Bullsh*t using protests as pretext for crimes against humanity and genocide. Orchestrated, cooperated and coordinated crimes as they always have been!
The Syrian army will withdraw from urban areas "once peace and security prevail," Syrian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Jihad Makdisi said in comments carried by state media on Saturday. The bid to overthrow Syria's government is over, and the battle now was to secure stability, Syrian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Jihad Makdisi said in a report by state media on Saturday.

It´s set up for, orchestrated, organized, staged for exterminations, ethnically cleanings and genocides all over the region and beyond. The "post colonisation period" today is actually just a continuing of the exterminations of the indigenous peoples by colonisers, fascism, racism, control and in geopolitical and economical interests. Reality is that it´s the indigenous peoples being systematically full fledged- ethnically cleaned, just like in Nazi Germany, when Hitler went into Russia, Stalin and a Russian Holocaust, Muslims used by Hitler and forces and exterminated by Stalin, and over half the continent including Turkey and the region of the Middle East by the British and Anglo-American.inc, France, Italy. In Persia, India during both WWI and II, generation after generation after generation, committed genocides on and exterminated, going on for a #¤#¤¤¤ century. It´s just a continuing of crimes against humanity and exterminations by mass genocidal racists, fascists, control freaks and profiteers. Period!

While Turkey receives 1 million a day from US (tax payers), for its ongoing instigated crimes and ethnically cleaning in cooperation's and coordination with the Iranian regime and there are Syrian, Iraqi, Palestinian genocides, ethnically cleanings going on. ACTUALLY, put in system for decades.

The pro-Kurdish political parties, and recently the PKK, have made repeated attempts to obtain a resolution of the 30-year-old conflict through democratic dialogue and negotiations rather than violence. The PKK has called for “ceasefires” on several occasions, said human rights journalist and contributor to The Guardian News, Margaret Owen in November 2010.
"But time and again the authorities have closed down pro-Kurdish political parties, imprisoned Kurdish political leaders and declared Kurdish civil society and human rights organisations illegal. Peaceful protests and demonstrations calling for an end to armed conflict and respect for human rights are subject to brutal harassment by the police."

Turkey, its police has put in system to inciting violence, polarizations, using its media and fascists nationalists against Kurds
Turkish police pitting Turkish and Kurdish youngsters against each other, encouraging throwing stones and then jail Kurdish youths for throwing stones, while demonstrating against Turkey´s instigated genocidal war-fare and crimes against humanity and peace.
Turkey with its police has put in system to inciting violence, polarizations, using its media and fascists nationalists against Kurds, using provocateurs, provokes and instigating the genocidal war-fare, where Kurds are abused, killed, mass jailed, clubbed at the borders in cooperation with the Syrian regime that shoot, kill, torture Kurds to death, for protesting against the instigated genocidal war-fare.
With children killed by explosives, shot, run over, clubbed, thrown in jail and deprived their lives and youths, where they are psychologically and physically abused - severe, for demonstrating against the instigated, incited violence, killings, massacres and extermination all over the region, going on for decades, under the slogan: "Turkey don´t want to be separated," while systematically and deliberately causing and forcing Kurds to a armed resistance, put in system since the US supported Turkish coup, CIA headquarters, disappearance and tortures. Photos of attack against MP Ahmet Türk
30.03.2012,(DİHA) - Contrarily to Batman Governor Ahmet Turhan’s declaration that there were no photographs of the attack against Democratic Society Congress (DTK) Co-Chair Ahmet Türk during Newroz events on March 20, photographs showing the police attack with stones on the bus carrying Türk and other Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) deputies as well as three police cameramen in the Newroz square have been reached by DİHA.
In one of the photographs a riot police with a stone in his hand is seen as he is preparing to throw the stone to the bus carrying Türk and BDP deputies. Two plain-clothes policemen are also seen shooting in the photograph. The policeman with the stone in the hand is seen while throwing the stone in another photograph from the same angle.
In all of the five photographs no civilians but policemen are present, which contradicts Batman Governor Turhan’s declaration that there were no policemen near Türk.
Ahmet Türk had told the attack as follows: "We were going to the Newroz square. When we got close, about 40-50 policemen began to throw stones and gas bombs at the bus. The windows of the bus were broken. We got down as quickly as we could."
"I was half-unconscious. As I got down, suddenly a policeman came and punched me on the eye. The incident did not happen the way the governor tells. There were no civilians but only policemen around."

