“Peace is Essential to Solve the Kurdish Problem”....
PKK’s leader Abdullah Öcalan’s message is about peace one more time for Newroz celebration in Diyarbakýr where approximately one million people gathered. It must be accepted that this is a political issue and needs tobe solved. The methodology being implemented is wrong, if the methodology was not determined correctly, the current mentality would take the Turkish Republic towards separation. He emphasised that Parliament would need to take a decision for a permanent solution.
Our proposal for a Solution is the KCK ...Model Our proposal for a solution is the KCK model, which is in fact a democratic civil society project. Kurds must organise themselves in the economic, social, political, cultural and judicial spheres.

Journey To Peace: How Have We Come To This Point?
The KCK continued this stance to steer the process towards a peaceful solution. It later announced that its ceasefire would be extended till the 1st of June. The forces would only defend themselves if they were attacked. This decision was later extended till the 15th of July.

Declaration On The Democratic Solution Of The Kurdish Question...
The high court has enforced the states decision...
19.10.2009
To The Honorable Representatives Of The Government Of The Turkish Republic, Its Citizens and Democratic Community In order to unwind the current halting of the peace initiative in respect of the Kurdish question in Turkey and Turkey’s democratisation process, we the peace group acting on the historical initiative of Mr. Abdullah Ocalan, come to Turkey to contribute to a true basis for peace. Our decision to contribute to the peace process by going to Turkey in no way relates to us wanting immunity from section 221 of the Turkish penal code.
We have used our free will in our decision to partake in this peace group. We do so to firstly assist ceasing the bloodshed between the parties, to put an end to our mothers’ crying, and to strengthen the foundations for a peaceful solution. As it is evident from this peace initiative we have taken, we are not the root of the problem but rather the side that wants a peaceful solution. Turkey is currently going through a very important, critical process. After the local elections on the 29th of March of this year, the debatesurrounding democratisation within Turkey reached a significant level.
The road map for a peaceful solution drafted by our leader Mr. Abdullah Ocalan was prevented from distribution to the wider community. Despite this, the road map has had a positive effect on ongoing debates for a peaceful solution, and together with the constructive announcement by government representatives, has strengthened the possibilities for a peaceful and democratic solution. The fact that a very wide and diverse community seeks to contribute to the debate (although on a limited basis) has itself opened up the possibilities for a real democratisation of Turkey. Community contribution to the debate will enhance common understanding amongst its people and respect for the rights of its various peoples. The Kurdish Freedom Movement is continuing its unilateral ceasefire, and enduring significant sacrifices. Through these developments and the debate which has resulted, the Turkish public has come to face the plight of the Kurdish people.
These developments have brought the democratisation of Turkey and efforts for a peaceful and democratic solution to the Kurdish question to the forefront of the debate as real issues. The fact that the problems of the Turkish and Kurdish people cannot be resolved through violence but rather through the process of democratic politics, has now reached firm recognition. As a peace group, we believe that our initiative will assist the democratisation process by providing a fundamental basis for understanding and creativity. The current developments in Turkey provide possibilities for a genuine solution more than ever available before.
A democratic solution to the Kurdish question will provide the basis for democratisation and stability within the region. In order to bring this possibility to life we are hopeful that first and foremostly, the responsible forces and esponsible communities approach the process in a sensitive and delicate manner. Whatever the conditions of the solution may be, democracy will not prevail without a common will. The obstacles provided by nationalist, self-serving, chauvinist groups against the democratisation of Turkey and the democratic and peaceful solution to the Kurdish question make this explicitly clear. The wide ranging attacks of these groups against the democratisation of Turkey are designed to prevent a peaceful solution to the Kurdish question. This constitutes a real threat to the democraticinitiative that has been developed and ongoing debates to this end. In order to overcome these threats to the democratisation process, Mr. Abdullah Ocalan has called upon peace and democratic solution groups to go to Turkey. We are therefore, using our freewill to go to Turkey as peace ambassadors to assist the ongoing process.
Another reason for our initiative is to uncover historical subversions in order to strengthen the possibilities of our people living harmoniously together. Some of us represent the people of Maxmur who are made to live through the heavy consequences of the damaging policies that have resulted in the intractable nature of the Kurdish question. During the 1990’s the Turkish government forces burned down and destroyed our villages. These attacks resulted in us having to migrate from the very lands that we were born, grew up in and struggled to live through unbearable conditions in order to protect ourselves from the falling bombs. Families and loved ones lost their lives as a result of these unjust policies. Likewise many members of our families and loved ones became the victims of extrajudicial killings by the government forces of the time.To this day we do not know how these people were killed and where their bodies are. Thousands of people were disabled and hundreds were imprisoned and remain imprisoned to this day. As the people of Maxmur, who have been made to live through all of this suffering, there is nobody that wants to live in peace with the freedom of our own identities as much as we do. Some of us on the other hand, opted to take active part in the Kurdish Freedom Struggle and remained in the mountains for years under immensely difficult conditions in order to protect an honourable identity. This was in the face of an otherwise unsolvable Kurdish question, with inequalities in the living conditions of Kurds and injustices lived by the Kurds. This became our struggle for our existence - for a democratic, equal and freedom based solution. Every conflict must have its process of dialogue and peaceful solution.
Principally and ethically, we are of the opinion that once the problem has been grasped and made opens to public debate, that both sides need to refrain from violence for a peaceful solution through dialogue. We firmly believe that a solution will only come from those who believe and advocate peace. As has been evidenced from conflict around the world, we can also with our unique circumstances, reach a peaceful solution through dialogue. It is for this reason that we consider our contribution to attempting to overcome the halting of the current process to be critical. With the consciousness of this responsibility for the furtherance of the peace process we have responded to the calls of our leader, and the hopes of peace of our people to create the conditions to be able to live together in freedom and peace. We simply ask that the currently halted process be untangled, in order to reignite the democratic political process of dialogue.Despite similar attempts which have not been successful in the past, we demonstrate the will of the Kurdish people and our leader for a peaceful and democratic solution once again. We believe that all those who feel responsible for a peaceful solution will respect and support our peace initiative. It is as a result of this belief that we are demonstrating this sacrifice as a toll that needs to be paid as a demonstration of our readiness for a peaceful resolution.
We believe that Turkish government representatives and those in favour of peace will respond to our initiative with the responsibility it deserves. We list our requests below as follows in order that our message for peace may find life:1. For the road map drafted by our leader to find its rightful addressees in order that a public debate be initiated.2. For both sides of the conflict to observe ceasefires in order that a democratic and peaceful process to solve the Kurdishquestion be initiated.3. On the basis of recognition of our Kurdish identity, that guarantee and protection of our identity be provided within theconstitution to live freely, equally and together as part of a democratic Turkey.4. To live our mother tongue Kurdish freely: to speak it, learn it, develop it, to live our historic values and culture within ourgeography in our own mother tongue.5. To be able to name our children in Kurdish and to educate them in Kurdish.6. To live our history, culture, literature and music as the Kurdish populace, and to develop and protect the same.7. To be able to unite with our people as Kurds, and partake in the democratic political process and to freely express ourselveswithin this process.8. For the villages, towns and the cities of Kurdistan to be free from village guards and fear of violence by governed forces, and to live in security.9. For the democratisation of Turkey, with the construction of a democratic civil constitution. These requests form the basis with which to find a democratic solution to the Kurdish question. We seek to openlydebate and advocate peace in Turkey with all of the democratic community. We are taking these steps in order to take thishistorical opportunity forward. We believe that our initiative will be successful and on this basis we salute all communities in Favour Of Peace

