4 Oct 2007 - 2007 sees the worst bombings

Iraq Body Count’s research shows that 27,000 civilian deaths from violence were reported in 2006. This represents a huge increase compared to preceding years: 14,000 killed in 2005, 10,500 in 2004 and just under 12,000 in 2003 (7,000 during the actual war/invasion, and another 5,000 during the ‘peace’ that followed).

Indications are that roughly 20,000 violent civilian deaths will be recorded for the first 9 months of 2007. By year’s end, 2007 looks to be the second-worst calendar year for violence in Iraq since the 2003 invasion, trailing only behind 2006, and still almost twice as deadly for civilians as the first year.

One measure by which 2007 quickly exceeded 2006 was in major ground-based bombing attacks which killed more than 50 civilians (and sometimes far more). Throughout all of 2006 there were 12 such attacks. Between January and April 2007 there were already 13. As of this writing, there have been 20 such attacks in 2007, claiming well over 2,000 civilian lives, with the worst-ever of these attacks occurring in August and killing over 500. Altogether, there have been 49 of these attacks since 2003, killing 4,454 to 4,632 civilians, and probably more.

The death tolls from these large-scale incidents are well-reported: on average, each of the incidents listed here received 33 independent media reports, including updates to the death toll, ranging up to 92 reports for the largest incident. Even so, these attacks leave many wounded, some of whom may have died from their injuries after the last of these reports were collected. This makes it likely that more civilians may have died from them than the 4,454 to 4,362 recorded here.

The following table charts the 49 incidents recorded between March 2003 and September 2007:

Another constant feature of the post-invasion conflict has been attacks on the country’s police. Police remain preferred targets, although in significantly lower numbers than at the peak killing rates of late 2006 and early 2007: during the entire year, 1,891 police were reported killed in 2006, 2,065 in 2007, and 928 in 2008 by end of November. However, where formerly it was police who were being targeted, it is now Awakening council members who are increasingly being attacked.

Egyptian journalists say Kurdish media should target Arab world

ARBIL / Aswat al-Iraq: Two Egyptian journalists, taking part in the special week related to the Kurdish press in Arbil, on Sunday called to find a Kurdish media oriented to the Arab street to explain the Kurdish cause without distortion. “It is necessary that the Kurdish media presents its cause with the true and correct image to the Arabs,” Mohamed Hassan al-Bana, al-Akhbar’s deputy editor-in-chief, told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.

“The Arab citizen wants to know the truth and what happened in this region and the message should be clear and honest, without being false,” the journalist added. For his part, the Egyptian Researcher and Writer, Ragaei Fayed, told Aswat al-Iraq news agency, that Kurdish media should depend on a true and unified address oriented to the Arab world, noting that Arabs are keen to receive information from their real sources instead of taking them from distorted and unreal sources.

“Kurds have to count on a true and unified address oriented to Arabs, Turks, and Persians. “The Kurdish cause, after the topple of the former regime, worsened. The first Kurdish newspaper was published in Cairo under the name of Kurdistan on April 22, 1898 by the leader of the Kurdish journalism, Muqdad Medhat Badrakhan.

"Real sources instead of taking them from distorted and unreal sources."

Yeah..That would REALLY be about time in this Twilight Zone of genocidal "war-fares" region!

It was a long time ago it was a war in Iraq..This is no #"# war - this is a on going genocide as in several places in this region and beyond ..

BAGHDAD / Member of the parliament’s security and defense committee said on Friday that the Iraqi intelligence information proved that Baathists played the role of al-Qaeda in launching suicide attacks in Iraq. “Intelligence information showed that al-Baath organizations occupied al-Qaeda’s place in carrying out bombing attacks in Iraq,” MP Fryad Rawendozi told Aswat al-Iraq news agency, noting that several suicide bombers are Baathists. A series of booby-trapped cars and bombs explosions rattled the Iraqi capital and some Iraqi provinces on April 6 on the occasion of the establishment of the Baath party on April 7, 1947. The attacks left scores of casualties.

WASSIT / Four persons believed to be members of Al-Qaeda in Iraq (AQI) were captured during a search raid conducted in northern Wassit province on Thursday, a security source said. “The 2nd Contingent of the Quick Response Squad (QRS) arrested four wanted AQI members in a raid to search several houses of wanted persons in al-Suwayra district, the QRS commander, Maj. Azeez Lateef al-Imara told Aswat al-Iraq news agency. “The arrested persons are wanted on charges of involvement in murder and kidnapping operations against civilians and carrying out armed attacks against security forces in the province,” said Imara, adding they were captured in accordance with Article 4 of law on terror.

WASSIT / Aswat al-Iraq: Iraqi security forces seized 500 RPG7 missiles hidden underground in northern Wassit, a security source from the province said on Thursday.´“The missiles were found in al-Sowayra suburb, 135 km north of Kut city,” Major Aziz Lateef told Aswat al-Iraq news agency. “The operation was based on intelligence tip-offs,” he said.

