Mohsen Beikvand Murdered in Rajai Shahr Prison
In June 2010, HRANA released a report that included a video clip revealing the torture of Beikvand while in prison. According to documents, both of Beikvand’s legs were broken and his arms endured extensive trauma. His body was also burned while under torture.
Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj, has turned into a place of exile for more than 70 political prisoners. Under the blind eye of prison authorities, Rajai Shahr is a place of torture, rape, murder, and many other human rights violations. According to reports by HRANA, Mohsen Beikvand who had been repeatedly tortured by prison guards was murdered in ward 6 of hall 16 in Rajai Shahr prison on August 31st.
In mid-June 2010, Mohsen Beikvand was transferred to a solitary cell in Rajai Shahr prison. Reportedly, prisoners confined in Rajai Shahr prison believe prison authorities directly issued an order to other prisoners to murder Beikvand. The murder of prisoners by other prisoners is commonly organized and directed by prison authorities.

BDP women branch held its first conference in Diyarbakir
Peace and Democracy Party's (BDP) women branch says that Kurdish women should organize against oppressive policies by the Turkish state against Kurdish people. BDP women branch held its first conference in Diyarbakir with participation of delegates from 45 cities in Turkey and Kurdistan. About two thousand women watched one of the biggest events of Kurdish women organizations.
Speaking on the conference BDP's co-president Gultan Kisanak said the only way to resist against oppressive policies is organizing women in every part of the country. She called the policies of the Turkish state “social genocide” in her speech.
She reminded the latest rape incidents in which most of the victims are Kurds in different parts of the country saying that rape crime now has a racist nature in Turkey.
The spokeswoman of BDP's women assembly Sukran Dikmen said that Kurdish women must participate more in politics. Former Democracy Party MP Leyla Zana also spoke at the event. She said that Kurdish women are leading the democracy and freedom struggle and they are not an instrument of somebody as Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan calls it.
She also called the Turkish government to take some positive steps to convince the Kurdistan Worker Party to extend the unilateral ceasefire. Zana asked Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan to show more efforts on bringing peace to the region and reconsider his decision to step back from the peace process after 31 October.

"Action is needed to enable the people of Iran to gain access to the full spectrum of their internationally-recognized human rights"
Oct. 29 (UPI) -- The United Nations is called on to appoint a special envoy to investigate the human rights situation in Iran, advocacy groups said. Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International joined other rights advocacy groups, including the International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran, in calling on the United Nations to appoint a special envoy to probe human rights abuses in Iran.
The international community is still upset over Iran's conduct in the wake of contested presidential elections in 2009. Hundreds of supporters of an opposition movement in Iran were rounded up in the wake of violent demonstrations last year. In January, two men were executed for their alleged role in the election violence even though they were in custody before the summer skirmishes, Human Rights Watch said. The advocacy groups said opposition supporters were accused of vague "offenses" related to "national security," describing many of the judicial proceedings as show trials.
Meanwhile, more than 140 juvenile offenders are awaiting death sentences for alleged crimes committed as children. "Concerted action is needed to enable the people of Iran to gain greater access to the full spectrum of their internationally-recognized human rights," Human Rights Watch said in its statement.
Mass executions in prison in the city of Mashad
Oct 31, 2010, Human rights groups fear that the number of people executed in Iran could double this year after reports of a spike in hangings at a large prison in the city of Mashad. Credible information indicates that "numerous" undeclared executions have taken place in Vakilabad Prison over the past year, the International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran (ICHRI) said in a statement. Many reportedly were hanged in groups.
Most learn their time on death row is up just hours before they are sent to the gallows and their families are given no warning. The bodies are returned the following day, once relatives have paid the cost of the rope used in the hanging. Ten Vakilabad prisoners are said to have been executed together on October 12. More than 600 inmates remain on death row, most of them apparently for drugs offences, the ICHRI said.
A religious scholar documented at least 50 executions during the three months he spent at the prison earlier this year. Another former inmate told the ICHRI that he saw 46 prisoners hanged on a single day in October 2009.
"These reports…indicate that Iran is executing even more people - dramatically more - than now estimated, and possibly twice as many as last year," Aaron Rhodes, an ICHRI spokesman said in a telephone interview from Hamburg, Germany. "We are concerned that if these executions are, in fact, taking place in Mashad, then are other prisons executing in secret also?"
Amnesty International has been investigating similar reports, but has yet to complete its findings. However, Drewery Dyke, its London-based Iran expert, said in an interview: "We regard these allegations as credible".
Analysts say the rising use of capital punishment probably reflects the ascendancy of hardliners in Iran's judiciary, which has also been meting out extreme forms of corporal punishment in recent months. The authorities do not release the numbers of those hanged or their names.
Mr Ghabel said executions at Vakilabad were not publicised to "avoid a huge international uproar". He was freed on bail in June but detained again last month after speaking publicly about the group executions at Vakilabad. His wife says he suffers from heart disease.
"It appears the judiciary chief, Sadegh Larijani, unlike his precedessor, doesn't believe in keeping down the number of executions, particularly for drug-related crimes," said a senior analyst in Tehran, who spoke on condition of anonymity. At least 388 were executed last year.
Vakilabad's inmates know when executions are imminent, but not whose turn it will be. Phone lines at the facility are cut off at 4pm so that the news cannot be relayed beyond its walls, former inmates told ICHRI. All prisoners are returned from the yard to their cells. Only then are the names of the condemned announced over a loudspeaker. Those about to die are removed from their cell blocks for ritual religious cleansing and to write their wills.
"Families, lawyers and prisoners themselves… have no idea when the executions will be carried out, let alone having the family present during the executions," a former inmate said.
Human-rights groups say that many accused of drug offences and other serious crimes are often held for long periods in pre-trial detention, routinely ill-treated and allowed only limited access to a lawyer. The ICHRI said in a statement: "According to multiple accounts, the majority of inmates on death row were convicted for narcotics-related crimes. Some reported that they were tortured and forced to make confessions, but that trial judges ignored their claims of physical coercion."