The British embassy in Baghdad: "the Kurds tend to be shot rather than taken prisoners"
We witnessed the images that were images of the savagery inflicted on the corpses of Kurdish freedomfighters. These images were an indication of how humanity is being treaded by the Turkish Army. The images showing this savagery were recorded after December 4th. The barbarism and intolerance of the Turkish Armed Forces, even towards dead Kurdish freedom fighters is shown in these images. As was seen, a freedom fighter, face down, was being dragged on the floor. The other fighter was also being dragged and trampled on. When the freedom fighter who was dragged face down is seen, another soldier can be heard swearing and saying that he is going to smash his head.
It is evident from these images that apart from prosecutors and the police, soldiers are also following the orders of the Turkish State and doing ‘what needs to be done.’ In short Kurds are being massacred in the street, in the mountains, in prison or wherever they are. Making a statement regarding these images, the HPG (People’s Defence Forces) Media and communications Centre reacted strongly against this savagery and said that this had been done despite the ceasefire of April 13th.

The HPG emphasised that the degrading images had exposed the savage methods of the Turkish Army once again. They also added that kicking and swearing at corpses was not humane. The statement also asked for the inhumane images to be watched carefully by everyone and called on every one to voice their anger.
The Turkish state wage war against the civilian Kurdish political movement
Turkey (A.W.)–The Turkish state started a new war against the civilian Kurdish political movement in 11 provinces, from Diyarbakir and neighboring cities to Istanbul and Izmir. Homes of prominent DTP (the Kurdish party recently closed down by the Constitutional Court) leaders were broken into at 5 a.m. and around 60 people, including mayors of Kurdish provinces and districts and the human rights association chairperson in Diyarbakir were arrested. Their rights to see their lawyers are suspended for the first 24 hours.
The Human Rights Association (HRA) Diyarbakir branch was among the places where searches were made. Raids and searches by security forces in HRA branches was something that did not happen even during the most difficult times of the emergency rule in the region in the 1990’s.
The former DTP leaders had declared that they gave up on their plans to leave the parliament and decided to continue their parliamentary struggle. Earlier, all hope had disappeared because of the closure of DTP just after the launching of the governments alleged peace initiative, violent street protests have followed. Diyarbakir Mayor Osman Baydemir gave a press conference in front of the Diyarbakır DTP organization offices protesting the arrests. He was surrounded by DTP MPs and party leaders.
Baydemir, regarded as a most polite and refined Kurdish leader, used very harsh language, even resorting to the F-word. He also said, addressing the government, that they will not find any hand to hold when they themselves reach out tomorrow to the Kurdish people.

