There is no way in hell any ones will sit silent if the Internationally community and the UN body will not take immediately actions to stop these crimes and if these psychopaths are to get away from being held accountable with investigating themselves. And there is no way in hell any ones can sit on a far, safe distance and speak for people, who ask for the Internationally community for help to stop these massacres!

The Iranian regime, Saddam, Syria and Turkey went "straight to work" in these cooperation's..It´s VERY well documented, on the date actually!

Iran: Halt Execution of Kurdish Activist. Prisoner May Face Imminent Death for ‘Enmity Against God'
Human Rights Watch has documented numerous cases where Iranian security forces used physical and psychological coercion including torture to secure false confessions in security-related cases, and courts have convicted defendants of moharebeh in trials where prosecutors relied primarily if not solely on confessions and failed to provide any convincing evidence establishing the defendant's guilt.
April 30, 2011, The uncertainty surrounding Moarefi's pending execution causes extraordinary hardship and suffering to both him and his family. And we strongly suspect that his conviction was based on an unfair trial. Moarefi may be at imminent risk of execution and we urge the authorities to rescind his death sentence at once.
Joe Stork, deputy Middle East director at Human Rights Watch(New York) - The Iranian Judiciary should immediately halt any planned execution of Sherko (Bahman) Moarefi and rescind his death sentence, Human Rights Watch said today. Human Rights Watch believes that Moarefi, currently being held at Saqez prison in Kurdistan province, may be at imminent risk of execution.
Unconfirmed reports suggest the authorities have set May 1, 2011, as the date for Moarefi's execution, following a death sentence imposed in 2009 for belonging to a banned Kurdish separatist group, but his lawyers have been unable to get official word of the date. On April 28, Moarefi began a hunger strike in Saqez prison in order to protest his "vague and unclear" legal status, according to several Iranian human rights groups.
"The uncertainty surrounding Moarefi's pending execution causes extraordinary hardship and suffering to both him and his family," said Joe Stork, deputy Middle East director at Human Rights Watch. "And we strongly suspect that his conviction was based on an unfair trial. Moarefi may be at imminent risk of execution and we urge the authorities to rescind his death sentence at once."
A Revolutionary Court sentenced Moarefi to death following a closed-door trial on terrorism-related charges in early 2009.
In April Moarefi's lawyers informed Roozonline, a Persian-language media outlet, that the Supreme Court was still reviewing their client's case and rejected reports that an execution date had been set. Later, in a public letter reportedly written by Moarefi from prison and dated April 15, 2011, the detainee wrote that on March 22 authorities at Saqez prison verbally informed him that his execution was scheduled for May 1, 2011.
On April 29, in an interview with the Persian-language Radio Zamaneh, one of Moarefi's lawyers, Ahmad Saeed Sheikhi, said that the Supreme Court had apparently confirmed the death sentence and Moarefi's execution order had been sent to prison authorities for implementation on April 26. He noted, however, that neither he nor his colleague had received any official confirmation from the Judiciary regarding the date and method of their client's execution. Saeed Sheikhi maintained that the execution order should be rescinded because the head of the Judiciary had previously acknowledged that the death sentence had been issued in error.
Authorities arrested Moarefi in October 2008 close to the Iran-Iraq border on suspicion that he was a member of Komala, a leftist Kurdish separatist group branded as a terrorist organization by the Iranian government.
The Revolutionary Court in the Kurdish-majority city of Saqez sentenced Moarefi to death for the "acting against the national security" and moharebeh, or "enmity against God," a term usually applied to persons accused of taking up arms. Moarefi's lawyers maintain that their client was a supporter of Komala but not an active member. They also contend that Moarefi was involved in peaceful dissent at the time of his arrest and Komala had officially renounced armed struggle in the 1990s. They appealed the lower court's ruling both on substantive and procedural grounds.
An appellate court later affirmed the revolutionary court's ruling. In October 2009, a judge in the Kurdish city of Sanandaj ordered the execution of Moarefi and two other Kurdish political prisoners, Ehsan Fattahian and Habibollah Latifi, for the crime of moharebeh. Authorities executed Fattahian on November 11, 2009, allegedly for his involvement with Komala.
Latifi was due to be executed for his involvement with "anti-revolutionary groups" on December 26, 2010, but his sentence was not carried after Human Rights Watch and other human rights organizations launched an international campaign to save his life. However, Latifi remains on death row.
At least 15 other Kurdish political prisoners are known to be on death row awaiting execution on various national security charges including moharebeh.
Under articles 186 and 190-91 of Iran's penal code, anyone found responsible for taking up arms against the state, or belonging to an organization taking up arms against the government, may be considered guilty of moharebeh and sentenced to death.
On January 15, 2011, Iranian rights groups reported that authorities had executed Hossein Khezri following a revolutionary court conviction for moharebeh. State-controlled media announced that day that prison authorities in West Azerbaijan province had hanged a member of the Party for Free Life of Kurdistan (PJAK), an armed Iranian Kurdish group, but did not reveal the person's identity. Mohammad Olyaeifard, Khezri's lawyer, earlier said that Khezri had joined PJAK militants in Iraq when he was younger, but that he had never participated in the group's military wing and that his interrogators tortured him to falsely confess to taking part in a violent attack that happened in 2008.
On May 9, 2010, authorities executed five prisoners, four of them ethnic Kurds charged with having ties to an armed Kurdish group. Authorities failed to notify their lawyers in advance and prevented delivery of the bodies to the families for burial. Human Rights Watch documented numerous trial irregularities in these cases, including credible allegations of torture, forced confessions, and lack of adequate access to a lawyer.
"Given what we know about how Iran's revolutionary courts operate, the government's treatment of Kurdish dissidents, and the vagueness of the charge of moharebeh, there is every reason to believe that Moarefi did not receive a fair trial," Stork said.
Fears surrounding the possibility of Moarefi's imminent execution are heightened by the sharp rise in the rate of executions in Iran since December 2010 - Human Rights Watch and other human rights organizations documented at least 86 executions during the first 45 days of 2011 alone.
According to official sources, Iranian authorities executed least 135 people so far in 2011, but the actual number is believed to be higher. At least two of those executed in 2011 are believed to have been juvenile offenders.
In a report released in March 2011, Amnesty International said that "Iranian officials acknowledged the execution of 252 people, including five women and one juvenile offender in 2010." But the organization reported that it had received "credible reports of more than 300 other executions which were not officially acknowledged."
Human Rights Watch opposes capital punishment in all circumstances because of its irreversible, cruel, and inhumane nature.