"The post-colonial period" - using protests as pretext for genocide and crimes against humanity
The death toll on Syria reached 42 people, activists told Al-Jazeera.
It´s the same crimes applied in Syria as put in system for decades in Turkey. Using protests as pretext for mass jailing, kill protesters and then attack people on funerals of those killed, just as in Iraq where people have been targeted and killed on funerals of those killed in attacks, in a genocidal war-fare with a scorched earth policy, destroying whole towns, villages, burning down houses, exterminate live stocks, destroying conditions of life, displacing people.

For decades, or since the British have been engaged in a Persian genocide since tens of millions of Persians starved to death at the same time the Armenian "rebel" genocide between the British, US, Turks, "young Turks" and Russia, while a whole lot Ottomans and others were exterminated at the borders to Iraq, was going on, going on ever since!
Colonizers engaged in totally ethnically cleaning, total and systematical extermination of the indigenous peoples all over the whole #¤#¤¤ region for 100 years, going ever since and orchestrated non stop and at this very moment, under the most gross crimes and psychopathic manipulations ACTUALLY!
KILLINGS OF WOMEN IN GOHARDASHT PRISON IN KARAJ, IRAN
17 november 2009, According to Activists for Human Rights and Democracy there is evidence from Gohardasht prison on systematic killings of political women prisoners.
The killings of women prisoners since 2005 have been covered up by authorities and the reason given for the death has been suicide or lack of drugs.
According to Activists for Human Rights and Democracy, there are several witnesses who are willing to confirm the terrible killings of women prisoners in Gohardasht prison.
It is reported that the victims are less noted women activists generally aged between 22-30 arrested for immoral dressing or use of drugs . They are kept in solitary confinement. In order to improve their conditions, prisoners are willing to collaborate with the interrogators in any way.
They are forced to confess, and when they go to court, they receive heavy sentences. They then become slaves of their interrogators and are sexually abused in prison. If they show resistance they are transferred to the notorious ward 7 hall 21 of the prison and are kept under severe conditions.
Once in ward 7 they are gradually drugged and become addicted. There are organized criminal bands inside ward 7 who are engaged to smuggle drugs and kill other prisoners. After a while they themselves are eliminated to remove any trace of evidence of such happenings.
In the beginning these killings used to occur on the halls rights in front of other prisoners but later were set to take place only in ward 7 using inhumane methods. One of the women recently killed in this way is Mahnaz Akbar Tehrani who after being transferred to solitary confinement was executed by hanging. Turkey: SEVENTY YEAR IMPRISONMENT ASKED FOR SEVENTEEN YEAR OLD CHILD
Seventy year imprisonment was asked for seventeen year old Kurdish boy Kemal Bakırhan who was arrested for allegedly “joining pirate demonstration” and “being member to an illegal organization”.
Mersin Court on 15 September 2011 issued a warrant for the arrest of Kemal Bakırhan, originally from Pervari district of Siirt, on the grounds of joining a protest demonstration against the isolation imposed on Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) Leader and throwing stone and molotov cocktail to police after the demonstration. Bakırhan, who was taken into custody in Mersin on 22 February was arrested and sent to prison, charged with ten different crimes. The second trial of Bakırhan will be held on 17 April.
Among the accusations directed to Bakırhan are throwing stone and molotov cocktail to police, being member to an illegal organization, opposing the law on meetings and demonstrations, damaging public property, bearing explosive material, spreading propaganda for the organization, bearing arm in demonstrations, violating the freedom to work, resisting police, staging demonstration on behalf of the organization, organizing and joining pirate demonstration.
Eyüp Sabri Öncel, lawyer of Bakırhan who testified that he didn’t join demonstrations, evaluated the imprisonment sentence and accusations against his client as unacceptable and objected to evidences which consist of photographs of some children whose faces are covered and cannot be determined clearly. Lawyer Öncel underlined that nobody can be accused and aggrieved on the basis of probabilities of police statements, mobese images and photographs.

