Well..As we said: This is in many parts about human rights..So you better start respect your own peoples human rights..
As much as we do not approve or accept Hamas "agendas"..Palestinians do need to stand united when it comes to yours security and take control so you don´t get used..We have had enough of used and tortured Palestinians! Just get an end to it!
And Hamas better start respecting the Geneva convention of children´s rights where they have the right to live with the rest of the world in peace. And stop using them as little living weapons and destroy them mentally, because you are THIS CLOSE:> to get a report on you! Absolutely NO ONES can take any calls from you of your rights serious as long as you don´t respect your children´s rights or the Palestinians human rights! As little as any ones never believe the Iranian regime is peaceful as long as they support destabilization and terror everywhere!
Respect your own rights, your peoples rights, your children's rights, your neighbours rights and it will be much easier to demand them from the rest of the world. Respect yourselves - if you want to be respected! Value your own lives - if you want others to value it!
So..If someones in the Israeli "camp" believed things will get easier with Likud ....Think again!
Someone promised to not take olive trees..
As we said: There is no "quiting" here!
We are going to have a prisoner swap! And we do wonder how´s the weapons smuggling is into Gaza..As we said: It´s not a fully truce - it´s preparations for anything else but truce..Anyway..calm must pay! And if calm and a prisoner swap is a threat to Fatah, you have really caused yourselves problems! We think the Palestinians have had enough of you sitting on each side and have them suffer in the middle! We suspect they will find themselves other leaders in the future if you don´t take a grip on yourselves! It´s not only the Israeli leadership that rob Palestinians on their own independent state with their f****** demolishing and constructions! Hamas are as well! Very much! And both Fatah and Hamas will end up like losers with torturing people and acting as the biggest oppressors they ever had! And you should beware, because you are creating a bigger threat against yourselves than the Israelis are with your oppression, threats and torture!
The Palestinians are not your private property to be used for nothing but your own interests and have suffered enough without being tortured by some f****** Fatah or Hamas!
Those West Bank demonstrations has gone to far.
According to activists in the area, another demonstration was planned for late Thursday morning.
Yeah..But as we said: You are not totally liberated from responsibility just because you are demonstrating! Just the opposite in fact..As activists you are very much responsible for holding it together so it doesn´t go out of hand. Activists must not be inciting violence and making it go out of control. Activists shall stay activists and not become terrorists..And with young Palestinians getting so much hurt the die it´s way out of line!
So..
Well..Even if there is a new leader picket in Kadima and there is a prisoner swap taking place there are no ones that can just "quit" and tell us they don´t want to be "out and play" anymore! Do really some believe they just can go "home"? Well..if so it´s really time to grow up! This is "home"! You can not go anywhere!
In fact..We are all stuck with each other on this planet! Unfortunate in some cases we must say..It´s like a really, really nagging f****** in some parts! We sure would like a "divorce" right away..
So there have been ice on Mars..You say..Look at this..What we found..This is rather interesting...If we mirror Mars and the earth the shadows on Mars lays exactly at the same locations as the earths continents..

Well..It would not be that smart to start a campaign of attacks against targets in Turkish cities
And now the Turkish state-sponsor of terror have arrest people for being terrorists ..the very same which have arrest those they claim are terrorists..And refuse to respond to calls for solutions and laying down arms and instead cooperate with one other regime some claim is the worlds leading regime of sponsors of terrorism..While that border being used to export terror and forums being used in Istanbul for this global-suicide-genocide by terrorists and sponsors of terrorism and Turkey are more than keen on blaming PKK for terrorist attacks..
Would it..
Well...Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki
We have still not heard anything about Iranian and Turkey´s shelling in Kurdish villages..We really had enough of your silence and it´s suspicious! So how about stand up for Iraq and the Kurds as Iraq will not be stable without the Kurds being provide for. So we urge Iraqi´s as well as Arabs to work it out with the Kurds. Or are the Iraqi people already occupied even before the "occupiers" have left?
What the heck do you people think we are here writing for? Because we have nothing better to do?
Faction problems..

