Ahmet Türk, the leader of the Democratic Society Party (DTP), has announced that his party will file a criminal complaint against an action plan drawn up by the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) after the parliamentary elections of July 22, 2007, employing a team of 100 lawyers.
Türk’s remarks came on Tuesday. The action plan was allegedly prepared upon the orders of then-Chief of General Staff Gen. Yasar Büyükanit. It mentions the TSK’s unease regarding a Justice and Development Party (AK Party) victory at the polls. One of the chapters in the action plan was devoted to the entry of the pro-Kurdish DTP into Parliament. In the July 22 polls, the party sent 20 deputies to Parliament and formed a parliamentary group.
“The entry of the DTP into Parliament is a misfortune in the name of Turkish democracy. It has been understood from the very first day that the objective of those people, who call the members of the terrorist Kurdistan Workers’ Party [PKK] their brothers, is not to declare their ideas on a democratic platform but to quarrel with the state,” the plan argued.
Türk said Turkey’s recent political history was full of military coups, memorandums and action plans. “Unfortunately, civilians failed to stand up against the military’s position. We have two action plans at hand. One is targeting the AK Party and the other is targeting the DTP. The nation is questioning what is going on. Now the question is, will politicians give up their past habits and display a civilian stance against such plans?” the DTP leader asked. He also directed accusations toward the governing AK Party for failing to finalize its Kurdish initiative, through which the government hopes to settle the problems faced by the country’s Kurds.
“We warned the government about its initiative and shared our views with the public. The Kurdish question is too complex to fit into political calculations. We see that the AK Party fails to understand this fact. The party thought that it would be enough to say it was planning to stop the bloodshed. However, it failed to meet our people’s demands. Now the AK Party is trying to put the blame for its failure on the DTP,” Türk claimed.

Since the recent lifting of visa requirements between Turkey and Syria, the two countries have begun work on a new cooperation in tourism to allow tourists arriving in Turkey to visit Syria as well without the need for a Syrian visa. A 6 month-old boy in the western province of Yalova and three children in southeastern Mardin province died on Sunday. Sener Adali and his son Mert were swept away as the bridge they were crossing was destroyed by floodwaters in Kocadere town in Yalova. Adali survived the flood but his son Mert died. Mevlüde Aslan, 13, and her sister Sadiye Aslan were herding animals in Mardin’s Dargeçit neighborhood when the flood swept them away and their bodies were found 15 kilometers away.
In Mardin’s Derik district, 3-year-old Nezir Aksak was killed when he fell into a river in his village, Çataltepe, on Sunday. Istanbul Sea Buses, or IDO, temporarily delayed its services on Monday due to the bad weather. Yoleri from İHD criticised, "There is no justification to use weapons against children, not even in case of a quarrel". The violation of rights increased after the legislation had widened the police's authority to use firearms. This time a police officer was killed by a bullet shot by one of his colleagues. While the media perceived the news in the manner of "a policeman became a martyr", it was not mentioned that the Children's Police used the weapon against a child. Human Rights Foundation (İHD) Istanbul Branch chairwomen Gülseren Yoleri criticised the Children's Police for carrying weapons. She argued that this is a violation of the principles of the children's justice system and international standards. According to a report from the Turkey Human Rights Foundation issued in June this year, since the amendment was effected 53 people died because of the use of firearms or because of security problems in detention centres. 13 people died in detention. A total of 40 people died and 53 people were injured because of the police's use of firearms in the context of not obeying stop warnings, interventions against demonstrators and raids on homes.

Turkey is committing a politicide under the justifications of a "democratization process", where Turkey is jailing and prosecuting DTP members who are to help mediate and find solutions to end the bloodshed and the "war" fare, under the justifications that lawyers and DTP politicians are engaged in this process. So there is a democratization and peace precess started and then Turkey´s "justice" system prosecute and jailing those involved for being a part in this "process" to mediate under the pretext they are a part of a "terrorists organization." At the same time the U.S. has designated the very same Iranian forces which both the U.S. and Turkey is cooperating with instead of respond on calls for solutions, as involved in terrorists activities and implement sanctions on as members of a "terrorists organization."
REALITY is that there are people that have taken Saddam´s place and implemented a "Saddam-Turkish" agenda used in a "Kurdish opening" as a pretext to break the very fundamental laws of right to life and basic human rights, while people taking the opportunity to destabilize and continuing a genocide in Iraq. Villagers from the Qelqeli town of Wan were fired at by the soldiers of the Kurudere Border Patrol Office while going to the border to buy crude oil. One of the villagers, Sabahattin Koçak, died at the scene of the incident. Four other people were beaten by soldiers. "Out of hands"..
Some things already are out of hands and have been that for a Long time! You can not rely on other people to come to the rescue and massacring your own people...That have obviously not made anything better, just the opposite..You have been stupid #¤# idiots with one other even bigger idiot that believes he will make a military institution of your schools and Universities by forces, torture, massacres and the most disgusting crimes he has actually been occupied with since he inherited a gang that were made criminals and murderers by another psychopathic murderer! That´s your "heritage" some are trying to keep while committing the most horrendous crimes instead of change and actually care for their own people and kick out people that do not care for anything or any one but themselves and have no problems with taking your whole #¤# nation to a disaster of torture, mass graves and dead people thrown on your streets!