Well...Actually, as a starter..
How about separate the US, British, Russia's, Turkey´s, Israel´s and others personal interests what ever they are, from holding people accountable for violations and crimes against humanity, UN declarations, International laws and so on, which those perpetrators that violates and commits crimes against humanity actually use as "justifications", "defence", "counter argument" and so on.
Or these leaders in countries with their personal interests have most probably exercised this "balance act" for decades and maybe giving to week responses, put in system to not give to explicit statements in a pronounced way, even in the UN body and letting whole people suffer in their own self out-staked frames for what is inside or outside these frames so as not to risk being held accountable THEMSELVES for violations and crimes!
ACTUALLY!
Some have not let laws serve humanity, they have used laws serving their own interests for a VERY long time!

US: Afghan ex-pilot opened fire, 488 inmates escape from Afghan prison
WASHINGTON (AFP) - Kabul attack killed senior Air Force officers. The US military on Friday said the casualties of an attack this week at a Kabul training center were mostly Air Force officers with long careers in uniform. The Pentagon released the names and ranks of the eight service members killed Wednesday when an Afghan ex-pilot opened fire after a disagreement.
A civilian contractor, himself reportedly a retired military officer, was also killed in the incident. The dead included four Air Force majors, a lieutenant colonel, two captains and a master sergeant.
A account provides a picture of how at least 488 inmates made their dramatic escape in Kandahar this week. Reporting from Kabul, Afghanistan— The great escape from Sarposa prison began with a knocking beneath the floor.
A 25-year-old Afghan recounted in a telephone interview Wednesday how three inmates at the prison in the southern city of Kandahar were expecting the knock. When it came about 11:30 p.m. Sunday, they knew what to do. They knocked back.
Seventy-five of the 488 who fled were back in custody. The account provided a look at how at least 488 inmates — more than a third of the prison population — made their dramatic escape in what the Taliban has hailed as a major victory. As of Wednesday, 75 of the prisoners had been caught and two killed, Afghan officials said. The Taliban fighter, who asked not to be identified, said he had served 1 1/2 years of a six-year sentence after he was captured during a fight with North Atlantic Treaty Organization forces. He had no hope of escape until a fellow inmate alerted him to the tunnel late Sunday.
The escapee did not disclose where he was hiding or how he got there. But he said he had received help, and not just from the Taliban. "Many people in the city of Kandahar and also from surrounding villages helped us a lot," he said. "People who didn't even know us helped us with transportation and other things we needed."
Apr 26, 2011 (IPS) - Starting in late 2005, U.S. and NATO forces in Afghanistan began turning detainees over to the Afghan National Directorate of Security (NDS), despite its well-known reputation for torture. By the time U.S. and Canadian military commanders began large-unit sweeps in areas where the Taliban had been operating in 2004-2005, the George W. Bush administration had already decided to consider all Afghans in detention as "unlawful combatants".
But most of the Afghans picked up in those sweeps were not Taliban fighters. After U.S. and NATO forces began turning over detainees to the NDS, the intelligence agency's chief Amrullah Saleh told NATO officials that the agency had to release two-thirds of the detainees who had been transferred to it, according to the NATO diplomat.
In an interview with the Ottawa Citizen published May 16, 2007, Canadian Brig. Gen. Jim Ferron, then the intelligence chief for NATO's International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) command in Afghanistan, referred to the intelligence motive for both detention and transferring detainees to NDF.
"The detainees are detained for a reason," said Ferron. "They have information we need." But he complained that much of the information provided by detainees was "not truthful and is aimed at deceiving military forces". Ferron explained that detainees went through "basic questioning" by NATO interrogators about "why they joined the insurgency" and the information was then turned over to NDS.
Ferron said senior NDS officials had assured him that "detainees are treated humanely." But only three weeks earlier, the Toronto Globe and Mail had published a series of investigative articles based on interviews with detainees turned over by the Canadians who had been tortured by NDS.
In February 2008, Amnesty International called on NATO defence ministers to suspend all transfers of detainees from ISAF to Afghan authorities, given the substantial risk of torture and ill- treatment.