Well..
Yeah ..Maybe so..But when it comes to building you are not that cautious! Are you! Get this straight ones and for all: We will not come to Jerusalem with the Israelis inside the wall and the Palestinians outside of it! If you claim to know which are inside and outside!
And some are working hard on to never, ever be elected again..Doing this to your own people will make both Hamas and Fatah end up like loosers!
Two Palestinian journalists have been arrested by Hamas in the past few days: Sawah Abu Seif, a freelance cameraman; and Omar al-Farra, director of the Palestinian Authority's official Wafa news agency in the southern Gaza Strip. In addition, several Palestinian journalists in the Gaza Strip told The Jerusalem Post they had received death threats from Hamas operatives over the past few days. The journalists said they had been warned against publishing material in support of Fatah. "Many reporters are afraid to write or speak about the recent Hamas-Fatah standoff in the Gaza Strip," complained one journalist. "Our work under Hamas has become extremely dangerous."
"Both Hamas and Fatah are threatening us," he said. "We are under heavy pressure from both governments in Ramallah and in Gaza."
Well...Let´s see..A honest faith.. or a fake "faith" ..
Where does all the idiots comes from?
Talk peace with your formers that should be in HAGUE, Jordans "honor" and "sisterly Qatar"!
And inform them that the world have come to Iraq and the Iraqi people will never, ever be theirs private property again!
Well...Frankly..The Syrians ..They just believe they are some "players", like the rest!
"We have heard this type of thing from the Syrian ambassadors before in places like Washington and London," one senior diplomatic official said. "But why doesn't Syria's ambassador in Cairo say the same thing? Why do we not hear it from others, from Damascus? They are speaking to their audience in the West, giving them what they want to hear. They are not speaking to us." Another diplomatic official said the Syrians were "playing a double game. They are interested in a breakthrough with Washington, not with us. They want the process, not peace."
Mustafa, considered a close associate of Syrian President Bashar Assad, said in a webcast interview placed on the Americans for Peace Now (APN) Web site on Saturday night that if Israel wanted peace with Syria and Lebanon, "if they want the normalized relations they are looking for, security on their northern border, they cannot have this while they continue to occupy our Golan." Mustafa said there was presently a "historic opportunity" to make peace not only with Syria and Lebanon, but also with the whole Arab world, since "we believe that Syria plays the role of the gatekeeper between Israel and the rest of the Arab world." The ambassador said it was necessary for the US to become actively involved in the diplomatic process between Israel and Syria. Peace, he said, is a "great achievement" that will need "guarantees."
"Peace needs a world power like the United States of America to play an active role, not necessarily in negotiating the details, but in providing guarantees, and helping create the momentum that will actually lead to signing the peace agreement and implementing it," he said. Mustafa said Damascus had the "will and the vision" for peace, and that "the onus is on the Israelis... to respond in kind to our initiative and prove that they also are willing to do what it takes to make peace with their northern neighbors.
"We have consistently had one message to the Israelis: We want to make peace, we believe in a fair and comprehensive peace with you." Israel, he said, was the wavering party - sometimes interested in talks, other times not. Mustafa said Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, at the beginning of his term, had not been interested in talks with Syria, but has now changed his position, "and we are very happy about this change in his position." When asked what steps both sides could take to generate more public support for a peace deal, Mustafa said: "This is the State of Syria telling the State of Israel we desire to end the state of war between us, to conclude peace between two states, to recognize each other and to live as peaceful neighbors with each other within a normalized context."
The fourth round of indirect talks between Israel and Syria, with Turkey as the mediator, is scheduled to take place this week in Turkey. Ori Nir, the spokesman for Americans for Peace Now in Washington who set up and conducted the interview with Mustafa, said he had been asking the Syrian envoy to do the webcast for some time. Nir said he knew Mustafa from his time as a reporter for The Forward newspaper, for which he once interviewed the ambassador. "He really has been saying these things, talking in this tone, for quite some time," Nir said. "I do think there is an attempt to reach out to the Israeli public and reassure it that the peace overtures are for real, and that Syria is not only interested in the peace process, but actual peace. And I think part of the motivation has to do with Syria wanting to realign itself with the West."
When asked why, if Mustafa was interested in reaching out to the Israeli public he did not talk to the Israeli public, but rather to an American Jewish organization, Nir said the Syrians have consistently seen any interview to the Israeli press as part of a normalization process that they believe comes after negotiations for the Golan Heights, not before or during them. Moshe Maoz, a professor emeritus of Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, downplayed the importance of Mustafa's comments, saying they were "more of the same." "This is a Syrian effort to show that they want an agreement with Israel so they can be accepted in Europe, and in the US," he said, adding that it was also probably an attempt to push Israel into a corner.
Mustafa, whom Maoz said he had met on a number of occasions, is a friend of Assad's, and his comments were "certainly coordinated" with the Syrian president. "No Syrian official would say a word without Assad's approval," he said. "It is important for the Syrians to show the US that they are interested in an agreement," Maoz said. "They are throwing the ball in our court, but this is not a turning point."

We have really had enough of the Syrian regime squeezing themselves before the Palestinians and every one else, at the expense of every one else! And the Israelis and Palestinian leaders making Jerusalem an obstacle between them and the interests of the people! "Occupy Golan"..You lost it in another war you declared after 16 years of terror and have used ever since in your terror! EVERY ONE knows that! While you sits like some of the worlds biggest psychopaths believing every one else believe something else and call the people of this region for "occupiers of Jerusalem", while yourselves have occupied Lebanon for over 29 years with your terror and are occupying the Palestinians and the whole f****** region with your twisted psychopathic world! WAKE UP FROM YOUR PSYCHOPATHIC TWILIGHT ZONE!
Salah El-Din was a great man but his dead now! AND WE CAN´T GO BACK! NO ONES WANT TO GO BACK! WE ASSURE YOU OF THAT!
Maybe we shall put it this way: SAVE THIS PLANET OR DIE! GET IT?
Yeah yeah..Salah El-Din was a great man and the Crusades were intruders and idiots..
And there is really something wrong with this picture that the Romans prosecuted the early Christians in Rome and burnd them, just to come back to the Middle East and burn people for not being "enough" Christians! Isn´t it!
Can we move on now!
Hmm...Well..Maybe you guy´s are to old for this..Maybe we should need some fresh blood..