Fayyad: Don't blame Israelis for settler terrorism
Its the same state sponsored fascists mobs and terrorism INSTIGATED and put in system just as in Turkey and Iran and promoted pan-Turksim for exterminations, genocides, exploitations and it has been put in system since the Armenian genocide and IT´S STILL GOING ON where the indigenous people all over the region and beyond all the way to the Gwadar port, have been exterminated!
Some have overthrown governments, installed dictators and created totalitarian military states for decades, are promoting/administrating Turkey´s crimes and providing the Turkish state with every means possible to take advantage of the pipe lines for a continued total extermination of the Kurds and any ones living at the "route", at the same time there is a ongoing genocide and pure elimination of Iraqis, and the Azeri Turks in Iran have had free hands in their genocidal agenda since it was installed, exactly the same way the Turks took advantage of building of rail ways to commit the Armenian genocide! The exterminations are still going on!
So while the theater is going on between psychopathic genocidal actors, Turkey and the Azeri Turks bombs and kills Kurds and anything Persian, while the Israeli state is having a "war-fare" and bombing Gaza like it has done for 60 years!

SET up continuing.. GENO-cides indeed!
By August 1979, hundreds of people associated with the former Iranian government had been executed, and Khomeini had begun sending Iranian military to Kurdistan. On August 26, 1979, Bahrami learned that a judge he knew would be trying a group of Kurdish militants the following day at the Sanandaj airport. In a 30-minute trial, 11 prisoners were charged with crimes of firearm trafficking, murder, and inciting riots, and were sentenced to death. The men were blindfolded and led outside to the airfield, where they were lined up several meters from their executioners.
Harakat al-Jihad al-Islami al-Filastini, better known as Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), was formed in 1979 by Islamic fundamentalist Fathi Shaqaqi. The 1979 Islamic revolution in Iran influenced the group's founder, Shaqaqi, who believed the liberation of Palestine would unite the Arab and Muslim world into a single great Islamic state.
The Egyptian government expelled the PIJ to the Gaza Strip after learning of their close relations with radical Egyptian students who assassinated President Anwar Sadat in 1981. The PIJ began its terrorist campaign against Israel in the 1980s.
In 1987, prior to the intifada, it carried out several terrorist attacks in the Gaza Strip. In August 1988, the faction`s leaders, Shaqaqi and `Abd al-`Aziz `Odah, were expelled to Lebanon, where Shaqaqi reorganized the faction, maintaining close contacts with the Iranian Revolutionary Guards unit stationed in Lebanon and with Hizballah.
Although several other factions of Palestinian Islamic Jihad were formed in the 1980s, the main faction remains the group founded by Shaqaqi. After the 1993 Olso Peace Accords between Israeli and the Palestinians, Shaqaqi expanded the political connections of the organization to become a member of the new Syrian influenced Rejection Front.
When PIJ leader Shaqaqi was killed in October 1995 in Malta, allegedly by Israeli agents, the PIJ position among Palestinian terrorist organizations dipped because his successor, Ramadan Abdallah Muhammad Shalah, who lived in the United States for several years, lacked Shaqaqi's charisma and intellectual and organizational skills. The groups in Damascus financial backing is believed to come from there and Iran. PIJ also has offices in Beirut, Tehran and Khartoum. It has some influence in the Gaza Strip, mainly in the Islamic University.
Shaqaqi is a very large, but almost totally Azerified confederation of Kurdish tribes, are the offshoots to the Shakaki /Shakak confederacy of Kurdish tribes that reside primarily between Lake Urmia and Lake Van. Their home areas—between Miandoab, Mianeh and the Elburz Mountains, forms a bridge between the Kurdish homeland in the Zagros Mountains and the presently scattered Kurdish pockets in the Elburz Mountains in Daylaman, Gilan Rustamdar/Kelardasht and Mazandaran.
The powerful Shaqaqi tribal warriors were extensively tapped into by the Zand and Qajar dynasties of Persia. This was as much due to the fighting skills of the Shaqaqi as to their progressive conversion from Shafii Sunnism (the religion of a majority of the Kurds) to Shiism (the religion of a majority of the Iranian). This conversion may also be the primary cause for their progressive Turkificatin/Azerification, at least, linguistically: as they converted, they more easily intermarried with the surrounding Azeri folks (nearly all Shias), and in time assimilated.
Other branches of the Shakak confederacy of Kurds moved westward into the Levant. There are found many illustrious Shakaki/Shikaki and Shaqaqi/Shiqaqi among the Palestinians today.

