Bandar developed almost familial relationships with five presidents and their key advisers. His voice was one of the shrillest urging the United States to invade Iraq in 2003.

In the 1980s, Prince Bandar was deeply involved in the Iran-Contra scandal in Nicaragua and it his intelligence agency that first alerted Western allies to the alleged use of sarin gas by the Syrian regime in February. Bandar has reportedly for months been focused exclusively on garnering international support, including arms and training, for Syrian rebel factions in pursuit of the eventual toppling of President Bashar al-Assad.

Reportedly, the Saudi-Zionist discretely coordinated effort, confirmed by Congressional staffers working on the US House Foreign Affairs Committee as well and the US Senate Foreign Relations committee, is being led by Bandar protégé, Adel A. al-Jubeir, the current Saudi ambassador and facilitated by Bahrain ambassador Houda Ezra Ebrahimis Nonoo, who is the first Jewish person, and third woman to be appointed ambassador of Bahrain.

Long known, for having myriad contacts at AIPAC HQ, and as an ardent Zionist, Houda Nonoo has attended lobby functions while advising associates that the “Arabs must forget about the so-called Liberation of Palestine. It will never happen.” The project has set its sights on achieving American involvement in its third and forth (the Islamic Republic) war in this region in just over one decade.

Labeled the ‘surgical strike project”, according to one Congressional staffer, the organizers, as of 8/26/13 are blitzing US Congressional offices with “ fact sheets” making the following arguments in favor of an immediate sustained air assault. They are being supported by the increasingly anguished cries from neo-cons in Congress such as John McCain, Lindsey Graham and their ilk. The lobby’s missive details calculations why the project will succeed and turn out to be a political plus for Obama who is increasingly being accused, by this same team, of dithering.

McClain, a former pilot in Vietnam, is even pushing “weapons to be employed” list, which includes advising the White House and Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on how to do their jobs.

One of the most common phases being uttered by AIPAC to congressional offices this week are the words, “Assad’s massive use of chemical weapons”.

The German weekly ‘Focus” reported on 8/26/13 that the IDF’s 8200 intelligence unlit bugged the Syrian leadership during the chemical weapons attack last week and that Israel ‘sold” the incriminating information to the White House. A group from Israel arrived in Washington on 8/26/13. It included the Director of the Political-Security Staff in the Defense Ministry, Jaj. Gen. (res) Amos Gilad, Director of Planning Branch Maj. Gen. Nimrod Shefer and IDF intelligence Research Department Direcotr Brigadier General Ital Brun. After some intense discusisons, the shared some of their tapes with US officials.

The Bandar/AIPAC arguments being, pushed by this delegation and being spread around capitol hill as part of “Israel sharing its sterling intelligence” can be summarized as follows: The US must avoid half measures to pursue a limited punitive response to the CW use. What is needed is a sustained Bosnia style bombing campaign until Bashar al-Assad is removed from office. Giving in to that temptation would be a mistake.

BDP to stage four major rallies on world peace day

Israel Attacks Palestinians During "Peace Talks", kills Palestinians in Qalandia camp while 4 more Palestinian refugees are killed in Syria, warns Syria Not to Attack in Reprisal for Any U.S. Strike, while Turkey send weapons to Syria and at the same time is ready to take part in any coalition against Syria, while Iraqis are attacked and the Iraqi genocide is still ongoing and Danish court accuse Kurdish media for inciting terrorism! #¤#¤¤ Mass genocidal psychopaths!

Israel Attacks Palestinians During Peace Talks. Doing so exposes the sham process. So do many other similar incidents. Daily violence persists. Dozens of weekly incursions terrorize Palestinian communities. Violence and arrests follow. So do detentions, interrogations and torture.

Israel's no peace partner. Palestinians don't have one. They never did. For sure they don't now. On August 28, Maan News headlined "Israeli forces kill 3 Palestinians in Qalandia camp," saying: Undercover Israeli forces bear full responsibility. They wore civilian clothes. They acted provocatively. "

Robin al-Abed, 32, was shot in the chest." He died instantly. "Younis Jihad Abu al-Sheikh Jahjouh, 22, was also shot dead." "Jihad Asslan, 20, died Monday morning." Ramallah Hospital officials pronounced him brain dead. "

All three men were killed when Israeli forces opened fire on a crowd during clashes with camp residents following (a lawless) arrest raid." Live fired injured at least 15 Palestinians. Six are in critical condition. Most were shot in the head, chest and upper body.