You do that! And stop torturing people! You are Palestinians, not CIA or some cat murderer from Iran!
So..How´s the prisoner swap going?
And Hamas to busy being others puppet dolls that don´t give a damn?
Maybe you should send Shas to Gaza and "clear the problems" ones and for all..
And what are Hamas and Fatah doing? "Little Iran" were some have been "trained" on Iranians to get back and do it to yourselves all by yourselves..
Look at this..A lá "little Iran"...And some are shouting about their human rights..Now we know where the Palestinian suffering went..We totally agree with Fred Abrahams! This is not what we paying for! We are not paying for torture and more suffering for the Palestinians because of some few leaders own interests! This is not law and order - this is just another suffering! Ordinary Palestinian people are very much talk able and not that hard to communicate with! This is "ordinary" Palestinians, not some rough elements of Ansar militants! This methods are totally not acceptable! You will end up with blank votes! If you care..After have hijacking democracy, in the true Iranian spirit..
This is scandalous! Ordinary Palestinians are easy people and not that much problems with having to do with! it´s their f****** puppet dolls and dictators to leaders that have caused them suffering!
Two human rights groups on Monday decried widespread mistreatment and torture in Palestinian jails - an issue taking on fresh urgency with a flare-up of Hamas-Fatah violence over the weekend in the Gaza Strip. The groups' reports looked at human rights violations during the past year, since Hamas wrested control of Gaza from the forces of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.
In the past year, the security forces in both the West Bank and Gaza have carried out large-scale, arbitrary arrests of political opponents, the Palestinian human rights group Al Haq said in an 85-page report. More than 1,000 people were detained by each side, Al Haq estimated, even before a roundup of some 200 Fatah supporters in Gaza over the weekend, following a bombing that killed five Hamas members. An estimated 20 to 30 percent of the detainees suffered torture, including severe beatings and being tied up in painful positions, said Al Haq director Shawan Jabarin, citing sworn statements from 150 detainees.
"The use of torture is dramatically up," added Fred Abrahams, a senior researcher for Human Rights Watch, a US-based group that is releasing its own report on abuse later this week. Human Rights Watch said Abbas's forces need to come under closer scrutiny because of the massive international support they enjoy. "The international community has pledged $8 billion to the Palestinian Authority in the West Bank and that gives them a heavy responsibility to make sure the security forces don't use torture and respect human rights," said Abrahams. Funding of Abbas's forces should be linked to an improvement in the human rights record, Human Rights Watch said.
PA Prime Minister Salaam Fayad acknowledged "shortcomings," but said human rights violations have decreased. "I'm not defending anyone, but I can assure you that we have treated flaws and don't allow violations. The upcoming reports will be better," Fayyad said.
In Gaza, Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum accused the Fayad government of trying to destroy Hamas in the West Bank with US backing. Barhoum acknowledged "mistakes" were made by the Hamas forces, but said that unlike in the West Bank, violators were increasingly punished. The Al Haq report described a series of methods used by interrogators in both territories. Commonly, detainees' heads were covered by sacks. They'd have their hands tied behind their backs and were made to stand for long hours. Those who moved risked beatings on arms, legs and the soles of feet. Other methods included threats, humiliation and isolation in tiny cells. Three ex-detainees - two from the West Bank village of Salem and one from Gaza - gave similar accounts to AP.
Majdi Jabour, a 33-year-old construction worker, said he was detained on Nov. 17 by Military Intelligence in the city of Nablus, near Salem. He said interrogators demanded to know where he had hidden the automatic rifle of his late brother, a member of the Hamas military wing killed by Israel in 2002. Jabour said he insisted he had no ties to Hamas and did not know of a weapon. He said that for the next six days, he was beaten severely with sticks and fists, including on the soles of his feet. His legs became so swollen and his feet so sore that he couldn't stand up, he said. He was also forced to kneel on glasses placed upside down on the floor and made to stand in the cold winter rain for hours. Jabour said he was taken to Nablus's Rafidiyeh Hospital after an interrogator rammed a screwdriver into his back, making him pass out.
Another man from Jabour's village, 50-year-old Hosni Jabara, said he was arrested by the Preventive Security Service in Nablus on Jan. 28, and was tied up in painful positions off and on for 32 days. At times, he was pulled off the ground by a rope hanging from the ceiling and attached to his hands tied behind his back, said Jabara.
In Gaza, a Fatah supporter said he was seized by Hamas security and beaten severely for several hours this spring, until he lost consciousness and had blood streaming down his face. The man in his early 30s showed a photo of what he said were his black and blue buttocks. After initially agreeing to be quoted and photographed, he withdrew permission, saying he had received new threats from Hamas.
Al Haq described the mistreatment as systematic. In the West Bank, most of the abuse was carried out by the Preventive Security Service and the General Intelligence, the rights group said. In Gaza, the lead was taken by Izzedine al Qassam, the Hamas military wing which has been folded into the security forces, according to Al Haq. The group said it had confirmed two deaths in detention, one in Gaza last July and one in the West Bank in February. Al Haq said it noted a decline in West Bank abuses in the past three months.

It doesn´t mean we don´t see what´s happening
And we are serious when we warn Europe of cooperations with NATO as one of the biggest members of NATO acts against human rights and into the "globla-collective-suicide-genocide"!
Friday, July 25, 2008
And Turkey don´t give a damn about any calls for solutions or diplomacy neither from Kurds or any ones else..
And while Jewish settlers attacks Palestinians, the Israelis just think about their f****** houses, while the Palestinian authority sentence "collaborators with Israel" to death. And while the Iranian regime just talks a lot of bullshit, they continuing their mass murder of Iranians and Kurds and hails murderers. And while France is busy destroying south of their country the U.S., Europe and NATO with their biggest member in Turkey work together to "defeat terror"..
Europe better think twice before any cooperation with NATO as one of NATO`s biggest member are "busy securing their border" against terrorism while having a cooperation with the Iranian regime which some claim are one of the biggest sponsors of terrorism and which use Turkey´s border for a global-Suicide, so not sensitive information risks to be spread where it should not be!
You are all very credible...Ain´t you..