In fact...The Turkish banks "that can open branches in Syria, in a "Turkish-Syrian High-Level Strategic Cooperation" in Damascus" and directors of weapon companies in the U.S. and Britain can ALL go to hell!
People of the world have seen some REAL ugly faces the last 2 or 3 years..In fact..We are actually very disgusted! People can not go to Turkey without being clubbed on the streets or raped any way so..
We would recommend every #¤# idiot to check up the market for their big plans, before they commit every ¤%¤ crime they can possible come up with..

Wednesday, 23 December 2009, Turkey's Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Syria
The Turkish prime minister said on Wednesday that Turkey considered Syria as a door to the Middle Eastern market. Turkey's Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Turkey saw Syria as a door opening to the Middle Eastern market of 320 million, not a market of only 20 million population. "Turkish banks can open branches in Syria, giving a significant momentum to bilateral trade," Erdogan said during a Turkish-Syrian High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council meeting in Damascus, Syria. Erdogan said Turkey could contribute to Syria in construction of Latakia airport and privatization bids. The Turkish prime minister said Middle East peace would be laid on a stronger ground when Turkey and Syria gave hand-in-hand with each other, and underlined importance of regional peace. Erdogan also thanked Syrian President Bashar al-Assad for his remarks supporting Turkey's mediation between Syria and Israel.
Also speaking in the meeting, Syrian Prime Minister Muhammad Naji al-Utri said Turkey and Syria could cooperate in many areas. Al-Utri said the Middle East was facing many economic and political threats, and supported Turkey's efforts for solution of Arab problem and regional conflicts through diplomacy and politics. The Syrian prime minister said Israel was not willing for peace talks, but said Turkey's role as a mediator was essential and peace could only be ensured that way. Turkey's Premier Erdogan is expected to hold a joint press conference with his Syrian counterpart after they sign several agreements. Erdogan will also have a meeting with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, and return to Turkey after attending a banquet to be hosted by the Syrian president.

It´s..
In fact.. no "war" in Iraq. It´s a genocide in Iraq! Which is not so strange to some or even not to #¤#¤ unusual to even react on, being busy in their own #¤# genocide or a 3 front 2 genocides! And JUST as against the Kurdish people, some are working non stop to get them massacred, while the U.S. points it´s fingers and have NATO going shuffle traffic from Syria to North of Iraq. To deny both Iraqis and Kurds their human rights, political rights, democracy and #¤##¤ right to life! While NATO´s biggest armed member and "one of the most experienced country in fighting terrorism" is jailing and beating children for protesting against the same #¤#¤ crimes against the Kurdish people as against the Iraqi´s !
This "front" will not succeed! You will be falling waaaay down! If the U.N., the HAGUE and others will not hold people responsible for massacres, breaking international laws, human rights laws, genocides and committing crimes against humanity in all levels and aspects, people will!

official: "Taliban" blow up Pakistan girls school
Well...Those people in south swat which actually are the ones that have inhabited the land since for ever, have fiercely denied they would be against children going to school - just the opposite, or blowing up any schools.
We have seen how the people being evacuated have been treated by some Pakistani forces and it´s scandalous! It sure ain´t some "war on terror" to treat people like that..
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The International Monetary Fund has approved a $1.2 billion aid payment to Pakistan after concluding a review of the country's economic performance, the fund said in a statement on Wednesday.
Yeah..After have shuffled around people from Swat in camps like a herd. It´s there were the pipe lines are planned..Isn´t it! Maybe this is the time when we shall realize people are just a bunch of herd´s that can not be spoken to, to the U.S. and their "strategical geopolitics" from the Gulen movement in the U.S. to Iraq, Sri Lanka to mosques in Pakistan and among Orphans that were used against Russia and then massacred with the rest. It´s no #¤#¤ differences between the "Armenian rebels", the "Kurdish rebels", Iraqi´s, the Kurds, the Tamils, Afghans or which ever..Is it..
IS IT! We do not give much for The International Monetary Fund! Do we! It´s to sell a lot of weaponry, commit crimes against humanity, genocides on the stock market, having a "little private society among the elite´s" with war lords and mass murdering psychopaths to commit massacres and crimes and then pay off some of it, for "geopolitical interests"..Isn´t it..It´s not much differences now than with "the Armenian rebels"..Is it..

Meanwhile..
The Iranian regime is shooting people to death on the streets..Actually while hanging people with one hand and shooting in the crowd trying to prevent, with the other..
2 people were executed in Iran, police opened fire on the crowd that wanted to prevent it, as a result of 2 more people died, 25 people were reported to be injured.
Well..It has been a genocidal "war-fare" against the Iranian people, the Iranian Kurds, the Arabs in the south, the Baluchis etc..since 1979 as well..Including the Iraq war where people where sent out it must be millions and millions of deaths by now..It has been and still is another "slaughter house province" in the "green belt"..
TEHRAN (Reuters) – Iranian security forces armed with batons and tear gas clashed with supporters of the late dissident cleric Grand Ayatollah Hossein Ali Montazeri in two cities on Wednesday, opposition websites said. Reformist former president Mohammad Khatami condemned the violence in Isfahan, the reformist Parlemannews website said. "Imam Khomeini (Iran's revolutionary leader) believed that the Islamic Republic was based on two pillars -- freedom and independence. If these pillars become shaky ... we will have tyranny again," Khatami said.
So it´s some kind of joke is it..There have been and still is a tyrannical slaughters house since 1979, that goes FAAR beyond any kings or Sha´s earlier rulings! It´s a genocide in ALL levels! In fact..It would really be about time the clerical regime in Iran serving on the other side of the genocidal "war-fare" carousel would be put responsible for their crimes against humanity. While others are tried for crimes against humanity, every one knows so are the Iranian regime responsible for, just as Turkey and Syria, and #¤#¤ NATO with lobbyists and weapon companies.
Any one wonder why others are tried for crimes against humanity while some can go on year after year after year, without being tried?

