As we said: Turksih leaders are busy nowadays..
Speaking to Gaddafis about case fires while Libyans are massacred and at the same time refusing ceasefires with Kurds and speaking with the opposition in Benghazi. Speaking to Aljazeera about democratic Rights and protecting civilians at the same time as denying Kurds the same right, jailing, abusing and bombing Kurds and Libyans are committed genocide on. Going shuffle traffic from Tripoli to consulates and banks in Erbil, while Afghans, Baloch, Kurds and Iranians are jailed and hanged in the masses Iran. And to Turkish constructions Iraq, which Turkey will have a lot to do in Libya as well. While the Syrian state is massacring youngsters simultaneously as the Israeli state commits crimes against Palestinians and Iraqi civilians are killed with sticky bombs for the 8th year in row..And civilians are killed in the masses with British sniper rifles from Libya to the streets of Iran..etc..etc..
Actually, it´s no wonder Turkish leaders were among the first to congratulate the Sri Lankan state to the Tamil genocide..which people have been bombed with Israeli jets since 1982.

March 28: Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has signalled that his country is ready to become a mediator to help attain an early ceasefire in Libya over fears that the country could turn into a "second Iraq" or "another Afghanistan". The prime minister also said his country could take on the role of mediator within the framework of NATO, the Arab League and the African Union if asked by the two sides of the conflict. "We can never ignore the democratic rights and liberties called for by the people of Libya, and change and transformation can never be delayed or postponed," he said.
The Turkish leader said he had spoken to the Libyan prime minister since international air strikes began, and Turkey's foreign minister was in close touch with the opposition based in the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi. "Gaddafi wants a ceasefire; this came up when I was talking to the prime minister, but it's important for those circumstances to mature. It wouldn't be consistent to keep shooting while demanding a ceasefire," Erdogan said.
"The AK Party, not only in Turkey but all over the world, has always opposed the status quo and oppression, and supported aggrieved peoples without any fear or hesitation," Erdogan said.
Turkey's State Minister & Deputy Prime Minister Cemil Cicek said the United Nations (UN) should carry out its resolution regarding Libya on a certain legal discipline, and its best way seemed to be NATO. "Since decisions are made by a compromise in NATO, an action plan or a decision --which is not adopted by Turkey or to which Turkey does not consent or contribute-- cannot be adopted," Cicek told a televised interview. Cicek said Turkey was the only country that had contact with both Libyan leader Muammar al-Qadhafi and opposition, and it was the only country that had representation in both Benghazi and Tripoli. "So, everybody has to see Turkey's power," he said.
"Turkey is Europe's BRIC," as Prime Minister Cameron said when he was here last July, as well as stating "the U.K.' s ambitions to grow our commercial relationship - what we see is doubling the value of our trade within five years."
"The recent events in North Africa and the Middle East have demonstrated to all the need of every country to respond to the political and economic aspirations of their people; the natural human right desire for freedom and democracy and fundamental human rights is universal."
"Turkey is a NATO ally, member of the OSCE and Council of Europe, recent U.N. Security Council member, an important trade and energy partner, and has significant cultural and diaspora links to Europe. It is playing a vital role in North Africa and the Middle East as events unfold there, one that we greatly appreciate and is another example of the model role Turkey can play in this fast changing scene."
"Britain's commercial interest in Turkey's energy sector is strong, and we will continue to encourage investment. Energy is included in our new strategic partnership that was signed by both prime ministers here last July. The U.K. values its joint work with Turkey on energy and work together through the annual U.K. - Turkey Energy Dialogue, which I have already mentioned Energy Minister and I will attend next week in London. Not just for us in Europe, in Turkey but also in Asia and Africa."

Leaders in Britain, the US-Jewish administration, Treasury department, Israeli leaders etc.. are believing they will promote the Turkish leaders further through this globe through NATO and the global genocidal steamroller in constant most gross crimes against peace and humanity in ongoing instigated genocides, for decades, while "protecting civilians" in the Libyan genocide and the Libyans rights to life and democracy and freedom, while protecting Libyans and bombs Kurds at the same time, are they..