Shale oil is one of the most environmentally damaging way of getting fossil fuel out of the ground but it is also a major climate changer. This one project would create up to 40 million tonnes of greenhouse gases each year.

Well...It´s obvious...We just wonder HOW LONG TIME it will take for people to wake up..
Parliament has approved the law but Kurds boycotted Tuesday's vote in protest of a secret ballot on a section dealing with the disputed oil-rich region of Kirkuk. The Kurdish Regional Government says Wednesday the secret ballot was "a constitutional breach," and has called on President Jalal Talabani, a Kurd, and his two deputies to reject it. Critics warn the move would return the law to parliament and likely delay the elections until next year. They were to be held by October.
Following the secret illegal voting of Iraqi national assembly on the provincial elections law bill, despite the Kurdish alliance boycott, a tense atmosphere has risen between the Kurdish alliance and its allies in Baghdad, and the Kurdish institutions inside the region. To debate the new development and argue about how Kurdish list should respond to such a conspiracy against Kurdish demands in Baghdad, Kurdistan region parliament is set to hold an urgent meeting on Wednesday.
MP Fryad Rawanduzi, official spokesman for the Kurdistan Alliance Bloc in the Iraqi House of representatives, said that “what happened in the today’s session of the Iraqi Parliament was unconstitutional and illegal”.
Concerning the Iraqi Parliament Passing on the Election Law for the Provincial Councils, the Spokesperson of Kurdistan Presidency said that the Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament violated, today the constitution and broke the internal system of the Parliament when he managed the voting process in a secret way aiming to overthrow the Iraqi constitution. He also said: "At the time that Kurdistan Presidency condemns this unordinary behavior by the Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament and those who joined him, Kurdistan region doesn’t commit with the outcome of this illegal voting."“We express our deep concern towards this behavior that may lead us to revise our stance and alliances because our People become tired of this indirect policy which contradicts the constitution and the convenient basis of the political process”, he added.
We call upon the Parliament and his Excellency the Republic President and the Presidency Council to face these suspicious plans that serve non-Iraq agendas and aim to undermine the National Democratic Process.
The vote on the law of the Provincial Councils is an attempt to break down the whole political process. We are confident that nationalists and the devoted in the political blocs are aware of these irresponsible behaviors. We urge all People of Kurdistan region to stand in one raw in order to foil this hazardous conspiracy”, he said.
Iraqi deputy prime minister, Barham Saleh, said that voting to the provincial elections law by the Iraqi lawmakers is unconstitutional and unacceptable. “If this issue remains unsolved, Iraqi president Mam Jalal will be bound to veto it,” Barham Saleh said.“Despite a signed agreement between Kurdistan Alliance Bloc and other blocs to reach a compromise, their stance to vote to the bill today made their credibility suspicious.”“Kurdistan Alliance Bloc (KAB) strongly objected to this unconstitutional drive and it takes all constitutional measures to respond it. The real response is the insistence of KAB on implementing the content of article 140 as a least constitutional commitment of Iraqi government to the people of Kurdistan,” Barham Saleh added.
Official Spokesman of the Kurdistan Alliance Bloc (KAB) inside the Iraqi Council of Representatives, Firyad Rawanduzi, exclusively told PUKmedia that passing the law for Iraqi provincial councils is illegal and unconstitutional. He indicated that the secret voting process in today’s session is suspicious, imprecise, saying that a number of parliament employees, who are not lawmakers, have voted in the process. He also indicated that KAB taunts at passing the law.
Both deputies of the Iraqi Parliament Speaker, Sheikh Khalid al-Atiya and Arif Taifur, held a joint press conference following today’s passing of the Iraqi law for provincial council in the absence of Kurdistan Alliance Bloc (KAB). Atiya described the voting process in today’s session and said “Through today’s voting, we made the Iraqi provincial elections fail, and unfortunately the elections will not be held in 2008.”
“Though, two members in the presidency board of the Iraqi parliament did not agree to the secret voting on the draft law, the bill was ratified through secret voting which is in contradiction to the Iraqi permanent constitution and the Iraqi council of representatives’ bylaw.” Atiya added. He clarified that secret voting could be held only in one case which is voting on electing the Iraqi President , the Iraqi Parliament Speaker and his two deputies. On his part, Arif Taifur said that voting on the bill is considered as an obstacle towards the progress of the Iraqi political process and the Iraqi provincial elections as it is illegal and unconstitutional. He indicated that the Kurdistan Alliance Bloc inside the Iraqi parliament rejected the law, will continue to reject it and taunt at it at the Iraqi Federal Court. He also pointed out that KAB will raise a memorandum of protest to the presidency of the Iraqi parliament. He said “We did not consider it as a legal law, rather it is a law that contains many transgressions and forgery.”
Arif Taifur indicated that a number of parliament employees, who are not lawmakers, have voted in the process and all these are factors so that the voting process could be taunted constitutionally and legally.