Firing Squad in Iran, photo was taken on August 27, 1979. Razmi chronicled the country's 1979 change of power, as protests caused the Shah to flee the country and permitted Ayatollah Khomeini to take power. By August 1979, hundreds of people associated with the former government had been executed, and Khomeini had begun sending Iranian military to Kurdistan. Razmi and an Ettela'at reporter, Khalil Bahrami, followed.
Razmi delivered his two rolls of film to the offices of Ettela'at, and chief editor Mohammed Heydari quickly decided to lead with one of Razmi's photographs—the one taken at an instant where some of the executioners had fired and others had not—and furthermore decided to publish it anonymously to protect the photographer from government reprisal. United Press International quickly ordered a copy of the image and forwarded it to its bureaus around the world, again without a name associated. On August 29, newspapers such as The New York Times and The Daily Telegraph ran the image, crediting UPI.
The image continued to receive international attention, and was nominated by UPI for the Pulitzer Prize. Not knowing the author of the photograph but having received it on the UPI wire, managing editor Larry DeSantis submitted the image to the Pulitzer Prize committee crediting an anonymous UPI photographer. Then, on April 14, 1980, it became the only anonymous image to ever win the Pulitzer Prize.
It never ended with the Armenian genocide, it´s just a continuing....

Meanwhile, they have been for decades and are promoting/administrating Turkey´s crimes and providing the Turkish state with every means possible to take advantage of the pipe lines for a continued total extermination of the Kurds and further, at the same time there is a ongoing genocide and pure elimination of Iraqis, exactly the same way the Turks took advantage of building of rail ways to commit the Armenian genocide! 29 October 2010, Prosecutor demands 20-year prison sentence for Kurdish Mayor. Turkish prosecutors demanded 20 years prison sentence for Cizre Mayor Aydın Budak for participating to a demonstration in Sirnak.
Mayor Budak was among the demonstrators who protested prison conditions of Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan in Sirnak last year. Diyarbakır Public Prosecutor launched an investigation about Budak and filed an indictment to Diyarbakir 6th High Criminal Court. The prosecutor demanded 20 year prison sentence for Budak for committing a crime on behalf of an illegal organization.
Budak was on the scene as demonstrators clashed with the Turkish police. He tried to convince the protestors to end the demonstration. Budak is now in Diyarbakir D Type Prison for alleged crimes against the unity of the state and standing trial in so called KCK case.
The court watched the police videos which was filmed during the demonstration last year. Budak was clearly seen on the video as he tries to stop Kurdish youths from hurdling stones. But Turkish prosecutor claimed that Budak actively participated in the protest which left some police officers wounded.

At the same time Turkey as NATO´s most armed member and involved in the "global genocidal war on terrorism" with 4, 9 millions of Afghans deaths and a ongoing genocide against the Kurds, while having al-Qaida residing inside it´s borders and it´s courts have confirmed themselves that PKK is a freedom movement as Turkey has been and is depriving Kurds their freedoms for decades in the most gross violations and made their #¤¤ trails and "war on terrorism" against the Kurds null and void.
There is no way in hell the current British leaders, U.S. administration, treasury department etc.. can claim after have open up Iraq's borders under occupation, in cooperation with Turkey and the Iranian regime, and at the same time accuse the Iranian regime and Syria for destabilizing Iraq, which are working non stop in the ongoing genocide, that they didn´t knew about Turkey´s and Syria´s "high level cooperation's", while militants have came into Iraq from Syria, while accusing Syria for destabilizing Iraq!
More over, the U.S. and CIA among some have not only cooperated with Turkey in the genocide against the Kurds, but have since 1979 when the U.S. administrations and CIA promoted the Iranian regime, cooperated and still cooperates with the regime under the U.S. Treasury department where Kurds are put on terrorist lists, in ongoing extermination and genocide of the Kurds from all side of the borders, with a Iraqi Holocaust in the middle, and at the same time claim the regime is one of the worlds most sponsors of terrorism and that it´s needed for defense missiles half around Europe!

Well..Thank you! Exactly what was needed!
The Diyarbakýr 4th High Criminal Court sentenced Kurdish Politician Hatip Dicle to imprisonment for 1 year 8 months prison sentence on the grounds of praising imprisoned PKK leader Öcalan. Lawyer Laçin stated to file an appeal since Dicle is tried in the scope of the KCK trial under the same allegations.
Turkey´s court is giving a Kurd 2 years in prison for using the word "The Kurdish freedom movement."
Turkey is depriving a Kurd his freedom for using the word "The Kurdish freedom movement"!
Well...Yeah..THANK YOU! THEN IT´S #¤¤ CONFIRMED THEN..THAT´S EXACTLY WHAT IT IS!
THERE GOES YOURS #¤¤¤ "TERRORIST LISTS"!
Actually, Turkey and it´s courts have confirmed themselves that it is a freedom movement while denying Kurds their right to life, just like the Armenians lives were denied, while depriving Kurds their freedom!
Turkey and it´s courts have confirmed themselves that PKK is a freedom movement as Turkey has been and is depriving Kurds their freedoms!
And not just only it has been needed for a freedom movement since the 70´s and the U.S./CIA´s "communist threat", the Turkish U.S. guys coup with CIA headquarters etc..but Turkey and it´s courts have made clear Kurds have been and are deprived their freedoms and Turkey´s whole "war on terrorism", terrorist lists, terrorist laws and trails against Kurdish politicians and Kurds accused for members in "illegal organizations" are totally null and void!