The Turkish State has given the go-ahead for a policy of massacre against the Kurdish people and let loose it's hoods and killers. Following armed attacks in Amed, Gever and Istanbul, they were on the scene again in Muş. Two people were killed in the town of Bulanik in demonstrations protesting the closure of the DTP and Abdullah Öcalan's prison conditions. Of the wounded, four are in a critical condition.
After the closure of pro-Kurdish DTP, clashes occurred in the pre-dominantly Kurdish South-East of Turkey and also in Istanbul, claiming the lives of several people. A shop owner from Muş shot to the crowd right in front of the police, a person in Istanbul was paid to shoot.
During protests against the recent closure of the pro-Kurdish Democratic Society Party (DTP) in the Istanbul district of Dolapdere 3 people made use of their firearms on 13 December. One of them claims that he was given money to be abetted in the shooting. The suspect was released after the interrogation by the prosecutor. He stated that he received 500 TL (€ 230) for shooting at the DTP demonstrators and that he used a blank gun. He said that he works as a garbage collector and that he was hungry. Addressing the NTV journalist the suspect said, "If you give me the money, I will do the same for you. I just look at what is in my pocket"."They came with a black SUV and gave me the money and the gun". Apparently, 3 people came 1 day prior to the incident in a black SUV, all wearing similar clothes and carrying similar guns, to deliver the money and the gun to the suspect. 2 people were shot dead.

So while there is a 2 or 3 front genocide on the Kurds and the Iraqi´s..
And the Iraqi´s and the Awakening have been massacred in masses and Turkey is jailing children "as one of the most experienced country in fighting terrorism" according to USAK, while going shuffle traffic to Syria as NATO´s biggest armed member, in which the U.S. points it´s fingers at for having people coming into Iraq and having a genocide on the Iraqi´s, we starts to get a hint on what kind of "front" the Iraqi people, the Kurdish people, the Kurdish people in the mountains that they were chased up in by Britain, the U.S. , and every #¤# weapon company, Turkey´s workers, journalist and every one are in! Don´t we!
Well..Yeah..We know Olof Palme was not just about to take up his work for better and harder regulations for conduct of weapon sells in the U.N. He also wanted a general boycott of the Turkish state on the same level as South Africa was.
We starts to get a hint on what kind of "front" the Iranian people against their criminal regime, the Iraqi people, the Kurdish people, the Turkish workers etc...are in. Where there is no #¤## differences between the Reichsbank during World war two, directors of weapon companies today, the EU in which it has been lobbied in, for weapon sells and terrorists list at the same time, and that is "denouncing violence and terrorism", after one have not only denied case fires and solutions, but working active in set up´s to instigate the genocidal "war-fare" which has been going on for decades and which is a GENOCIDE ON THE STOCK MARKET and not only a denial of right to life, but even a #¤## denial to defend it! AND IT´S #¤# SPREADING!

Children arrested and beaten for protesting against the Turkish state´s efforts to commit politicide on the Kurdish people
2 out of 12 children detained in Adana applied to the prosecutor's office because they were exposed to torture in custody and in prison. Lawyer Bek said the children showed signs of assaults when he talked to them in prison. 12 children have been taken into detention in Adana. They are part of a group of children that was arrested under allegations of participating in a protest action against the closure of pro-Kurdish Democratic Society Party (DTP) and against prison conditions for Abdullah Öcalan, imprisoned leader of the militant Kurdistan Workers' Party. 2 of the children taken into detention filed a complaint at the Public Prosecutor's Office because they were exposed to torture.
The children were arrested because of a show of a pirate copy in the town of Küçük Dikili in the province of Adana. They had been taken to the Adana F Type prison. Later on, they were transferred to the Pozantı Regional Detention Children's House. 15-year-old M.A. and 16-year-old H.Ö. claim that they were exposed to torture during custody and in the Adana F type prison. The children's lawyer Tugay Bek told bianet that he saw signs of assaults on the children's bodies when he talked to them in prison.
"Torture was imposed in all police station branches and in prison" Bek said that the children were taken into a car with a civil number plate within their neighbourhood. The children were beaten with a rifle butt in the car. They were brought to a nearby orange plantation where the beating continued. Bek argued that the children were forced to accept all accusations directed by the police officers who beat them. Bek furthermore reported that the children were brought to the Adana "Police Directorate Anti-Terror Branch Command" where they were again beaten and also insulted by the police officers. The assault was carried on in the Children Branch Directorate, Bek explained.
According to the lawyer, the children were threatened by the police not to testify before they made their statement at the prosecutor's office. To beware of the children to be exposed to torture again, they were forced to accept all accusations put up against them, Bek indicated. Bek stated that after being brought to the Adana F Type Prison, the children were beaten by a group of 20 gendarmerie officers in the entrance of the prison. Bek claimed that he saw the signs of the assault on the children's bodies with his own eyes when he came to the prison.
Apart from the prosecutor's office, Bek also applied to the Human Rights Association (İHD) Adana Branch, the Human Rights Commission of the Adana Bar Association, the Human Rights Committee of the Adana Governorship and the parliamentary Human Rights Commission. Lawyer Bek added that so far the complaints had the results that since last week children taken into detention in Adana are brought straight to the Pozantı Regional Detention Children's House instead of taking them to the Adana F Type Prison.