Normal behavior of the Gulf Stream
Consequently, the resulting Gulf Stream is a strong ocean current, transporting about 1.4 petawatts of heat, equivalent to 100 times the world energy demand. It transports water at a rate of 30 million cubic meters per second (30 sverdrups) through the Florida Straits. After it passes Cape Hatteras, this rate increases to 80 million cubic meters per second. The volume of the Gulf Stream dwarfs all rivers that empty into the Atlantic combined, which barely total 0.6 million cubic meters per second. It is weaker, however, than the Antarctic Circumpolar Current. Typically, the Gulf Stream is 80–150 km wide and 800–1200 m deep. The current velocity is fastest near the surface, with the maximum speed typically about 2.5 m/s (approx. 4.9 knots).
As it travels north, the warm water transported by the Gulf Stream undergoes evaporative cooling and brine exclusion. The cooling is wind driven: wind moving over the water cools it and also causes evaporation, leaving a saltier brine. In this process, the water increases in salinity and density, and decreases in temperature. These two processes produce water that is denser and colder or, more exactly, water that is still liquid at a lower temperature. In the North Atlantic Ocean, the water becomes so dense that it begins to sink down through less salty and less dense water. (The convective action is not unlike that of a lava lamp.) This downdraft of heavy, cold and dense water becomes a part of the North Atlantic Deep Water, a southgoing stream.
An idiot can figure out which enormous consequences a unbalance in the earths "artery system" would have..Well..some ..And some believe they OWN this planet and have the right to do what ever they want on it! With their &%%#¤ nuclear tests. And claims they know what the f*** they are doing!

Turkey should normalize ties with Kurdistan: Kurdish PM says
“Turkey should not be afraid of normalizing ties with Kurdistan region, we should know that the best means to solve problems is dialogue” Barzani told the channel, adding that the time had come for Turkey to take courageous steps and hold direct relations with KRG. Concerning the fate of Kirkuk Province, Kurdish Prime Minister stressed that article 140 should be implemented as an article of Iraqi constitution. “Kirkuk is an internal Iraqi issue and its problems should be solved internally, so the Iraqis prefer to decide on their destiny only by themselves and solve the case” he said.
About PKK issue, Barzani said the PKK attacks on Turkey raise their concerns, But Ankara must realize that the problem would not be solved via military means, only political means could serve the interests of Turkey, Kurdistan region and Iraq.
But what the heck..We have bilateral cooperations!
Now, we can add Turkey, to the list of suicide bomb trainers in addition to its well-earned reputation as a state-sponsor of terror. And by that Germany and snotty nose kids as well..According to Ali, an ethnic Turkmen, Turkish MİT trained 44 Turkmen as assassins at the Vatan police headquarters. It was these who were sent to ply their new trade in South Kurdistan. According to the documents received, 12 of the Turkmen assassins were sent to Kirkuk, 8 to Hewlêr, 4 to Silêmanî, and 20 to Baghdad. As Ali stated: "On 19 February 2006, they sent me to Ankara, and on the second day they sent me to Istanbul. We were 44 people. MIT gave us assassination training. We didn't know each other. They took us to a building in Vatan Street, and gave us sniper and handgun training." According to Ali, retired generals trained them: "We were 44 guys and everyone had a nickname so that no one knew who the other was. However, it was obvious that the people who were training us were very knowledgeable and sufficient people. The training was given on behalf of MIT, but it wasn't official.
A Canadian passport was found on Ali's person when he was detained in Kirkuk. He also carried several letters with him that had been sent from Syria. According to the letters, Turkey and Syria are cooperating in order to create chaos in South Kurdistan. Ali says that Syria has an enormous influence on ex-Ba'ath supporters and trained the Ba'ath Arabs, while Turkey trained Turkmen, so that both Syria and Turkey ould enhance their intelligence web.In addition, Ali mentioned that arms supplies come from Turkey and Syria. Syria is making things easier for Turkey to operate in South Kurdistan by using its influence over Sunni Arabs in Kirkuk and Mûsil. That's why the Turkish intelligence agents that staff the so-called Turkish "consulate" in Mûsil are able to move about freely in extremely dangerous areas, while residents of all ethnicities must take extreme care to move about in the city and surrounding areas.
Turkey is supplying arms to the intelligence staff in Iraq through Syria and Iran, either transported by train or in large trucks--which reminds us of the train that had been derailed by HPG gerillas at the end of May.
BAGHDAD - Two private security contractors died in a car bombing in the northern city of Mosul, the U.S. military in Iraq said Monday. Local officials said the contractors were Iraqi Kurds. Eight Iraqis were injured in the blast, which occurred Sunday when an assailant drove into the middle of a convoy and detonated explosives, the military said in a statement. The statement said the contractors were working as bodyguards for the Kurdish Democratic Party of Massoud Barzani, leader of Iraq's autonomous Kurdish region. Party officials said the Kurdish contractors were traveling in a convoy carrying construction materials.