Actually, it cannot be more confirmed while sending people to prisons and committing politized, that it´s exactly what it is, while having a "justice system" to serve in crimes against peace and humanity! And the need for a global such as mass murderers and criminals that should be put in for justice, while persecuting others like the #¤¤ Nazis intend to spread this most #¤¤ psychopathic crimes!Well...Yeah..THANK YOU! Promoting Pan-Turkism for exploaitation has been going on since the Armenian genocide.
The Turkish and the Azeri Turkic promoted and installed totalitarian military state and regime, by the U.S., Britain and CIA is done to promote Pan-Turkism as it has been on the Turkish agenda since the Armenian genocide to exterminate and committing genocide for expansion to east, Turkmenistan and Asia.
And the U.S., Britain, Israeli leaders, CIA, etc..knows it very #¤¤ well.. It´s more than complicity in genocides and the most gross crimes against peace and humanity that have been going on for decades, they are actually promoting it, maintaining it and administrating it for their own exploitations and geopolitical interests. And it has been going since the Armenian genocide that was administrated by the Deutsche Bank, just as the ongoing genocide in Iran, generating surplus profits!
And it has been expanded to a Kurdish and Iraqi genocide. And a Afghan, pashtu, extermination of people in the tribal belt and Baloch which just as the Kurds and Tibetans language, culture, heritages and people are under extermination threat, while these criminals actually believes they will expand these crimes through NATO, terrorists threats created by CIA, "economical crises and extreme governments"!
Turkey is persecuting Kurds like the Nazis, massacre and kill them, put them in for courts and jail them, when it´s actually Turkey that should be prosecuted in a International court. JUST as the Iranian regime has had free hands for it´s crimes and exterminations and the U.S., Britain, leaders in Israel, France etc..are not just ALL promoting it, aiding it, abetting and committing crimes for their own selfish interests, but have actually sat the conditions, orchestrating it and sat the stage for it!

Brothers beaten in police station
Taken to police station and beaten after ID control. A criminal complaint was filed against Volkan and Okan Beşli brothers, who were beaten violently and fined for “insubordination” by police in Ümraniye Çakmak Police Station they were taken to after identity card control.
Construction workers Volkan(24)and Okan(29), who were leaving their workplace at the end of the shift on 9 October 2010, were subjected to id control by police in Ümraniye, Çamlık district. Expressing that they kindly passed their id cards to the police, Okan Beşli tells the event as follows; “My brother asked the police if they would make a domiciliary visit. The police responded ‘If we want, we can even search your underpants, not only your house’ and started to take off my brother’s sweat pants. And they made us get on their car and took us to the police station when my brother said ‘If you will make that kind of search, do that in the station, not on the street’.”
WE WERE BEATEN BY PASSERSBY IN THE STATION
Volkan Beşli told the event ANF as follows; “When we got off the car, the police, who searched me, started to hit and kick me while pushing me into the station. They battered us both and took us to recognition room. Then, a police swore at me and started to hit me. When my brother shouted him to stop and walked through him, he was surrounded by many civil policemen who beat and handcuffed us before getting us on the ground. We were drenched in blood when we couldn’t stand it anymore and started to shout. Then, a policeman came in, shouted at us and started to hit my brother’s head at the ceramic tile. And when I gave reflection shouting, this time he came towards me and started to bruise my head with his feet in shoes…”
Telling that a chief had us unclamped when he came to the room after 15-20 minutes and shouted at them when he saw us lie in a pool of blood, Beşli told the followings; “We were hearing the laughing sound of polices coming from the inside. No matter how much we tried to tell the chief about our situation, he did not even listen to us. After that, unashamedly, they fined us 143 TL for ‘insubordination’. We were astonished but we kept silent to be able to go out of there. They wanted to take our statements but we refused and told them that we will give them to prosecutor.”
Saying that they were taken to Kazım Karabekir State Hospital, Beşli added the followings; “Although my face was in blood, the doctor made fun of us, saying; ‘Is this the problem?’ He returned us back without any report. We went back to the police station, where they this time abused us by shouting and reviling. It was around 14:00 when we came to the station and 19:00 when we left there. When I went out of there, I was so depressed that I went through a crying fit…”
Remarking that they received temporary incapacity report from Private Erdem Hospital, Beşli said; “Because of the battery and the trauma I got, I was not able to work for 15 days. That’s why I can’t pay my debts to bank and market”.
CRIMINAL COMPLAINT FOR INSUBORDINATION
Saying that they were shocked with the second news when they came to Ümraniye Courthouse to give their statements, Beşli told the followings; “We learned that the policemen with the names Remzi Ertürk, S. Ertunç Çalışkan and Önder Ece, who battered us for hours and fined us, had filed a criminal complaint against us for ınsubordination. But, when we told the prosecutor what we lived in the police station; he filed a criminal complaint against them. We also suited them for our material and mental loses.
And Volkan Beşli asked; “They have no right to beat me in the station even if I am a thief. I don’t want to guess how police reacts in other cases, while treating us in this way during a simple id control. They say that they are there to protect people but who will protect us from them?”
Beşli expresses that his pride was swallowed apart from his victimhood and added; “I have been living in İstanbul for 25 years now but I have never been beaten by someone else in this way. I would surely have reacted to them if my hands hadn’t been handcuffed. The more we pleased them to stop, the more they hit us. Humanity is not suitable for them. Now, wherever I see policemen, I disgust and hate them all.”