This is actually happening to Children for protesting against the Turkish state´s efforts to commit politicide on the Kurdish people under a "democratization process", to "disarmed the threat of a armed struggle" to be able to engage people politically!
The Iraqi people are actually assassinated while working on their political duties and hard work to contribute to stability and a future for Iraq and for democracy. While the Iraqi police, army and forces are actually working hard for stability, democracy, peace for the Iraqi people without being attacked and massacred and are giving their LIVES FOR THE IRAQI PEOPLE´S RIGHTS TO LIFE!
WHILE NATO´S BIGGEST ARMED MEMBER IS JAILING CHILDREN AND DESTABILIZING IRAQ, GOING SHUFFLE TRAFFIC TO SYRIA, WHERE THE U.S POINTS IT´S FINGERS TO WHERE PEOPLE ARE COMING FROM INTO IRAQ TO MASSACRE IRAQI´S, AND BOMBING EVERY THING IN IT´S WAY IN NORTH OF IRAQ UNDER THE PRETEXT OF "DEMOCRATIZATION" AT THE SAME TIME IRAQI´S ARE MASSACRED WHILE WORKING FOR DEMOCRACY AND THEIR RIGHTS TO LIFE! Maybe it was US!
That contributed to a decision to have Kurdish representatives in the Turkish Parliament!
While Turkey is claiming to work for a democratization, as a pretext, as a justification, as a cover, to persecute, prosecute, harass and terrorise to deny the Kurdish people to be engaged politically while claiming to have a genocidal "war-fare" for 30 years to disarm and eliminate the "threat of a armed struggle" to be able to engage the Kurdish people politically, while having meetings in Syria and people are going shuffle traffic from there to commit a genocide on the Iraqi people AT THE SAME TIME!
The Turkish state, it´s institutions, it´s "Justice system", it´s military and every one pulling the strings for crimes against humanity have shown us very #¤# well they are not #¤# able to think like humans!
So what is Turkey going to do about us, that have sat here and trying to contribute to peace and push for stability? Prosecute us? As with every one else working for political achievement's, democracy, case fires, stability and peace? Like the Kurdish people...JUST LIKE THE IRAQI´S!
Which the hell are to be prosecuted? VA? Us?

Well...
While the The Governorship of Hakkari has declared it as as temporary military security zone President Mahmoud Abbas told the Wall Street Journal that he will not allow a new intifada, as long as he is in office, I will not allow anybody to start a new intifada," he said. And Duran Kalkan has called on every one to act responsibly and emphasised that if a Democratic Solution was to develop, Abdullah Öcalan’s Road Map would definitely need to be released for public opinion.
And while Duran Kalakan has given another statement, in which he speaks of Turkey´s efforts to orchestrate riots and revolt on it´s streets, as we do not have the full text of yet as we do not speak Kurdish we will wait until we have it in full text.. But in the meantime as an idiot can figure out the Turkish state and it´s "justice system" has worked hard the whole #¤# time against democracy, case fires, stability and solutions. Not only in it´s own state but has gone shuffle traffic to Syria and contributed a whole lot to instability in Iraq as well. As we all know both the Iraqi authority and the United States has pointed to Syria concerning people coming into Iraq and destabilize it and massacring Iraqis, it´s also very "#¤# well known by all that the Turkish state as "one of the most experienced country in fighting terrorism" according to USAK and NATO´s biggest armed member has not give a #¤# damn about the stability in Iraq, just the opposite -contributed to instability while having meetings in Syria speaking to people on the U.S. terrorist list.
And as we all know declaring such a military zone it´s against it´s own #¤# constitution and international laws. The Turkish state has used the Kurdish people´s, politicians and every ones else hard work to come to solutions and end massacres and killings as a tool to commit politiced and keep on with their genocide in where they deny the Kurdish people their basic human rights and the right to life.
While claiming to work for a democratization, it has used that claim as a pretext, as a justification, as a cover, to persecute, prosecute, harass and terrorise to deny the Kurdish people to be engaged politically while claiming to have a genocidal "war-fare" to disarm and eliminate the "threat of a armed struggle" to be able to engage the Kurdish people politically.
This is psychopathic manipulations done by murderous psychopaths that are the center of the "Black Alliance" and the stock market which are struggling very hard to stand in the way for people and this planet to move forward. They are living in a 3 dimensional zone in darkness and wants to hold every one in it, no matter if it´s a genocide going on in Iraq at the same time which they are very much maintaining by their actions. . These are not humans - they do not act human, they are not #¤# able to think like humans, they are #¤# reptiles and this is not just a "Kurdish issue", but a very much #¤%¤ important "issue" for humanity and our rights all over this planet!