BAGHDAD - Iraqi police say gunmen have killed a Kurdish journalist near the northern city of Kirkuk. Soran Mama Hama, a 23-year-old reporter for the Kurdish-language magazine Leven, was shot late Monday. A head of a local journalists' union blames the killing on gangs trying to silence reporters. Latif Satih Faraj calls the killing a "criminal act" aimed at halting "the free speech of independent journalists in Kirkuk."The New York-based Committee to Protect Journalists says at least 129 journalists and 50 media support workers have been killed in Iraq since the U.S. invasion in 2003.
Human right defenders are organising a protest against the execution of three Kurdish human rights activists and journalists in Iran
DAMASCUS --The head of a banned Kurdish political group has been arrested by the Syrian security services under emergency laws, a human rights group said Monday. The military security services in Damascus arrested Mohammed Mussa, secretary general of the Kurdish Left Party on Saturday, the National Organization of Human Rights in Syria, or NOHRS, said in a statement. Mussa was arrested and questioned previously by security services in Hassake, northeastern Syria because of "his party's activities and his comments to the Arab media," NOHRS said. The group branded his detention as unconstitutional because he was arrested under "emergency powers" which have been in place in Syria for 45 years, rather than by judicial authorities. Syrian authorities should release Mussa immediately and abandon the "emergency powers" under which they are making arrests, the group said. Mussa's party also called for their leader's release, saying, "Mohammed Mussa is a nationalist who defends the interests and the legitimate rights of the Kurdish people as well as those of all the Syrian people."The majority of Syria's 1.5 million Kurds live in the north of the country. There are 11 unauthorized Kurdish political parties in Syria, independent observers say. Syrian Kurdish say they only want political rights and recognition of their language and culture.
Former Kurdish politician Osman Mihemed Silêman Hecî, who had served as a Syrian MP between 1991 and 2007 died in hospital following several months of torture and ill treatment in prison. Mr Hecî was arrested on 27 November 2007 and had been in prison ever since, suffering torture and ill treatment at the hands of Syrian police. On 22 January 2008 he was taken to El Kindi Hospital by Syrian officials and registered with the name of Eli Ehmed to hide his real identity. He died of his injuries. Mr Hecî is one of countless Syrian Kurds who suffer arbitrary detention and torture at the hands of Syrian officials. Arrests and violence in Syria’s Kurdish regions have been particularly common in recent months due to Syrian Kurdish opposition to Turkey’s military operations in Kurdistan Iraq, operations which Syria vocally supported. Kurds are disenfranchised, arbitrarily arrested, tortured and killed with a shocking degree of impunity in Syria. That even a long-serving and respected member of parliament such as Mr Hecî can suffer such a fate demonstrates that Syria cares little even to hide such outrageous conduct.

Omar Mohammed Seyide 30, known as Dilan, was originally from the town of Halabja and was a member of the group that assassinated Shewket Haji Mushir, a member of the PUK leadership. It appears that Ansar al-Islam is still active on the border regions between Iran and KRG. It also appears, form this example, that Iran gives then support.

The Islamic Republic of Iran has recently supported the Islamic Movement of Kurdistan (IMK) by providing it with local TV stations so that it can set them up in Arbil and Halabjah. The provision of the TV stations comes after IMK's senior delegation's visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran last month. Iran started providing support for the Kurdistan Islamic Group [KIG] since May through running trainings for KIG's media staff about ways of running its satellite TV.

Villages in Iraq's northern mountain areas have been shelled by Iranian forces since 2003. Iraqi MPs and politicians have accused the Baghdad government of tolerating an Iranian military campaign on Iraq's northern territories. "The Kurdish people denounce the media blackout imposed on this topic. We really do not understand how the Iraqi government remains silent at bombing its own national soil. Al-Jaff says the government needs to immediately intervene and alleviate the plight of the Kurdish refugees."What really bothers the Kurds and various politicians is the government's negligence towards the displaced and the destroyed infrastructure. Dhafir al-Ani, a Sunni Arab MP from al-Tawafuq (the Accordance) bloc accused the ruling coalition of blocking efforts to raise the issue in parliament because of its close links to Iran."Those MPs representing Abd al-Aziz al-Hakim of the Islamic Revolution in Iraq and other parties close to Iran have used their influence to prevent this issue from being raised in the parliament," he told Al Jazeera.

Yeah..While we are trying to save this planet..And some are talking peace..Well..It could be a good thing with bilateral cooperation's between Kurdistan and Turkey, since Turkey need energy and are going to let out some waters. And it shouldn´t really be a problem to arrange so it can come to benefit for both Iraqi´s, Turkey and Kurdistan. We mean..We have seen enough of stupidity!
But Turkey shall be very aware of that they are in baaad company which only acts in their own interests with crimes, and that Turkey are acting against laws and common sense with not responding on calls for solutions and laying down arms, which also are in their own interests, and there are no ones that don´t see that! In fact..It´s crimes being committed against a whole people and where even PKK cares more about Turkey and your future in a European Union, than those Turkey is "cooperating" with!
In fact...We see very clear the crimes being committed, with pipe lines being blown up etc..and the same f****** record!
We can not afford more destruction of the forests!
We do not use mahogany from trees that have been here for millions and millions of years to build furniture of! Or anything of! We simple do not use mahogany!
By the way...This is not salt! This is Geneva- Switzerland!