(DİHA) - It has been claimed by witnesses that an armoured vehicle which intervened during yesterday's rally after the funeral of People's Defense Force (HPG) members in the Bismil Town of Diyarbakır tried to run over an 11-year old child.
The armoured vehicle had crashed the wall of a home after the mentioned child escaped. Home owner Feyzi Kurt says they will file criminal complaints against the police officer who was driving the vehicle. Kurt's wife Sabahat Kurt notes that it is purely chance that her baby did not die as the vehicle crashed the wall of the room where the baby was sleeping.
A witness of the incident, Sultan Çınar, claims that the police officer got down from the armoured vehicle and aimed his gun at the 11-year old who managed to escape.
The Human Rights Association (İHD) Mardin Branch and the Mardin Bar Association have prepared a report on the murders of İsmail Akın (62) and his daughter Elif Akın (10) by unknown perpetrators. The report emphasized that the place of murder is close to the Dallıca Gendarmerie Station and that the area is declared a secure zone by officials.
İsmail and Elif Akın were shot on the head in the İlkadım (Hebisê) Village of Mardin on March 26. İsmail Akın's brother Süleyman Akın had said that they had absolutely no problems or disagreements with anyone.
İHD and Mardin Bar Association's report noted that the prosecutor investigated the scene of crime only a day after and that evidence was not carefully collected, urging the authorities to shed light on the incident immediately.
A demonstrator, Ebubekir Tektaş, who showed support to the arrested Kurdish politicians tried in the main KCK [Union of Kurdistan Communities] case last year has been charged to 10 years and five months.
Protestors had gathered in front of the Diyarbakır Courthouse on January 13, 2011 to protest the arrest of 152 Kurdish politicians in an operation under the name of KCK and street clashes had taken place. An expert matched Ebubekir Tektaş's photographs during the sit-in and under custody, proving that he was present during the incidents. However, photographs which are not suitable for identification were considered evidence that Tektaş threw stones and Molotov cocktails to security forces.
The 7th Diyarbakır High Criminal Court refused the defendant's demand for another expert report and sentenced him to 10 years and five months on the allegations of committing crimes on behalf of the illegal organization without being its member and preventing the police from doing their job.
Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) Leader Abdullah Öcalan's lawyers applied for a visit to the İmralı Island at the Bursa Public Prosecutor's Office today. Öcalan has not been able to meet his lawyers since July 27, 2011 on the grounds of a 'ship out of order' or 'bad weather conditions.'
Unionists protesting the new education law discussed today in the Parliament as well as the amendment to the pensioners' law have been attacked by the police who used great amounts of tear gas and water cannons. A great number of demonstrators as well as deputies from the Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) and People's Republican Party (CHP) have been effected by gas and injured.
It has also been learned that the police attempted to throw some demonstrators down the bridge. Street clashes took place in several locations and a group threw stones to the Justice and Development Party (AKP) building.
People's Defense Force (HPG) members Mizgin Aratemur and Nebahat Öztekin who were killed in a gunfight in an area between Bitlis and Siirt were sent to their last journey today by a group of ten thousand people shouting slogans and carrying Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) flags.
Batman MP Ayla Akat Ata, Batman Mayor Serhat Temel and Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) executives attended the funeral during which signs with the 15 killed HPG members' photographs as well as pictures of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan were carried. The crowd often shouted 'Martyrs do not die', 'PKK is the people, the people are here' and 'Long live leader Apo.'
Batman MP Ayla Akat Ata said that the exploited and oppressed Kurdish women are now writing history, like the 15 women who became martyrs of freedom. Nebahat Öztekin's mother Saniye Öztekin called on the village guards and emphasized the importance of unity for the Kurds.