The Ahwazi Organization for the Defense of Human Rights reported that 48 people have been killed, and hundreds arrested.
According to information received by the Campaign, violence against peaceful protesters has occurred in Abada, Mohanmareh, Ahwaz, Falhieh, and Hamideh in the southwestern province of Khuzestan. The Arab minority in Ahwaz includes between 8-10 million persons, most of whom follow Sunni Islam.
Protests began on 15 April as a “Day of Rage” to commemorate events in 2005, when numerous Ahwazi Arab protesters were killed and injured by the authorities. Revolutionary Guard units reportedly fired upon protesters in a number of communities, while Internet access, electricity and other services were also curtailed.
Over many years, harsh discrimination against the Ahwazi Arab community has been documented by the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, and the Secretary-General has reported that various thematic human rights rapporteurs have sent communications to the Iranian government concerning unfair trials leading to death sentences, torture, discrimination and abuses of the freedom of expression.
The International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran calls for an immediate end to violations of the rights of Ahwazi Arab Iranian citizens to freedom of assembly and expression, and joins Amnesty International in calling for an independent investigation of the tragic deaths of protesters since 15 April.

Obstruction of justice! Persecuting, prosecuting, committing crimes against a witness of crimes, instead of holding the perpetrators responsible
Antiwar, Jason Ditz,- April 29, 2011, Putting an end to nine months of evaluation, Pfc. Bradley Manning has been ruled fit to stand trial by Army psychiatrists. The military has yet to set any date for hearings related to charges he was responsible for leaking documents to WikiLeaks.
The ruling came as no surprise, although there was some concern about Manning’s deteriorating condition due to his mistreatment at Quantico. The delays were largely related to the psychiatrists having to be cleared to have information on the case.
With the screening out of the way, Manning is also out of Quantico, and appears to be receiving much better treatment at the medium-security facility at Fort Leavenworth. Officials with the new prison say he will have the exact same treatment as everyone else awaiting trial.
If convicted, Manning could face life in prison. It is widely expected that he will be detained for quite some time longer before he actually sees a trial, however. His lawyers have also said it is possible all the charges may have to be dropped against him owing to his mistreatment at Quantico.