Israeli security forces shot to kill. They committed cold-blooded murder. Doing so repeats with disturbing regularity. One incident follows another. Police states operate that way. Israel's one of the worst. An Israeli police spokeswoman Luba Samri said: "In the early hours of the morning a border police team went into Qalandiya camp to arrest a hostile terrorist activist." Israel calls all Palestinians wanting to live free "terrorists." "After his arrest," she added, "a 'mob' of about 1,500 residents began a disturbance, throwing petrol bombs and stones, endangering the lives of force members, who responded with riot dispersal means."

Palestinians often throw stones in response to Israeli provocations. They don't use petrol bombs. They don't use live fire. They don't endanger Israeli lives. Samri lied. Coverup and denial don't wash. Incidents often end the same way. Palestinians are shot, killed and/or injured. Arrests are made. Israelis suffer no casualties.

On August 26, Haaretz headlined "Palestinian negotiators say they cancelled meet with Israelis after deadly clashes." State Department officials claimed otherwise. Spokeswoman Mari Harf said: "I can assure you that no meetings have been canceled. The parties are engaged in serious and sustained negotiations." Early Monday, said Haaretz, a senior Palestinian official said talks were cancelled. It was to protest Qalandiya refugee camp killings and injuries. Israeli officials didn't comment either way. Palestinian Foreign Minister Ryiad al-Makiki didn't say if the meeting was held. "We have made it clear on several occasions that the negotiations will be affected by policy and measures that undermine the process," he said. "There is no doubt that what happened this morning will have an effect," he added.

According to UNRWA spokesman Christopher Gunness: "Credible reports say (Robeen Zayed) was on his way to work (He) was not engaged in any violent activity. He was shot in the chest" at close range and killed.

On August 26, the Palestinian Center for Human Rights (PCHR) headlined "Israeli Forces Use Excessive Lethal Force Killing 3 Palestinian Civilians and Wounding 16 Others, Including 5 Children, in Qalandiya Refugee Camp." PCHR denounced Israel's "heinous crime. (It) holds Israel fully responsible. (It) demands international community assume its responsibilities." It wants Palestinian civilians protected.

Eyewitnesses told PCHR, "at approximately 05:00AM on Monday, 26 August 2013, Israeli forces in military vehicles and a 20-member infantry unit moved into Qalandiya refugee camp, north of occupied Jerusalem." "They positioned themselves in the streets and then moved into al-Souq neighborhood in the centre of the refugee camp to carry out an arrest campaign." "Israeli forces raided a house belonging to the family of Abdul Rahim al-Khatib near the Grand Mosque to arrest one of the family members." Dozens of Palestinian youths and boys threw stones. Israeli forces responded with live fire, tear gas canisters and sound bombs. Backup forces arrived. They used live fire. Three deaths and 16 injuries resulted.

On August 20, Israeli forces killed a Jenin refugee camp civilian. He posed no threat. Cold-blooded murder is standard Israeli practice. Coverup and denial follow. PCHR demands accountability. It demands what it won't get. Israeli forces are free to kill again. They do so with impunity.

On August 26, B'Tselem headlined "Military force that killed three Palestinians stayed in Qalandiya Camp until almost 7AM." B'Tselem field researchers began investigating what happened. They learned facts polar opposite of what Israel claims. Its spokespersons and officials lie. They whitewash repeated crimes of war and against humanity. They're caught red-handed. It doesn't matter. Israeli security forces are unaccountable. They act with impunity. They call cold-blooded murder self-defense. They call justifiable Palestinian self-defense terrorism.

According to B'Tselem, it "documented various incidents in which Israeli military forces entering a Palestinian refugee camp were met with massive stone-throwing and responded with fatal fire." It's like matching sling shots against bullets. Outcomes are always the same. One side incurs deaths and injuries. The other at most suffers scratches too insignificant to matter.

On August 1, 2011, Israeli forces entered the Qalandiya refugee camp. They did so pre-dawn. Residents responded with stone-throwing. Soldiers opened fire. Two residents were killed. Another was injured. Some prior incidents didn't cause deaths or injuries. Too often they do. Palestinian lives and welfare have don't. It shows in Israeli-instigated violence. Victims are blamed. Perpetrators are absolved. They're free to commit more crimes. It bears repeating. Israel calls it self-defense. Killing Palestinians posing no threat is cold-blooded murder.