Quick Response Squad forces seized a factory for home-making improvised explosive devices in northern Wassit province on Thursday, the squad commander said. “The forces seized the factory in a search raid that targeted a terrorist hideout in al-Suwayra district, Maj. Aziz al-Amara told Aswat al-Iraq news agency. “The factory contained large amounts of powder, chlorine, TNT and other material used for making IEDs,” he said.

BAGHDAD/ Security forces on Thursday arrested the emir of what is called the Islamic State of Iraq, Abu Omar al-Baghdadi, the official spokesman for the Baghdad Operations Command (BOC) said.

BABEL / Iraqi security forces arrested two special groups’ commanders in Hilla, said a security source from Babel province. “The commanders are wanted by security forces according to Article-4 terror,” he said. The ’special groups’ is a term used by the U.S. army to refer to armed groups funded and trained by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards.

SEOUL (Reuters) – North Korea will stay away from international nuclear disarmament talks, Russia's foreign minister said on Friday after visiting the secretive state and pressing Pyongyang to return to the sputtering discussions."North Korea at this point does not intend to return to the six-party talks," Lavrov told reporters in Seoul through a translator.

Every one is speaking for North Korea nowadays..They can #¤¤# speak for themselves!

How can a candidate country to the European Union violate in such a manner the fundamental rights?

Turkey and the EU and the Turkish role in the multinational natural gas project. Hungary’s Nabucco envoy, Mihaly Bayer, tells the TDN that a transit role will serve Turkish interests much more than a hub role since the country will acquire a ‘very important strategic status’ in the delivery of gas to the West.

Turkey Warns US to Stop Operation in Fallujah
Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul said that he has warned Colin Powell about the US operation against the terrorists in Fallujah, reported the Turkish media. In a statement made during Parliamentary budget talks, Gul said that he talked to Colin about Turkish concerns. "We hope that these operations will end as soon as possible, so peace can be established and a proper election atmosphere can come to Iraq," said Gul. The Turkish FM added that "All the countries of the world wants to see Iraq stabilized, with Turkey first among them because Iraq, first of all, is our neighbor and secondly, the Turkmens, Kurds and Arabs in Iraq are all our brothers. Peace for them is a matter of intense concern for us," reported the source.

For years, and with the blessing of Iranian officials, Islamist terrorist groups have smuggled weapons and money into Iraq. When US special forces and Kurdish peshmerga fighters attacked Ansar al-Islam, an Al Qaeda affiliate, in March 2003, hundreds of its members fled to Iran, the officials said, and have regrouped in several towns just over this border. There, they continue to train, raise funds, and plan terrorist operations in Iraq, infiltrating operatives across a porous, rocky, high-altitude border.

Turkish version of "war against terrorism"..Brothers in some places and terrorists in Turkey..

Turkish police extend anti-terror operations, new wave nets dozens
ISTANBUL - Turkish police detained dozens, including officials from a pro-Kurdish party, on Friday under an extended anti-terror operation. Police conducted simultaneous raids and searches at various locations in five provinces, news agencies reported. In Istanbul, police searched the bureau of the pro-Kurdish Democratic Society Party, or DTP, in the central district of Beyoglu and detained the head of the bureau, Halil Aksoy. Aksoy condemned the investigation. "If you block politics conducted democratically, how can you stop the process of going into the mountains to fight?" he was quoted as saying to reporters by the state-run Anatolian Agency. Private Dogan News Agency (DHA) and Anatolian reported 27 people were taken into custody in the western province of Izmir, accused of arson, as well as several bomb attacks. Turkish police launched a wide-sweeping operation earlier to crack down on organizations with alleged links to to PKK. More than 40 people, including DTP officials, were detained. In the southern province of Antalya, another 14 people, including six members of the DTP, were detained. DHA said the detainees were accused of chanting slogans in support of the PKK's jailed leader Abdullah Ocalan during the Nevruz celebrations in March. Ten people were also taken into custody in the southeastern province of Bitlis on similar charges, Anatolian also reported. Earlier on Friday state television TRT reported that eight people were detained in Ankara. In the southeastern province of Batman, 15 people, including eight members of the DTP, were taken into custody, DHA added. Friday's raids are part of an operation launched earlier in the week in which dozens were detained, the agencies said. The operation, one year in the planning, aims to expose those with links to PKK inside the DTP and in Kurdish non-governmental organizations. The constitutional court is currently deliberating a case demanding the closure of the DTP over its alleged links to PKK.

"Legitimized" by Syria..

A couple of years later..and millions deaths..