Abdullah Ocalan: "An interlocutor for the solution of the Kurdish question is yet to be found."
Speaking to his lawyers last Wednesday Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan stated that an interlocutor for the solution of the Kurdish question is yet to be found. Referring to the Yemen and Tunisia rebellions, Ocalan said to BDP (Peace and Democracy Party), DTK (Democratic society Congress) and Kandil: “You have the sample cases in Yemen, Tunisia. I will not stop you if you are sure of yourselves”.
Ocalan said; “We wanted to wait and see till June 15 to give a chance to the dialogue process but the current events are astonishingly obvious. They must give the decision by themselves."
Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan claimed that Turkey and US made a secret agreement on Kurdish issue.
Speaking to his lawyers Ocalan labelled the latest visit of CIA director to Ankara as the most important development in the last few days. Kurdish leader claimed Turkey and US made a secret agreement on Kurdish issue during CIA director's 5-day visit.
Ocalan said according to the new agreement Turkey will support US politics against Iran and Syria and the alliance between Tehran-Damascus and Ankara is undermined by Washington. And US will support Turkey's politics against Kurds in return.
Ocalan insisted that Turkey is preparing for a large scale operation against Kurdish movement and the Turkish government will possibly push the button after the general elections in June. “They can arrest some deputies and politicians like Leyla Zana's” he said referring to Leyla Zana and her friends arrest in 1990s.
Ocalan also claimed that the decision by the High Election Committee aimed to block the Turkish state's negotiations with him.
He said the AKP's politics aims to destroy the Kurdish movement and underlined the fact that the AKP government has no intention to stop the destructive politics against the Kurdish people.
Ocalan said that Kurdish people will resist against Turkish repression and gave Tunis and Egypt examples that shows the power of people.
Ocalan called Kurdish guerrillas to avoid any clashes with the Turkish army but he said that Kurdish guerrillas must defend themselves if the army attacks.
Speaking about developments in Syria Ocalan said Kurds must be united against Syrian government and take every chance to create a democratic society.
Ocalan added; "The government is trying to purge the BDP and the PKK with political and military operations and to create a new Kurdish party in cooperation with some collaborationist Kurds."
"There exists a deep purge which had in fact started long ago through JITEM (Gendarme Intelligence Service) and continues now within the police academy."
"It is obvious that the negotiations conducted with me here do not have an initiative and cannot get the talks through the AKP. The last situation will become clear till June 15 after a couple of probable negotiations to be made here."
I am calling out to the Turkish public; "we wanted to reach a conclusion through democratic constitutional solution and did all we could but the respond to us comes with political-military operations and purge."

The people's warrior for peace
Independent MP Candidate for Dersim, Ferhat Tunç remarked that the AKP government is trying to destroy the Dersim territory with "crazy projects".
The opening of election liaison Office in Pülümür district of Dersim on Thursday was attended by many people including Labour, Democracy and Freedom Block Dersim Independent Candidate Ferhat Tunç and Mayor of Dersim Edibe Sahin.
Speaking at the opening, Tunc drew attention that two HPG members have lost their lives in the clash in Pülümür.
Tunç said the followings; “Last night we received a sorrowful news that two sons of this people were shot. People are going to lose their lives unless this problem is solved. I have always shouted out for peace on this geography. However, those annoyed by my screams opened numerous cases, arrested, threatened with death; they only haven’t killed yet. And I have also been people’s warrior for peace. And I am proud of that”.
Referring to Prime Minister's "crazy project", Tunç remarked that the AKP government is trying to destroy the Dersim territory with "crazy projects. Tunç said the followings; “The retrogressive mentality of the AKP is continually producing crazy projects in an effort to make the Dersim territory without people. The dams planned to be constructed on Ovacik and Pülümür Valley will be a big genocide of our nature, culture and belief centers.
Already the Prime Minister wants to be a crazy dictator.
Dersim people are a people with dignity and they will not allow that”. Marking that the Dersim massacre was carried out with the signature of the CHP (Republican People’s Party), Tunç called on to CHP party leader Kemal Kılıçdaroglu to apologize to the people of Dersim on behalf of the party.
Dersim Mayor Edibe Sahin said that parents in democratic countries lay their children to rest but the parents in states absent from democracy bury their children in the ground.
Following the opening after speeches, reactions came out when civilian police officers took picture during Tunç’s visit to some storekeepers. While interesting dialogues were made between police and citizens, reactions came when the police officers said “this place is ours”.

Theses crimes are GRAVE, REALLY grave and we know which will be held responsible.