Erdogan told The Guardian that "we will take steps to do that" within the framework of NATO, the Arab League and the African Union. "We can never ignore the democratic rights and liberties called for by the people of Libya, and change and transformation can never be delayed or postponed," he added.
Turkey has as a force to help the resolution, which is in line with the UN resolution protecting the population, stop the bloodshed first and then help some kind of a political settlement toward democratic change in Libya," said Lellouche on March 25 answering questions from Today's Zaman following his address at the Galatasaray University in Istanbul.
The AK Party, not only in Turkey but all over the world, has always opposed the status quo and oppression, and supported aggrieved peoples without any fear or hesitation," Erdogan said.
March 30: Hours after Erdogan meets with Massoud Barzani, the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government and officially opened Erbil airport Turkish war planes started bombing the Qandil Mountains and areas in Sirnak. The PKK are the National Liberation Movement of the Kurds in Turkey and enjoy massive and popular support. If you attack them you are attacking the Kurds in Turkey!
This is the first military strikes targetting the Kurdish Freedom Fighters that has taken place this year and there had been hope that the Turkish side were holding back in the hope of peace talks and a negotiated settlement to The Kurdish Question in Turkey.
But it seems that Prime Minister Erdogan is losing his psychological war and now has reverted to full scale military attacks on the Kurds again. This coupled with reports from HPG intelligence sources that the Turkish army seem to be positioning themselves for an all out military attack are worisome to say the least.
12 activists, including the chair of the branch in Kiziltepe were taken into custody today after Turkish police came into the 'Democratic Autonomy Tents, that the Kurdish party, BDP have erected. In the towns of Nusaybin and Cizre the Turkish police and army have responded to the protests with naked aggression.
Assad and Erdogan are in close cooperation on a daily basis. All this under the silence of the international media and community!
Already marchers have left from different points around Turkey and Kurdistan to meet up at Amara on 4th April, the town and date of birth of the Kurdish leader, Abdullah Ocalan.
"I wonder to myself what the Kurdish people have learnt from this experiment in non violent civil disobedience? The way of Martin Luther King. Maybe, soon, many will be thinking that Malcolm X had it right with the phrase, "Self Defence is No Offence!" That day may be coming soon!"

Prisoners handcuffed and left to die
Hussam Matar, found 80 young male prisoners left to die by government troops who had fled Ajdabiya the previous night. "I was shocked. I couldn't believe what I saw," he said. "I couldn't believe what the regime does to its own people."
Fifteen of the prisoners were locked inside a tiny, windowless room. The rest were in a back corner of the building. All were bound hand and foot with plastic. They said they had had nothing to eat or drink for three days. Amnesty International published a report yesterday citing 30 cases of fighters being abducted by government troops, but said that these were only a small proportion of the total number over the past few weeks.