GOP Candidate Killed 2 Unarmed Iraqis
A Tea Party-backed congressional candidate in North Carolina is facing scrutiny for having killed two unarmed Iraqis while serving in Iraq. The candidate, Ilario Pantano, has said he has no regrets about fatally shooting the two at point blank range after detaining them near Fallujah in April 2004. Prosecutors later alleged that Pantano intended to make an example of the men by shooting them sixty times and hanging a sign over their corpses that read "No better friend, no worse enemy."
Pantano did not deny hanging the sign or shooting the men repeatedly after stopping their vehicle at a checkpoint. He admitted to emptying one magazine of bullets into the Iraqis, then reloading and firing thirty more rounds. Despite his admission, the military cleared Pantano of wrongdoing in 2005. He’s now in a tight race with Democrat Mike McIntyre in North Carolina’s 7th Congressional District.

The Israeli state´s terrorist threats and "state of war"
GAZA (Ma’an) -- Israeli war boats opened fire on Gazan fishing boats on Friday, as they were hauling their catch in the central and southern coastal districts, witnesses reported. Officials said no injuries had been reported, while witnesses said the fire forced the small vessels leave the waters, heading north or back to shore.
Limited incursion into south Gaza reported
3 Palestinians detained near Nablus
Israeli soldiers and Civil Administration personnel razed a Bedouin encampment, belonging to the Jahalin clan in Isawiya, northeast of Jerusalem, in the occupied West Bank on Wednesday, locals said. Hani Al-Eisaway of the Isawiya Land Defense committee said the Israeli personnel bulldozed more than 50 dunums of land in what Israel calls the E1 zone in between Jerusalem and the Israeli settlement of Ma'ale Adumim. He added that six Bedouin families lived in the bulldozed area. Bulldozers destroyed tents and other structures owned by the families.
Residents of the illegal Halmish settlement near Ramallah damaged farmland Wednesday, a farmer said. Nidal Radwan, a farmer from Ramallah, told Ma’an that some of his vegetable crops were damaged by a fire set to the land.
29/10/2010, Israeli rights orgs demand action over settler vandalism. Palestinian Salima Ewes, 73, lost 40 olive trees after they were chopped down by Israeli settlers from the nearby Eli settlement. Four human rights organizations collaborated on a project documenting settler vandalism during the 2010 olive harvest, reporting a total of 35 incidents of tree vandalism during the six-week season.
The organizations, all based in Israel, included The Association of Civil Rights in Israel (ACRI), B'Tselem, Rabbis for Human Rights and Yesh Din. Following the documentation effort the group sent an urgent letter to senior Israeli military commanders, calling on the commanders to take all necessary steps to ensure that Palestinians and their properties were protected from violence and damage during the remainder of the season.
Signed by high-profile rights lawyers from each of the organizations and addressed to Israeli Central Command Chief, General Avi Mizrahi and commander of Israeli military forces in the West Bank Brigadier Nitzan Alon, the letter details the settler assaults of Palestinians harvesting olives, and outlines expectations for halting the abuses.
Most of the cases outlined in the letter, a statement from the group said, had been reported to Israeli authorities as official complaints, with little resulting from the initial documentation.
Nablus area settler violence hotspot. According to the groups, 83 percent of the incidents took place near the villages of Burin and Hawara. The vandalism in those cases was believed to have been perpetrated by settlers from the nearby Yitzhar colony, while other villages where vandalism was reported bordered the Havat Giladn settlement.
The most destructive act of vandalism the report cataloged occurred on 15 October, hundreds of olive trees were set ablaze near Havat Giladn. Eyewitnesses were quoted in the letter to Israeli officials, saying the arson occurred in the presence of Israeli soldiers, who did nothing to prevent it.
The letter also notes the increasing prevalence of settler assaults and vandalism targeting Palestinians and their olive crops. A statement from the rights groups said organizations have called on the Israeli authorities many times before to take all necessary steps to "fulfill duties and obligations and protect the rights of residents who live in the occupied region," and adds that "the regrettable outcome of the incidents described herein proves once and again that the steps taken by the defense forces are insufficient, and the result is a blow to the livelihood of many Palestinian residents."
27.10.10, Fayyad was in the West Bank village of Tormosayya, just south of Nablus, to take part in an olive harvest organized by the United Nations on the occasion of UN Day. He was joined by UN special envoy Robert Serry. Earlier this month, unidentified individuals poisoned hundreds of olive trees in the village. Residents suspect that Israeli settlers from the nearby outpost of Adi-Ad were involved.
Serry said he decided to mark UN Day with a special harvest and feast with Palestinian families in the village. He praised Fayyad and PA President Mahmoud Abbas, and said the UN supports the Palestinian drive for an independent state by August 2011.
Fayyad said the Israeli government is to be held responsible for "terrorist attacks perpetrated by settlers." He said the assaults against olive growers have intensified recently. Earlier this month, Defense Minister Ehud Barak ordered the security services to track down those who torched a Palestinian mosque in a village near Bethlehem.
"Whoever committed this act is a terrorist in every regard, intent on harming any chance for peace and dialogue with the Palestinians," Barak said. "This was a disgraceful act and a stain on the State of Israel and its values."
Robert Serry, UN special coordinator for the Middle East peace process, also said he was alarmed that work had started on hundreds of new homes for settlers in the occupied territory since the end of Israel's settlement freeze last month.
02/11/2009, Fayyad condemns "terrorist" settler violence
Ramallah – Ma'an – Prime Minister Salam Fayyad on Saturday condemned an attack during which Israeli settlers shot a Palestinian and injured four others in occupied East Jerusalem. Five relatives, three of them over 60 years old, were hospitalized after right-wing Israelis attacked the Salah family, shooting one, in a bid to take over their home in the Palestinian neighborhood of Beit Safafa on Friday.
"This terrorist settler attack on the lives and property of Palestinian citizens demonstrates the necessity of providing immediate international protection for our people in Jerusalem," Fayyad said, speaking alongside US Consul General Daniel Rubenstein and other American officials at an unrelated event near Ramallah.