Bosnian Serb war crimes fugitive Karadzic arrested
EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana said his arrest showed Belgrade was cooperating fully with the U.N. war crimes tribunal. An EU foreign ministers meeting on Tuesday was to discuss closer ties with the new government.
Karadzic was indicted along with his army commander, General Ratko Mladic, for genocide at Srebrenica, where some 8,000 unarmed Bosnian Muslim males were rounded up and murdered and bulldozed into mass graves in July 1995. He is also charged with authorizing the shooting of civilians during the Sarajevo siege in which an estimateedestimated 11,000 people were killed.
His arrest leaves two war crimes suspects still wanted by the Hague tribunal. "The arrest of Radovan Karadzic is confirmation that every criminal will eventually face justice," said Munira Subasic, head of a Srebrenica widow's association. "I hope that people who had to keep quiet because of Karadzic will start revealing the locations of mass graves and let us find the truth about our beloved ones," she said.
EU members who say Serbia must hand over all war crimes suspects are likely to see the arrest as proof Karadzic's fellow genocide suspect, fugitive wartime commander Mladic, can also be seized if Belgrade has the political will to face down hard-line nationalists. U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon praised Serbian authorities for taking a "decisive step toward ending impunity" of those indicted for crimes in Balkan conflicts.
Zimbabwe talks to start in South Africa
"There was convergence among all the parties that the dialogue had to start as soon as the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) was done, hence the resumption of that process today," an MDC official said on condition of anonymity. A diplomatic source close to the talks said they would start on Tuesday in South Africa's capital, Pretoria. The source said neither Mugabe nor Tsvangirai would attend the opening round. The main goal of the Pretoria talks will be the creation of a government of national unity, though the two sides differ on who should lead it and how long it should stay in power.
Pressure on the two sides to share power came from the African Union and the Southern African Development Community, concerned by the political and economic crisis in Zimbabwe that has flooded neighboring states with millions of refugees.
Yeah..But we also need a better tranpsortation system that is more environmentally friendly
The United States and the European Union -- both of which have strong farm and industrial lobbies -- have called on emerging countries like Brazil, India and China to offer more.
We can not have a system with shrimps being fished in New Zealand, transported with long-distance truck over the whole globe to Britain to be checked and counted, and then transported to Germany to be packed, and then transported to somewhere else to be sold. We need to cut the carbon and this way ain´t working! Be sure of that..We need a better fuel for long-distance trucks, or/and cut off the transportation's on the way, replace them with trains where it´s working. And stop this horrific crime with transportation of living animals!
Could water flow and a recover of the Marsh lands have affect on the golf stream?
We assume everything is connected in a system where every part is affected of and even in some parts depend on each other..
The Tigris River where it diagonally cuts though the Jabal Hamrin mountain ridge in northern Iraq. The ridge rises about 1,000 feet above the river. The small amount of detail that can be seen via Google Earth shows that the ridge is composed of tilted layers of sedimentary rock. It is also about 55 miles west-southwest of Kirkuk. There are similar NW-SE trending ridges that extend through the oilfields area. Thus, it is assumed that the Jabal Hamrin ridge is part of the same system, and probably dates back over 50 million years.

The cold being hindered by the warmth and makes it stay longer in ice storms?
And it´s sure not helpful with cutting of the rain forests to make a f***** chair to sit on or have something to float on! Or with nuclear tests. Or some f****** Middle East "games" for nothing but own interests, psychopaths and military convoys, cutting of waters from people and a very important water system, polluting the little waters that is left for decades, where idiots refuse to respond on calls for solutions, breaking human rights, international laws, committing crimes against humanity, And just act as idiots and contributes to the warming and desert spreading with even more less forests! IDIOTS!
To much cold waters coming down are clogging the artery machinery -The golf stream and makes it stop!
Damage from ice storms is highly capable of shutting down entire metropolitan areas. The Atlantic Power Outage of 2005 caused hundreds of thousands of people along the Atlantic coast to suffer power outages. Winter ice storms caused power cuts starting on December 15, 2005. The widespread outages were caused by the ice that formed on tree limbs and fell onto power lines. According to Environment Canada, the ice storm of 1998 directly affected more people than any other previous weather event in Canadian history. The area covered was massive, extending from Kitchener, Ontario through Quebec to New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, and also covering parts of New York and New England.
Yeah! Why don´t you fire some more rockets, build some more dams and do some more military convoys!
And when will the internationally community realize that the crimes being committed against the Kurds WHICH YOU ARE A PART OF DOING and was the very reason for making it happen significantly reinforces the anti-democratic forces of the region?
And are maintaining it with calling those that fight for their human rights and a place on this earth for terrorists, and keep the Kurds divided as if it´s such a different between Kurds and Kurds, and by that legitimize and are a part of a genocidal "war-fare" and crimes being committed against human rights and humanity by Turkey, the regimes of Syria and Iran against the Kurds, against their own people and against the whole region, instead of responding on calls for solutions and laying down arms!
And are very much a part of the destabilization of the Middle East, where Germany and many more have their f****** military industry, with justifications that it´s needed against those you have committed crimes against from the beginning, and for democracy against terrorism. And doing just the opposite! And are legitimizing crimes against people and being a part of working against democracy and human rights! And in your own interests are maintaining Turkey, Syria´s and Iran´s crimes against people all over the region! Which not only people all over the region are paying for with their lives and suffering but also destroys the whole environment of the Middle East and ALL OVER THIS PLANET!
You ain´t working for freedom and democracy! You are hijacking it and have done so since 1923! Against humanity, human rights in your own interests together with psychopaths and mass murderers!
Hell will freeze before you transport this mass murdering machinery and crimes to Europe through Turkey and the f****** rocket transportation border and genocidal "war-fare", you are a part of and have been since the early 20´s!
AND THE FREEZING IS NOT THAT FAR AWAY!
F****** IDIOTS!
Idiots! You don´t own a thing!
You don´t own a thing on this planet! And no one can not claim ownership on this planet because you have a f***** flag!