Iraq: Blast in Baladruz leaves 26 casualties
4/28/2011, Aswat al-Iraq: A suicide blast that targeted a Shiite mosque in the district of Baladruz left eight people killed and 18 others wounded on Thursday, a senior security official in Diala said.
“A suicide bomber with an explosive belt strapped to his chest blew himself up inside a Shiite mosque in Baladruz, (45 km) southwest of Baaquba city, killing eight persons and injuring 18 others, “ Muthanna al-Temimi, the chairman of the Diala provincial council’s security committee, told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
"We can never ignore the democratic rights and liberties called for by the people. The AK Party, not only in Turkey but all over the world, has always opposed the status quo and oppression."
In an interview with British newspaper The Guardian, Erdogan said it was "out of the question to shoot at Libyan people or drop bombs on the Libyan people". "Turkey's role will be to withdraw from Libya as soon as possible" and "restore the unity and integrity of the country based on the democratic demands of the people", he said.
The prime minister also said his country could take on the role of mediator within the framework of NATO, the Arab League and the African Union if asked by the two sides of the conflict. "We can never ignore the democratic rights and liberties called for by the people of Libya, and change and transformation can never be delayed or postponed," he told the paper.
"The AK Party, not only in Turkey but all over the world, has always opposed the status quo and oppression, and supported aggrieved peoples without any fear or hesitation," Erdogan said.
The Turkish leader said he had spoken to the Libyan prime minister since international air strikes began, and Turkey's foreign minister was in close touch with the opposition based in the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi. "Gaddafi wants a ceasefire; this came up when I was talking to the prime minister, but it's important for those circumstances to mature. It wouldn't be consistent to keep shooting while demanding a ceasefire," Erdogan said.
Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said improvement of cooperation between Turkey and Iraq was of key importance for the stability and prosperity of the region. "We are aiming to turn Mesopotamia basin into a common stability and prosperity area with the projects we will put into service in fields extending from energy to trade, health to public works and water resources to transportation," Erdogan told reporters at Ankara's Esenboga Airport prior to his departure for Iraq.
Erdogan said State Minister Zafer Caglayan, Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and Energy & Natural Resources Minister Taner Yildiz would accompany him during his 2-day visit to Iraq covering Baghdad, Najaf and Irbil. Prime minister said he would inaugurate Turkey's Consulate General which has been in service since March 2010, branch of Vakifbank in Irbil, and Irbil International Airport constructed by Turkish companies.
Turkey is ramping up communications with Syria amid the ongoing unrest there, with its intelligence chief visiting the neighboring country and its prime minister urging the Syrian leader to move toward reforms. Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that he had talked to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad twice and conveyed Turkey's "sensitivity" on recent events in Syria.
Well..As we said: We got the whole "picture" VERY clear. Actually, as clear as it can be..

Kissinger: "What we in America consider terrorism." That would be under the US Treasury Department while foreign forces cultivate the poppy fields!
CHAK, Kurdocide Watch, -- According to Amnesty International reports, 400 people were executed in 2010. Among those executed there as well women, men, children and adolescents. Executions have increased significantly in recent times because of rebellions against the totalitarian regimes in North Africa and Arab countries. The repression against the civilian population has reached an unacceptable level.
Arrests, torture, rapes, kidnappings and killings have become part of everyday life. Particularly affected is the Kurdish population that has become an easy target for the state. We monitor the evolution of Iran and western Kurdistan with great concern.
Kurds as a people are collectively punished. They are brought to trial on unjust grounds. The trials do not measure up to the requirements of international conventions for what is considered a fair hearing within a reasonable time.
The right to defense, self expression and basic human rights are breached. In addition, many are sentenced and imprisoned on the flimsiest of evidence. According to human rights organizations, there are currently 14 people from a Kurdish background who have sentenced to death and are now awaiting execution on death row.
One of those convicted is 31 year old Sherko Marefî. Marefi dedicated himself and worked tirelessly for the Kurdish people. He has now been imprisoned and has suffered torture. Marefi faced a mere formality of a court, the trial lasting only a few minutes. Immediately after, Marefi was sentenced to death. The execution is due to take place on 1 May 2011.
We as a human rights organization, "Kurdocide Watch CHAK," in response to these injustices hereby strongly request the Swedish foreign minister and the political parties to act and to speak out against executions in Iran. Marefi’s execution must be stopped and he must be released immediately.
The regime in Iran is characterized by systematic and organized efforts by the armed forces against the Kurdish people. They will stop at nothing, it seems, and carry out all manner of violence and oppression. Random and unlawful arrests continue in the region. Harsh punishments in rigged courts always follow the arrests.
The United Nations and the European Union must ensure that such events are uncovered and they must act against both the physical and mental, inhumane and tragic oppression against the Kurdish population in Eastern Kurdistan (Iran). Democratic countries, international human rights organizations and the public should respond to Iran's crude methods against the Kurds. All executions in Iran, including Marefi’s must be stopped. It is time to take action to end the oppression of the Kurdish people and create a serious dialogue.
We as an organization for human rights “CHAK Kurdocide Watch” are ready and prepared to partner with you. Together we can find solutions on how best to eliminate the oppression that exists today in Iran.

Executions in Iran are increasing. The repressions against the Kurds have reached an unacceptable level! Arrests, torture, rapes, kidnappings and killings have become part of everyday life.
Kurdocide Watch CHAK set by reason of the above requirements of the foreign ministers of EU countries and the political groups in the EU to act and to speak out against executions in Iran! Sherkos execution must be stopped!
Time to raise voices against executions in Iran!
Demand that the United Nations start acting in support of the rights of Iranian people!