He urged the international community to intervene and secure the safety of Palestinians throughout the occupied territories "until the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital."
Howard Sumka, director of the US Agency for International Development, and Ziad Asali, president of the American Task Force on Palestine, joined Rubenstein and the prime minister at a ceremony inaugurating a project set to repair pavement, retaining walls and street lights in the Ramallah-area village of Beit Ora.
"The task of building Palestinian state institutions and infrastructure requires greater unity and concerted efforts on the part of all of our people both at home and in the Diaspora," Fayyad added, reiterating his determination to rebuild the Gaza Strip.
UN envoy demands Israel act against settler attacks
26.10.10, (Reuters) UN Mideast peace coordinator 'appalled at acts of destruction of olive trees and farmlands, desecration of mosques and violence against civilians'. A senior UN official condemned attacks by Jewish "settler extremists" on Palestinians' olive trees in the occupied West Bank and called on Israel to "combat violence and terror by Israelis."
Serry was speaking to journalists on Tuesday while olive-picking with Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad in the village of Tormos Ayya north of Ramallah. He said settlers had destroyed hundreds of trees in the village in recent weeks. alestinians began harvesting olives across the West Bank this month.
"I am appalled at acts of destruction of olive trees and farmlands, desecration of mosques and violence against civilians," Serry said. "Israel states its condemnation of attacks, which I welcome, but its record in imposing the rule of law on settlers is lamentable," he said.
"Israel must combat violence and terror by Israelis, as is expected of the Palestinian Authority in the case of violence and terror by Palestinians," he said. An Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman rejected Serry's use of the term "terror" in reference to Israelis and said he should have chosen his words more carefully.
"We understand that he decries acts of violence by certain settlers, but the Israeli government has been the first to condemn them and to instruct law enforcement agencies to crack down on the perpetrators - but when he speaks of terror by Israelis, does he mean Israeli suicide bombers on Palestinian buses?" spokesman Yigal Palmor said.
Palestinian militants launched waves of suicide attacks against Israelis during the Second Intifada, or uprising, against Israeli occupation earlier this decade. The Palestinians have said they will not resume peace negotiations, which began at the start of September with U.S. backing, until Israel agrees to halt building in the West Bank.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has resisted pressure from the United States and the European Union to extend a freeze he had imposed on new home building in settlements in the West Bank. His government is dominated by parties which support the settlers, including his own Likud.
Serry said new building was illegal under international law "and will only serve to undermine our efforts for a negotiated solution". The Israeli human rights organisation B'Tselem has recorded almost one incident a day and in some cases more against Palestinians and their olive trees since the start of the harvest, spokeswoman Sarit Michaeli said. The Israeli army had provided better access to groves near settlements, she added. "But this is their obligation ... the Israeli authorities have failed miserably in enforcing law on settlers attacking Palestinians and their property," she said.
Amnesty: Israeli authorities must put an immediate end to settler violence
Press Release, Amnesty International, 25 April 2005
Amnesty International calls on the Israeli authorities to investigate recent incidents of poisoning of Palestinian fields and the increasingly frequent attacks by Israeli settlers on Palestinian villagers in the West Bank. Such acts must not be allowed to continue.
In recent weeks, toxic chemicals have repeatedly been spread on fields located near the villages of Tuwani, Umm Faggara and Kharruba in the southern Hebron region.
Scores of sheep as well as gazelles and other animals have been contaminated by the toxins and several have died. Palestinian farmers have been forced to quarantine their flocks and stop using the milk, cheese and meat from them, effectively depriving them of their livelihood. Since the first poison was discovered near Tuwani on 22 March 2005, more fields have been targeted in the same region.
In the days prior to the first field poisoning incident in Tuwani, a security guard from the nearby Israeli settlement Ma'on had reportedly told villagers that he wanted Palestinian farmers to stop grazing their flocks near the settlement and that, if they did not agree to this, he and the settlers had ways to make them stop.
Analyses carried out by the Center for Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences at Bir Zeit University and by the Israeli Nature Protection Authority have confirmed that two types of toxic chemicals have been spread in large quantities in the area. The toxic chemicals are 2-Fluoracetamide which is banned in several countries including Israel and severely restricted in international trade, and Brodifacoum, an anticoagulant used as rodenticide.
On 12 April 2005 one of these toxins was also found in the Northern West Bank village of Yasouf, in a field located near the entrance to the Israeli settlement Tapuah, and near the place where the Israeli army had just re-opened the road connecting Yasouf to the main road. The road leading to Yasouf had been kept closed to Palestinians for years, forcing people to take a long detour to access the village.
The areas where the toxic chemicals have been found are located in Area C, which is under full control of the Israeli authorities; Palestinian Authority security forces are forbidden by Israel from operating in these areas. To date, the Israeli authorities have not cleaned the toxic chemicals from the affected areas, leaving the task to Palestinian farmers and international and Israeli peace activists. They also have not taken the necessary measures to investigate the matter with a view to bringing those responsible to justice.
Recently Israeli settlers have stepped up attacks and threats against Palestinian farmers and villagers in these and other West Bank areas, preventing Palestinians from accessing their land. In recent months, repeated physical assaults by Israeli settlers from Ma'on and the nearby settlement outpost of Havat Ma'on on Palestinian farmers and on international peace activists and human rights workers, including Amnesty International staff, have not been investigated by the Israeli police. Those responsible for these attacks enjoy impunity.