Turkey, Britain, Libya- a impending humanitarian disaster, Europe, Iraq, the US, NATO, Caspian gas Part 1
"Turkey will do a lot in the future when Libya will be reconstructed."
"We are extremely grateful that Turkey has agreed to represent the U.K.' s interests in Libya whilst our Embassy in Tripoli has suspended its operations. At a time of such momentous change in the surrounding neighborhood, it is impossible not to remark on the central role that Turkey can provide as an example of an Islamic country working within a democratic framework."
"Turkey's potential is vast: The OECD predicts that Turkey will overtake India as the second fastest growing economy by 2017 and will be the second-largest economy in Europe by 2050. With her good demographics, entrepreneurial spirit and increasing openness to international partnerships and investment, Turkey is Europe's BRIC," as Prime Minister Cameron said when he was here last July, as well as stating "the U.K.' s ambitions to grow our commercial relationship - what we see is doubling the value of our trade within five years."
Turkey occupies a key position as not only a hub, but also indeed a central player in ensuring the energy security of the whole of the EU. That will matter to all of us. Turkey will be the transit route for the proposed southern energy corridor, bringing new Caspian gas, and potentially Iraqi gas, to the EU while Turkey will gain transit revenue and improve its own security of supply. The reward will be great: a settlement will bring enormous economic and security benefits not only to everyone on the island, but also to Turkey, the rest of the EU and the whole eastern Mediterranean region.
Turkish leaders initially expressed opposition to foreign military intervention, particularly an intervention by NATO in Libya, arguing that military solutions would not help Libya solve its problems. In an effort to dissuade a vote by the Security Council, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan had on Mar. 14 said that "Any NATO military operation in Libya would be unhelpful and fraught with risk," a stance he continued to take in subsequent speeches, calling for an immediate cease-fire in Libya and saying he opposed foreign military intervention, including a no-fly zone operation.
Turkey, which has the second largest armed forces within NATO, had earlier described the idea of NATO intervention as "nonsense". It has now agreed to participate in a non-combat role in the wake of the UN security resolutions and Arab League appeal. The Turkish Grand General Assembly voted in a closed-door session in favour of the country's military participation in NATO's plans to implement United Nations Security Council Resolution 1973, which calls for the establishment of a no-fly zone over Libya, and other measures aiming at restraining the activities of Muammar Gaddafi's forces fighting anti-government rebels in the country.
"We have been opposed to any unilateral action and we could never accept appeals such as that by the French minister for a new crusade," the paper quoted Erdogan, as saying. "Turkey's role will be to withdraw from Libya as soon as possible" and "restore the unity and integrity of the country based on the democratic demands of the people", he added.
Mr Erdogan swiftly opposed any foreign intervention, but later Turkey has supported the call for a no-fly zone. The Security Council passed Resolution 1973 on Mar. 17 with 10 votes in favor and 5 abstentions (Brazil, China, Germany, India, and Russia) in a 55-minute session. Turkey declared that it would provide four frigates, one submarine and an extra warship to help enforce the no-fly zone and prevent the flow of weapons to Libya.
Only a day before the strike on March 19, Turkish Foreign Minister met with Nasser al-Mani, a member of the interim administration formed in Benghazi after the popular uprising against Gaddafi. On March 17, the day when the UN Security Council adopted the resolution imposing a no-fly zone over Libya and measures to protect civilians from Gaddafi's forces, Turkey hosted representatives of the National Council, while holding intense negotiations with both of the parties in Libya. Senior administration officials said the agreement came in a four-way telephone call with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the foreign ministers of Britain, France and Turkey.
France, which launched the air campaign with Britain and the United States on March 19, says NATO should play a technical role by providing its command structure for the operation, while an ad hoc steering group of coalition members, including the Arab League, exercises political control. Turkey has pressed for broad-based participation in the Libya mission - including the Arab League, the African Union and the Organization of the Islamic Conference - to secure a peaceful transition in Libya and meet the legitimate needs of the Libyan people, Erdogan said.
If the two sides in the conflict ask Turkey to take on the role of mediator, Erdogan told The Guardian that "we will take steps to do that" within the framework of NATO, the Arab League and the African Union. "We can never ignore the democratic rights and liberties called for by the people of Libya, and change and transformation can never be delayed or postponed," he added.
Turkey was among the countries invited to a conference on Libya in London on Tuesday to be attended by the foreign ministers of 35 countries, including U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and France's Alain Juppe. Erdogan said he had spoken to the Libyan prime minister since international air strikes began in Libya, and Turkey's foreign minister was in close touch with the opposition based in the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi.
In recent years, Turkey has set lofty goals for its foreign policy, especially in the Middle East, where Ankara has sought to establish itself as a mediator, promoter of democratic values and even a restorer of regional "dignity." Speaking recently to an annual gathering of his diplomatic corps, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu laid out a vision that portrayed Turkey as "the frontrunner on the list of wise countries in the international community."
In an interview with British newspaper The Guardian, Erdogan said, "Turkey's role will be to withdraw from Libya as soon as possible" and "restore the unity and integrity of the country based on the democratic demands of the people."
"Turkey has an impressive leadership, a great deal of economic growth and very active diplomacy. It's all good. I'd like them to use the weight Turkey has as a force to help the resolution, which is in line with the UN resolution protecting the population, stop the bloodshed first and then help some kind of a political settlement toward democratic change in Libya," said Lellouche on March 25 answering questions from Today's Zaman following his address at the Galatasaray University in Istanbul.
"I hope the Turkish government will help us and the rest of the international community because they have a very strong influence in Libya: They have a strong presence; they have done a lot in Libya; and they will do a lot in the future when the country will be reconstructed."
Turkey will take over the running of the airport in Libya's rebel bastion of Benghazi to facilitate the distribution of humanitarian aid, says Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Turkey would take control of the airport in order to coordinate humanitarian assistance to the crisis-hit North African country as part of the multinational task force now under NATO command.
"The AK Party, not only in Turkey but all over the world, has always opposed the status quo and oppression, and supported aggrieved peoples without any fear or hesitation," Erdogan said.
In the case of Libya, Turkey's considerations appeared to be heavily influenced by its deep economic interests there, particularly in the construction field, where it had won some $15.5 billion in tenders over the past five years, as well as by the presence of more than 25,000 Turkish workers who needed to be hastily evacuated.
NATO took full command of military operations in Libya from a US-led coalition on Sunday, after days of tense negotiations about the alliance's role in enforcing a UN resolution to protect civilians in the conflict. Some suggested at the time that Turkey made "a grand miscalculation" by not swiftly agreeing to proposals for economic sanctions and any type of military intervention by the international community against Muammar Gaddafi and his supporters, while others recently argued that Turkey was the main reason behind NATO's extended failure to agree to take over the command of the military operation Odyssey Dawn from the United States.
Recalling that Ankara has consistently cautioned that "the equation which needs to be solved in Libya has multiple variables," a senior Turkish diplomat told Sunday's Zaman earlier this week that there is still a vital need to thoroughly assess the situation in Libya and the response to be given by the international community.
NATO, which is now planning to take control of all United Nations-mandated military operations against Libya, completely replacing the United States-led coalition that has carried out airstrikes so far, will use its base in the Turkish city of Izmir to oversee its aerial mission as part of the operation. As NATO moves closer to taking the lead for the entire operation, Turkey wants to be able to use its NATO veto to limit the alliance's operations against the country's infrastructure and avoid casualties among Muslim civilians that it fears could be the result of bombing raids.
Turkey's initial position and its hard bargaining within NATO before finally agreeing to let the alliance take over military operations in Libya could reinforce a gathering impression that Ankara is acting as a spoiler and outlier within the organization. While seeking to stop attacks on civilians, Turkey has also been in touch with opposition groups in Benghazi and met their representatives in Ankara. It should also be noted that Turkey has been sending humanitarian aid to Benghazi from the day we started evacuating our citizens and the citizens of about 50 other countries upon their request.
A senior Turkish official says Ankara has set up a range of surgical programs to treat hundreds of people wounded in the turmoil in Libya. In an interview with Hurriyet newspaper on Saturday, Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Cemil Cicek said a ship will set sail to the North African country to aid some 450 people injured in Libya's violence and bring them to Turkey. A ferry with ambulances and medical equipment on board will sail soon to the north African country to bring to Turkey about 450 wounded people, deputy prime minister Cemil Cicek told the mass-circulation Hurriyet newspaper.
The prime minister also noted that Syria is working on reforms, including lifting emergency rule and restrictions on political parties. Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davuto'lu also spoke to his Syrian counterpart following Erdogan's phone conversation with al-Assad, telling Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Mouallem that Turkey was ready to contribute to the reform process, diplomatic sources said.
Erdogan, who is also accompanied by Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, will also travel to Iraq's northern autonomous Kurdish region. "Turkey has been pursuing an open and sincere foreign policy towards Iraq in the past 8 years. We tried to give the support that would ease the pains of our Iraqi brothers," he said. Erdogan said support of Turkish government would continue to Iraqi government which has come to power at a historical time when Iraq re-gained its sovereignty and integrated with the international society.
Referring to his visit to Iraq on October 15, 2009, Erdogan said High Level Strategic Cooperation Council meeting had taken place and this was the start of a new period in relations between Turkey and Iraq.