ANKARA (AFP) – Turkish anti-terror police Tuesday rounded up 34 people with suspected links to the Al-Qaeda extremist network in operations across southern Turkey, Anatolia news agency reported. In simultaneous raids early in the morning, the security forces targeted suspected Al-Qaeda cell houses, detaining 17 people in four provinces, the agency said. Public television TRT aired a video tape seized in the operation, said to be shot in Afghanistan, in which militants demonstrate the making of a bomb. Most of the suspects - 11 people - were detained in the southern province of Gaziantep where the security forces, backed by armoured vehicles, raided 11 locations in two districts, Anatolia said. Four people were detained in the neighbouring provinces of Sanliurfa and Adana, and two others in the central city of Konya. They were to be brought to Gaziantep for questioning. In a related operation in Kahramanmaras, which also borders Gaziantep, police rounded up 17 alleged members of an unnamed group with suspected links to Al-Qaeda and continued to look for three others, Anatolia said. A Turkish newspaper reported in March that Ankara had received US intelligence that Al-Qaeda militants could be plotting attacks on foreign targets in Turkey. Following police interrogations, the suspects are to appear before courts, which will decide whether there is enough evidence to bring formal charges against them. The raids follow the arrest earlier this month of seven people accused of having links to Al-Qaeda, in simultaneous operations in the western province of Eskisehir. A Turkish cell of Al-Qaeda was held responsible for truck bombs against two synagogues, the British consulate and a British bank in Istanbul in 2003, which killed 63 people, including the British consul, and left hundreds injured. Seven men were jailed for life in 2007 over the bombings, among them a Syrian national who masterminded and financed the attacks. In January, a suspected Al-Qaeda militant was killed and three others captured in a shootout with the police in Istanbul after the group attempted to rob a post office.

A couple of years later....and millions Iraqis deaths..Genocidal "war-fares" and thousands of thousands Afghans killed, a couple of more Kurds all the way through the Tribal belt through Kurdistan and north of Iraq which is unrecognizable, burnt down forests into Turkey which have labeled the whole Kurdish people as terrorists claiming Turkey have a war "against terror" against the Kurdish population and expect the WHOLE #¤¤ WORLD TO ACCEPT AND BELIEVE THAT!

So...While Israel is busy uprooting every #¤¤## tree and contribute to the desert spreading from their part of the region, people have a really hard time to save the agricultural parts of Iraq. And as we can understand the power sharing of Kirkuk would have been solved by now if it weren't for that every one else have the same interests as Turkey and are the same #¤# criminals!

So we assume it´s just for Turkey to come to understandings with the Armenians and the #¤%# pipe lines will be all set and done. We assume those al-Qaida people not have had to bad times in Turkey this years and not been without money and food on the table, while 1.5 millions of Iraqis have been killed, there is a genocidal "war-fare" against the Kurds, those villagers that was left have been destroyed, people displaced, Pashtuns and every one else that happens to live along the coming pip lines have either been killed in thousands, millions or displaced with environmental disasters and mass graves.

Well..it´s nothing new! IS IT!

SOME HAVE BEEN OCCUPIED DOING THE SAME #¤¤ THING EVER SINCE THE CEDAR FORESTS IN LEBANON WERE USED AS FUEL TO THE TRAINS!

Tuesday, April 21, 2009

Well...

"Describing the Kurdish people’s demands for peace, freedom and equality as “terrorism” offends the Kurdish people. "

As we said: Some totally idiots have not just taken the genocidal "war-fare" against the Kurdish people that have been going on for decades to where Kurds lives in Turkey, Syria, Iran and in south of Kurdistan. This is not just a offend against the Kurdish people..

THIS IS NOT JUST CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY THAT HAVE BEEN GOING ON FOR DECADES OR A "GENOCIDAL "WAR-FARE" AGAINST THE KURDISH PEOPLE! THIS IS PSYCHOPATHIC MASS MURDERERS THAT HAVE PUT IN SYSTEM TO LABEL THE VICTIMS OF THEIR CRIMES THEY HAVE BEEN OCCUPIED WITH FOR DECADES AND DECADES AS THE CRIMINALS!

THIS IS NO ##¤¤ "WAR AGAINST TERRORISM"! THIS IS A "WAR-FARE" AGAINST HUMANITY! THIS IS A DECLARATION OF WAR AGAINST WHAT THOSE BEING A PART OF IT CLAIM WHAT´S IMPORTANT IN THIS WORLD! AND AGAINST HUMANITY! AND YOU HAVE TAKEN IT FAAAR BEYOND TURKEY´S , SYRIA´S, AND THE KURDISH VILLAGERS AREAS!

YOU WANTED PROBLEMS! AND YOU WILL #¤¤ HAVE IT!

THIS IS NO LONGER JUST A MATTER OF THE "KURDISH QUESTION" OR TURKEY´S AND OTHERS GENOCIDAL "WAR-FARE" AND PKK! BE VERY SURE OF THAT!

Well..He is in our thoughts..

JERUSALEM – A spokesman for ex-Premier Ehud Olmert says tests show his prostate cancer has worsened, and he needs immediate treatment. A statement from the spokesman, Amir Dan, said Olmert had medical tests in the United States. They showed that the tumor in his prostate gland has grown. The Sunday statement said it "requires immediate treatment." It said a decision on treatment would be made as soon as Olmert returns from the U.S. Options include radiation, surgery or a combination.