"The Clinton administration's willingness to stand by and let Turkey bomb and shell northern Iraq stood in stark and hypocritical contrast to the participation of U.S. forces in Operation Northern Watch, the no fly zone that is meant to keep the Iraqi air force out of the very same territory."
M.ALI BIRAND: Today I want to talk about a very important development. A lot is changing in the Southeast. Excitement and hopes are very high. Expectations increase. People feel that weapons will be silenced soon. Do you know what the biggest fear is? The fading of these expectations. People will be so disappointed that developments afterwards won’t be able to be taken under control and this time we’ll be talking about others, not the outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party, or PKK. A new generation is about to come before us.
October 14 2010, A generation that is extremely violent and brave.Young Kurds scare more than PKK members. Do you know what the biggest fear is? The fading of these expectations. People will be so disappointed that developments afterwards won’t be able to be taken under control and this time we’ll be talking about others, not the outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party, or PKK. A new generation is about to come before us. A generation that is extremely violent and brave.
I am talking about Kurdish-origin young people. Their ages are 11 or 12 and they are very brave. This segment is, in the true sense of the word, man enough to change things. It has control over the streets. They are young, strong, unemployed, angry and frustrated. They grew up on the streets and believe they have nothing to lose. They were beaten by the police and the military but did not give in. On the contrary they were sharpened.
They listened to their parents telling them about tortures by security forces. Their siblings or relatives went to the mountains. Either they were never heard of again or their corpses arrived back some time later. It is a generation that is very angry and neither seeks consensus nor has any tolerance. Their number increases by the day. Contrary to their fathers, they do not hesitate to carry their anger to the streets.
The PKK and the pro-Kurdish Peace and Democracy Party, or BDP, have trouble making these young people obey. They don’t listen. They don’t care about anyone. They are out of control. They assumed the position of supporters to the PKK. But they are also able to oppose members of the organization. The mayors and other authorities representing the BDP are afraid of getting hurt by these young people. Even security forces have trouble putting up with them. They don’t kill, use weapons or fire bullets. Their effective weapons are stones and Molotov cocktails.
If no peace is brought to this region, the real danger will come from these young people. To prohibit them from the streets or stop their protests will be much harder than fighting the PKK in the mountains. It would be easy to convince their fathers or to keep them under control by scaring them off with security forces, but these young people will be hard to deal with.
On Tuesday the secret session held at Parliament was a total disappointment for the country’s most prestigious office. All around the world secret sessions are very important and seldom held. As the name implies, secret sessions talk about issues that can’t be discussed openly. In these sessions administrations share information, at least an important part thereof, if not all of it. The opposition is much more constructive in its criticism because it doesn’t feel it necessary to show off. In our country, secret sessions are funny. I talked to those who participated in the session on Tuesday. None of them, including parliamentary deputies of the administration’s party, said they heard anything different or important. “…it was nothing beyond the news in the papers…” “… I didn’t understand why it was done secretly…”
“…I might say that some columns in the papers treated the subject in more depth then what I heard in the session…” We might say that secret sessions in our country are conducted just for the sake of it or to calm down the opposition. What a pity. Either do it the right way or don’t do it at all.

Yeah...Some would like that...with "important developments" and brave 11 and 12 years old "sharpened" by the Turkish police" and in Turkish jails after the instigated genocidal war-fare...wouldn´t they....Like a new generation of child soldiers/"terrorists".......In fact!
We assume there are brave 11 and 12 years old Palestinian youths "sharpened" by the Israeli police and jails as well now then, as crimes are done simultaneously and systematic, in the "strategic genocidal allieship".
It´s actually a genocidal "machinery" put in system going back decades, just like every where else the U.S. and CIA have installed totalitarian military states with the most gross crimes against humanity over half this globe. While some claim there WILL be "extreme governments", like it´s not already have been implemented such for decades, while there is a ongoing genocide in Iran since 1979, a Iraqi Holocaust, while open banks in Erbil, drilling for gas outside Gaza, constructing pipe lines, bombing Noah´s Ark etc.. and gather for the "economic crises"!
MERIWAN, Eastern Kurdistan, -- Clashes broke out in the vicinity of the villages of Deri and Neshkash in the District of Meriwan, report said on Wednesday 27th. The clashes lasted for 6 hours and as a result of that several Iranian Revolutionary Corps were killed, the report said. The regions of Baramawe and Binol were heavily bombarded which resulted in huge scale inferno of the forests. More than 550 case of forest burning have been reported in the regions of Sawlawa and Meriwan.
Actually, we wouldn´t be a bit surprised if, except from Kurds being sacrificed at the borders, and a ongoing extermination inside and at the other side of the borders, those Iranian Revolutionary Corps are not Azeri Turks, being sacrificed at the border since the U.S., Britain and CIA promoted and installed the regime, after have promoted Saddam and millions of deaths at the borders..
And Kissinger´s "covert operations" from the Iranian side of the borders, following Israeli leaders lobbying for extermination of Kurds, selling heron drones and assisting at the Turkish borders, with U.S. weaponry since the promoted Turkish coup..with the most gross crimes triggering a armed resistance, with a "war against terrorism", a continued extermination with CIA set up village guards and Kurds being forced out in the minefields and the army, or literally KICKED out..in crimes against peace and humanity and brave "sharpened" 11-12 years old..
Actually, the U.S. administrations, Treasury department, CIA, Robert Gates, Britain, Israeli leaders etc..have made sure the Kurds are committed genocide on inside ALL borders and from ALL sides of the borders!
Actually, the Kurdish people should take their case to HAGUE as the E.U. is to #¤¤ busy with "economical crises" and the U.N. put on "stand by" for over 30 years!