Reality is..
..that after 3 days without food, medical supplies, baby milk, water..etc.. people are starting to starving and infants and elderly are actually in great risk.
It seems to be a habit for some criminals in parts of this world to have people under siege while committing mass killings and massacres...Doesn´t it..
Yeah..So very constructive.. http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=103161229767633

Some playing cards and other small items were all that Mahmoud Jalal al-Hilu, 10, left behind when he was killed by an Israeli tank shell on 22 March as he played near his home in the Shujaiya neighborhood east of Gaza City.
"As I was heading to the mosque for afternoon prayers, Mahmoud was just coming back from school, and said, 'Dad, classes are canceled today because there was Israeli shelling,'" Abu Hamad al-Hilu, 48, told The Electronic Intifada as he received visitors who had come to offer condolences on the death of his son.

Call from from Jado city close to Zintan city. Ghaddafi’s forces confiscating goods, destroying medical supplies, shortage in baby’s milk
English: I am speaking to you from Jado city in western Libya, close to Zintan city. We are one of the Liberated cities in Nofoosa mountain west of Libya. I would like to send this message out to everyone : That Ghaddafi’s forces are besieging the mountain from the east, south and north at the bottom of the mountain, and we are experiencing shortage in baby’s milk, since they are confiscating the goods and keeping them. They are even destroying the medical supplies, those murderers. We call upon the Alliance forces to target these forces so that we’d have the liberty of movement.

Amnesty International: appalling repression of the Kurdish minority in Iran
Amnesty pointed out the appalling repression of the Kurdish minority in Iran. At the end of 2010, at least 17 members of Iran’s Kurdish minority, including one woman – Zeynab Jalalian - were on death row following their conviction for alleged political offences.
All were convicted after unfair trials for moharebeh for membership in banned Kurdish opposition groups. Some were reported to have been tortured in detention and to have been denied access to a lawyer. One of them, Hossein Khezri, was feared to have been executed on 15 January 2011, while the execution of another, Habibollah Latifi, scheduled for 26 December 2010, was postponed after international and domestic appeals.