Mrs Assad considered the experience of children parliament as a "positive step" to deepen the dialogue culture, and accept the other " it is a step to help them understand the different world that is not enlisted under black or white."
She noted this experience will boost the feeling of responsibility to children by making them acquainted with their rights guaranteed by law and duties in return.
The children's parliament held its second session in northeast Syrian city of Deir Ezzour, in framework of the second cultural week for child under the title " we are worthy of the homeland".
The event was attended by 60 children from the governorate and distributed over 6 committees to talk about various topics mainly child and education, child and health, child and environment, child and violence, and children's employment as well how to protect children during war.

Syria: Friday of Rage
29 April 2011, Bashar al-Assad is the President of Syria with full power, arising from the Constitution. His brother, Maher al-Assad is portrayed on the media as being a dangerous bully and there are suggestions that Bashar al-Assad is not in control of the situation in Syria. We consider this to be a dangerous distraction – he has the power and he exercises it, ruthlessly. He is accountable for what happens in Syria.
A relaxed Maher al-Assad has been video’ed taking pictures of body parts in Sednaya Prison, and he heads up the army’s Fourth Division that has been in the news recently in relation to their assault on the people of Daraa.
NOW Lebanon-local time,11.41 Intermittent gunfire is still being heard in Daraa. Security forces are warning residents not to go to Friday prayer and are stopping some of the mosques they control from sounding the call to prayer.
Snipers are posted on the roofs of buildings and mosques and are shooting at anything that moves in Daraa. Electricity, phone service, and water are still cut.
Sheikhs in Homs who support the revolution have been placed under house arrest to prevent them from delivering their Friday sermons. The youth are at the peak of anger over these provocative measures and are determined to demonstrate.

"Petraeus would helm an increasingly militarized CIA."
JUST like the Nazis in fact! And now some will claim "a increasingly militarized CIA" and NATO is to protect civilians like in Libya, that are protesters turned to "rebels" turned to civil war, turned to war and for security for man kind world wide?
While promoting the "Turkish example" with it´s senior general in NATO that refuse ceasefires and solutions and kills "rebels" since over 30 years and simultaneously as the "Turkish example" speaks ceasefires and have contact with "both sides" in Libya which Turkey will have a lot to do to rebuild..as NATO protect "rebels."
As we said: There are some REAL Idiots and psychopaths wreaking havoc in the most gross crimes and genocides that were started decades ago and now just a continuing to "finish off", similar to the Nazis, all over this planet since the Bilderberg meeting in Istanbul in 2007..These psychopaths and criminals will be hated and despised for generations to come.

Homes of 14 Kurdish families demolished in Izmir
28 April 2011, Nail Karayel reporting for BİA News Center wrote that the homes of 14 Kurdish families in the village of Ovacık (Izmir) were knocked down by the municipality of Çeşme. The alleged reason: the houses were "located on agricultural land".
The rubbles of the houses were set on fire after the demolition. The families went to the Çeşme Municipality building after the incident and broke the windows of the building. After the police had intervened, the families went back to their destroyed houses. Çeşme is a district of Izmir, a major city on the Aegean coast in western Turkey.
In a statement made to bianet, the Izmir Co-Chair of the Peace and Democracy Party (BDP), Mukaddes Kubilay, assessed the municipality's application as an attack aimed at the Kurdish families. He underlined that the municipality did not touch the houses of other families in the same location without Kurdish ethnic origins.
Kubilay said that the families were left homeless. The BDP criticized the application directed by Mayor Faik Tütüncüoğlu, a retired colonel, and sent a delegation to the scene of the incident.
As reported by the DİHA News Agency, Erdal Savcı, MP Candidate of the Labour, Freedom and Democracy Block for the 2nd region of Izmir, issued an announcement on behalf of the BDP delegation while they were still investigating the scene. He said that the houses were set on fire after they had been demolished. Savcı declared that they felt compelled to respond to the situation.
"These people immigrated to this place to live with the people from the Aegean because their homes in Yöre had been burnt down. Yet, the Mayor of Çeşme with his military roots had about twenty houses knocked down but did not touch the houses of people from other regions. For us, this is an indicator for the fascist feelings of the mayor".
ANF / IZMIR
And some will still claim there is no agenda with all the crimes going on against humanity, right to life, crimes against peace, exterminations and genocides all over the region and beyond, that actually have been going on for decades and now as a "finish off"?
While NATO saves Libyans form massacre while they are massacred in the masses, like every one are at the new Schengen Middle East borders, Afghans, Iraqis, Kurds, Baloch and promotes the "Turkish example" of crimes against humanity as NATO, The US, Britain have done for decades and not a ¤¤¤¤ word about the supported, aided and administrated subventioned genocide against the Baloch with the Gwadar port in the making.
And the Israeli state that has burned down agricultural land all over Palestinians territories in the most wanton destruction, simultaneously as the Iranian regime under sanctions cooperates in "war against terrorism" under the US Treasury department and together with the US "Turkish example" burnt down and destroyed whole #¤¤¤ Kurdistan..
We assume after the Israeli state has burnt down and destroyed agricultural land all over the land they need some agricultural land in Kurdistan which Kurds are committed genocide on and exterminated for decades, aided, instigated, orchestrated, intended and administrated by Turkey, the US administrations, Britain, Germany, in cooperation's with the Iranian regime since it was promoted to power in 1979, to serve in the genocidal war-fare ever since, while banks are opened up. JUST like the Nazis in fact.