Turkey have ordered village guards to join the "operations"..
The use of village guards in this genocidal- "war-fare" that have been going on for decades where they refuse to respond on calls for solutions and laying down arms, remains a policy by Turkey. PKK have been extremely cautious not to target any village guards..But Turkey demands village guards to participate with oppression and blackmail.
Iran has sentenced eight women and one man convicted of adultery to death by stoning, activists said Sunday. A lawyer and women's rights activist said the nine, who are between 27 and 50 years old, were convicted of adultery in separate cases in different Iranian cities. Trial protocol was not applied properly in the cases, she said. Six of the nine were convicted based solely on judges' decisions with no witnesses or the presence of their lawyers during their confessions, said Sadr, who has been leading a campaign in Iran against stoning deaths. "Their verdicts are approved, and they may be executed at any time," she told reporters.
Human right defenders are organising a protest against the execution of three Kurdish human rights activists and journalists.
Yeah..back to the 80´s! And after several years of a horrific war in Iraq and thousands and thousands of Iraqis and U.S. troops have died, Turkey and the Iranian regime comes in and lay the last "touch" to create a humanitarian disaster! While the rest sits on another planet together with Hamas and refuse to listen to any ones else!
Five days after a Palestinian Authority court in Jenin sentenced two Palestinians to death for collaboration with Israel, a Hamas court on Sunday sentenced another Palestinian to death for the same offense.
Yeah..This is what we paying for..
The politics of oppression of the Kurdish population significantly reinforces the anti-democratic forces of the region
"Democrasy"..
F****** IDIOTS!
Let´s hope for another little Ice Age!
Yeah..While Hamas talks about "media consumption" and sits on a planet we never have heard of, being no part of anything..
At the same time the regimes of Iran and Turkey are laying the "last touch" to create a humanitarian disaster in Iraq.
So.. Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki
You ain´t much of a companion! Are you?
We bet you don´t even hear us..being busy with "Bilateral commercial exchanges and cooperation's". And making sure the pools are filled up while farmlands and farmers livestock gets destroyed all over your country. People are displaced, Kurds and children shelled in villages, natural reserves and livestock's are gone in the north. Chemicals have been used to kill livestock, baby goats and pasture land are poisoned. And the Taliban´s are further up at the borders..While the Iranian regime wants to share their achievements and literally standing in the way for both the Kurds, the Palestinians and Iraqi´s Kurds and farmers achievements. In fact..We would say that the regimes of Turkey and Iran together with Syria, the U.S., and some help from Germany´s and Israels weapons have made a good work to destroy north of Iraq´s farming and natural resources. Just as they are in the rest of Iraq.
We have been here a long while now..watching both Iraqi´s and U.S. troops giving their lives for the Iraqi people and stability in Iraq and the rest of the world. And have heard criticism from Syria, Turkey and the Iranian regime all the time, just to watch them cutting off waters. Trees have been burnt down at the est of Iraq. All the gardens are destroyed, dried up and burnt down. Farmers have no livestock left, the Kurds in the north are shelled and their livestock destroyed. Natural resources being destroyed. We sit here and watch the Iranian regime and Turkey coming in like vultures after thousands of people have given their lives and laying the "last touch" to create a humanitarian disaster after they have sat and criticised in a safe distance for years, while we don´t hear one word from you, or President Jalal Talabani!
So tell us..What are the Kurdish and the Iraqi people going to do with all this "Bilateral commercial exchanges and cooperation's", in a land where the desert is spreading fast with only oil fields left, without any gardens and livestock's left, without any farming or cultivation possibility´s, in a global food crises. With hanged journalists, banned parties, a hijacked democracy with Turkey´s media and Iran´s TV network, and a "green OAS" in the middle?
That´s how we like to see it:
That achievements belongs to the whole world. Not only countries in this region affects each other but also countries in the whole world do that. Just as parts of this living planet affects every other part. The earths artery system moves, it´s pumping all over this planet, just as the air circulates! It´s a constant movement of life! If we put junk in it in the North Pole, it will move and affect all the way to the south pole. And that dynamic applies to people in countries all over this planet as well! And that also applies to the Kurds and the Palestinians. The achievements of the Iraqi Kurds must be applied and come to benefit for all Kurds. When it comes to the Palestinians there are obstacles put in the way by people in Gaza and on other places that don´t give a damn about anything than their own personal self fulfillment's to make achievements come to benefits for all Palestinians! And it´s the same with the Kurds, where not only Turkey and the Iranian regime are keeping up their destruction but also others economical interests contributes to that it is a CRIME being committed against the Kurds as it has been for decades! It´s a SHAME! It´s a Shame for humanity all over the world. Just as the death and suffering of Africans, in some peoples own selfish interests!
The chemical gas attacks against the Iranians need to be recognised as crime committed against the Iranians just as it was against the Kurds, by the internationally community..Well..It is in a way, but it need to be as much clear as for the Kurds. And we like to hear that recognition from the Muhajideen´s as well..If not to the Iranian regime - for your people! It was your own people, doing what was expected from them to defend their country!