And by that contributed to a decision to that it was better if Kurdish deputies stayed in Parliament!

Prosecutor launches inquiry into former DTP leader Türk. The chief public prosecutor’s office in Ankara has ordered an inquiry into the former leader of the disbanded Democratic Society Party, or DTP, for statements he made regarding convicted Kurdish leader Abdullah Öcalan’s role in the decision to keep DTP deputies in Parliament.
“We are here despite the freezing cold, not for joy. Our wives worry about us and our children cry when they watch us being exposed to police force on TV,” Necdet Duymuş, a 46-year-old from the eastern province of Muş, told the Hürriyet Daily News & Economic Review. “This gathering is not an action but a peaceful protest to restore our legal rights. That’s all.” Thousands of workers for Turkey’s former state alcohol and tobacco monopoly, or Tekel, say they will lose employee rights and job security with their workplaces facing closure as a result of the former monopoly’s privatization. Tekel officials refrained from speaking on the issue despite repeated calls for comment.
Disappointed with Deputy Prime Minister Cemil Çiçek’s announcement late Monday that evaluations were still ongoing, workers continued their protest for the eighth day in Ankara. ‘Our children won’t forget the police’s use of force’ The former Tekel workers will be employed in temporary positions at other public institutions under Article 4/C of Law No. 657 in Turkey, which they say will create many disadvantages for them, including causing a significant reduction in wages, by almost half, and the loss of some of their rights.
According to Article 4/C of the law, employees are allowed to work a maximum of 10 months and cannot receive their wages or enjoy employee benefits during the other two months of the year. Tekel workers who will be transferred to other public institutions under Article 4/C are demanding that this transfer occur without financial or social loss to employees. Though they had voiced their demands in different platforms on multiple occasions, the group went unnoticed until members were exposed to police use of pepper gas and pressurized water in Ankara’s Abdi Ipekçi Park, where their gathering came to the media’s attention last week.
“My children watching the images on TV will probably not forget those images in Abdi Ipekçi Park,” said 42-year old Zafer Esen. “They will not forget the police use of pepper gas and water cannons against us. They will perhaps hate the police when they grow up.” Like many other Tekel workers, Esen has spent decades working in a Tekel factory, this one a 296-worker plant in the eastern province of Bitlis. His family already struggled to get by on his regular monthly wage of 1,200 Turkish Liras, he said.
“I abided by the call of the prime minister [Recep Tayyip Erdoğan] to have three children and I now have three children, with the newborn one just 40 days old,” Esen said. “But now, we [workers] are being fired and our wages reduced by half. We could survive thanks to my second job, but how we are expected to survive on 600 liras? How could I cover the education expenses of my children with this money?”
“I think the AKP plans to employ its partisans with the salary they are taking from us and aims to create its own party grassroots,” he added, referring to the ruling Justice and Development Party, or AKP, government. Bayram Çelik, a father of four from the southeastern city of Diyarbakır, asked the government to tell him how he could feed his family on 600 liras a month. “In our region, one person works and maintains his whole family. There is no industry or business,” Çelik said. “Who will employ me after spending my years at Tekel?” During their stay in the capital, most workers have had to sleep in the basements of buildings near the union headquarters, with some able to stay at friends’ homes or places the union or other organizations provided. Their expenses for food and daily needs have been largely covered by the Confederation of Turkish Labor Unions, or Türk-İş. Some have been hospitalized due to the police’s use of force, while others have suffered from Ankara’s frosty weather. Those who have become ill have been treated by volunteer doctors.
“Despite the discouraging circumstances, we will continue to protest until our demands are met, even at the expense of our lives. We will already be dead if we are obliged to survive with half of our salary. It is better for us to die on the path of our ideals,” said Hüseyin Yıldız, who has been working at a Tekel factory in the Milas district of the southern city of Muğla for 20 years. “The government hasn’t treated us in the capital in the same way it welcomed the returnees from Habur gate on the Iraqi border,” Yıldız said. “Should I perpetuate my struggle in the mountains to make my voice heard by the government? It instigates us to crime. We are just demanding our legal rights.”
Can Karaoğlan, a 50-year-old disabled man who has been working in Samsun’s Bafra district for 23 years, said he bade farewell to his wife and three children before he came to Ankara. “I vowed before I left my hometown that I wouldn’t go back to Bafra without taking my rights back,” he said. “My regular salary of 1,400 liras already fails to meet our basic needs. We can’t survive with half of it, even if we solely consume one loaf of bread every day. I wonder what would happen if the government considered cutting its deputies’ salaries in half.” According to Karaoğlan, an atmosphere of conflict has been created between the police and the workers.
ANKARA - Hürriyet Daily News, On the eighth day of their protests in Ankara, workers for Turkey's former state alcohol and tobacco monopoly, or Tekel, say they will continue to brave the cold and snow, and the police's use of pepper gas and water cannons against them, until their demands are met. The workers say their salaries will be cut in half due to Tekel's privatization. Tucked away in front of a union building in the capital, thousands of tired but passionate workers have braved inclement weather for days, saying they are struggling to maintain their rights amid political indifference.