Actually, Navi Pillay with her solid experience, is one of the few with some authority left. A whole lot others are already gone..finished
There is enough evidence to bring human rights charges against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad over his crackdown on protesters, UN rights chief Navi Pillay said in comments broadcast Wednesday.
In an interview with the BBC broadcast, Pillay said the president's role as commander of the security forces left him responsible for their actions during the unrest.
The Syrian army's use of heavy weapons against civilians in densely populated areas is a crime under international law, said Pillay.
"Factually there's enough evidence pointing to the fact that many of these acts are committed by the security forces and must have received the approval or the complicity at the highest level," she said.
"President Assad could simply issue an order to stop the killings and the killings would stop...," the UN Human Rights Commissioner Pillay told the BBC.

While Turkey supports Syrian rebels and kills Kurdish rebels and any Kurds in coordination with the Iranian regime under the US Treasury department
While Turkey supports Syrian rebels and kills Kurdish rebels, host the Syrian opposition and generals, goes from "friends of Syria" to the Iranian regime accused of providing the Syrian regime with support and weaponry, with NATO weaponry provided by Turkish army to Iranian soldiers and a regime promoted to power with assets that have made a carrier out of exterminating Iranian students, "Iranian terrorists", dissidents and any ones and Kurds at the borders and inside Iran for over 30 years going on until today.
Turkey provides Iranian soldiers with NATO weaponry, host the Syrian opposition, kill Kurds, mass jail, abuse women and children, violates every human rights law and right to life, jails and kills human rights defenders, politicians and charge BDP executives to 20 years and so on...Turkey shows a VERY, VERY criminal and psychopathic behavior in cooperation and coordination with US, Israel, Iran, Russia, China and the private Enterprise that affects the whole #¤#¤¤¤ region.
These crimes against humanity and peace, exterminations, ethnically cleanings, genocides all over the #¤# region and beyond are orchestrated, coordinated, instigated, organized, calculated, intended and everything the Nazis ever were and have been maintained and going on non stop ever since the Armenian genocide.
US accuses Iran of shipping arms to Syria, Russia accuses US, Israel for using Syria to strike Iran. “Israel’s behavior in the region has been deplorable over the past decades. They consistently had a very aggressive strategy.” http://rt.com/news/iran-syria-weapons-us-154/