Yeah.."Let´s bomb where Noah´s Ark is believed to have landed and open up a bank in Erbil."
Kurdish can be broadcast on the state-run channel but not used in a court of "law"...
"Jews who reached high positions in the Ottoman court and administration include Mehmed II's minister of Finance ("defterdar") Hekim Yakup Pasa, his Portuguese physician Moses Hamon, Murad II's physician Ishak Pasha and Abraham de Castro, the master of the mint in Egypt."
Yeah...And look how it has been for decades and look at it now..While psychopaths are dreaming of "extreme governments" world wide..While Turkey/NATO is bombing where Noah´s Ark is believed to have landed and opens up a bank in Erbil..Well..Yeah...God must be sooo pleased..
The trial, arguably the largest in the history of Turkey, began last week. They really haven’t even started yet though as they’re still reading out the 7,500 page indictment. If they read 40 pages an hour and read continuously for eight hours a day, that’s 23.5 days just to read the indictment. And the trial goes until 12 November—16 days from now.
Day after day the imprisoned Kurdish politicians and lawyers are brought into the courthouse. Each is allowed to be accompanied by one family member. There are also nearly 300 lawyers defending the accused. Needless to say, the courthouse is packed.
The Kurds on trial are not allowed to defend themselves in Kurdish. Avin Cetin, a Kurdish jurist and politician from Sweden who is observing the trial says that ‘preventing the defendants from speaking in their mother tongue is illegal according to international standards because this means preventing the defendants from defending themselves. It was the court’s duty to bring in interpreters and not depriving them of the right to speak Kurdish.’
He also believes that the defendants will stay in prison until after parliamentary elections in 2011, because Erdoğan’s AK Party wants to ‘weaken the Kurds and deprive the Kurdish front of its progressive and seasoned politicians.’
Osman Baydemir, Mayor of Diyarbakır, is also a defendant. He is on trial for the charge of ‘terrorism’ and thinks that some defendants will ‘be released in order to please Europe but there will be more arrests too.’
Baydemir said on Wednesday of the trial: ‘If it is a crime to demand my culture, identity, language then yes I am a criminal.’
On top of this, TRT chose this week to launch the first-ever comedy show in Kurdish on the state-run TRT6 channel. Cîran, Cîran, which translates as ‘Neighbour, Neighbour’ was announced with great fanfare and is about a few expatriate Kurdish families living in Istanbul.
Selahattin Demirtaş, BDP co-chair, slammed TRT6 on Tuesday asking why Kurdish could be broadcast on the state-run channel but not used in a court of law. Demirtaş said that this shows Erdoğan’s inconsistency in dealing with the Kurds. ‘If they are your brothers then let them speak their language. Erdoğan is always saying the parliament is the place to solve the problem then he should not treat Kurdish politicians like political hostages.’
So on the TV you have slapstick comedy (in Kurdish) and in Diyarbakır a farcical, politicised trial of Kurdish politicians and humanitarians (in Turkish). Which is the comedy?
When Baydemir called for demands for Kurdish culture, identity, and language it is doubtful he was thinking of something as inane as Cîran, Cîran.

Actually, it do looks like NATO has brought some REAL wrath upon itself! In fact...NATO is a closed Assembly of psychopath not much different from the one in Qom and CIA! In fact it was CIA that made the one in Qom..Just like the one in Ankara..That´s actually what some psycopaths are dreaming of to make the rest of this world look like..While it is yet to figure out what the hell the E.U. is playing..

Well...Then...
"School of the Dictators" and "School of the Assassins." Dictator grows comfortable with the security apparatus the CIA has built for him..But that´s a very false "security", there are many before him that can sign on that. We suggest the regime STOP HANGING and humiliating people! Because in the end the regime will not escape to be held responsible for crimes against humanity, no matter how many else have been orchestrating it to happen! That´s the sordid reality ..
More over, a man stealing chocolate does not do that for profit, he does that because he is either not mentally functioning well or because he´s #¤¤ HUNGRY! That would be a sign on how the state is in Iran!
According to sources, a whole lot of Iranian farmers have lost their jobs during the past five years. What do some call that? Globalization?
The regime needs to do some real drastic measures in it´s so-called-justice system and stop #¤¤ hanging and kill people!

There WILL be extreme governments? While the U.N. is put on "stand by" and criminals are obstructing justice then we assume..
The Tehran prosecutor said that in the last 3 days 5 people were executed on drugs related charges. The people were not identified. According to ISNA Abbas Jafari Dolatabadi said that the sentences has to be carried out and that everybody who is sentenced to death has to be executed. According to him the Serious Fight Against Narcotics Campaign already had a positive impact in its short time and it is notable that many are already remorseful.
The families of the Tehran and Suburbs Vahed Bus Workers Syndicate are now targets of threat and physical violence by the Intelligence Ministry agents. In recent weeks they increased the threats to the family of Mansour Osanloo. Also the family of Gholamreza Gholamhosseini, a Vahed labor activist is threathened.