Yeah..It´s the Ashuraa soon..
BAQUBA, Iraq (AFP) - Two Shiite worshippers were gunned down close to the town of Baquba and two Iraqi soldiers were shot dead in the northern city of Mosul on Tuesday, police said.
Bomb kills 1 and wounds 3 civilians in Babel
Judicial council member survives assassination attempt
IED wounds civilian in Falluja
And like the Ashuraa in 2006, and the one after that and after that..NATO´s biggest armed member and "one of the most experienced country in fighting terrorism" with al-Qaida inside it´s borders, is occupied traveling between Damascus, speaking to Hamas on the U.S. terrorist list and a "Syrian-Turkish High-Level Strategic Cooperation" and bombing mountains and people calling for solutions, in a defence position in North of Iraq..At the same time people have been coming into Iraq and massacred Iraqis in masses..Which the U.S. is aware of as well..
SO! What do we think of NATO by now? Well..It´s very #¤# obvious NATO is not where one should expect it to be, but is in fact a GENOCIDAL MACHINE! Well..Considering the Kurdish people it has been that for a long time, but now it´s VERY #¤# obvious no ones can actually rely on what it claims to be.
We assume the Iraqi´s wouldn´t mind having relations and bilateral cooperation's with their neighbours, but that´s no #¤#¤# JUSTIFICATION FOR A 2 OR 3 FRONT GENOCIDAL "WAR-FARES"!
Yeah..While Turkey has been busy "securing it´s borders" for 30 years or more simultaneously with the wars in Iraq, it has actually been eliminating it´s biggest security it could ever had..Do we feel sorry for Turkey over that..Not really...*Njee*
So if we shall start speaking about genocide..and all that characterise it, we would just like to hear every #¤# director of weapon companies, the U.S., Turkey, Britain, the regimes in Iran and Syria, the Internationally community and every one, telling us what´s not!
"Oh..it was just a couple of 3 millions or more, no ones knows, we never counted, the rest are hanged in Iran, killed in the mountains, tortured to death and disappearing in Syria, clubbed to death, beaten to death, lynched to death, shot or jailed in Turkey, or on the streets of London protesting"..

Facing facts
As for Turkey, many new events and debates seem to have unfolded, but the scene is pretty much the same. Once again, one of the taboos of our not-so-democratic Republic is being hotly debated. Understanding the true nature of that Kemalist era is the key to realizing whether Turkey is heading toward “darkness,” or actually moving away from it. And Onur Oymen, the second man of the secularist opposition, the Republican People’s Party, or CHP, just gave us a good opportunity to reflect on that question a little bit.
Oymen's controversial remarks came last week, when he strongly opposed the reform initiative. Criticizing the governments’ peacenik motto, “Let mothers cry no more,” Oymen said that Turkey has fought many lethal enemies, both within and without, and never stopped doing so for such bleeding-heart concerns. “Did mothers not cry in the Dersim uprising,” he asked. “No one stood up and said, ‘Let mothers cry no more’ and ‘let’s stop this struggle.’”
Protests then flared against Oymen, throughout the country, and even from some of the saner members of his party. “Dersim,” they said, “cannot be justified.” But what was this Dersim thing all about? Many Turks have no clue about the event because this nasty episode, like several others, is carefully excluded from “official history,” the only history they know. Even some Western authorities, such as Bernard Lewis and Stanford J. Shaw, have not written a single word about it in their books on modern Turkish history. Yet the violent crimes in Dersim 1937-38 is too tragic to be forgotten, let alone be cheered for.
Here is the briefest story. Dersim, a town in eastern Anatolia, was a tribal area of Alevi Kurds, who were both religiously and ethnically unorthodox in the eyes of the Turkish Republic. In the mid-1930s, the Kemalist regime tried to subdue this region by imposing “law and order,” and, of course, taxes. Some tribes conceded defeat, others resisted. One day in March 1937, a strategic wooden bridge was burned down and telephone lines were cut. The military soon launched a brutal campaign on the province, in order to kill.
The accounts from the massacres come mainly from the survivors, such as Nuri Dersimi, who wrote a book 13 years later in Syria. He explains that when troops began hunting down the tribes, the men gave battle, and the women and children hid in deep caves. “Thousands of these women and children perished because the army bricked up the entrances of the caves,” Dersimi writes. “At the entrances of other caves, the military lit fires to cause those inside to suffocate. Those who tried to escape from the caves were finished off with bayonets.”
It is safe to assume that Dersimi, a Kurdish nationalist, is biased. But other accounts confirm the terrible story. Martin van Bruinessen, a Dutch anthropologist, says, “At several instances, the [official military] reports mention the arrest of women and children, but elsewhere we read of indiscriminate killing of humans and animals. “With professional pride, reports list how many ‘bandits’ and dependents were ‘annihilated,’ and how many villages and fields were burned. Groups who were hiding in caves were entirely wiped out.”
Overall, Bruinessen estimates “almost 10 percent of the entire population of Tunceli was killed.” You can wonder where Tunceli was. Well, it was Dersim’s new title after the “pacification” of the province. Just like thousands of other Kurdish towns and villages, it was given an artificial Turkish name. This is the unpleasant story of Dersim. One can say that it needs to be seen in its “historical context.”
That was a time when many other authoritarian governments, too, were terribly brutal toward civilian populations. Even Winston Churchill, as colonial secretary, was “strongly in favor of using poison gas against uncivilized tribes” in Iraq. That contextualization certainly has a logic. What doesn’t have one is the fact that Turkey continues to idealize its authoritarian age and avoids facing its misdeeds. That was so apparent in Öymen’s defense of his own words. “I am just defending Atatürk’s methods,” he said. “Shall we deny him?” Yes, we can deny, and criticize, even Atatürk. The regime that allows that is called liberal democracy. And we are getting closer to it day-by-day.