B'Tselem wants an investigation into the latest incident initiated immediately. In particular, it wants "the command's decision to carry out (an) arrest in (a violent) manner explained. It asked whether Israeli forces "prepared in advance (to avoid) us(ing) lethal arms. B'Tselem wrote Israel's Military Advocate for Operational Matters and the SHAI (Judea and Samaria) District Police. It wants answers. Most important is preventing repeat incidences. They repeat with disturbing regularity.

On August 28, Haaretz editors headlined "Raid in Qalandiyah is a raid on the negotiations," saying: Palestinians live in dread of the next incident. "This is what induces the sense of anger and hostility." At times, violence results. Haaretz editors turned reality on its head. They claim the "main argument against the deadly raid at Qalandiyah is its timing." It's repeated incidents that matter most. It's considering Palestinians subhuman. It's denying them all rights. It's occupation harshness. It's making dozens of weekly neighborhood incursions.

It's state terror as official policy. It's holding thousands of Palestinian political prisoners illegally. It's calling self-defense terrorism. It's waging war while talking peace.

According to Haaretz editors: "Just when Israel and the Palestinian Authority are struggling to weave the peace process anew after lengthy stagnation and an unprecedented American effort, the IDF operated in a manner that could jeopardize the talks."

They're more pretense than real. They reflect the greatest hypocrisy of modern times. They've been dead on arrival for decades. This time's no different. Haaretz editors claim otherwise. Don't expect them to explain why. They stop short of effectively denouncing settlement expansions. They object to bad timing during talks. They say little or nothing about stealing Palestinian land. They claim IDF soldiers aren't "required to stop acting to thwart terrorism or arrest suspects. It's their duty and responsibility." They don't explain so-called terrorists don't exist.

On August 25, Haaretz editors called Abbas "a partner for peace," saying: He's "a pragmatic leader who aspires to a peace agreement and is willing to take meaningful measures in order to create a new and better situation in the region." False! He's a longtime Israeli collaborator. He's Israel's enforcer. He's unprincipled. He's a coup d'etat leader. He conspired with Israel against Palestine's legitimate government. In 2005, Israel rigged his election. His term expired in January 2009. He hasn't called new elections. Since 1991 Madrid peace talks and Oslo, he betrayed his people multiple times over. He's done so for benefits he derives. He's doing it again now. He plans unilateral surrender. He did it before. It's coming again.

Peace talks are fake. They're a sham. "Today there is a unique opportunity to reach a historic agreement," claim Haaretz editors. Chances for doing so are ZERO. Perhaps one day Haaretz editors will explain.

Israel Warns Syria Not to Attack in Reprisal for Any U.S. Strike - Bloomberg

Tuesday, August 27, 2013

Cameron: "Syria is a catastrophe"..like Iraq, Gaza, Egypt the whole #¤#¤ region, Yemen, Libya, Afghanistan, Baluchistan and over half the planet..then....Yey..we wonder how come...

Also Sunday, prominent Israeli Cabinet ministers called for a US-led response, though the type of response they sought was not specified. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called the alleged chemical attack a "terrible crime," and told his Cabinet Sunday that "this situation cannot continue", according to the Associated Press. Justice Minister Tzipi Livni told Israel Radio that a US response to the alleged poison gas attack would help discourage future chemical weapons use, but also have security implications for Israel. Intelligence Minister Yuval Steinitz told Army Radio the attack required a response. He said the chances that Syria would attack Israel as a result of US action were slim but that the army should be prepared for such an eventuality.

24 July, The “United States and R2P” report authored by Madeleine K. Albright, former US Secretary of State, and Richard S. Williamson, former US presidential special envoy to Sudan, paves way for further injustice to the genocide-affected nation of Eezham Tamils. The deliberate flaw in the report stems from the stand of not recognising the genocide in the war and the genocidal intent of the Sinhala State decades before the war and the years following the war, the activists said.

How many Syrians have been killed and burned? How many Iraqis, Kurds? What is this? Some kind of burnt human scarifies? Holocaust as in sacrifices through fire?