“They were chasing us although we were trying to escape. Also in the side streets they cut our way and sprayed gas at us."
Mar 26 2012, A delegation of Swedish politicians and human rights advocates came to Turkey to visit political women prisoners. They attended the Newroz celebrations and criticized the excessive use of violence and tear gas by the police. In an interview with bianet, they also gave their opinion about Turkish politics and the country’s EU accession.
This year’s Newroz celebrations were marked by tear gas and police violence. Even though the dozens of cases of violations during the celebrations were not reported on the Turkish main stream television channels, the encounter of European parliamentarians with tear gas in Turkey made it into the European press. Delegations from Denmark, Italy and Sweden were in Turkey during the Newroz celebrations.
A delegation of eleven women, five members of the Left Party and six women from women’s networks, came from Sweden. They visited women politicians and women organizations in the south-eastern cities of Mardin and Diyarbakır and also attended the Newroz celebrations.
Bianet was able to talk to four members of the delegation in Istanbul before their return to Sweden: Ann-Margarethe Livh from the Swedish Left Party, Head of the Stockholm Equality Commission; UNEFEM Sweden Steering Board Member Marianne Eriksson, former Left Party parliamentarian; Naile Aras from the Left Party and women rights activist Josefin Castillo. “Witnessed such police violence for the first time”
The four women were still under the impression of their experiences in Nusaybin during the Newroz celebrations. All of them said that they witnessed such police violence and extensive use of tear gas for the first time in their lives.
They expressed their anger about the police surrounding those who came to the Newroz celebrations and smothering everybody with tear gas.
Livh said that thousands of people were in the streets, many of whom brought their children and prams. Eriksson stated, “I am 60 years old. I have not seen such police violence since the Vietnam protests and they did not have tear gas back then”.
“They were chasing us although we were trying to escape. Also in the side streets they cut our way and sprayed gas at us. One colleague in our delegation panicked and started crying. We lost each other in that turmoil and we remained as a group of four. A little bit later, a car stopped behind us and saved us. We saved another woman on the way. I have no idea how we were able to fit that many people into one car”.
The women said that they entered the car of a stranger for the very first time in their lives in order to get away from the police. The car owners invited them to their home and served tea to help them calm down.
“We liked the helpfulness and hospitality of the civil people very much. If they treat us like that we will come more often and they might get bored of us” Eriksson laughed. “But we did not like the tear gas at all. We do not want to experience that again”, she continued seriously. Livh added,
“We will bring lemons during our next visit. It was horrible what the police did and the whole world observed it”.
Drawing attention to women in prison
The actual reason for the delegation’s visit to Turkey was the plan to visit women in prison detained for political reasons. Since they were not allowed to make any visits, the delegation issued press releases in front of the prisons in Mardin and Diyarbakır.
“We assumed that we would not be able to meet the women in prison. Several European Union (EU) parliamentarians said that they were trying to meet the imprisoned women but have not achieved any result yet”.
“In fact it is our aim to show solidarity with these women and to show them that they are not being forgotten because we would like it to be that way if we were put in jail”.
Eriksson commented on the trial related to the Union of Kurdish Communities (KCK) saying that “everybody who observes this case compares it to a joke”.
As the delegation they wanted to see the situation with their own eyes, she added.
Livh and Aras have been observing the KCK main trial heard in Diyarbakır for a long time. The imprisoned women are mainly politicians just like them, Livh said. She got to know some of them personally. The Swedish politician drew attention to the fact that many women who were actively working for a non-governmental organization and/or local governments were jailed.
“In my opinion, this is a strategy for the local elections. The AKP (ruling Justice and Development Party) suffered a shock in the last elections. There are almost one hundred BDP (pro-Kurdish Peace and Democracy Party) municipalities. Now the majority of these mayors or municipality employees are in prison. There will be no people left outside prison for candidateship or campaigning until the next election”.
“Especially most of the members of women city assemblies are behind bars. Some assemblies are not functional any more. We even learned that the prisons are cram-full”.
Livh emphasized that women in Turkey were working with all their power without knowing what the next day will bring. “One of them is being arrested every day. Under such pressure it is very impressive to provide help and training to the women and to see that their agencies are being continued. I do not understand how they are doing that”.
“President Erdoğan should go there to learn how to do politics from these women”, Eriksson added. Demonstrating without police violence
“It is a human right to associate and demonstrate or celebrate without being exposed to police violence. As long as you are living in a civilized society, of course…”
Livh argued that the Kurdish question was discussed a lot in the EU but that every country had different interests. “Yet, nobody cares about human rights violations. France and a couple of other countries do not want Turkey in the EU anyways. Turkey is not going to join the EU if these violations will continue but it will sustain its role as a bargaining agent in the Middle East. This serves the interest of many countries”.
Eriksson said that their visit to Turkey was horrible on one hand and positive on the other hand. “Many people in Europe do not understand the attitude of the police in this situation. However, the situation appears more clearly to them when a delegation visits prisons and personally witnesses the behaviour of the police during Newroz”.
“Turkey needs to stop this attitude immediately. There is nothing else to say”, the Swedish delegation concluded.