So where did Assad and Gaddafi go from speaking with Hamas to massacre people and youths on the streets and a full fledged genocide on Libyans?
03 march, 2011 LIBYA / SYRIA Syrian mercenaries on standby for Libya. A long-standing ally of Tripoli, Damascus has Syrian pilots ready to take part in Libyan bombing raids, should Gaddhafi declare full-scale war on the country’s growing opposition.
According to information obtained by Intelligence Online in Damascus, Colonel Muammar Gaddhafi and President Bashar al-Assad spoke on the phone last week. During the conversation, the Libyan leader asked if Syrian officers and technicians currently training the Libyan air force could be put at Tripoli's disposal.
A number of Libyan pilots have defected, some of them along with their aircraft, robbing the Libyan regime of their savoir faire at a critical time for Gaddhafi.
The European Union and the U.S have recently made contingency plans for imposing a no-fly zone over Libya, to prevent bombing raids by the Libyan Air Force. But Russia and Turkey oppose the move, and no final decisions have yet been taken.
On February 23, President Assad told General Isam Hallaq, the commander in chief of the Syrian air force, to instruct the pilots and technicians in Tripoli to help the Libyan regime, should Gaddhafi decide to bombard dissident regions.
The Syrian soldiers in Libya are part of a mission established in 1984 following the signature of a military agreement between Gaddhafi and Syria’s long-time ruler Hafez al-Assad, in the presence of General Soubhi Haddad, who was the commander in chief of the air force at the time.
Both air forces are equipped with Russian materiel and have had long-standing close links with Moscow.
In exchange for Syria’s help, Libya committed to helping the Syrian state financially and covering the cost of certain operations carried out by the Syrian intelligence services.
Libyan money helped Hafez al-Assad bribe his brother Rifaat, the author of an attempted coup d’etat in 1983, to leave the country and go into exile in Spain and France, where he has remained ever since.
On Gaddafi's request Damascus has also sent a second team of pilots and technicians to Tripoli. These are lower-ranking officers loyal to the regime who are specialized in flying helicopters. Before their departure for Tripoli on Feburary 23, they met with General Allaq and General Jamil Hasan, head of the air force's intelligence service.

April 28, 2011, At least 50 people were killed in Deraa since Monday, snipers continue to shoot everything that moves. Member of Syria parliament on Daraa tried to access city. Army check point opened live bullets. Returned back to Damascus
Sources of Al Jazeera say at least 50 people have been killed there since Monday. People are not able to move outside their homes as snipers shoot everything that moves.
Residents of Deraa do not have electricity, water or medicine. The main hospital of the town has been taken by security forces, our sources say.
Only a few officers and soldiers have refused to shoot at civilians and defended them. Reports that whole section of the army have split up are incorrect, according to our sources. They are individual cases, around 20 officers who came between the people and security forces to defend the people.
Residents still have food but started to lack bread and milk for young children. At least one person in Deraa died as he was unable to get dialysis for his kidneys as they are not allowed in hospitals.
Amnesty International calls on the Syrian authorities to allow observers from the organisation to visit the country.
In an interview with Al Jazeera, Neil Sammonds, a researcher on Syria for Amnesty International, pointed out that thugs are working as a paramilitary organisation working for the state, ruling out that protesters are carrying out violence as Syrian security forces are taking control.

Al Arabiya: Libyan interim council: three Israeli boats transfer a cargo of arms to a ship belonging to Colonel Qaddafi
The Libyan interim council has said that three Israeli boats have left the port of Ashdod toward Malta to transfer a cargo of arms to a ship belonging to Colonel Qaddafi.
The council said 20 T92 tanks would be transferred from Algeria within 24 hours.
The special UN envoy for Libya, Abdul Ilah al-Khatib, meanwhile, held talks in Turkey on Thursday ahead of a trip to Benghazi, officials said.
Mr. Khatib and Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu of Turkey discussed “the gravity of the situation” in the conflict-torn North African country of 5.5 million people, a Turkish diplomat told AFP. “They focused especially on humanitarian aid and the envoy expressed appreciation for Turkey's efforts in this realm,” he added.
Chiefs or representatives of 61 tribes from across the North African country of 5.5 million people called for an end to Mr. Qaddafi’s four-decade rule, in a joint statement released Wednesday by French writer Bernard-Henri Levy.