Some are engaged in Holocausts all over the Middle East, from Africa to Baluchistan with Iraqi and Afghan Holocausts that are in the dimensions of the Holocausts in WWII..

Some are engaged in burnt human sacrifices...are they not...

Very holy...*Not*

THE BRILLIANT SCHOLAR JORDAN MAXWELL

Egypt: "280 die in bloody clashes.".... "Clashes"....Yeah...like the military in Israel, Yemen, Iran, Bahrain and Syria against protesters then..

Fascist Liberals, treacherous Nasserites and CIA- funded Communists!!!

14/08/2013, The recent bloody military coup in Egypt against the country's democratically-elected leadership has exposed the ideological and moral bankruptcy of the anti-Islamic camp in the Arab world. Prior to the conspiratorial act of deposing Egypt first ever democratically elected president by a gang of ignorant military officers, in cooperation and coordination with a number of corrupt secular unprincipled politicians who, we all know, would have no real chances at the ballot boxes.

Nasserist, leftist and liberal leaders in Egypt raised their voices like never before against alleged Islamist threats to civil liberties and the rule of law. But their outcry was largely hypocritical and disingenuous.

A combination of ideological hostility and political vindictiveness was the main motive behind these secular powers' gleeful backing of the bloody coup (bloody because thousands of innocent Egyptian citizens have been murdered or maimed by the criminal military establishment).

However, when the fascist features of the bloody coup became apparent, e.g. murdering innocent, unarmed protesters and closing down non-conformist media outlets, we saw that leaders and symbols of the anti-Islamist camp resorted to a mode of deadly silence.

To be honest, some of the secular leaders, such as Muhammed el Baradie, have voiced a modicum of anxiety at the receding prospects of democracy in Egypt. However, the fact that el-Baradie himself readily accepted to be part of a puppet government installed and controlled by the army speaks volumes, especially following the hideous massacres perpetrated by the murderous thugs and cutthroats of the Interior Ministry at the Republican headquarters and in the vicinity of the Rab'a Adawiya Mosque sit-in.

I really don't know how true liberalism can be reconciled with true fascism. Make no mistake about it, what is taking place in Egypt today is fascism par excellance

Otherwise, what would one call the sinister witch-hunting, flagrant incarceration and hounding of Islamist leaders whose only "crime" is their backing of the democratically elected president? Or the appointment of military figures as governors all over Egypt, which exposes the military establishment's desire to decapitate civilian political life in Egypt. Or the theatrical leveling of conspicuously concocted charges against Islamist figures? Which really prompts us to wonder if what we are witnessing in Egypt is a resurrection of Augusto Pinochet, or even Benito Mussolini?

I am not particularly infatuated with Senator John McCain. However, the man did reveal a great deal of rectitude and intellectual honesty when he recently called the spade a spade in reference to the bloody coup by its real name. " If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck and walks like a duck, it's a duck" The pornographically mendacious Egyptian media referred to McCain's remark as "clumsy." But there is really nothing clumsy about telling the truth, and, in any case, the man was telling the truth, a really scarce commodity in Egypt these days.. In truth, moral clumsiness belongs to those Egyptian politicians who readily accepted to play the role of the proverbial monkey for the army's organ grinder.

Unfortunately, words like "honesty" seem totally and conspicuously absent from the political lexicons of the secular establishment in Egypt. These people have long traditions of lying to the Egyptian people and the world. They know they are lying and have no regret about it. Lying is their daily stable and ultimate modus operandi, and they know it. This is how they have been running Egypt since 1952, which explains the ramshackle house that Egypt has been for decades.

The leftist camp in Egypt (and the Arab world) with its two wings, the Nasserites and Communists, have really been exposed naked by recent events. Hamdeen Sabbahi, the ostentatious leader of the so-called Public Current has proved himself to be a grand hypocrite and sleazy opportunist devoid of any moral principles. He has just turned a blind eye to all the criminal violations perpetrated by the criminal junta, led by Sisi and cohorts.

I call him "hypocrite and opportunist" because he wouldn't have kept his mouth hermetically shut had President Mursi committed even a small fraction of what is occurring in Egypt today.