Five suicide bombers seized a building near police headquarters in the city of Gardez with the aim of storming that headquarters to inflict heavy casualties on the policemen, when they were intercepted.

Middle East Quartet
SWEIMAH, Jordan (Reuters) – Russia on Tuesday said it planned to become more involved in resolving the Middle East conflict along with the European Union and the United States. Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Saltanov, who is President Dmitry Medvedev's envoy to the region, told a conference in Jordan that new efforts were needed to break the deadlock between Israel and the Palestinians.
"We have not exhausted the full potential of the Quartet," said, referring to the joint diplomatic committee formed by Russia, the EU, the United Nations and the United States. Saltanov was addressing a meeting of Russia's Valdai Club on Jordan's Dead Sea coast, where Russian, Arab, Palestinian and Israeli speakers debated the prospects of a comprehensive Middle East peace accord in the coming decade. "This conference itself is a small signal of Russia's intention to return to the Middle East arena," said Middle East specialist Patrick Seale. "It has been absent for 20 years."
Former Russian prime minister Yevgeny Primakov told the Valdai conference on Monday that the Quartet should formulate the basis of a framework Middle East peace agreement, and invite Israel and the Palestinians to negotiate in a fixed time period. Saltanov said deadlines could prove disappointing.
Saltanov said he met often with U.S. presidential envoy George Mitchell, who has led shuttle diplomacy for 10 months with no sign of a breakthrough to relaunch the stalled talks. He denied that Russia wanted a "Moscow Conference" on the Middle East merely as an attention-grabbing publicity stunt, "just for a photo opportunity." But he made clear Moscow still hoped to host a major peace conference, if and when Israel and the Palestinians agree to restore a dialogue interrupted since last December, and if the Quartet can set out the terms of reference of a peace accord. Collaboration in the Quartet "should be intensified and all parties should be active players," Saltanov said.
The so-called Middle East Quartet (the United States, United Nations, Russia and the European Union) had not played enough of a role, Primakov said. It should set out a constructive foundation for a settlement and make its recommendations to the parties, and set a time-frame for a peace conference.
Primakov said a Moscow conference was only conceivable once the current deadlock was broken by the Quartet's presentation of a framework for talks defining the core issues. Speakers clashed on whether an international force could relieve Israeli security fears. Rejecting Palestinian demands to make East Jerusalem the capital of a future state as "an obstacle to peace," Israeli strategic analyst Efraim Inbar said Jerusalem had been Jewish for 3,000 years and was "the focus of our yearnings." Former Palestinian prime minister Ahmad Qurie replied that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was deluded if he believed Jerusalem, as Israel's "undivided capital," could simply be excluded from peace talks. "Is anyone dreaming of a solution not including Jerusalem? It would be futile and in vain. It would not work regardless of force, regardless of power," the former premier said.

Well..It´s "rather simple"..peace does not only comes with drawing borders on a map. Every one have to take their responsibility to unite and achieve calm and peace and they should be aware of ways to do that by now. Stop violating Israelis and Palestinians for own political gains and ambitions, which both Palestinian and Israeli leaders have done for a long time. It has to end right now! Every one take their responsibility to engage people in their own conditions of lives instead! Set up committees in the communities, forums, settler leaders and Palestinian representatives takes a position to be a bridge between the government and the people out in the communities, provide information and engage people in their own lives. This violation has been going on for a long time and makes your people target for others violations as well. It´s a violation that should be reported and tried if it don´t stops right here right now!
And put Jerusalem and it´s WORLD HERITAGE open to all, under equal terms, which means a common responsibility to protect, preserve and security, which EU, the United Nations and UNESCO shall be involved in, and take their responsibility for. A common heritage has a common responsibility for security, protecting and preserving!
Jerusalem and it´s holy sites is a world heritage and shall be treated and taken responsible for as such, ones and for all. Jerusalem shall be open for all and in a living atmosphere, with citizens - Palestinians and Israelis.
And no jets flying around! Can we get some #¤#¤ peace and quiet! Thank you!