Deaths in Afghan suicide blast: At least 20 people killed and some 50 wounded
Australian Fascists are fighting in Afghanistan
The Sydney Morning Herald, 23 March, A NEO-NAZI organiser from Victoria has been working as a private military contractor in Afghanistan, mocking locals and holding secret ceremonies commemorating the deaths of German soldiers in World War II.
Kenneth Stewart, 36, has worked as a military-trained paramedic, accompanying aid workers around Afghanistan. His Facebook page shows a swastika flag in his room in Kandahar, and another picture shows him surrounded by Afghans he refers to as ''my nignogs'' with a friend adding the comment ''it's lovely to see a white man back in control of the subhuman''.
On Stewart's Facebook page he regularly makes disparaging comments about Afghans, Aborigines, Jews and others. He has worked as a medic for several aid groups based in Kandahar, including the United Nations Development Program.
In Melbourne, he helps recruit white supremacists to the local branch of the Southern Cross Hammerskins, an international neo-Nazi group. He described himself on one internet forum as a ''skinhead, mercenary, pork-eating viking; not bad just misunderstood''.
Anti-facist groups in the US say there are growing numbers of neo-Nazis working in the expanding private military sector, and that the Hammerskins are considered to be among the best organised and most violent neo-Nazi groups in America.
The beliefs and photos posted by Mr Stewart have been condemned by the United Nations and the contractor who hired him on their behalf. Spokesman Brian Hansford said the UN was ''horrified by these … disturbing images''. On Armistice Day last year, Mr Stewart posted on a white supremacist website that he and his colleagues in Kandahar had a service commemorating World War II soldiers, including Germans and Italians ''that did what they thought was right regardless of which side they were on''..

Dr Nagi Idris is from the Libya Global Relief - one of the aid organisations trying to deliver medical supplies into Misurata. He spoke to Connie Agius a short time ago. (AFP)-27 March 2011,WASHINGTON - The United States opposes regime change in Libya because past experience has shown it is “very complicated,” US Secretary of Defense Robert Gates told ABC television on Sunday. “As we’ve seen in the past, regime change is a very complicated business, sometimes it takes a long time, sometimes it can happen very fast. But it was never part of the military mission (in Libya),” he told ABC television.

The Syrian state is killing youngsters. It´s actually a whole LOT wide spread massacring youngsters going on these last year or two!
The Syrian Human Rights Committee (SHRC) has said the emergency law is "the most repressive law affecting the rights and freedoms of all Syrian citizens without exception". It is believed to have led directly to thousands of violations of human rights.
Syria's emergency law designates the prime minister as the martial law governor of the country and the interior minister as his deputy, and gives them extraordinary powers. These include the ability to place restrictions on freedoms of individuals with respect to meetings, residence, travel and passage in specific places or at particular times; to preventatively arrest anyone suspected of endangering public security and order; to authorise investigation of persons and places; and to delegate any person to perform any of these tasks.
Syria's emergency law, which effectively suspends most constitutional protections, has been in place since the Baath Party came to power in a military coup. Syrian governments have justified the continued imposition of the law by the state of war that continues to exist with Israel, and by continuing threats posed by militant groups.
Syria's Minister of State for Political and Media Affairs, Buthaina Shaaban, tells al-Jazeera that the country's emergency laws, in place since 1963, will be lifted. But she declines to set out a timetable.

Ocalan calls AKP to end provocations
25 March 2011, Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan warned Turkish government to end oppresive politics and provocations in Kurdish region. Speaking to his lawyers in Imrali Prison, Ocalan said latest arrests, pressure on press institutions and attacks against protestors in Kurdish region are all planned by Turkish government and Turkish police to provoke Kurds.
Reminding of Turkey's atrocracies in Kurdish region for the last 30 years Ocalan said it's unethical to make harsh statements against BDP deputees who showed reactions to Turkish police.
Ocalan warned that these provocations are very dangerous and if he doesn't stop a large scale conflict can break out in the region.
Kurdish leader said AKP is trying to crash Kurdish political struggle by using courts and gave the ongoing so called KCK trials as an example. “Use of law replaced contr-guerilla tactics and unlawful executions against Kurdish political parties. They send every single person who says something to prison. They ignore our right to make democratic politics” Ocalan said.
Ocalan praised Newroz celebrations saying that the attendance shows nothing will stop Kurdish people's will.
About discussions on new constitution Ocalan said they demand a constitution in which basic rights of every citizen is guaranteed regardless of ethnic origin. Ocalan insisted that he is for democracy, democratic constitution and a peaful solution to the Kurdish Question.