Sabbahi claims to be following the ideals of Gamal Abdul Nasser, the Arab world's mini-god who was largely responsible for the greatest Arab defeat in recent history, but eventually turned out to be a liar and imposter. Sabbahi claims to a progressive revolutionary following Nasser 's style. However, we have noticed that he has not spoken a word against the ongoing treasonous military coordination between Israel and the Sisi junta. Yes, the coup makers vehemently deny any coordination with Israel, claiming that it was an Egyptian helicopter gunship, not an armed Israeli drone that hit the so-called "Jihadists" in northern Sinai.

But who would believe the Egyptian military, the very people who lie as often as they breathe the oxygen of life? Besides, since when could Egypt deploy offensive weapons in Sinai without a prior-Israeli permission?

Needless to say, Sabbahi's and other leftists' silence have proven - if a proof were needed in the first place- that these people have absolutely no moral credentials and that they are real enemies of democracy and freedom in Egypt. Indeed, how else can we interpret their obvious infatuation with the bloody coup and the unlawful annulment of a democratically-voted constitution?

In light of the treacherous opportunism on the part of the leaders of the anti-Islamist camp in Egypt, we must call the spade a spade especially when that spade is seen in the hands of the Egyptian people's grave-diggers, and we are not speaking metaphorically. We must proclaim aloud that these people are part of the problem facing the Egypt and can't really be part of the solution. They are anti-Islamic, despite the preponderance of vacuous sycophancy; they are really anti-democracy since they prove by word and act that they are against the verdict of the ballot box. And they must also be against the national interests of Egypt if only because military or military-backed dictatorships are the ultimate cancer that virulently corrodes through countries and societies, impeding their progress and prosperity.

As to the Islamists, they are not the impeccable angels some idealists would think they are. Never the less, at the very least, the Islamists have repeatedly proven that they practice what they preach. This writer worked for some Egyptian media outlets for many years and have witnessed the pornographically unethical attacks on President Mursi and the Muslim Brotherhood, like calling them "Nazis" and worse than Hitler.

None the less, Mursi never ordered the arrest of these hateful inciters and pathological liars who made no distinction between true freedom of speech and expression on the one hand and freedom to lie and incite to murder on the other..

Now, Mursi's liberal and leftist detractors are basking in their hypocrisy rather gleefully, watching the criminal junta strangle press freedom, arrest journalists and swell its jails and dungeons with political opponents.

Yes, silence towards the coup, which is really a colossal crime by any imaginable standard, denotes complicity and acquiescence to fascism, irrespective of the lies and empty claims, heard ad nauseam ever since Ahmed Said!

Thousands rally in Ceylanpınar and reached the Syrian border area as it´s confirmed Benghazi was Cover-up of Arms Transfer to al-Qaeda, while brigades which refuse to be part of this war are threatened

ANF - Urfa 04.08.201, Tens of thousands of people reached Ceylanpınar today despite the heavy police presence and violence. People reached the Syrian border area to show their support to people of Rojava who have been under attack for days now, victim of the violence of al-Qaida-linked armed groups.

The rally was organized by the BDP (Peace and Democracy Party) and the DTK (Democratic Society Congress) to support Kurds witnessing massacres in Rojava.

In Viranşehir people was attacked by police. Among the people travelling to Ceylanpınar were BDP co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş and DTK co-chair Aysel Tuğluk. Despite the police violence the convoys coming from every city in Kurdistan and Turkey were finally able to reached Ceylanpınar and met in Fidan Park where speeches were made.

Confirmed: Benghazi was Cover-up of Arms Transfer to al-Qaeda

The corporate media is now forced to admit that the Benghazi attack was staged by a State Department hired jihadist security outfit in connection with an arms transfer to al-Qaeda mercenaries in Syria.

A number of guests appearing on the Alex Jones Show following the attack have built an indisputable case that the CIA was shipping arms from U.S.-controlled facilities located at the U.S. mission in Benghazi to its mercenaries in Syria and the murder of ambassador Stevens was carried out by an al-Qaeda affiliated group as part of a turf war between the CIA and elements in the Pentagon.

The dirty war against Kurds in Syria. Force militants and Kurds against each other, while having Öcalan on a isolated island and accusing Kurds for "inciting terrorism" and as Iraqis are attacked en masse and the US issues terrorism threat

ANF - News Desk 04.08.2013, A leader of the Free Syrian Army (FSA), supported by the West and Turkey threatens to destroy the Kurds and declares that the FSA brigades joined Al-Qaeda-linked groups against Kurds with weapons supplied by foreign countries.