UN Human Rights Commissioner Navi Pillay: "President Assad could simply issue an order to stop the killings"
Asked if President Assad bore command responsibility for the abuses, she said: "That is the legal situation. Factually there is enough evidence pointing to the fact that many of these acts are committed by the security forces and must have received the approval or the complicity at the highest level.
"They've gone for the children, for whatever purpose, in large numbers," Mrs Pillay said. "It's just horrendous. Children shot in the knees, held together with adults in really inhumane conditions, denied medical treatment for their injuries, either held as hostages or as sources of information."
During her time as a judge in the Rwandan tribunal, Mrs Pillay heard evidence of children being murdered. But she said Syria represented something new in her experience.
"In Rwanda we saw footage of many children's bodies, but not this level of incarceration and torture of children. They're still incarcerated, and that's what really troubles me," she said.
"Why are they detaining children? It seems to be systematic and targeted. What troubles me now is that we don't have access to these children."

The Syrian opposition with generals is to meet in Istanbul while the Syrian regime is applying the same scorched earth policy as US backed Turkey
AFP photo. While Hillary Clinton speaks about "women in war and peace" in the UN body and Syrian opposition is to meet in Istanbul while the Syrian regime is applying the same scorched earth policy as US backed Turkey, Turks are proud to have killed, exterminated 15 more Kurdish women, more Kurds in the US-Vietnam village guard genocidal system with genocidal tactics, one BDP politician, one father and a 11 year old daughter in a village. And the shepherd Abdulselam Tan 23 years old was found hanged in a tree, while the Turkish state raids Kurdish students homes.
And arrested 679 more Kurds in four days at the same time Tuesday’s death toll in Syria has reached 57 more Syrians, including 2 children and 4 women. In Idlib there were 31 more killed whereas 23 of them were executed in the field in Saraqeb, while in Iraq, almost 5,700 civilians were either killed or injured by explosive weapons last year, nearly 100 each month in the capital Baghdad, while the Israeli state has shot 3 brothers in Ramallah and a teen in Hebron, while complete #¤#¤¤ idiots to Turks in the "friends of Syria" country have hacked a human rights web site at the SAME TIME Hillary Clinton speaks about "a "unified vision" that protects the rights of all Syrians" in Istanbul and another Iraqi cop is killed, while Nabih Berri in Lebanon discusses bilateral ties with Chinese delegation!

The Syrian opposition with generals and defectors after a year of a ongoing genocide and crimes against humanity, is to meet in Istanbul while the Syrian regime with army is applying the same scorched earth policy, destroying whole villages, towns and conditions for living, deliberately targeting, extra judicial killings, torture, massacres, calculated, intended, orchestrated genocide and exterminations as the Turkish state have been busy with for decades.
Just as at this very moment being "friends of Syria", while Kurds are killed all over Turkey whether armed or not, whether protesting or just being out with their children, born and buried "inside Turkey´s mobile border integrity" in Turkey´s ongoing systematically ethnically cleanings, genocides, total destruction's and exterminations since the early 19th century, in their own homeland since 7.000 years.
Just like Saddam with US weaponry, like Turkey with US weaponry, backing, aid, training, CIA headquarters, every kind of support have done in a ongoing WIDE SPREAD SYSTEMATICALLY, ORCHESTRATED, INSTIGATED, INTENDED genocide, crimes against humanity and peace affecting, destabilizing, TERRORISING Iraq and the whole #¤#¤¤ region, for decades.

Three Palestinians and an Israeli soldier were wounded when Israeli forces entered a Ramallah village at dawn Tuesday.
Locals told Ma'an that Rashad Theib Shoukha in his twenties, and his brothers Anwar and Akram in their thirties, were all hit by gunshots during the raid. Eyewitnesses said one of the brothers stepped out of his house in Rammun village early Tuesday, unaware that Israeli forces were in the village. The soldiers immediately opened fire on the man, injuring him, they said.
Another brother was injured when he opened the door to check on the man, and the third brother was injured when he arrived on the scene.
One man suffered a gunshot wound to the neck, another in the chest, and a third in the thigh, villagers told Ma'an. Eyewitnesses said forces did not permit a Palestinian ambulance to evacuate the men, and they were taken to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem.