Afghan MP Unveils Western Forces’ Involvement in Drug Trafficking
Heroine-production labs in Helmand, which did not exist before the US-led war in Afghanistan, are now plentiful and work overtly. An Afghan lawmaker disclosed on Monday that the foreign forces deployed in Afghanistan are involved in the production and trafficking of illicit drugs in the country, adding that the British troops have even trained a number of experts for opium cultivation.
"As long as foreign forces are present in Afghanistan, the cultivation, production and trafficking of drugs will continue in the country," Nasimeh Niazi told FNA. She also reiterated that Helmand province in southwestern Afghanistan has been transformed into a profitable center for foreign states to earn an expense fund for their deployment in the country.
Heroine-production labs in Helmand, which did not exist before the US-led war in Afghanistan, are now plentiful and work overtly, Niazi added. Pointing to her recent trip to the Helmand province, she said during the trip foreign forces pretended that they were destroying opium poppy farms, but "I realized that they, in fact, destroyed some small farms whose owners were poor farmers who didn't have power and armed forces had planted one or two hectares of opium poppy" to make a living.
"But those farms where poppies had been planted on several hectares of land and their owners had colluded with the foreign forces and the government were never destroyed," Niazi disclosed.
While Afghanistan produced only 185 tons of opium per year under the Taliban, according to UN statistics, since the US-led invasion, drug production has surged to 3,400 tons annually.
In 2007, the opium trade reached an estimated all-time production high of 8,200 tons. Afghan and Western officials blame Washington and NATO for the change, saying the allies have "overlooked" the drug problem for nine years since they invaded the country.

Actually, the US, IMF aided and supported Pakistani state is engaged in a full fledged genocide together with the Iranian regime and have been so for decades, while British leaders have bilateral meetings with Pakistani leaders. The Pakistani state and the Iranian regime have been and are engaged in genocide on a whole people.
While the US administrations have supported the Pakistani state economically and military for decades, the Pakistani leaders are engaged in genocide on the Baloch people. Just as the Pashstuns in the tribal belt which are targeted, killed, massacred from "ALL sides" in a ongoing ethnically cleansing and genocide!
In fact, It´s the same with the Sri Lankan state, Turkey and over all. The US, the World Bank etc.. and IMF are engaged in subventioned genocides.

Daraa: "security forces breaking into homes and making arrests. Streets littered with dead bodies"
(CNN) -- Syrian tanks and security forces swooped down hard Thursday on the restive city of Daraa, witnesses said. Helicopters hovered overhead as security forces fanned out across the besieged city, breaking into homes and making arrests. Streets were littered with dead bodies and dwellings are bereft of water and electricity.
Heavy firing could be heard Thursday and smoke was seen rising from homes, mosques and schools. Hundreds of snipers were stationed on the roofs of several buildings and security forces are shelling the city with mortars and anti-aircraft weapons, an eyewitness said. Another witness said security forces making mass arrests detained a large number of young men.
A resident said injured people are in danger of dying because people are too scared to leave the shelter of their homes with the city under siege by security forces. Residents have not had electricity, children's milk or medicine for the last four days, said the witness.

Alarabiya: More Misrata protesters killed as UN’s new Libya envoy visits Turkey
Libyan protesters fought to take Misrata’s airport on Thursday after pushing back forces from the city’s lifeline seaport as the country’s tribes urged the veteran leader to quit.
Seven opposition fighters in Misrata were killed overnight when forces hit their checkpoint with artillery fire and rockets, a local doctor said.“Fifteen of our protesters at a checkpoint near the front line have been attacked by troops with heavy artillery."
Forces loyal to Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi regained control over a western rebel outpost on the Tunisian border on Thursday, with fighting spilling onto Tunisian territory, witnesses said. Colonel Qaddafi’s forces also seized the southeastern city of al-Kufrah on Thursday.
“Sixty 4WD cars loaded with about 250 fighters of Qaddafi forces arrived to Al-Kufrah,” a rebel fighter told Agence-France Presse. He said there were “no casualties” as rebels withdrew after “putting up a light resistance,” adding that the Qaddafi forces were “now in control of three quarters of the city.”