The brigades which refuse to be part of this war are threatened, while many members of Al-Qaeda continue to enter Syria through Turkey, with the help of pro-government "associations".

Since July 16 the Kurds have been attacked by jihadist groups, like the al-Nosra and Islamic state in Iraq and the Levant. These groups have suffered heavy losses against Kurdish fighters, since the begun fighting against them. In particular, they were driven out of Rass al-Ain (Serekaniye in Kurdish), on the border with Turkey, losing an important border post where they received weapons and reinforcements.

All attempts to regain this position resulted in heavy casualties which included several jihadist leaders. Unable to advance against the Kurdish fighters, jihadists have begun to loot, kidnap, execute and kill Kurds. At least 70 civilians, mostly women and children, were brutally massacred between 31 July and 1 August, in the small towns of Tall Hassel and Tall Aren in the province of Aleppo. Thousands of people are trapped and threatened with execution and rape in this region, where some 40,000 Kurds live.

Many young people have been executed for the sole reason of being Kurds, according to villagers who managed to escape. Hundreds of civilians were abducted. Most of them are women and children.

The FSA brigades which are known to get Western military, diplomatic and financial support are also involved in the massacre. In a video, the head of the military council of the FSA Aleppo province, Abdul Jabar al-Akidi is seen next to another FSA commander and says they will wipe out the Kurds after the meeting which brought together 70 commanders of the "Syrian opposition" in Antep, Turkey, on July 26.

Openly declaring the involvement of the FSA brigades in the massacre of Kurdish civilians in Tall Hassel and Tall Aren, he added that the military council took the decision to exclude the front al-Akrad (Kurdish) who refuses to join the jihadists and support al-Qaeda against the Kurds. He asked the head of al-Akrad to surrender its weapons.

Heavy fighting had recently taken place between fighters of the al-Akrad Front and jihadists, especially in the regions of Aleppo and Raqa. Composed of members of all ethnic groups in Syria, al-Akrad has some forty battalions, especially in the areas of Bab Azzaz and Aleppo. It is part of the military council of the "real" Free Syrian Army.

The al-Nusra front and EIIL have also issued a fatwa accusing the FSA brigades of being "traitors" if they do not want to wage war against the Kurds, according to reports from news agency NAHA.

Reacting to the threats by FSA commanders, the general representative of the Kurdish front, Hadji Ahmad Al-Kurdi, told ANF that his brigades will never surrender their weapons. "Nobody gave us these weapons. It is the people we have sworn to defend against repression and massacres of the Baath regime that gave us these weapons. That is why I sent this message to Abdel Jabar al-Akidi who asked us to surrender our weapons: Come and take them, if you are that brave".

The head of al-Akrad front emphasizes that Western countries need to know which armed bands have received weapons and for what purposes they are used.

He describes the actions of these "armed gangs" in the areas of Tall Aran, Tall Hassel, Bab, Mumbic and Jarablus: "These gangs kidnap people in the streets and they disappear. In particular, they kidnap wealthy people and torture them for days asking for a ransom.

Nearly 50 people have been kidnapped in the region. These gangs have no revolutionary goal. Their actions are not at all consistent with Islam. Instead, they damage the image of Islam. This is banditry, looting. Since when bandits, thieves and looters have become revolutionaries, I ask?"

The other peoples of the region, notably the Arabs and Assyrian-Chaldeans, are also victims of looting. "They do not act in name of Allah, nor Islam, they are just here for theft and looting. They are all foreigners", said Watha Ali, a resident of Rass al-Ain.

The Kurdish people's defense units (YPG) said on August 3rd that the Free Syrian Army forged an alliance with al-Qaeda groups against Kurds. While Kurdish fighters are pursuing a major operation to drive the extremists out of the historic area of Tal Halaf and the city of Tall Abyad, on the border with Turkey, other members of al-Qaeda are trying to enter Syria from Turkey.

At least 100 alleged members of al-Qaeda have left Istanbul on August 3rd. In Istanbul they were housed in hotels while waiting to enter Syria, according to news agency DIHA.

180 people were housed in hotels in Taksim Square by the Islamic humanitarian organization IHH (which organized the Mavi Marmara flotilla in 2010). Most of these alleged al-Qaeda members reportedly hold English passports.
